Recently with the demand of well-being is increased, the demand for indoor thermal environment and air quality is increased. According to this circumstance, many people in Korea note the traditional architecture that is made by natural materials, such as a soil, stone and wood. However, few researches regarding the indoor thermal environmental characteristics of the Korean traditional houses is reported. In this study we analyzed the indoor thermal environment for Han-ok through field measurement. Moreover, based on the field measurement results. indoor thermal comfort in Han-ok is analyzed.

A traditional Korean housing is a typical type which is contained life style, spatial organization and scape element of people who lived in Korea. In the hanok, people want to be live not only in human environment and traditional culture, but also modem urban housing as a high density. This article deals as follows: First, Hanok as urban housing would be composed in a housing lot, linear type layout, devide building, and cluster type. Second, Housing unit and configuration of Multi family housing can be used single story, second story, second story + single story, multi story and Hanok roofing. Thirds, structure of the building are traditional wooden, combined one of steel and wood or concrete and wood, and the building system in exterior and interior can be seperated into another system. Forth, Image of multi story Hanok A last, consistency of Hanok is not a repeat of an origin but application and creative aptitude of the origin, and multi family housing application of Hanok can be a trial creative.

Jeonam aims to cultivate Hanok Village as a lodging resource for tourism industry in rural areas. For the purpose, it invited eight models of the Hanok Village publicly and selected our model as the best. This study is to introduce the concepts and characteristics of the village, centering on the model developed by our research team and awarded by the local government. We develop and suggest eleven types of improved-type Hanok model that is to be distributed to each city and county. We compose the space which reflects needs of residents for modern living. And we focus on preservation of decorative beauty to make it a resource of tourism by creating beautiful view of Hanok and reduction of financial burden to activate its distribution. The Hanok developed in this study has a significant meaning as improved Hanok that can be suggested as a new model of rural area housing project.

In these days there are many troubles - system data error, control malfunctions, cable overheating - in water treatment plant. Specially DAF(Dissolved Air Floation Process) plant has high frequency than previous water treatment process. DAF plant has diverse equipment, nonlinear loads for the precise control. But there is no sufficient overall study about harmonics condition of water treatment plant just taking a following partial action without a fundamental solution. On designing of power system, designer should have regard to harmonics condition, but there is no guide reflected harmonics condition on DAF plant This study says what is the result of guideless design about harmonics. With the result of diagnosis and analysis in DAF plant, economical efficiency and safety of plant will be upgraded in the next design.
