This study explains the han-ok. in Gae-sung, which was antique and traditional city. In view of the fact that these were located in Gae-sung in North Korea hence direct investigate is not possible. Since there was no comprehensive study of Gaeseong han-ok, we have no choice but to rely on fragmentary records and memory of Gaeseong people. In accordance from the Japanese colonial era's surveys and sketches as well as how they were illustrated in the novel. Hark back to the peoples' thought of the han-ok years when they ran the survey in 1920s, the results were as follows: First, there are many houses so various classes in Mi-Mang. Jeon Cheo-man's house was a representative example of a rich family in Gae-sung, Jeon Je-seong(Jeon's 2^nd son)'s house was located in Si-jeon(government licensed-markets) near by the South gate. In particular, Jeon Yi-seong(Jeon's 3rd son)'s house was in rural areas. He managed on immense ginseng field and worker's houses. Hae-ju's house was a small house off the track. Second, the outer house is low and the main house is high and neat. Lastly, it was confirmed that it corresponded to sketches recorded by architects, such as neat housekeeping, long stones used for various purposes, invisible flat gates, the appearance of old and old houses and the composition of each room.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the negative circumstances of Korean education and to provide some suggestions in terms of cultural psychology. Researcher considered the negative situation as Han(恨) to Korean people and analyzed it with the cultural psychological theories. In Korean culture, Han(恨) could be overcome by Shinmyeong which is known as a Korean unique positive emotional experience. According to results of a recent research, Han has been thought that it was the negative feeling from loss of self-worth, and Shinmyeong might be the feeling related with retrieval of self-worth. On the base of discussion about Shinmyeong, several psychological solutions to negative circumstances of Korean education were proposed.

Chang Chung-ching(張仲景) in the Later Han(Eastern Han) Dynasty of Chinese history wrote the treatise on Diseases Caused by Cold Factors(傷寒論; Shang Han Lun) on the basis of the fundamental theory of Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine(黃帝內經; ECIM) after collecting medical treatment experiences until the Han Dynasty. It had great significance that Shang Han Lun was the origin of treating six-channels(六經) and there showed the peculiar guidelines on the diagnosis and treatment of oriental medicine to divide diseases into six-channels. The oriental medical doctors who had studied Shang Han Run thought highly of meridians and until now it was generally known that the chapter of heat in the Plain Questions of ECIM(黃帝內經, 素問ㆍ熱論) was the basis of Shang Han Run. The chapter of heat in the Plain Questions of ECIM was the first text in which the basic theory on six-channels according to the types of illness was introduced. In my point of view, the theory of treating six-channels had close relation to the Chapter of Channels in Miraculous Pivot of ECIM(黃帝內經, 靈樞ㆍ經脈篇) as well as the chapter of heat in the Plain Questions of ECIM. Therefore I took a look at the origin of treating six-channels in Shang Han Lun and illuminated again the meaning to compare the parts of in Shang Han Lun with the Chapter of Channels in Miraculous Pivot of ECIM. Conclusion: The, symptoms divided into six-channels in the chapter of channels in ECIM gave the fundamental basis of diagnosis and treatment basesd on overall analysis of signs and symptoms(辨證論治) an illness in the Zangfu(臟腑) in respect of meridians. Viewed in the light of diagnosis and treatment basesd on overall analysis of signs and symptoms(辨證論治), the symptoms of YangMing-channel(陽明經) in the Chapter of Channels in Miraculous Pivot of ECIM were, for the most part, accord with those of YangMing-disease in Shang Han Lun. Furthermore, the symptoms in Shang Han Lun were explained definitely and in detail. Therefore the theory of Shang Han Lun has been developed on the basis of ECIM with the changes of the times. YangMing-disease in Shang Han Lun implied medical cases in stomach meridian(胃經) and large intestine meridian(大腸經). Therefore Shang Han Lun was the foundation of treatment basesd on overall analysis of signs and symptoms(辨證論治) in respect of meridian as well as the text in which the steps of infectious diseases(外感病) of human bodies were explained.

The Tian-Ren Relations theory was prevalent in Han period. People says that after this, in the West Han period, Dong zhong shu systematized the theory. In his Tian-Ren Relations theory, the various characters of Ren & Tian has same structure by personifying Tian and Nature. Wang chong's Tian-Ren Relations theory is not only very a critique on the Tian-Ren response theory in West Han period, but also a basis of his own thought-system. At that time, the social consciousness form was already the modified Tian-Ren response theory. But Wang chong sharply criticized it, because he thought that Tian-Ren response theory is very falsehood. Critique of Wang chong has two aspect, One is truth and falsehood judgement in empirical fact of human about the Tian-Ren response theory. The other is right and wrong judgement in value of human & society about the Tian-Ren response theory. The different meanings are always overlapped each other or appeared at the same time in critique of Wang chong In this paper will be research on this Tian-Ren relations theory of Wang chong, his critique on Tian-Ren response theory and the meaning of human-being on his theory.

This paper describes the evaluation of the long duration current impulse withstand characteristics of ZnO blocks for high voltage surge arresters. Four ZnO varistors were manufactured with the general ceramic production method and the long duration current impulse withstand test, electrical uniformity evaluation test and microstructure observation were performed. All varistors exhibited high density, which was in the range of $5.42{\sim}5.46g/cm^3$. In the electrical properties, the reference voltage of samples was in the range of $5.11{\sim}5.25\;kV$ and the residual voltage was in the range of $8.314{\sim}8.523\;kV$. In the long duration current impulse withstand test, sample No.2 and No.3 failed at the 2nd and 4th shot of series impulse currents, respectively, but the rest survived 18 shots during the test. Before and after this test, the variation ratio of the residual voltage of samples survived was below 0.5 %, which was in the acceptance range of 5 %. According to the results of the test, it is thought that if the soldering method is improved, ZnO varistors would be possible to apply to the high voltage arresters like the station class and transmission line arresters in the near future.

This paper presents the temperature characteristics with structure of 18 kV lightning arresters for distribution. Three types of polymer arresters were fabricated and ceramic type arrester was also ready to investigate. Below $100^{\circ}C$, three types of polymer arresters exhibited almost the same leakage current value, but above $100^{\circ}C$, polymer arrester that arrester module was injected into polymer housing with grease exhibited the highest leakage current and the arrester with the lowest leakage current was the arrester that silicon rubber was directly injected to arrester module. The rising of leakage current of polymer arrester with grease was because of existing grease between FRP winding and silicon housing, and reducing the insulation characteristics of the grease. All polymer arresters exhibited the same temperature characteristics but ceramic typr arrester was slower than polymer arrester in heat emission despite lowest leakage current. It was thought that the air layer between ZnO varistor blocks and ceramic housing prevented the heat emission. However, in spite of the difference of the structure, the variation of the surface temperature of all arresters exhibited the same result.

The Miaos have their own peculiar and luxurious transtional culture a they have experienced repeated fusion into and resistance againt the Han Race or the chinese in their long and old history. And the traditional culture of the Miaos is abundant and diverse in several respects. Because it has taken root in foundation of their simple and native environment. it is embracing abundant and diverse contents. They largely used as the theme of patterns factual materials such as natural objects easily accessible in the natural environment. those related to marratives reflective of ethnicity, animals and plants symbolic of auspicious omen, peace, happiness and good harrest with prosperity and abundance. And they not only crossornamented natural patterns and geometrical patterns by combining them but also geometric patterns alone. It can be seen that Miaos represented patterns with exaggerated formation, overlapping and modification and the comprehensive, fomation of natural forms, abstract formation etc. Seeing the ethnic costume of Miaos investigated in these several respects by the standard of contemporary beauty it is thought that it has the infinite possibility of being used in contemporary fashion design on account of the characteristic of almost perfect costume.

$\ulcorner$Xixiangji[West chamber]$\lrcorner$ is one of the most popular Chinese dramas which was first translated into Korean by Chung-hee Kim in 1811. $\ulcorner$Dongsanggi[East chamber]$\lrcorner$is a Korean drama which was written in Chinese by Ok Lee in 1791. It adopted the form of Chinese traditional drama, $\ulcorner$xixianji$\lrcorner$. 1 think theses are very interesting examples which show how we accepted Chinese dramas through translation or modification and created our own dramas in the past. 1 quoted their names in the title because it is thought that they can represent the direction of the stream of cultural exchange between two countries in the past. The direction has recently changed. Han stream[Korean cultural effect] has become very powerful in whole Asia in last 10 years. Cultural exchange between Korea and China has been very steady and popular over 2000 years before the 20th century We used to have cultural identity by using Chinese character and accept many of the cultural aspects from China. Now, we are trying to reestablish the relationship which has been cut off for about 50years. In this paper I tried to retrospect the results of cultural exchange in the past and argue about the problems we are now facing by examining interchange or acceptance of the Chinese drama including translations and theatrical performances. 1 also tried to suggest the diverse ways of mutual exchange to uplift the cultural level of two countries.

This study identified the impact of the service quality of local food stores on customer satisfaction and revisiting intention of the customers as the interest into local foods is increasing. The main outcomes are as follows: First, many of the respondents said that they use the local food stores based on the trust in the origin of the products and good quality. Second, reliability and validity were suitable for factor analysis and the correlation had a positive (+) directivity. Third, reliability, assurance, empathy and tangibles were analyzed to have a positive (+) impact among the 5 aspects of service quality except for responsiveness. Fourth, customer satisfaction had a positive (+) impact on the intention to revisit the local food stores, and reliability, assurance and empathy had a positive (+) impact on revisiting intention at the statistical significance level except for responsiveness and tangibles among the 5 service quality aspects. Therefore, it is thought to be required to keep having interests into service quality to gain a competitive edge as a sustainable management system since the service quality of local food stores has impacts on customer satisfaction and intention to revisit.

With the recent increase in demand for construction there has been an increase in the use of the raw material cement when mixing concrete; managing quality of cement powder, therefore, is most important. Therefore this study sought at first to develop a rapid appraisal using the Hydrometer method researched previously, for it was thought that when suspending cement in a solution and applying the Hydrometer method to it the temperature changes in the solution would have a great effect on the density value of the Hydrometer method; yet there has been no report of such influence factors. Therefore after analyzing the influence factors that the type of suspending solution and changes in temperature could have on rapid appraisal of fineness, using the Hydrometer method, this study was able to determine that using water at 20℃ was the most appropriate, and with every temperature increase of 10℃ the value of fineness should also be increased above or below 7% as well.
