강원지역 고등학교 기숙사생의 성별 및 스트레스 수준에 따른 식습관 분석 (Analysis of Dietary Habits of Boarding High School Students in Gangwon According to Gender and Stress Levels)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the dietary habits of boarding high school students in Gangwon based on gender and stress levels. Questionnaires were distributed to 571 boarding high school students and collected from 491 students from June 28 to July 20, 2011. The statistical data analyses were completed using SPSS (ver. 19.0) for the descriptive analysis, independent sample t-test and $X^2$-test. The mean stress score was 23.7 out of 40, and male's stress was significantly higher than female's (p<0.05). The rates of having daily breakfast and dinner were significantly influenced by gender (p<0.01), and the regularity of lunch was significantly different depending on the stress level (p<0.05). Female students consumed less flour based foods (p<0.01), carbonated drinks (p<0.01), juices (p<0.05) and functional drinks (p<0.01) than male students, but male students consumed less cookies and breads (p<0.01). Dietary habits that boarding high school students should improve were an unbalanced diet (38%), too much intake at once (17%) and prejudice against foods (11%), and their primary value in dietary life was preference (33%), followed by staving off hunger (18%) and pleasure (18%). The average level of interest in dietary life was 2.46 (on a Likert-type 3-point scale) and it was significantly higher for female students (2.53) than male (2.40) (p<0.05). About 54% of students washed their hands before a meal when they thought of it, but only 25% of students always scrubbed up. The regularity of breakfast and dinner, frequency of snack intake, dietary habits that need to improve, intrest in dietary life, and washing hands before meals showed significant difference by gender but not by stress levels.

과맥의 파성에 대한 생리화학적 연구 III. 파성심도에 따른 유수분화 및 발육과정에 있어서의 유이아미노산의 소장 (Studies on the Physiological Chemistry of Spring Habits in Naked Barley III. Variation of Free Amino acids during the Differentiation and Development of Young Spkie with Different Spring Habits)

  • In order to investigate the changes of free amino acids during the differentiation and development of young spike in naked barley, a typical spring grain, Wanju, and two winter grains, Sedohadaka and Nonsankwa No. 1-6 differing in their spring habits, were analyzed at different growth stages by thin layer chromatography. In all the varieties 22 ninhydrin positive components were detected at the sowing time of March 5 and 20 components in the sowing plots of March 30. In case of the latter plot, β-alanine was identified only in both Wanju and Sedohadaka, whereas pipecolic acid was detected only in Nonsankwa No. 1-6. Particularly, it is interesting that β-alanine was observed only in the case showing the normal heading independent of the varieties and sowing times. Whether these components are directly related to the physiology of spring habits in barley or not is also a question to be answered. Of the major amino acids, alanine and γ-aminobutyric acid were always detected in appreciably large spots, and serine, leucine, aspartic acid, valine and asparagine were somewhat larger. In the plot of march 30, glutamic acid was also detected in very large spot in both Wanju and Sedohadaka at the stage of spikelet differentiation and in Nonsankwa No. 1-6 at the stage of bract differentiation. Histidine, which showed the only qualitative difference among the varieties during seed germination, cannot be observed at all. Proline observed considerably large spot during seed germination was always detected but very small except that it was observed in large spot at the stage of floret differentiation in Nonsankwa No. 1-6 in the plot of March 5.

여대생들의 식습관, 영양상태 및 건강상태에 관한 비교 연구 (Dietary Habits, Nutrition Status, and Health of Female Students)

  • This study focused on the yearly-dietary habits, nutrition status, and health of female students residing in Seoul. A number of classes were assess based on their dietary behaviors in oder to attempt to determine differences in their attitudes to nutrition, according to age. The students of class 2011 (sophomore) ate meals more regularly than the female students of the 2008 class (p<0.05). It was found that sophomore female students of class 2008 consumed higher than average nutrient intake. Sophomore female students of the 2011 class consumed lower than average vitamin $B_2$, C, Ca, and Fe intakes. Folic acid in take was lower than average in both groups. Phosphorus and sodium intakes in both groups were excessive (p<0.05). When surveyed, sophomore female students of the 2008 class believed that the most important thing for health was exercise, whereas students of class 2011 believed that nutrient intake was the most important factor (p<0.05). Female students of the 2008 class exercised 1~2 times a week generally, whereas students of class 2011 exercised three times (43.2%) (p<0.05). Therefore, it is necessary to study changes in dietary habits and health status according to the age of students, and develop specific nutrition education programs for female students.

여대생과 그들 어머니의 외식산업에 대한 식생활 태도 조사 (A Survey of Dietary Attitude on the Food Service Industry in college women and Their Mothers)

  • This survey was carried out to Investigate the effects of dietary attitude on the nutrition knowledge, food habits, the daily average nutrient Intakes and the intake of Instant food, convenience food & fast food between college women and their mothers. Questionnaires were completed by 214 college nutrition majors and also by their mothers numbering at 173. College women's mothers showed a better average in meal time regularities per week than that of. college women. Also it is the fact that the college women had a higher frequency rate of instant food and fast food than their mothers. In the case of both college women and mothers if they eat at regular meal times they had a higher score in food habits. But the daily average nutrient intakes was not significant because of the fact that the meal time regularity and nutrient intakes 414 not concise. The higher frequency of instant food intake had a lower score in food habits and nutrition knowledge. The higher frequency of fast food Intake had a higher food habits score but it also had a lower score in nutrition knowledge. As in the intake of instant food and convenience food the college women had a higher Intake frequency. In the dietary pattern the college women they liked to eat (lour foods. But their mothers liked to eat Korean foods. The selective motive and the degree of satisfaction of food service industry product was for convenience and time saving. The food service industry products were found to be unsatisfactory in nutrition and sanitation. Therefore we must be more aware of preventing the disappearance of Korean traditional foods. For the continuing development of our dietary culture we need to have the food service industry to develop more suitable diet for Korean.

전남 일부 농.어촌 지역 청소년의 성별에 따른 식습관과 식생활 태도 및 영양지식의 비교 (Comparison with Dietary Habits, Dietary Attitudes and Nutritional Knowledge According to Sex of Teenagers in Jeonnam Province)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate dietary habits, dietary attitudes, perceptions for nutritional importance, nutritional knowledge and frequency of food intake to get the basic data of effective nutritional knowledge to form desirable dietary habits of students. This study was carried out through a questionnaire. The subjects were 362 teenagers (boys 161, girls 201) in some farming and fishing regions of Jeonnam. The most desirable dietary habit was that both boys and girls never skipped their lunch, the undesirable dietary habit was that boys ate too fast and girls had too many snacks. While boys ate faster than girls (p < 0.01), girls skipped dinner more frequently than boys (p < 0.01). In terms of dietary attitudes, boys had more desirable attitudes than girls in that they "choose nutritious food" (p < 0.01), "enjoyed healthy food more than favorite food" (p < 0.01), "think about basic food groups when having something" (p < 0.01) while girls had more desirable attitudes than boys in that they "only have favorite food" (p < 0.01). In nutritional knowledge, girls showed a percentage of more correct answers than boys in "is likely to suffer anemia without enough iron" (p < 0.05), and "it doesn't need to eat fat, which causes obesity" (p < 0.05). In general, girls had higher nutritional knowledge than boys. For frequency of food intake, boys ate more fried and broiled food than girls (p < 0.05). In general, boys had nutritional unbalanced diets more than girls. As a result, girls had higher levels of nutritional knowledge and boys had more desirable dietary habits and attitudes. We should have systematic and repetitive education about nutrition so that teenagers could practice their nutritional knowledge in diets. Moreover, it is necessary to develop proper education for their genders.

청소년의 식습관과 음주행태와의 관련성 - 2012년 청소년건강행태온라인조사를 중심으로 - (Relationship between Korean Juveniles' Dietary Habits and Drinking Alcohol - The Result of Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey 2012 -)

  • Objectives: Since juveniles' unhealthy diets, and their problematic behavior resulting from drinking cause serious harm to those who are in a period of growth, we attempted to find out the relationship between juveniles' dietary habits and their drinking alcohol. Methods: The data was collected from 74,186 people in a 2012 web-based survey of Korean juveniles' health behavior, which was jointly conducted by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the Korea Centers for Disease Control. This study conducted a logistic regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. Results: Juveniles who consume fast food at least once in a day have a significantly higher chance of binge drinking (OR=3.063, 95% CI=2.332~4.023), problematic drinking(OR=6.041, 95% CI=4.947~7.379) than those who don't. It also indicates that juveniles who don't eat breakfast have a significantly higher chance of binge drinking (OR=1.358, 95% CI=1.158~1.593), problematic drinking(OR=1.762 95% CI=1.548~2006) than those who eat breakfast every day. Conclusions: Irregular breakfast or a frequent intake of fast food causes problematic drinking, and binge drinking. Therefore, when planning programs for the prevention of juvenile drinking, it seems necessary to include education of healthy dietary habits.

부천시 일부 초등학생의 영양소 섭취상태, 식습관, 학업스트레스와 학업성취도와의 관련성 연구 (Relationships between the Nutrient Intake Status, Dietary Habits, Academic Stress and Academic Achievement in the Elementary School Children in Bucheon-si)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생의 영양소 섭취상태, 식습관, 학업스트레스 및 이들 요인과 학업성취도와의 관계를 분석해보고자 경기도 부천 소재 초등학교 5학년 학생 224명을 대상으로 2007년 7월에 실시하였다. 본 연구대상 학생은 정상범위의 신장과 체중 및 신체충실지수를 나타내고 있었으나 남학생에 비해 여학생에서 마른 학생의 비율이, 여학생에 비해 남학생의 비만율이 더높았다. 영양소 섭취상태는 대부분 권장량 수준으로 섭취하고 있었으며, 단백질, 비타민 A, 비타민 B1는 120% 이상 섭취하고 있었다. 그러나 칼슘 (61%)과 엽산 (66%)은 부족하게 섭취하고 있었으며, 식이섬유소와 칼륨, 엽산의 섭취량은 여학생이 남학생보다 많았다 (p < 0.05). 탄수화물:단백질:지방의 섭취비율과 n-3계열과 n-6계열 지방산 모두 적정량을 섭취하고 있었다. 식습관은 전반적으로 양호하였으으나 남학생이 여학생에 비해 불량한 편이었으며 학업스트레스는 남녀 모두 총 점수의 40% 정도로 스트레스를 적게 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학업성취도는 영양소 섭취상태 (에너지, 단백질, 인, 칼륨, 아연, n-6계열 지방산, 다중불포화지방산)가 좋을수록 (p < 0.05), 식습관점수가 높을수록 좋았다 (p < 0.05). 반면, 외식 빈도수가 적을수록 학업성취도가 높은 경향을 보였다. 학업스트레스는 학업성취도가 높을수록 적게 받고 있었다 (p < 0.01). 본 연구 결과, 학업성취도가 높은 사람일수록 영양소 섭취상태와 식습관이 좋았으며 학업스트레스를 적게 받고 있었다. 따라서 영양교사와 학부모 및 담임교사들은 아동에게 체계적인 영양교육을 실시함으로서 아동의 영양 상태증진 및 올바른 식습관 정립을 통하여 학업성취도 향상에도 일부 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

어머니의 스마트폰 사용습관이 유아의 공격성 및 정서지능에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Smartphone Usage Habits of Mothers on Aggression and Emotional Intelligence of Young Children)

  • 본 연구는 어머니의 스마트폰 사용습관이 유아의 공격성과 정서지능에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 전북 소재, 만 3~5세 유아가 스마트폰 사용 경험이 있는 어머니 총 275부의 설문 자료를 활용하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어머니의 스마트폰 사용습관과 유아의 공격성 및 정서지능의 일반적 경향을 분석한 결과, 어머니의 스마트폰 사용습관의 일반적 경향은 전반적으로 낮은 비율을 보였으며, 하위요인별로는 '내성 및 몰입'이 가장 높은 수치를 나타내었다. 유아 공격성의 일반적 경향에서는 전반적으로 낮은 비율을 보였고, 하위요인별로는 '지위획득 공격성'이 높은 수치를 나타내었다. 유아 정서지능의 일반적 경향에서는 대체로 보통수준의 비율을 나타내었으며, 하위요인별로는 '어머니와의 관계'가 가장 높은 수치를 보였다. 둘째, 어머니의 스마트폰 사용습관과 유아의 공격성 및 정서지능과의 관계를 분석한 결과, 어머니의 스마트폰 사용습관과 유아 공격성은 정적상관관계가 있었으며, 유아 정서지능과는 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 스마트폰 사용습관 하위요인 중 가상세계지향과 정서지능 하위요인 중 자기정서 인식 및 표현은 부적상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 어머니의 스마트폰 사용습관이 유아의 공격성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 어머니의 스마트폰 사용습관 및 하위요인 모두에서 유아의 공격성에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 어머니의 스마트폰 사용습관이 유아의 정서지능에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 어머니의 스마트폰 사용습관 및 하위요인 모두에서 유아의 정서지능에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

현대인의 식습관 문제점 인지와 발생 질병극복을 위한 대안 제시: 5대 블루존 중 미국 로마린다 지역을 중심으로 (A Study on the Problems of Eating Habits of Mordern People and Suggesting Alternatives to Overcome Diseases: A Review of the Five Blue Zones, Based on the Roma Linda Region in the USA)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 현대인의 식습관 문제점 인지와 발생 질병극복을 위한 대안을 제시하기 위해 로마린다에 거주하는 사람들의 질병 발병률 감소가 식습관이 미치는 영향 대한 선행연구를 조사하는 방식으로 이루어졌다. 방법: 본 연구의 기간은 2016년 5월 1일부터 2018년 2월 28일까지 이루어졌다. 문헌 검색은 database로서 Pubmed와 국내 각각의 학회 사이트를 활용하였다. 잘못된 식습관의 인지를 바탕으로 식습관에 따른 질병의 종류를 분류하여 서술하였다. 본 논문은 분석된 데이터를 통해 객관적으로 해석하고 결론을 유추하였다. 총 100여 편 이상을 선정하여 그 중 60여 편의 논문과 데이터베이스를 가지고 총설을 작성하였다. 결과: 로마린다에 거주하는 사람들은 균형진 영양섭취, 충분한 운동, 적절한 수분 섭취, 햇빛 쬐기, 절제(알코올 등 절제), 신선한 공기, 적절한 휴식, 그리고 신뢰 등을 기초로 한 영양교육을 철저히 실천하고 있다. 로마린다에 거주하는 사람들의 대부분은 생활습관 중 특별히 균형 잡힌 영양섭취에 해당하는 식습관은 채소, 과일, 견과류를 충분히 섭취하는 채식위주의 식사를 포함한다. 로마린다에 거주하는 사란들은 다른 곳에 거주하는 사람들에 비해 관상동맥 심장병과 암 발병률이 낮은데, 그것의 직접적인 이유로는 건강한 채식위주의 식습관과 금연, 금주 등을 강조하는 절제생활 및 운동에 대한 인지를 통해 활동량의 증가 등을 꼽는다. 건강한 삶의 여러 요인 중 이 논문이 살펴본 중요한 부분은 식습관인데, 이는 올바른 식습관이 건강한 삶과 직결돼 있고, 좋지 못한 식습관이 많은 질병의 원인이 되기 때문이다. 많은 선행연구들이 대부분의 만성퇴행성질환은 나쁜 식습관과 스트레스에서 기인함을 이미 밝혀냈다. 결론: 지역공동체의 식습관을 연구의 대상으로 삼은 이유는 그들의 생활습관이 건강한 삶에 관심을 가진 현대인에게 주는 메시지가 있기 때문이다. 영양교육을 통해 건강하게 사는 사람들의 생활습관, 특별히 로마린다에 거주하는 사람들의 식습관을 살펴보는 것은 건강한 삶을 추구하고자 하는 현대인들에게 중요한 배움의 기회가 될 것이다. 또한 현대인이 자신의 식습관을 올바르게 인식하여 식행동의 변화를 유도한다면, 질병에 대한 발병률을 감소시키고, 건강한 삶을 영위할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

빅데이터 분석을 통한 운전자 맞춤형 엔진 제어 장치 시스템의 개발 (Development of a Driver-Oriented Engine Control Unit (ECU)-Mapping System With BigData Analysis)

  • Since 2016 when the regulations related to vehicle structure and device modification were drastically revised, the car tuning market has been growing rapidly. Particularly, many drivers are showing interest in changing the interior and exterior according to their preference, or improving the specifications of their cars by changing the engine and powertrain, among others. Also, as the initial engine settings such as horse power and torque of the vehicle are made for stable driving of the vehicle, it is possible to change the engine performance, via Engine Control Unit (ECU) mapping, to the driver's preference. However, traditionally, ECU mapping could be only performed by professional car engineers and the settings were also decided by them. Therefore, this study proposed a system that collects data related to the driver's driving habits for a certain period and sends them to a cloud server in order to analyze them and recommend ECU mapping values. The traditional mapping method only aimed to improve the car's performance and, therefore, if the changes were not compatible with the driver's driving habits, could cause problems such as incomplete combustion or low fuel efficiency. However, the proposed system allows drivers to set legally permitted ECU mapping based on analysis of their driving habits, and, therefore, different drivers can set it differently according to the vehicle specifications and driving habits. As a result, the system can optimize the car performance by improving output, fuel efficiency, etc. within the range that is legally permitted.
