위험물 수송 최적경로 탐색 알고리즘 개발: Efficient Vector Labeling 방법으로 (An Algorithm for Searching Pareto Optimal Paths of HAZMAT Transportation: Efficient Vector Labeling Approach)

  • 본 연구는 위험물 수송의 최적경로를 결정하는 방법론을 제안하였다. 위험물 차량의 최적경로를 결정할 때에는 위험도 최소화를 목적으로 하는 공공의 입장과 통행시간 최소화를 목적으로 하는 민간기업의 입장이 서로 상충한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 다기준 의사결정(Multi-criteria decision making)문제 중 하나인 위험물 수송용 최적경로를 탐색하는 방법론으로 Efficient Vector Labeling(이하 EVL) 알고리즘을 제시하였다. EVL 알고리즘은 위험도와 통행시간을 동시에 고려하여 복수의 Pareto optimal 경로(또는 비지배경로)를 탐색하게 한다. 본 연구는 또한 탐색된 비지배경로간의 중복도를 제어할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 개발된 Efficient Vector Labeling 알고리즘을 Test bed network에 적용하여 기존의 경로탐색 방법론과 비교하였다. 적용 결과 새로운 알고리즘이 기존의 알고리즘보다 합리적인 대안경로를 탐색할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

Performance-based plastic design of buckling-restrained braced frames with eccentric configurations

  • The buckling-restrained braced frames with eccentric configurations (BRBFECs) are stable cyclic behavior and high energy absorption capacity. Furthermore, they have an architectural advantage for creating openings like eccentrically braced frames (EBFs). In the present study, it has been suggested to use the performance-based plastic design (PBPD) method to calculate the design base shear of the BRBFEC systems. Moreover, in this study, to reduce the required steel material, it has been suggested to use the performance-based practical design (PBPD) method instead of the force-based design (FBD) method for the design of this system. The 3-, 6-, and 9-story buildings with the BRBFEC system were designed, and the finite element models were modeled. The seismic performance of the models was investigated using two suits of ground motions representing the maximum considered earthquake (MCE) and design basis earthquake (DBE) seismic hazard levels. The results showed that the models designed with the suggested method, which had lower weights compared to those designed with the FBD method, had a desirable seismic performance in terms of maximum story drift and ductility demand under earthquakes at both MCE and DBE seismic hazard levels. This suggests that the steel weights of the structures designed with the PBPD method are about 13% to 18% lesser than the FBD method. However, the residual drifts in these models were higher than those in the models designed with the FBD method. Also, in earthquakes at the DBE hazard level, the residual drifts in all models except the PBPD-6s and PBPD-9s models were less than the allowable reparability limit.

해포석과 숯을 이용한 보수성포장의 노면온도 특성 평가 (Evaluation of Surface Temperature Characteristics of Water Retaining Pavement using Sepiolite and Charcoal)

  • Water retaining pavement is a pavement to lower the surface temperature by using evaporation of the water that the pavement contains when the pavement is heated by the sun in the daytime. The objective of this study is to develop water retaining materials. In this study we evaluated the practical application of a sepiolite and a charcoal as a water retaining material. We produced dense grade asphalt pavement, porous asphalt pavement, semi-rigid Pavement, semi-rigid pavement included a charcoal and semi-rigid pavement included a sepiolite, and then tested surface temperature characteristics. The test result says that water retaining pavements using a sepiolite and a charcoal lower surface temperature more than $10^{\circ}C$ compared to dense grade asphalt pavement. We confirm the practical application of a sepiolite and a charcoal as a water retaining material according to the test results.

  • Performance evaluation of RC frame building by nonlinear static pushover analysis that accounts for elastic and post elastic behavior is becoming very popular as a valid decision making tool in seismic hazard resistant designs. Available literature suggests great amount of interest has shown by researchers in suggesting refinements to geometric and material modelling to bridge the gap between analytical predictions and observed performances. Notwithstanding the attempts gaps still exists. Sequence of plastic hinge formation which has great influence on pushover analysis results is an area less investigated. This paper attempts to highlight the importance of hinge sequence considerations to make analysis results more meaningful. Variation in analysis results due to different hinge sequences have been quantified, compared and bounds on analysis results have been presented.

  • Industrialization and technique consequently in quick development the motor field small size and light weight, high efficiency and highly energy density in necessity. The permanent magnet motor small size and the research regarding the research of the torque and efficiency is coming to be active. From this paper the research regarding the quality permanent magnet motor and analysis and it was developed recently the NdFeB anisotropic bond magnet which is a high magnetic force material use, from the hazard which accomplishes power density it is high permanent magnet motor of small size and light weight it researched. The Finite Element Method it led and motor optimization. Also the experiment and analysis permanent magnet motor it is improved the motor and result it led and different it compared.

아연도금공정의 안전성평가 (A Study on the Safety Assessment of Zinc Plating Process)

  • There are now the plating process that have many hazardous factor cause of the using numerous noxious chemical and bad working environments. The purpose of the study is to make a selection of suitable safety evaluation method that can analyze and righteously find with numerous hazardous factor of the plating process. And another purpose is to systematically adjust the risk of plating process by comprehension of the role of process, equipment, and source material. Therefore, these studies are carried out in the following three investigations of this report. The first research understands the injurious human health and environment by analyzing hazardous material based on the MSDS. To evaluate the safety of process and compartment, the second research is proposed the security secure counterproposal by using the FMEA and the HAZOP. The final research is devoted to systematically analyze the hazard by applying for reasonable guide word and doing the HAZOP for hazardous factor in specific process.

  • A ICH-CFT colunn(internally confined hollow-concrete filled tube column) has many advantages compare with R.C column and CFT column. For example using a hollow section, it is possible to save material and to reduce self weight of column. Also two steel tubes on both sid of concrete, inner and outter tube, can improve ductility of ICH-CFT column. But study about ICH-CFT section has done only theoretically. Thus although ICH-CFT column has many advantages, ICH-CFT column dosen't use in construction. In this thesis, through out 3-D full modeling using ABAQUS analyze the nonlinear behavaior of ICH-CFT column. And using the analysis result, review the theoretical knowledge.

플록의 입경과 밀도에 따른 부유된 미세 미립자의 침전률 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristics of Sedimentation Rate of Suspended Fine Particles under Floc Size and Density)

  • 본 연구는 점착성 미립자의 침전률에 대한 플록의 영향에 관한 것이다. 연구 진행시 플록 밀도와 입경변화의 영향도 고려하였다. 플록입자의 침전속도는 정지수면에서 측정되었다. 플록 입경과 밀도는 수정된 Stokes방정식에 유체의 밀도, 입자의 밀도, 점성계수 및 측정된 침전속도와 입경과의 관계식으로부터 얻은 플록 차원을 이용하여 분석되었다. 석영과 알루미나의 플록지름은 초기농도가 증가함에 따라 증가되었으며, 염도농도의 증가에 따른 석영의 플록된 입경은 $0.8{\sim}10$ ${\mu}m$이다. 플록밀도는 입경이 증가함에 따라 감소하였다. 플록 침전속도와 입경의 관계는 로그표위에 직선식으로 표현된다. 플록 차원($=n_f$)은 초기농도가 증가할 경우 2.65이며, 염도가 증가할 때 2.93이다. 침전속도를 예측하기 위한 비례상수(n)는 제시되었으며, 그 범위는 $1{\sim}1.93$이다.

염화물 고정화를 고려한 철근 콘크리트 구조물의 내구수명 예측 (Service Life Prediction of R.C. Structures Considering Chloride Binding)

  • 자연환경 중 다양한 형태로 존재하는 염화물은 콘크리트 구조물의 철근 부식을 야기하며 이에 따른 심각한 내구성 저하와 함께 구조물의 수명을 감소시킨다. 현재 콘크리트 중의 염화물 침투 특성을 규명하기위한 연구는 해안가 장기 폭로 시험과 전기화학적 촉진 시험에 의한 확산계수 평가 등에 의해 지속적인 발전을 이루어왔으나 콘크리트의 배합, 수화도, 고정화능력, 공극률의 재료적 특성을 고려한 이성적이며 포괄적인 염화물 침투 모델에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실내 염화물 침지 실험을 통해 콘크리트의 염화물 고정화 특성을 파악하고 이를 고려한 염화물 침투 모델로서 비정상상태의 염화물 침투 해석과 함께 해양침지환경하의 철근콘크리트 구조물의 내구수명 예측을 시도하였으며 SHRP 기준과 20~40%의 내구수명의 차이를 보였다.

  • The use of chemical products to enhance and improve life is a widespread practice worldwide. But alongside the benefits of these products, there is also the potential for adverse effects to people or the environment. As a result, a number of countries or organizations have developed laws or regulations over the years that require information to be prepared and transmitted to those using chemicals, through labels or Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). While these existing laws or regulations are similar in many respects, their differences are significant enough to result in different labels or MSDS for the same product in different countries. Given the reality of the extensive global trade in chemicals, and the need to develop national programs to ensure their safe use, transport, and disposal, it was recognized that a Globally harmonization system of classification and labeling of chemicals(GHS) would provide the foundation for such programs. This study offered complementary details of GHS classification criteria adopted in Korea by analyzing the differences in chemical classification system between UN and Korea Ministry of Labor. Also it is proposed that mutual agreement of information DB used is required by comparing classification results of chemicals in Korea, Japan, and EU. We offered the lists of information sources useful for chemical classification.
