한국판 저장행동평가척도의 표준화 연구 (Reliability and Validity of the Korean Version of the Hoarding Rating Scale-Self-Report)

  • Objective : The Hoarding Rating Scale-Self-Report (HRS-SR) is a five-item scale that simply assesses the hoarding symptoms. We evaluated the factor structure, reliability, and validity of the Korean version of the HRS-SR (HRS-SR-K). Methods : A total of 144 individuals completed the self-administered questionnaires including HRS-SR-K, Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory-Revised-Korean version (OCI-R-K), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), and Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI). Psychometric properties of the HRS-SR-K were analyzed. Results : The Cronbach's α value for internal consistency of the HRS-SR-K was excellent (Cronbach's α=0.84). The construct validity was analyzed on the basis of principal component analysis and one-factor structure of the original scale was maintained. The HRS-SR-K total score and each item scores were more strongly correlated with the hoarding subscale score in OCI-R-K (convergent validity, r=0.71, p<0.01) than the corresponding scores of nonspecific depression or anxiety measures (discriminant validity). Conclusion : The HRS-SR-K is a simple and reliable self-report scale for examining the severity of hoarding symptoms.

보수성을 개선한 복합형 신축이음장치(HRS) 내구성 평가 (Durability Evaluation of Hybrid Expansion Joint System with Improved Replacement)

  • 기존 신축이음장치 교체 시간을 절감하고, 차선별 부분교체가 가능하도록 보수성을 개선한 신축이음장치 시스템(HRS)에 대하여 실물규모의 수직하중 피로시험과 윤하중 성능실험을 수행하여 내구성을 평가하였다. 수직하중 피로시험결과 레일형 신축이음장치의 최대응력은 170 Mpa이며, 이는 HRS 신축이음장치레일의 항복강도 355MPa의 약 47.8% 수준이다. 보수성을 개선한 HRS 신축이음장치의 수직하중 피로시험은 도로교설계기준에 따라 재하판의 크기와 하중을 설정하였고, 200만회 수직하중 피로시험과 윤하중 성능실험에 있어서 파괴거동을 나타내지 않았으며 그 내구성과 안전성을 확인하였다.

  • 현대사회는 정보통신기술 및 빅데이터 기술의 발전으로 누구나 인터넷을 통해 손쉽게 방대한 데이터를 얻고 활용할 수 있는 시대로, 양질의 데이터를 수집하는 능력을 넘어 수많은 정보 속에서 올바른 데이터만을 선별하는 능력이 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 이러한 기조는 학계에서도 이어지고 있는데, 축적되는 연구물 속에서 양질의 연구를 선별하여 올바른 지식구조를 형성하기 위해, 다양한 연구 분야에서 체계적 고찰(systematic review) 및 비체계적 고찰(non-systematic review)과 같은 문헌연구(literature review)가 수행되고 있다. 한편, 코로나19 팬데믹 이후 의료산업에서도 그동안 합의에 이르지 못했던 원격의료가 제한적으로나마 허용되고, 인공지능 및 빅데이터 기술이 응용된 건강추천시스템(health recommender systems: HRS)과 같은 새로운 의료서비스가 각광을 받고 있다. 하지만, 실무적으로 HRS가 미래 의료산업 발전을 이끌 중요한 기술로 평가받고 있음에도 불구하고, 학술적인 문헌연구는 다른 분야에 비해 매우 부족한 실정이다. 더불어 HRS는 학제적 성격이 강한 융합 분야임에도 불구하고, 기존의 문헌연구는 비체계적 고찰과 체계적 고찰 방법만을 주로 활용하여 이뤄졌기 때문에, 다른 연구 분야와의 상호작용이나 동적인 관계를 유추하기에는 한계가 존재한다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 인용네트워크 분석(citation network analysis: CNA)을 활용하여 HRS 및 주변 연구 분야의 전체적인 네트워크 구조를 파악하였다. 또한, 이 과정에서 최신 논문이 인용 관계가 잘 나타나지 않는 문제를 보완하기 위해 GraphSAGE 알고리즘을 적용함으로써, HRS 연구에 있어 'recommender system', 'wireless & IoT', 'computer vision', 'text mining' 등과 같은 연구 분야들의 중요도가 높아지고 있음을 파악하였으며, 이와 동시에 개인화(personalization) 및 개인정보보호(privacy) 등과 같은 새로운 키워드가 주요 이슈로 등장하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 HRS 연구 커뮤니티의 구조를 파악하고, 관련된 연구 동향을 살펴보며, 미래 HRS 연구 방향을 설계함에 있어 실질적인 통찰을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

수열합성법에 의한 Sr-Ferrite 분말합성 (Preparation of Sr-Ferrite Powders by Hydrothermal)

  • This study is to detect the synthetic condition for the formation of Sr-Ferrite(SrFe12O19) by hydrothermally reaction. Mixed suspension of SrCl26H2O and FeCl3 6H2O were fixed on pH and were subjected to autoclavings at various temperature(150∼300$^{\circ}C$), reaction time(2hrs.∼48hrs.). The Sr-Ferrite powders were synthesized at 150$^{\circ}C$ for 36hrs, 200$^{\circ}C$ for 4hrs and 250$^{\circ}C$ for 2hrs. Synthesized powders were increased particle sizes at longer reaction time and higher reaction temperature. It has hexagonal ferrite M-type structure and has high purity of SrO.5.6 Fe2O3 composition.

The maintenance record of the KSTAR helium refrigeration system

  • Korea Superconducting Tokamak Advanced Research (KSTAR) has a helium refrigeration system (HRS) with the cooling capacity of 9 kW at 4.5 K. Main cold components are composed of 300 tons of superconducting (SC) magnets, main cryostat thermal shields, and SC current feeder system. The HRS comprises six gas storage tanks, a liquid nitrogen tank, the room temperature compression sector, the cold box (C/B), the 1st stage helium distribution box (DB#1), the PLC base local control system interconnected to central control tower and so on. Between HRS and cold components, there's another distribution box (DB#2) nearby the KSTAR device. The entire KSTAR device was constructed in 2007 and has been operated since 2008. This paper will present the maintenance result of the KSTAR HRS during the campaign and discuss the operation record and maintenance history of the KSTAR HRS.

배양 대뇌신경세포의 저당-저산소증 모델에서 우황청심원에 의한 세포사 방지 연구 (The Effect of Woohwangcheongsim-won for Delayed Neuronal Death in OGD(Oxygen-Glucose Deprivation) Model)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this investigation is to evaluate the effects of Woohwangcheongsim-won and to study the mechanism for neuronal death protection in OGD (oxygen-glucose deprivation) model with embryonic day 20 (E20) cortical cells of a rat (Sprague Dawley). Methods: E20 cortical cells were dissociated in neurobasal media and grown for 14 days in vitro (DIV). On 14 DIV, Woohwangcheongsim-won was added to the culture media for 72 hrs. On 17 DIV, cells were given an oxygen-glucose deprivation shock (2hrs and 4hrs) and further incubated in normoxia for another three days. On 20 DIV, Woohwangcheongsim-won's effects for neuronal death protection were evaluated by LDH assay and the mechanisms were studied by Bcl-2, Bak, Bax, caspase family. Results & Conclusions: 1. This study indicates that Woohwangcheongsim-won's effects for neuronal death protection in OGD model is confirmed by LDH assay in culture method of embryonic day 20(E20) cortical neuroblasts. 2. Woohwangcheongsim-won's mechanisms for neuronal death protection in OGD model are to restrain inflow of cytochrome c into cellularity caused by Bcl-2 increase (2hrs and 4hrs), to reduce the caspase cascade initiator caspase-8 (4hrs).

  • Congenital diaphragmatic hernia [CDH] is a surgical emergency in the newborn infant because it causes severe cardiorespiratory distress. Congenital diaphragmatic eventration [CDE] may also produce severe cardiorespiratory distress in the newborn infant. CDH is an anatomically simple defect that can be easily repaired by reduction of the displaced viscera from the pleural cavity and closure of the diaphragmatic defect. But these infants mortality has not been reduced and still remains very high. The barrier to survival is pulmonary parenchymal and vascular hypoplasia as well as the complex syndrome of persistent fetal circulation. Between May, 1985 and Oct, 1987, 4 neonates with CDH and 1 neonate with CDE were seen in respiratory distress within 12 hrs of birth at St. Francisco general hospital. Each had severe acidosis and hypoxia. And was transferred from a local clinic. They were surgically repaired within 24 hrs of birth. Three neonates lived and two died. Two of the three neonates with CDH operated in the first 6 hrs died. The remaining two [one with CDH, the other with CDE] operated between 6hrs and 24 hrs lived. One case of mortality was combined with bilateral pulmonary hypoplasia and contralateral pneumothorax. The other one case of mortality was combined with complex syndrome of persistent fetal circulation after honeymoon period.

산성 음료수에 의한 법랑질 침식과 구강내 재경화에 관한 연구 (A STUDY ON THE ENAMEL EROSION CAUSED BY ACIDIC BEVERAGE AND REHARDENING BY INTRAORAL EXPOSURE)

  • There are many concerns about the erosive effect of acidic beverage. In this study, the erosive effect of bovine enamel caused by $Pepsi-Cola^{(R)}$(pH 2.41) and rehardening effect by intraoral exposure were determined by microhardness test and SEM. The bovine enamel specimen was imbedded in 100ml $Pepsi-Cola^{(R)}$ during 5 minutes and exposed to the intraoral environment with removable resin plate. The microhardness test was performed after 1 hr, 24 hrs, and 48 hrs. The results obtained from this study can be summarized as follows ; 1. The microhardness value was significantly (p<0.05) reduced by cola beverage, and significantly (p<0.05) increased after 1 hr and 24 hrs respectively. 2. The difference in the microhardness between 24 hrs group and 48 hrs group was not significant (p>0.05) and microhardness value of 48 hrs group was significantly less than that of initial group (p<0.05). 3. The erosive effect of cola beverage and remineralization effect by intraoral exposure were visualized by the SEM photo. But, the enamel surfaces did not return to their original state.

18 Ni 마르에이징 강의 기계적 성질에 미치는 시효처리의 영향 (Effect of Aging Treatment on the Mechanical Properties of a 18 Ni Maraging Steel)

  • Effects of aging treatment on the mechanical properties of a 18 Ni maraging steel were investigated by considering the reverted austenite. Specimens were heat treated by austenitizing at $840^{\circ}C$ for 1 hr and then aged for various times at $480^{\circ}C$ and $520^{\circ}C$. The main results obtained are as follows : 1) The amounts of reverted austenite are increased up to about 4% at $480^{\circ}C$ and about 22% at $520^{\circ}C$ with 1 to 48 hrs aging time. 2) Decreasing tendencies of impact energy and fracture toughness with increasing aging time are diminished after aging for 2 hrs at two aging temperatures of $480^{\circ}C$ and $520^{\circ}C$. 3) Peak hardness and yield strength are obtained after aging for 4 hrs at $480^{\circ}C$ and 2 hrs at $520^{\circ}C$ respectively. From the above results, it was concluded that the optimum aging condition with which showed good strength and toughness combination are given to be $480^{\circ}C$ for 4 hrs and $520^{\circ}C$ for 2 hrs.

벼의 관수기간 및 수질이 광합성과 생육에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Overhead Flooding Stress on Photosynthesis and Growth in Rice)

  • 본 실험은 청수, 반탁수, 탁수에 따른 탁도처리와 관수시간에 따른 광합성, 엽록소형광, 증산량 및 회복능을 분석하여 관수스트레스에 대한 벼의 생리반응을 구명하고자 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 광합성은 탁도가 높고, 관수 시간이 경과할수록 감소하였다. 특히 관수 36시간 전까지는 약 25%, 42시간이후에는 약 50%가 감소하였다. 증산량은 탁도 및 관수시간이 증가함에 따라 증가하였으며, 청수에서는 약 30%, 반탁수에서는 약 25%, 탁수에서는 약 20%가 증가하였다. Fv/Fm은 탁도 및 관수시간 증가에 따라 감소하였으며, 청수에서는 48시간이후에, 반탁수 및 탁수에서는 36시간이후 약 20%가 감소하였다. 전질소함량은 관수스트레스에 의해 감소하였고, 탁수처리 36시간이후부터 감소량이 켰다. 2. 관수스트레스에 따른 회복력을 나타내는 건물중은 탁도 리별 차이는 작았으나, 관수시간이 경과할수록 크게 감소하였다. 피해정도는 24시간안에는 약 25%, 42시간이후에는 각 처리구 모두에서 약 50%의 생장감소가 일어났다. 관수 48시간의 반탁수 및 탁수는 고사하였다. 광합성은 탁도에 따라서는 청수에서 약 15%, 반탁수, 탁수에서는 10%가 감소하였고, 특히 42시간이후에는 30-50% 감소하였다. 증산량은 탁도 및 관수시간에 처리간의 차이 없이 약 20%증가하였다. 3. 관수 24시간처리에서 관수처리 시 및 퇴수 후 회복기간에도 광합성과 증산량의 일시적인 감소가 일어났다
