  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy, character strength, and gratitude as a factor influencing the happy life of adults. Subjects were 89 adults in university and graduate school. SPSS 23.0 and PROCESS Macro were used for data analysis. Significant correlations were found between career decision-making self-efficacy, character strength, gratitude, and happy life. The direct effect of career decision-making self-efficacy, an independent variable, on happy life, a dependent variable, was not significant. Character strength and gratitude, which are mediators, were significant. Therefore, the indirect effect and the total effects showed significant results. Career decision-making self-efficacy does not directly predict a happy life, but if it mediates character strengths and gratitude, it means that a happy life can be predicted.

  • This study attempted to reveal the essential meaning of happy life for non-disabled children with disabled parents through a phenomenological research method for non-disabled children with disabled parents using welfare centers. As a result, 76 meaningful statements related to a happy life, eight categories of 20 topics have been drawn up, and the essential meaning of a happy life for a child is 'a happy life for parents', 'a life where parents are recognized' and 'a life where parents are no different from other families,' and 'a life where a child is living happily' as an 'economically stable life' and 'a life with disabilities' As such, I believe that since this period is important for children, there is a pressing need for ways to intervene and improve awareness of the disabled and the role of life.

  • The metabolism of ginseng saponins by human intestinal bacteria was studied using human feces under anaerobic culture conditions. $Ginsenoside-Rb_1$, $-Rb_2$ and -Rc(protopanaxadiol type) were mainly metabolized to compound-K(C-K), $20-O-[{\alpha}-L-arabinopyranosyl(1{\rightarrow}6)-{\beta}-{_D}-glucopyranosyl]-20(S)-protopanaxadiol(compound-Y,\;C-Y)$, $20-O-[{\alpha}-L-arabinopyranosyl(1{\rightarrow}6)-{\beta}-{_D}-glucopyranosyll-20(S)-protopanaxadiol(ginsenosied-MC,{\;}MC)$, respectively, and $ginsenoside-Rg_1$ and -Re(protopanaxatriol type) to their aglycon, 20(S)-protopanaxatriol, though the pathway and rate of the metabolism were affected by fermentation medium. C-K was not decomposed any more, while C-Y and Mc were both gradually hydrolyzed to C-K.

  • Following ginsenoside-Rb1-hydrolyzing assay, strictly anaerobic bacteria were isolated from human feces and identified as Prevotella oris. The bacteria hydrolyzed ginsenoside Rb1 and Rd to $20-O-{\beta}-D-glucopyranosyl-20(S)-protopanaxadiol$ (I), ginsenoside Rb2 to $20-O-[{\alpha}-L-arabinofuranosyl (1{\rightarrow}6)-{\beta}-D-glucopyranosyl] - 20(S)-protopanaxadiol$ (ll) and ginsenoside Rc to $20-O-[{\alpha}-L-arabinofuranosyl (1{\rightarrow} 6){\beta}-D-g1ucopyranosyl]-20(S)-protopanaxadiol$ (III) like fecal microflora, but did not attack ginsenoside Re nor Rgl (Protopanaxatriol-type). Pharmacokinetic studies of ginseng saponins was also performed using specific pathogen free rats and demonstrated that the intestinal bacterial metabolites I-111, 20(S)- protopanaxatriol(IV) and 20(S)-protopanaxadiol(V) were absorbed from the intestines to $blood(0.4-5.1\;{\mu}g/ml)$ after oral administration with total saponin(1 g/kg/day).

This result is as follows. First, the main feature in plane is the setting up the column interval in front when comparing the house of Happy Village and traditional house. In case house of the Happy Village, after firstly fixed the limited scales, sizes are determined, this is due to control the set up in the post interval in this in range. Second, in the case of the traditional houses, 0.68 ratio of the building height about the side length and 0.19 ratio of the eaves extrusion about the side length are consistent ratio about dimensions. However, there is no consistent ratio or fixed law, the various dimensions show up in case of the house of Happy Village. It will be inevitable that space of the post increases for the convenience of life of the modern people. However, it has to sublate and to disregard as the identity of the morphological shown up in the Korean-style house the more various construction standards will need to be presented.
