질소시비 수준이 수수 $\times$ 수단그라스 교잡종과 대두와의 간작재배에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Nitrogen Level on Intercropping Cultivation of Sorghum $\times$ Sudangrass Hybrid and Soybean)

  • A field experiment was conducted in Chungiu and Jungwon to evaluate growth characteristics, root development, dry matter yield, crude protein yield and palatability according to nitrogen fertilizer level at intercropping cultivation of sorghum $\times$ sudangrass hybrid(hereinafier referred as SSH) and soybean. Nitrogen level was six treatment of Okg, 30kg 60kg, 90kg 120kg, and 150kg per hectare, and cutting date (sorghum $\times$ sudangrass and soybean) was july 28. 1. In the SSH, plant length was increased with increasing nitrogen fertilizer from 0kg/ha to 120kg/ha, but 150kgha treatment was decreased cornpared to 120kg/ha treatment. In the soybean, plant length did not show difference among 0kg, 30kg 60kg, and 90kg per hectare, but 120kg and 150kgfha treatment was on the contrary short. In the SSH, leaf length, leaf width and leaf number were the highest in 120kg/ha treatment, but soybean showed multifarious. 2. Stem diameter of SSH was increased with increasing nitrogen fertilizer. But soybean was thick from 0kg/ha treatment to 60kg/ha treatment, while above 90kg/ha treatment was on the contrary thin. Stem of SSH was hard with increasing nitrogen fertilizer, but soybean was soft with increasing nitrogen fertilizer. Root weight (Dry matter) of SSH was increased with increasing nitrogen fertilizer. On the contrary, soybean was decreased with increasing nitrogen fertilizer. 3. In the dairy cattle and Korean native cattle, palatability according to nitrogen fertilizer was the highest at 90kgha treatment, while 120kgha treatment and 150kgha treatment was the lowest. But in the deer, 30kg/ha treatment of low nitrogen fertilizer was the highest in palatability. 4. Nitrogen content of root of SSH was increased with increasing nitrogen fertilizer(P<0.01). But in soybean, 30kg and 60kg/ha treatment were higher than 0kg, 90kg, 120kg and 150kg/ha treatment(P<0.01). Total niwogen content of soil were high at 90kg 120kg 150kgha trea~ment(P<0.01). 5. Dry matter yield was high at the 90kg 120kg and 150kgha treatment as range from 15, 262kg/ha to 15, 614kg/ha without significant difference among those, but Okgha treatment was the lowest as 11, 183kg/ha (PC 0.05). Protein content of SSH was the highest at 90kg/ha treatment as 8.3 percentage. Soybean was highest at 60kgha treatment as 22.9 percentage. Protein yield was the highest at 90kg/ha treatment as 1, 547.6kg/ha, but Okgha treatment was the lowest as 1, 022.8kg/ha (P<0.01).

혼파재배 토양이 옥수수 생육특성 및 영양수량에 미치는 영향 (Efect of Mixed-Culture Soil on Growth Characteristics and Nutrient Silage Corn)

  • This experiment was carried out to determine the effects of soil condition that previous crop cultivated after [TO: Soil of corn cultivated, T1 : Soil of rye monoculture cultivated(l50kg/ha), T2 : Soil of mixedculture cultivated(Rye : Red clover = 120 : 3koa). T3 : Soil of mixed-culture cultivated(Rye : Red clover = 90 : 6kg/ ha), T4 : Soil of mixedculture cultivated(Rye : Red clover = 60 : 9kg/ha), T5 : Soil of mixedculture cultivated (Rye: Red clover = 30 : 12kg/ha), T6 : Soil of red clover monoculture cultivated(l5kgha)) on the growth characteristics and nutrient yield of silage corn. The results are summarized as follows. 1. The plant length of silage corn was high in order of T6>T5>T4 treatment. In the leaf length, T5 and T6 treatment showed short compared to the other treatments, but they were wider than the other treatments in leaf width. In the number of leaf, T6 treatment was the highest as 14 leaves per plant, while T1 treatment showed lower than the other treatments as 12.6 leaves per plant. 2. In the stem hardness, ear length, ear width and ear full degree, soil treatment of red clover mono-culture cultivation(T6) showed higher than the other treatment as 5.1 1kg/$cm^2$, 20.8~~1, 7.7cm and 97%. respectively (P<0.01, 0.05). Ihe leaf of summer depression did not many occurrence, but T6 treatment was lower than the other treatment as 0.8 leaf per plant. 3. ADF and NDF composition were not affected by soil condition. Crude protein composition of T6 treatment was the highest as 7.8%. while TI treatment was the lowest as 6.9%. Fresh weight yield(59,083kg/ha), dry matter yield(21,743kg/ha), crude protein yield(l,369kg/ha) and TDN yield(15,800kg/ha) at T6 treatment were much more increased by 41.9, 47.5, 57.4 and 49% than TI treatment(39,410, 14,259, 827 and 10,056kg/ha).

이탈리안 라이그라스의 논 춘파재배시 시비수준, 분시비율, 파종방법이 생산성 및 사료가치에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Different Fertilizer Levels, Split Application Rate, and Seeding Methods on Dry Matter Yield and Forage Quality of Italian ryegrass in Early Spring on Paddy Field)

  • 본 연구는 중남부지역 논에서 이탈리안 라이그라스의 춘파재배시 시비수준, 파종방법별 생산성 및 사료가치 비교를 통해 최적 춘파재배법을 구명하고자 수행되었다. 시비수준간 건물수량을 살펴보면 $N-P_2O_5-K_2O$ = 140-120-120+규산질비료(Silicate fertilizer) 200 kg/ha 처리에서 8,330 kg/ha으로 가장 높았으며, 160-140-140 kg/ha 처리에서도 7,686 kg/ha으로서 표준시비량 (140-120-120 kg/ha) 처리(7,347 kg/ha)에서 보다 높았다. Total digestible nutrient (TDN) 함량은 처리간 유의성이 없었다. 조단백질 함량은 규산질 비료를 추가한 처리에서 11.62%로 가장 높았으나 건물률은 17.6%로 가장 낮았다. 춘파시 표준시비량을 기비로 전량시용 (100:0) 했을 때의 건물수량은 7,347 kg/ha으로서 기비:추비 (50:50)로 시용했을 때의 7,405 kg/ha와 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 그러나 표준시비량을 전량 기비로 주고 3~4엽기에 요소 100 kg/ha를 추가 시용했을 때는 표준시비량만을 기비시용 했을 때에 비해 건물수량이 9,469 kg/ha으로 29%나 증가하였다. 파종방법별 건물수량은 조파(8,176 kg/ha) > 로터리-산파-답압 (7,947 kg/ha) > 로터리-산파 (7,810 kg/ha) > 산파 (7,347 kg/ha) > 산파-로터리 (7,034 kg/ha) 순으로 많았으며, TDN 함량은 산파(61.72%)와 로터리-산파(61.67%) 처리에서 높은 수치를 나타냈고 산파-로터리(59.57%) 처리에서 가장 낮았다. 조단백질 함량은 로터리 작업을 수행한 처리에서 높았으며 산파에서 가장 낮은 수치를 나타냈다.

하태독법을 시행 받은 아동의 어머니를 대상으로 한 만족도 조사 (A Research on Mothers' Satisfaction with Ha-Taedok Treatment to Their Children)

  • Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate effectiveness of the Ha-Taedok treatment and discuss how to improve the Ha-Taedok method Methods We analyzed the medical records of 20 children who were treated by Ha-Taedok method. 20 questionnaires were administered to the mothers of those children and statistically analyzed by using PASW Statistics 18. Results The children who were treated by Ha-Taedok method weighed at birth ranged from a minimum of 2.7 kg to a maximum of 3.86 kg, and the children's weight after treated by Ha-Taedok method were varied from a minimum of 2.8 kg to a maximum of 4.7 kg. The Ha-Taedok treatment was initiated to children from 3 to 23 days after their birth. 15 out of 20 mothers of the children treated by the Ha-Taedok method were satisfied with Ha-Taedok method (75%). All of them answered that they were willing to repeat the treatment to their children again or recommend the treatment to others. 10 out of 20 mothers told that the main factor/point for improvement of Ha-Taedok method was publicity. Conclusions If the effectiveness of Ha-Taedok method is scientifically proven and recommended, the scope of Ha-Taedok method for newborn infants will be widely used.

Dentinal Tubules Occluding Effect Using Nonthermal Atmospheric Plasma

  • Nonthermal atmospheric plasma has been studied for its many biomedical effects, such as tooth bleaching, wound healing, and coagulation. In this study, the effects of dentinal tubules occlusion were investigated using fluoride-carboxymethyl cellulose (F-CMC) gel, nano-sized hydroxyapatite (n-HA), and nonthermal atmospheric plasma. Human dentin specimens were divided to 5 groups (group C, HA, HAF, HAP, and HAFP). Group HA was treated with n-HA, group HAF was treated with n-HA after a F-CMC gel application, group HAP was treated with n-HA after a plasma treatment and group HAFP was treated with n-HA after a plasma and F-CMC gel treatment. The occlusion of dentinal tubules was investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDS), which shows Ca/P ratio. In the EDS results, a higher Ca/P ratio was shown in the groups including n-HA than in the control group. The specimens of group HAP and HAFP had a higher Ca/P ratio in retentivity. In the SEM results, there was not a significant difference in the amount of times applied. Therefore, this study suggests F-CMC gel and n-HA treatment using nonthermal atmospheric plasma will be a new treatment method for decreasing hypersensitivity.

양극산화처리를 통한 다공성 임플랜트 표면의 표면거칠기 증대에 대한 연구 (STUDY ON THE ENHANCING MICRO-ROUGHNESS OF POROUS SURFACED DENIAL IMPLANT THROUGH ANODIZATION)

  • Statement of problem: HA has been used as a coating material on Ti implants to improve osteoconductivity. However. it is difficult to form uniform HA coatings on implants with complex surface geometries using a plasma spraying technique. Purpose : To determine if Ti6Al4V sintered porous-surfaced implants coated with HA sol-gel coated and hydrothermal treated would accelerate osseointegration. Materials and Methods : Porous implants which were made by electric discharge were used in this study. Implants were anodized and hydrothermal treatment or HA sol-gel coating was performed. Hydrothermal treatment was conducted by high pressure steam at $300^{\circ}C$ for 2 hours using a autoclave. To make a HA sol, triethyl phosphite and calcium nitrate were diluted and dissolved in anhydrous ethanol and mixed. Then anodized implant were spin-coated with the prepared HA sols and heat treated. Samples were soaked in the Hanks solution with pH 7.4 at $37^{\circ}C$ for 6 weeks. The microstructure of the specimens was observed with a scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the composition of the surface layer was analyzed with an energy dispersive spectroscope (EDS). Results : The scanning electron micrographs of HA sol-gel coated and hydrothermal treated surface did not show any significant change in the size or shape of the pores. After immersion in Hanks' solution the precipitated HA crystals covered macro- and micro-pores The precipitated Ca and P increased in Hanks' solution that surface treatment caused increased activity. Conclusion : This study shows that sol-gel coated HA and hydrothermal treatment significantly enhance the rate of HA formation due to the altered surface chemistry.

승기탕의 치법 고찰을 통한 임상활용 제안 (The Clinical Suggestion of Seunggi-Tang by Reviewing Therapeutic Methods)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to suggest the another Method of Treatment of Seunggi-Tang by reviewing ShanHanZaBingLun GuiLinGuBon Methods: The book of ShanHanZaBingLun GuiLinGuBon published by the Eui-Seong-Dang in 2004 was used. All Seunggi-tang was researched and classified into Method of Treatment. Results: Seunggi-tang included Doinseunggi-tang, Soseunggi-tang, Jowiseunggi-tang, and Daeseunggi-tang. There were two methods of using Seunggi-tang: the Ha treatment with usual volume and the Hwa treatment, with reduced volume. Seunggi-tang especially Soseunggi and Jowiseunggi-tang, were used not only as the Ha treatment but also as the Hwa treatment for several diseases such as gastrointestinal diseases with Bokman or Chogyeonghudang. Conclusions: This study reveals that Seunggi-Tang could be used Ha or Hwa treatment and Hwa treatment could be utilized in various clinical situation. Further study is needed.

히드록실아민과 히드라진 처리에 의한 폴리아크릴로니트릴 필름의 개질 (Modification of Polyacrylonitrile Films by Hydroxylamine and Hydrazine Treatment)

  • 폴리아크릴로니트릴(PAN) 필름에 히드록실아민(HA)을 반응시켜 히드록시기와 아민기를 생성시키고, 히드라진으로 처리하여 가교결합을 도입시키는 방법을 검토하였다. HA와 히드라진을 각각 처리하거나 2단계 또는 동시 처리하여 개질시킨 PAN 시료들의 반응도, 물 및 N,N'-디메틸포름아미드(DMF) 팽윤도, FTIR 스펙트럼, 원소함량, 열분석 결과들을 분석하여 효율적으로 기능기와 가교결합을 도입시키는 방법을 제시하였다. PAN 필름은 HA와의 반응에 의해 기능기가 도입되고 친수성이 향상되지만 형태안정성이 감소하며, 히드라진 처리에 의해 DMF 팽윤도가 감소한다. 히드라진 및 HA를 2단계로 처리하면 형태안정성은 향상되지만 기능기 도입이 어려워지고, 히드라진과 HA를 동시에 처리하면 형태안정성과 친수성을 효율적으로 향상시킬 수 있다.

  • This study was carried out to investigate the introduced route of exotic weeds and the effects of herbicide treatment. Herbicide trial was arranged as a completely randomized block design with treatment 1(\circled1 Dicamba $1\ell$/ha, \circled2 Mecoprop $5\ell$/ha, \circled3 Bentazone $3\ell$.ha, \circled4 Glyphosate $4\ell$/ha and \circled5 Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl 2kg/ha), and treatment 2(\circled1 Dicamba $2\ell$/ha, \circled2 Dicamba $4\ell$/ha, \circled3 Glyphosate $6\ell$/ha, \circled4 Glyphosate 4+Dicamba $1\ell$/ha and \circled5 Glyphosate 4+dicamba $2\ell$/ha) against 10 exotic weed species, and conducted in Suwon, Seosan and Yeongam from 1997 to 1999. Exotic weeds have been mostly introduced within imported cereals for concentrate feed or within seeds for forage production. Most of exotic weeds in forage crop field were controlled more than 95% by herbicide, but it was desirable that the control of exotic weeds was abreast of chemical and ecological method.

Effect of Mixed Treatment of Nitrogen Fertilizer and Zeolite on Soil Chemical Properties and Growth of Hot Pepper

  • Urea has been the most useful N-source, due to lower cost per unit of N. But nitrogen use efficiency of urea may be reduced because of losses from agricultural system by volatilization of ammonia to atmosphere. This study was conducted to evaluate the nitrogen efficiency and growth of hot pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) by mixed treatment with nitrogen and zeolite. They were treated with N $161kg\;ha^{-1}$, N $230kg\;ha^{-1}$, nitrogenzeolite mixture (NZM) $161kg\;ha^{-1}$, NZM $230kg\;ha^{-1}$ and N $0kg\;ha^{-1}$, respectively. In the soil chemical properties after experiment, soil pH decreased but available $P_2O_5$, EC and total nitrogen increased in nitrogen-zeolite mixture treatment. $NO_3-N$ content in the soil showed the highest level in NZM $230kg\;ha^{-1}$. NZM $161kg\;ha^{-1}$ treatment increased growth and yield of hot pepper compared to urea alone. Nitrogen utilization efficiency of hot pepper plant was 47.15% at the treatment of NZM $161kg\;ha^{-1}$, while 36.74% at N $230kg\;ha^{-1}$. These results showed that application of mixture of nitrogen and zeolite had positive influence to improve the efficiency of nitrogen utilization and increase of red pepper yield.
