바닥난방이 육계의 사육환경 및 생산성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Floor Heating System on Housing Environment and Performance in Broiler Production)

  • This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of floor heating system on housing environment and performance in broiler production. PVC heating pipes(in 25cm spacing) were covered with concrete under the litter. Floor heating system was compared with conventional direct heating system. Each treatment had two replicates of 110 birds each. Litter moisture content was significantly reduced in floor heating system than conventional direct heating system(P〈0.05). Dust concentration was higher in floor heating system because of low litter moisture content. CO$_2$concentration was 2,900ppm and 1,500ppm on the direct heating system and floor heating system, respectively at the age of 1 week. Body weight was significantly higher in floor heating system at 7 weeks of age(P〈0.05). The results of the trial show that floor heating was useful heating system for broiler production.

난방방식에 대한 소비자 가치 평가 (The Consumer Value for Residential Heating Systems)

  • In this study, a consumer willingness to pays for residential heating systems are estimated by economic valuation method. The major Korean residential heating systems in apartments are central heating system (CH), district heating system (DH), and individual heating system (IH). However, DH and IH systems are adopted in newly constructed apartments. Each heating system has own characteristics which residents can identify and value. 700 households in apartment were surveyed to analyze the preference of the residential heating systems and to estimate willingness to pay. We find that the households in DH system are more satisfied with their heating system than the households in other systems overall and that consumers prefer an apartment with DH system than with IH system and the willingness to pay for IH system is less than DH system. The results indicate that DH system has the relative premium which may be caused by the safety and the convenience to manage the system.

임대아파트 난방방식별 에너지소비와 만족도 조사에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Energy Consumption and the Degree of Satisfaction by Heating System in Rental Apartment)

  • Considering the present development situation of rental apartment since 1982, the supply of homeless housing for low-income dwellers has contributed a amount of quantities, but has been deficient qualities in housing policy. To propose the energy policy for low-income dwellers, this study investigated the energy consumption and the degree of heating satisfaction by heating system through questionaries in permanent rental apartment and 50 year period rental apartment complexes. The results of this study were as follows; The annual energy consumption of heating and hot water supply is 267.2 Mca1/$\textrm{m}^2$ㆍyr in central heating system, is 163.9 Mca1/$\textrm{m}^2$ㆍyr in unit heating system. But from the view of annual energy cost and the degree of heating satisfaction, central heating system were better than unit heating system in rental apartment.

시설원예의 지열냉·난방시스템 경제성 분석 (Economic Analysis of Cooling-Heating System Using Ground Source Heat in Horticultural Greenhouse)

  • Government Geothermal Cooling-Heating Projects has made efforts to reduce GHG(Greenhouse Gas) emissions and to manage cost of greenhouse farm households. This study evaluated the economic benefits of heating load rate of change by comparing Geothermal Cooling-Heating System with the existing system(greenhouse diesel heating) in the Government Geothermal Cooling-Heating Projects. Economic analysis results shows that, 1) When installing the Cooling-Heating system according to the ratio of 70% heating load in policy standards, the geothermal cooling-heating system has economic efficiency with greenhouse type or scale independent because the investment cost is recovered within 7 years. And It was more economic efficiency the ratio of 50% heating load than70% heating load. 2) When installing the Cooling-Heating system according to the glass greenhouse of the ratio of 90% heating load, pay period of investment cost is recovered within 5 years. Therefore it is necessary to apply flexible heating sharing according to greenhouse type or scale.

원적외선 면상발열체에 의한 온실 난방시스템의 열특성 분석 (Thermal Energy Characteristics for Greenhouse Heating System with Far-Infrared Heater)

  • The greenhouse heating system with far-infrared heater was built to analyze various thermal characteristics, such as greenhouse air temperature, soil temperature, energy flow, energy consumption in far-infrared heater, and other factors, which could be used in comparison with other greenhouse heating system in this study. The results showed that the inside air temperature of the far-infrared greenhouse heating system was $5^{\circ}C$ higher than that of hot air heating system. Heat loss of daytime was found to be larger than that of night time as much as 44.8% for the heating system with far-infrared heater. In the heating system with far-Infrared heater, when the lowest ambient temperature was -8 $\sim$ -7$^{\circ}C$, the air temperature of greenhouse was 12 $\sim$ 15$^{\circ}C$, thus the far-infrared heating system was shown to be feasible for heating system. Energy consumption of far-infrared heating system was shown to be less than that of hot air heating system.

  • Energy analysis for the hot water heating control system of apartment house complex is accomplished by computer simulation. Mathematical model of a boiler, pipe network and a unit-house is developed. The effects of heating control methods on the heating performance and energy consumption of the system are investigated. The heating control methods considered in this study are a continuous heating control, and on-off heating control and an intermittent heating control methods. For each control method, the effects of an outdoor temperature, indoor temperature sensing position and the capacities of the boilers and circulating pumps on the heating performance and energy consumption are obtained and "the best" control method is recommended.commended.

  • The article deals with system technology of a new solar heating system which systematically combines exiting solar collector technology, auxiliary electrical water heating, floor heating system and well insulated construction method and its application of this system to apartment house heating system in the cold region, and also analyzed performance of the new system in terms of technical and economic feasibility. Results shows that energy efficiency approaches up to 50% of the energy consumption of local construction from 1980 to 1981. The implementation of "DQ technology" to floor heating system achieved from 79% to 85% of the energy-saving benefits comparing to other housing units which were supplied by the local district heating plant.

원적외선 난방시스템이 방울토마토 생육에 미치는 영향 (Growth Characteristics of Cherry Tomato in Greenhouse using Far Infrared Heating Systems)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the growth characteristics of cherry tomatoes in greenhouse using far infrared heating system. The far infrared greenhouse heating systems were installed in two ways on the greenhouse side wall and at the greenhouse ceiling. The heating characteristics of far infrared heating system were analyzed by investigating the heating load, internal temperature, energy consumption, growth characteristics and quality evaluation. The results were compared with heated air heating system using kerosene. The results showed that tomatoes grown in the greenhouse with the far infrared heating system had relatively better plant height, leaf length, leaf width, stem diameter than ones from the greenhouse with hot air heating system and both heating methods had no significant difference on Cherry tomato sugar contents. At the same time, the far infrared heating system reduced heating cost from 34.5 to 41.4% on comparing with hot air heating system.

공동주택에서 지열 냉난방 시스템 적용시 경제성 분석 (Economic Analsys of Cooling-Heating System Using Ground Source Heat in Multi Family Apartment)

  • 본 연구에서는 파급효과가 큰 공동주택에서 지열 냉난방 시스템의 경제성을 아파트 분양평형, 운전시간, 냉난방 및 급탕 설치형태별로 구분하여 초기 공사비 증가, 운전비 절감액, 초기 투자비 회수기간등을 산정하였다. 냉난방 및 급탕 운전시간이 많을수록 초기 공사비 증가액에 비해 운전비용 절감액이 커 초기 투자비 회수기간이 단축되었다. 전용면적이 클수록 투자회수 기간이 길었으며 냉난방 및 급탕 설치형태에서는 냉난방을 지열원, 급탕을 폐열회수한 경우가 초기 투자 회수기간이 가장 짧았다. 기존 시스템(패키지 에어콘, LNG 난방 및 급탕)에 비해 냉난방, 급탕을 모두 지열로 이용하는 경우, 냉난방은 지열, 급탕은 폐열을 이용하는 경우, 냉난방은 지열, 급탕은 LNG인 경우에 공사비가 $m^2$당 각각 약 72,000원, 66,900원, 62,300원 정도 증가하였다.

Development of a Control System for Automated Line Heating Process by an Object-Oriented Approach

  • A control system for an automated line heating process is developed by use of object-oriented methodology. The main function of the control system is to provide real-time heating information to technicians or automated machines. The information includes heating location, torch speed, heating order, and others. The system development is achieved by following the five steps in the object-oriented procedure. First, requirements are specified and corresponding objects are determined. Then, the analysis, design, and implementation of the proposed system are sequentially carried out. The system consists of six subsystems, or modules. These are (1) the inference module with an artificial neural network algorithm, (2) the analysis module with the Finite Element Method and kinematics analysis, (3) the data access module to store and retrieve the forming information, (4) the communication module, (5) the display module, and (6) the measurement module. The system is useful, irrespective of the heating sources, i.e. flame/gas, laser, or high frequency induction heating. A newly developed automated line heating machine is connected to the proposed system. Experiments and discussions follow.
