수도사업장 고조파 측정, 분석을 통한 관리기준 만족여부 조사 (To examine of management standard by the harmonics measured and analyzed in water supply field)

  • At the water supply field, high voltage induction motor is main facility of a load equipment. The motor is often out of order and its noise, generated heat, loss etc occured occasionally. especially, transmission motor for flux control generates an amount of the harmonics then have a bad influence upon the electric power system. In this study, to analyze the total harmonics distortion of the water supply field receiving high voltage, the harmonics measured and analyzed using the PQA(Power Quality Analyzer) according to the electric power system and electrical load and the reduction method presented.

출력전류의 고조파 저감을 위한 24펄스 전류형 인버어터 (24 Pulse Current Source Inverter For Reducing the Harmonics in Output Currents)

  • A 24 pulse current source inverter for reducing the harmonics in output currents is presented in this paper. The proposed system operates a 24 pulse inverter by adding only tap changing circuit which consists of several taps and static switching elements to the 12 pulse inverter, which is the double connected 3 phase 6 pulse inverter with an auto transfomer. Also to optimize the effectiveness of the harmonic reduction, the optimum turn ratio and tap changing control angle of auto transfomer are decided by digital simulation and its validity is verified with experiment. And under the optimum condition, it is clarified that the harmonics components involved in the output current of the proposed inverter are nearly equal to those of the conventional 24 pulse inverter.

  • This paper proposes a method for reducing the negative spatial harmonics of the radial flux density of an interior-type permanent magnet (IPM) motor. The reliability of the motor is increased by minimizing its vibrations under dynamic eccentricity (DE) state and normal state due to reduction of a negative spatial harmonics component through the influx of a zero spatial harmonics component in the radial flux density. To minimize the vibrations, optimal notches corresponding to the distribution shape of the magnetic field are designed on the rotor pole face. The variations of vibration computation by finite element method (FEM) and the validity of the analysis and rotor shape design are confirmed by vibration and performance experiments.

  • 본 논문에서는 12-펄스정류기의 고조파 저감을 위해 12-펄스정류기의 커패시터 중앙 DC버스에 보조전원장치의 설치를 제안하였다. 그리고 이 장치에 의해 고조파가 감소되는 이론적인 배경을 다루었으며 부하전류의 크기에 따라 보조전원장치가 어떻게 제어되어야 하는지를 밝혔다. 본 논문에서 제안한 보조전원장치는 구형파 전압원을 적용함으로써 능동필터와 같은 다른 방식에 비해 시스템 구조가 간단하고 보다 저렴하다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 12-펄스정류기 고조파 저감법의 검증을 위해 소프트웨어 PSIM을 활용하였으며 제안된 방식의 유효성을 확인하였다.

왈쉬급수를 사용한 새로운 고조파 제거 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on New Harmonic Elimination Method Using Walsh Series)

  • In the variable speed driving system of a three phase induction motor controlled by a PWM inverter, the output terminal contains considerable amount of harmonic components of the voltage waveform due to the switching action of semiconductor devices, causing torque ripples, acoustic noise and oscillation of the motor. This paper describes a new algorithm which eliminates the harmonics and controls the fundamental voltage in three phase PWM inverter output waveform. The new algorithm utilizes the technique of particular harmonics elimination (PHE) by walsh series in three phase PWM inverter output waveform. A microprocessor (8086 CPU)-controlled three phase induction motor system is described to realize this algorithm. The system is designed for 3 phase output voltage in the 1-60Hz interval where 5th and 7th harmonics, and 5th, 7th, 11th, and 13th harmonics are eliminated. Also, the fundamental wave amplitude is designed to be proportional to the output frequency. The performance of the proposed method shows sufficient elimination of the harmonics and also reduction of computation time which determines switching pattern. The proposed PWM pattern by Walsh series, is effective not only to induction motors but also to other electromagetic equipments such as voltage regulators and UPS.

  • 동기발전기의 고조파는 철손과 동손을 증가시켜 발열의 원인이 된다. 이를 감소시키기 위하여 전기자의 권선법을 분포권, 단절권을 이용하여 고조파를 감소시키는 방법이 있으나 본 논문에서는 영구자석의 형상을 기존에 연구되었던 방법이 아닌 새로운 형상 변형을 통해 고조파를 감소시키며 기전압의 파형을 개선하고자 한다. 형상 변형 방법으로 영구자석의 양단을 절단하고 설정값에 따라 영구자석의 면적을 증가, 감소시켜 공극의 길이를 조절한다. 이때 자속밀도의 분포를 다르게 하여 이에 따른 기전압과 왜형률을 비교하였다. 이를 통해 논문에 기술된 영구자석의 형상 변화 모델들을 비교하고 가장 효과적인 변형 방법을 나타냈다.

  • 본 논문에서는 정류 브리지 다이오드를 갖는 단상 무정전전원장치의 전원측 고조파 및 역률 개선을 위한 가변형 고조파 필터를 제안한다. 2레벨 이상의 전력변환방식을 적용한 무정전전원장치는 전원측 고조파 및 역률 특성이 우수한 반면, 전 브리지 방식의 무정전전원장치는 전원측에 제 3고조파, 제 5고조파, 제 7고조파 및 역률 저하를 심각하게 야기한다. 이에 따라 단상 전 브리지 동작에 의해 야기된 (2n+1)차 고조파 제거 및 역률 개선을 위한 가변형 고조파 필터를 제안하고자 한다. 제안한 가변형 고조파 필터의 성능을 평가하기 위해 다양한 시뮬레이션과 실험을 진행하여 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • The aim of this study is to design a passive filter for the elimination of harmonics. For this design, the harmonics wave generating from the six pulse rectifier was measured and its characteristics were analyzed. We also calculated the quantity of harmonic current by changing the system operational conditions. According to this field data and calculated results, we determined the elements of the passive filter. The simulation and experimental results indicate the efficiency of designed passive filter.

  • This paper proposes PFC boost converter with soft switching for harmonics decrement and analyzes characteristics of PFC boost converter. In this technique power factor correction(PFC) is usually obtained by operating the PFC stage in the discontinuous current mode(DCM) Switching devices are operated for reducing current stress and electronical noise. As a result eliminate 3rd harmonic component and high power factor(PF) of the input line are verified by characteristics analysis and experimental results.
