SnO2 박막의 산소 빈자리에 관한 연구 (A Study of Oxygen Vacancy on SnO2 Thin Films)

  • The study of Oxygen Vacancy on SnO$_2$ thin films grown by thermal chemical vapor deposition were investigated with different substrate temperature. X-ray diffraction showed that the crystallinity of the grown thin films increased with increasing substrate temperature. Two narrow peaks and two broad peaks were observed from the photoluminescence measurements at 6 K. The intensity and shape of the broad peaks were changed with increasing substrate temperature. It was concluded that the origin of the broad peak at 2.4 eV was due to oxygen vacancies and that of peak at 3.1 eV was related to structural defects. Hall effect measurements showed that the carrier density was decreased as increasing deposition time from 10 to 30 min., but increased for the deposition of 60 min.

  • 어진御眞은 왕의 초상화로 조선시대에는 국조인 태조를 비롯하여 다수의 어진이 제작되어 영흥 준원전, 전주 경기전 등 여러 진전眞殿에 봉안奉安되었다. 이러한 어진은 이모移摸 과정을 통해 전해지고 있으며, 훼손된 어진의 경우 모사模寫 과정을 토대로 신본新本을 제작하였다. 근래에는 어진에 대한 다양한 학술적인 가치와 국민적인 관심 증대로 인하여 이모 작업이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 국립고궁박물관에서는 다수의 어진을 보유하고 있는데, 소장본중 대부분이 한국전쟁 중 화재로 인해 손상된 상태로, 이모본 제작 과정에 필요한 초본 제작을 위해서는 범본範本이 되는 어진의 훼손된 부분에 관한 복원이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 다분할 촬영 기법 및 이미지 분석 등의 디지털 이미징 기술을 활용하여, 국립고궁박물관 소장 태조어진의 훼손된 부분을 복원하는 과정과 이를 통해 밝혀진 태조어진 유물들의 용안의 차이를 중심으로 각 유물의 관계에 대해 연구한 것이다.

DC 마그네트론 스퍼터링법에 의한 대면적 투명전도성 ZnO(Al)와 ZnO(AlGa) 박막제조 및 물리적 특성 연구 (Fabrication and Study of Transparent Conductive Films ZnO(Al) and ZnO(AlGa) by DC Magnetron Sputtering)

  • In-line magnetron sputtering system을 사용하여 대면적($60{\times}60cm^2$) 소다라임 유리기판위에 투명전도성 ZnO(Al)와 ZnO(AlGa) 박막을 500 nm에서 1,450 nm까지 두께별로 증착하여 전기적, 광학적 특성을 연구하였다. XRD를 통해 c-축 방향성(002)을 가지고 성장된 것을 확인 하였다. Hall 특성 분석을 통해 이동도 및 캐리어 농도의 특성을 확인 하였으며, 그에 따른 ZnO(AlGa)의 비저항이 $9.03{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$에서 $7.83{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$으로 ZnO(Al) 보다 높게 나타났으며, 가시광선 영역에서 투과율은 87.6%에서 84.3%으로 나타났다. 따라서 ZnO(AlGa)는 전기적 특성이 우수하고 높은 투과율로 대면적용 투명전도성 재료로의 활용에 적합한 특성을 지닌 것을 확인 할 수 있었다.

경복궁 구(舊) 선원전 모란도2폭장지(牡丹圖二幅障子)의 보존 (Conservation on Jang-ji(障子) of two-peony paintings in the old Seonwonjeon of Gyeongbokgung Palace)

  • 본 연구는 국립중앙박물관 소장 모란도2폭장지(牡丹圖二幅障子)에 대한 조사를 실시하고 보존처리를 진행한 결과이다. 모란도2폭장지는 병풍과 유사하나 크기와 형태, 용도에서 차이를 보였다. 그림을 벽에 붙이기 위해 두꺼운 장지(壯紙)가 사용되었고, 장지의 후면에는 격자틀의 흔적과 건물 구조물에 주로 사용되었던 석간주(石間硃)가 남아있었다. 건물의 벽면이나 문을 장식하는 장지(障子)의 형태로 지금은 훼철되어 사라진 1867년 경복궁 선원전 내부를 장식하던 모란도임이 밝혀졌다. 또한 현존하는 창덕궁 선원전 모란도 장지의 장황과 다른 색상으로 마무리하여 19세기 조선시대 장황의 형태를 확인할 수 있었다. 안료 분석과 문헌 조사를 바탕으로 궁중 모란도에 사용된 채색 안료에 대해 재접근하고자 하였고, 이번 보존처리를 통해 향후 조선시대 궁중회화의 참고자료로써 장지(障子)에 관한 지속적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

지역 미술관디자인의 공공성에 관한 연구 - 일본 석천현 금택 21C 현대미술관을 대상으로 - (A Study on Public Property of the Regional Museum Design- Focused on the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa, Ishikawaken in Japan -)

  • The 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa as a regional public culture facility is the place where it is possible to think over the roles and meanings of a museum. The urn of this research is to provide information for exploring a desirable direction of the design of a regional museum by analyzing the architectural meanings and public property of the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa. In addition, we arranged the totes and meanings of a regional museum and the concept of the public property in architecture. We also analyzed the architectural quality and the expression of the public property in this museum, as well as the value and meaning of a museum through field researches. The results of this research are as follows. First, this museum breaks with the existing stereotyped Idea to be a space open to the citizens. It secures a wide public space and provides the convenience of access and every facility for citizens. Second, the floor plan is divided into the interchanging area for citizens and an exhibition area; the outskirts of the inside of the museum are planned to be used free of charge for an interchanging space of citizens as a public-owned space of citizens. Third, the public-owned space of citizens includes a citizen exhibition hall, an art library, a kids studio and rest space, which ate all designed lot everyone to enjoy freely. Last, the exterior shape of the museum is simple but harmonize with the surroundings. It has an unique shape showing the local identity, and its most special properties are the convenience of access, introduction of a free space inside, and security of a huge space for children and citizens.

한옥 설계의 최근 경향 연구 - 최근 10년간 건축전문 잡지에 게재된 신축 한옥을 대상으로 - (The Recent Trends of Hanok Design - Based on the Analysis of the Hanoks Appeared in Architecture Magazines in the Last 10 Years -)

  • The objective of this study is to find out the recent trends of hanok design based on 58 hanoks appeared in architecture magazines in the last 10 years. The cases are analyzed in terms of location, size, building form, spatial organization, material, roof form, and the ceiling form of living room. The consequences of this study is as follows; Most of the recent hanoks are built in rural area (91.4%), which shows the hanok is not accepted as an urban house type. Hanoks tend to be built in 2 stories whose 2nd floor is smaller than the 1st floor. (34.5%) The preferred size is total floor area of $99.2{\sim}165.2m^2$ (62.0%), 3 rooms (46.6%) with a traditional ondol room (60.3%). The buildings with ㄱ-shape (43.1%) and linear-shape (27.6%) are preferred, and the compact plan type similar with apartment house appears (13.8%). In the roof design that greatly influences the appearance of building, the traditional design factors such as half-hipped roof (55.2%), double eaves (27.6%), and eaves curve tend to be sustained. In terms of spatial organization, most of recent hanoks have double-layed plan (74.2%). The living room mostly has separately defined space. (82.8%) The indoor and outdoor tend to be connected by a narrow wooden veranda (39.7%), while some cases don't have any wooden floor space (48.3%). The entrance is adopted as an important spatial element in front part of building (75.9%), and it influences the appearance of building. The living room, the counterpart of the wooden floor hall in traditional hanok, and kitchen tend to be interiorized. In terms of material, the cement roof tile and red clay brick are preferred. Consequently, the walls of recent hanoks have the image of brick structure rather than the wooden frame structure of traditonal hanok.

배관용 자기누설 비파괴 검사에서 축방향 미소결함의 형상 판정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Determining the Shape of Small Axial Cracks by using Magnetic Flux Leakage in NDT System for Underground Pipe)

  • 배관용 비파괴 검사에서 자기누설방식을 이용하여 배관의 결함을 검출하도록 개발된 탐상 시스템 장비를 MFL PIG(Magnetic Flux Leakage Pipeline Inspection Gauge)라 한다. 이 장비는 투자율이 큰 금속 배관의 길이 방향인 축방향으로 자기장을 형성하고, 결함이 있는 부분에 발생하는 누설 자속 신호를 홀센서를 이용하여 검출한다. 하지만 MFL PIG는 배관에 축방향으로 발생한 미소결함에 대해서는 누설 자속의 발생량이 미세하여 결함 유무를 판별하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 배관에 발생한 축방향 미소결함을 검출하기위해 CMFL(Circumferential MFL) PIG를 적용하였고, 결함 주위에 발생한 누설 자속 신호의 크기 및 분포를 3차원 정자계 유한요소법을 이용하여 검출 및 분석하였다. 이러한 검출 신호로부터 길이, 폭, 깊이와 같은 결함의 형상을 판정하는 기법을 제안하였고 이를 CMFL PIG 모의 성능 실험을 통하여 비교 및 검증하였다.

중층형 생활한옥 모델시안 연구 - 청주 서운동의 사례를 중심으로 - (The Tentative Plans of Middle-rise Traditional Houses (Han-ok) Located on Seoun-dong in Urban Area of Cheongju, Korea)

  • Focusing on the creation of a new han ok, especially a mid-rise hybrid-structured Han-ok, this study proposes a middle-rise (four-story) Han-ok on one and two lots located in Seoun-dong, the existing Han-ok intensive housing site in downtown Cheongju. 1) In terms of layout and function, according to the existing L-shaped Han-ok corresponding to the road and the direction, the parking lots and shops on the 1st floor, the business facility on the 2nd floor, the Han-ok on the 3rd and 4th floors are placed. There are yards, open roof yards, and semi-open Daecheong(大廳, main hall), which can be shared by residents. 2) In terms of structure and form, one or two floors (some 3 floors) are 5.4m square and 5.4×6.6m modules of the RC(Reinforced Concrete) group, and the upper floor reflects the 2.7m module, size and shape of the existing Han-ok. By extending the outer wall of the RC group in the lower floors (1st to 3rd floors) to the wooden exterior of the upper floors (2nd to 4th floors), it is attempted to avoid the awkward appearance of the RC group being exposed to wooden structures. And it is also attempted to reflect the wooden shape and design elements through the elevation elements such as horizontal windows, corner windows, picture frames, and vertical slits. 3) In environmental control and facilities, it is attempted to smooth the ventilation of the building by forming a vertical upward airflow from the dark space of the low floor to the positive of the upper floor. This doubles the effect through a vertical rise of cold air generated in a narrow alleyway, piloti parking lot, and the various voids. In addition to the Daecheong and Numaru(loft) of Han ok, the rooftop yard, the terrace, and the balcony, horizontal natural ventilation is generated through divided doors and transom windows.

고종 36년(1899) 남관왕묘의 중건과 건축 특성 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Characteristic of Nam-kwan-wang-myo and it's Reconstruction)

  • This study aims to find architectural characteristic of Nam-kwan-wang-myo as known as Nam-myo, Especially focusing on difference between before and after it's reconstruction in 1899. Nam-kwan-wang-myo is a shrine for Kwan-woo who was warlord in ancient china. Belief of Kwan-Woo was introduced to Korea in Japanese invasion of 1592 and the shrine was built in 1598. Belief of Kwan-Woo diffused for the late Joseon, during the reign of Gojong, many people have faith in Kwan-Woo including the king. There was four Kwan-wang-myo around the Hanyang at that time. In 1899 a fire of unknown cause broke out at Nam-kwan-wang-myo, so the main buildings burned down. The king instructed reconstruction of the shrine even though there was in financial difficulties, it had done in the midst of a national crisis. The buildings almost restored as before. The buildings in the shrine has strong characteristics of Chinese architecture because it made by people of the Ming dynasty. Two side-by-side roofs, accumulated brick exterior are important architectural feature, but also all the buildings in the mail hall area Surrounded by the closed-connected fence is hard to find examples in Korea traditional architecture. And Nam-kwan-wang-myo just had maintained architectural characteristics including layout of buildings, shape of the each building until it's reconstruction(1899).

재귀형 최소 자승법을 이용한 자기 위치 센서의 실시간 보상 방법 (On-line Compensation Method for Magnetic Position Sensor using Recursive Least Square Method)

  • This paper presents the error correction method of magnetic position sensor using recursive least square method (RLSM) with forgetting factor. Magnetic position sensor is proposed for linear position detection of the linear motor which has tooth shape stator, consists of permanent magnet, iron core and linear hall sensor, and generates sine and cosine waveforms according to the movement of the mover of the linear motor. From the output of magnetic position sensor, the position of the linear motor can be detected using arc-tan function. But the variation of the air gap between magnetic position sensor and the stator and the error in manufacturing process can cause the variation in offset, phase and amplitude of the generated waveforms when the linear motor moves. These variations in sine and cosine waveforms are changed according to the current linear motor position, and it is very difficult to compensate the errors using constant value. In this paper, the generated sine and cosine waveforms from the magnetic position sensor are compensated on-line using the RLSM with forgetting factor. And the speed observer is introduced to reduce the effect of uncompensated harmonic component. The approaches are verified by some simulations and experiments.
