The personal health record platform can store and manage medical records, health-monitoring data such as blood pressure and blood sugar, and life logs generated from various wearable devices. It provides services such as international standard-based medical document management, data pattern analysis and an intelligent inference engine, and disease prediction and domain contents. This study aims to construct a foundation for the transmission of international standard-based medical documents by mapping the diagnosis items of a general health examination, special health examination, life logs, health data, and life habits with the international standard terminology systems. The results of mapping with international standard terminology systems show a high mapping rate of 95.6%, with 78.8% for LOINC, 10.3% for SNOMED, and 6.5% when mapped with both LOINC and SNOMED.

The major food grains in Korea are rice and barley. The wheat was supplied from USA after World War II in 1945 and it changed the eating habits for Korean diet. The role of barley as a food grain has been diminished and that of wheat has been acknowledged; the consumption per capita per year of wheat is over the half of that of rice which is the staple grain in Korea. This article is a brief review on the background of wheat becoming the important grain in Korean diet and the following developmental story of flour mills. Emphasis was given to the statistics on flour mills industry.

The online education platform market is developing rapidly after the coronavirus infection-19 pandemic. As school classes at various levels are converted to non-face-to-face classes, interest in non-face-to-face online education is increasing more than ever. However, the majority of online platforms currently used are limited to the fragmentary functions of simply delivering images, voice and messages, and there are limitations to online hands-on training. Indeed, digital transformation is a traditional business method for increasing coding education and a corporate approach to service operation innovation strategy computing thinking power and platform model. There are many ways to evaluate a computer programmer's ability. Generally, piecemeal evaluation methods are used to evaluate results in time through coding tests. In this study, the purpose of this study is to propose a comprehensive evaluation of not only the results of writing, but also the execution process of the results, etc., and to evaluate the programmer's propensity habits based on the programmer's coding experience to evaluate the programmer's ability and productivity.

The aim of this study was to raise awareness about smoking and to facilitate the induction of smoking cessation. The participants were 49 patients who showed intention to participate in the test. The participants who had done a questionnaire, were asked to quit smoking for about an hour. After taking the breath deeply, they stopped for 20 seconds and measured breathing slowly. Carbon monoxide in the exhalation was higher when the daily smoking amount was higher and the smoking duration was longer, but not significant. In the case of smoking after meal and smoking in bed in the morning, the carbon monoxide level was significantly higher than that in the case of not smoking. It was significantly associated with skin allergic symptoms. The usual exercise habits, drinking and the respiratory disease were not correlated with carbon monoxide levels.

The purpose of this article described the effects of mentoring program to the underachiever's attitude in learning Mathematics. In order to do this research, a mentoring class had been carried out for 30 weeks, with two students who was underachievers in mathematics. It was carried out contrastive analysis on the student's learning attitude in the math class before and after the mentoring, using a questionnaire of learning attitude in math with 40 questions, filling the blanks in sentence, recording files of class, and mentoring journals. As a result, before taking the mentoring class, students who were participated in the mentoring program were negative and low in five subordinate concepts(learning attitude, such as their tendency, interest, desire, confidence, attitude, and studying habits in math). However, after the mentoring class, the two students were remarkably changed in positive way on the five concepts in learning mathematics. Therefore, it is helpful to underachievers in mathematics if the mentoring program is used since it yields a positive impact on the learning attitude.

Purpose - The domestic liquor market is steadily increasing, but locally made liquor markets remain stagnant. The market opening due to the FTA and westernized eating habits are expanding the consumption of imported liquor by Koreans and the demand for beer and soju is still high. Therefore, we analyzed the scale efficiency of Korean locally made liquor companies. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on a translog-cost function, a scale efficiency analysis was conducted using the government's information survey on the liquor industry. Data from 541 liquor companies analyzed from 2013 to 2014 were used for analysis. Results - As a result of the scale efficiency analysis, the average sales of the mid-sized locally made liquor companies is 171 million won, but the appropriate sales amount is 1 million won. It is estimated that there is a need to increase sales. Conclusions - The gap between the actual sales and the appropriate sales of mid-sized locally made liquor companies with 3~10 employees is larger, so it is necessary to reduce the average cost by increasing the sales of locally made liquor companies. In order to do so, it is necessary to acquire customer strategies such as product differentiation, advertising and publicity.

Cecidomyiidae (Diptera) consists of six subfamilies, which are divided into three groups according to larval ecological habits (phytophagous, mycophagous, and zoophagous). The five basal subfamilies of Cecidomyiidae consist entirely of mycophagous species, with approximately 1500 species described worldwide and 29 previously known to occur in Korea. In this study, 37 named species (1 Lestremiinae, 29 Micromyinae, 4 Winnertziinae, and 3 Porricondylinae species) are newly reported from South Korea. We excluded Lestremia yasukunii Shinji from the list of Korean mycophagous cecidomyiids as it is a nomen nudum. Therefore, we herein officially recognize 65 species, 30 genera, and four subfamilies for the Korean mycophagous cecidomyiid fauna. We also provide diagnoses and photographs to aid species identification and discussion on the four years of gall midge taxonomic inventory in South Korea.

126 male and 95 female Korean college students were examined for Scoliosis by using Moire type body observation apparatus. Scoliotic hump measuring instrument, and spinal cord side curvature condition measuring instrument. The prevalence rate of Scoliosis along with identifying its possible causal factors and characteristics were investigated. The results revealed that 5.56% of male and 8.42% of female students(male to female ratio 1:1.47) were suspected as having Scoliosis. There was a significant correlation between the students who have symptoms of Scoliosis and their physiological measurements(e.g., lower breathing capacity of the lungs). There were also close relationships between the suspected cases and their habits(e.g., poor sitting and sleeping posture). It is concluded that the Scoliosis in Korean college students should not be ignored.

Snoring is a very common sleep disorder. Approximate 20~30 percent of population and 40~60 percent of middle and old age population are reported to have symptoms of snoring. Snoring patients do not frequently recognize snoring until spouse or colleague has noticed. Hence, for most people snoring has been not a serious health issue but one of bad sleeping habits. However, it recently draws social attention because most patients with diagnosed "Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome" cased by obstruction of the upper airway are reported snoring. In this point, the author attempts to review the clinical aspects and treatments about snoring and "Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome" in the medical and dental perspective.

The purpose of this study was to identify the variables which affect BMI and the relationships among BMI and socio-demographic variables and health-related behaviors among women in Pajoo city. A self-report questionnaire was used covering questions regarding health, eating habits and health related behaviors such as smoking and drinking behavior, exercise, weight management, etc. Test of significance for differences between the groups were performed with $X^2$-test and hierarchial regression. The level of BMI has a positive relationship with age, married status, and weight management among Pajoo citizens in Korea. This study may be utilized in preparation and planning for dementia prevention programs and policies of older people. Also it can be useful for developing and enhancing various health programs and policies and policies when applied appropriately.
