  • Heart rate has many effect by environment factor and body factor and mind factor. Experimental testing decide to make relaxed condition. so It want to get correct data peoples different time and condition in the day so medical mans think relaxed to low Heart rate. but normal heart different from peoples and time. there was noting standard. so Heart rate is really hard to relaxed heart rate. Heart rate pattern must have long time analysis for good result. if you get relaxed heart rate so you don't need long-time analysis. Relaxed heart pattern used for guidance of auditory impulse public got concentration and solve to stress. it chose MC Square and mozart music. Two kind of auditory impulse analysis to make a relaxed Heart rate and relaxed pattern. way of analysis is HRV and minute of heart bit rate. result It have find Guidance to Relaxed Heart rate.

Analysis of Biosignal Variations caused by Epidural Anesthesia (경막외마취에 따른 생체신호 변화의 분석)

  • This study was performed to extract and analyze the biosignals to find the relationship between the level of anesthesia and the variations of physiological parameters during epidural anesthesia. Seven male and twenty female patients(ages from 45 to 70 years old) were participated for the experiment, and ECGs, PPGs, SKTs, SCRs were obtained during anesthesia. As results, the HF/LF ratios of HRV were decreased after the injection anesthetics. For skin temperatures, values measured from the palm was reduced and the temperatures from four channels, measured from armpit through the right side of the body, were increased. SCRs were decreased for all channels after the injection of anesthetics. However the heart rate and PPGs showed no significant changes. It was concluded that the injection of anesthetics result the changes in biosignals, and it could be explained by the degree of the sympathetic and/or parasympathetic nerve activities. Results of this study could provide the valuable information for the estimation of level for the spinal and general anesthesia, and could be extended to the development of a system which could quantify the level of anesthesia.

  • 본 연구는 절전기능과 인체순응을 고려하여 개발된 에어컨의 쾌적기류를 평가하기 위해 기존 에어컨에 활용되어지고 있는 정속풍, 변동풍과 새롭게 적용되고 잇는 개발풍을 비교하고자 수행하였다. 20명의 남녀 피험자를 대상으로 심전도를 측정하고 HRV 분석을 실시하여 남녀별로 비교한 결과 남녀 모두 개발풍, 변동풍, 정속풍의 순서로 HF/LF 값이 높게 나타났으며, 여성의 경우 정속풍은 무자극 조건에서보다 낮은 HF/LF 값을 나타내었다. 그리고 무자극에 대해서는 여성의 경우보다 남성의 경우가 변동풍과 개발풍의 기류제어 조건에서 크게 반응하였다. 남녀모두를 평균한 기류자극별 비교분석에서는 개발풍에서 가장 높은 HF/LF 값을 보였으며, 개발풍과 변동풍이 정속풍에 대하여 유의미한 차이를 나타내었다. 개인별로 각 자극에 대한 HF/LF 값을 계산하열 각 조건들에 대한 선호도를 조사한 결과, 14명이 개발풍에서 가장 높은 HF/LF 값을 나타내었고, 6명의 피험자는 변동풍에서 가장 높은 HF/LF 값을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과 새롭게 제시된 개발풍이 기존의 정속풍이나 변동풍에 대하여 더욱 쾌적한 기류임을 알 수 있었다.

Analysis about Autonomic Nervous Activity and Balance of Workers (근로자들의 자율신경 활성 및 균형도에 대한 분석)

  • Objective : This study was designed to analyze the results of autonomic nervous activity(ANA) and autonomic nervous balance(ANB) by heart rate variability test. The subjects were workers in the automobile manufacturing company. Method : The subjects consisted of 32,049 workers who had answered about questionnaires of a job position, age, smoking, drinking, exercise history and sex. The ANA and ANB were examined by SA3000P. I analyzed the differences of ANA and ANB according to job positions, ages, the state of smoking, drinking, exercise and sex by T-test or ANOVA with SPSS ver. 17.0. Results : Regarding the differences of ANA among job positions, the ANA was lowest in sales positions, highest in production workers. Among ages, the ANA was highest in 50s, lowest in 30s. In smoking, the ANA was higher in non-smoking group. In drinking, the ANA was higher in non-drinking group. In exercise, the ANA was higher in exercise group. In sex, there was no significant difference. The case of ANB, there were no significant differences except for ages. Among ages, the ANB was highest in 20s, the lowest in 40s. Conclusion : According to these results, we should establish the methods of controlling ANA and ANB from the perspective of Korean traditional medicine.

Fatigue by Analyzing Heart Rate Variability and Its Association Factors among Workers in the same industry (심박변이도 측정을 통한 피로요인 분석 : 동일 사업장의 근로자 대상으로)

  • Objective : The aim of this study was to investigate fatigue-related factors including socio-demographic variables and life styles among workers in the automobile manufacturing industry. Method : The subjects were 22,937 individuals who had received health examination by Korean Medical doctors and responded to questionnaires for 8 months from March to November in 2011. The fatigue index was measured by heart rate variability (HRV) in an automobile manufacturing industry. A multivariate analysis with SPSS version 19.0 was used to examine the relationship between fatigue and other factors including ages, smoke consumption, drinking frequency, exercise frequency, occupational category, conjugal condition. Results : In comparison between normal and very bad level of fatigue, factors of ages, smoking, drinking, and exercise showed significant difference(p<0.05). In addition, when normal and bad fatigue were compared, ages, smoking, exercise also produced significant difference(p<0.05). Furthermore, in normal and good level of fatigue comparison, occupation and smoking yielded significant difference(p<0.05). Finally, in other comparisons between normal and very good fatigue, exercise, smoking and occupation revealed significant difference(p<0.05). Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that age increase affects fatigue negatively, whereas exercise and drinking of once or twice per a week can have positive correlations.

  • In this paper, we proposed complex demodulation method(CDM) to visualize the instantaneous frequency change of LF component and HF component of HRV signals, which represent the dynamics of sympathetic and parasympathetic (vagal) tone, respectively. As we know the range of the center frequencies of each autonomic tones, we could apply complex demodulation method. To simulate the heart rate variability signal, the IFPM model was adopted for generation of simulated cardiac event series. Then, we can visualize and access the dynamic changes of LF and HF component of autonomic tones in the time-frequency domain.

The Characters of Autonomic Nervous System in Heart Weak Children through Analysis of Heart Rate Variability (심박변이도 분석을 통한 심계 허약아의 자율신경계 특성)

  • Objectives The purpose of this study is to evaluate the characteristics of autonomic nervous system in heart-weakened children via analyzing heart rate variability (HRV) compare to healthy children. Methods Among the children who have visited the department of pediatrics at OO oriental medicine hospital, the subjects were composed of 62 elementary school students without cardiac disorder, who have yet develop secondary sexual characteristics. Results 1. Mean HRT and SDNN of the heart-weakened group of children were lower than the healthy group, but with no statistical significance. 2. Heart-weakened children had higher LF norm and LF/HF ratio, but lower HF norm than healthy children. The rest of the Frequency Domain Index have no significant differences. 3. Heart-weak score showed a positive correlation with Mean HRT and LF/HF ratio. Conclusions Heart-weakened children had an imbalance in autonomic nervous system due to increase of sympathetic nerve activity and decrease of parasympathetic nerve activity.

Study on the Effect of Cognitive Function by Color Light Stimulation (색채 조명 자극이 인지기능에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we estimated the effects of different color stimulation on the cognitive function of human quantitatively. For the stimulations we used color lights with 6 color filters such as red, yellow, green, blue, violet and white. The experiment was performed in a soundproof chamber. 50 young male and female subjects were participated in the experiment. To find the appropriate color cognitive function, the endogenous visuospatial attention task(EVAT) and one back working memory task(OWMT) were performed. The reaction time and accuracy degree were measured. The results showed that the reaction time of EVAT was the fastest and the accuracy degree of attention task was the highest in green environment. The reaction time of OWMT was the fastest in yellow and the accuracy degree of memory task was the highest in blue. For physiological parameters, we measured electrocardiogram(ECG) and HRV spectrum analysis, HF/LF color environment. These results can be used as an indicator in the design of color environment and clinical applications.

Analysis about Stress Index and Resistance of Workers by Heart Rate Variability (근로자들의 스트레스에 대한 심박변이도 검사를 통한 분석)

  • This study was designed to analyze the results of stress index by heart rate variability test. The subjects were workers in the automobile manufacturing industry. The subjects consisted of 23,767 workers who had answered about questionnaires of a job position, age, smoking, drinking, exercise state and sex. The stress index(SI) and stress resistance(SR) were examined by SA3000P. We analyzed the differences of SI and SR according to job positions, ages, the state of smoking, drinking, exercise and sex by T-test or ANOVA with SPSS ver. 17.0. Regarding the differences of SI among job positions, the SI was highest in sales positions. Among ages, the SI was highest in 30s. In smoking, the SI was lower in non-smoking group. In drinking, there was no significant differences in SI. In exercise, the SI was lower in exercise group. In sex, there was no significant difference. The case of SR, SR was lowest in sales positions. Among ages, the SR was lowest in 40s. In smoking, the SR was lower in smoking group. In drinking, there was no significant differences in SR. In exercise, there was no significant difference. In sex, the SR was lowest in male. According to these results, we should establish the methods of controlling stress from the perspective of Korean traditional medicine.

Analysis of Mental Fatigue of Inspection Workers under Various Lighting Conditions (조명조건의 변화에 따른 검사작업자의 정신적 피로도 분석)

  • Inspection works are mainly carried out with the help of human sensory organs and are relatively simple and repetitive, so that the workers easily become to feel fatigue and monotony, and their mental activity levels attenuate. Consequently, during the work time, it is natural that various lighting conditions around the workplaces may have in-fluence on work performance. This study aimed to analyze cortical fatigue of inspection workers. Thus, an inspection work was simulated on a computer monitor under various lighting conditions, and CFF, EEG, EOG, and HRV were analyzed. According to the results, fatigue symptoms turned up about $60{\sim}90$ minutes after the onset of the work. The work performance also decreased when the fatigue symptoms due to lighting conditions turned up. The variations of fatigue and work performance were affected by illuminators, illumination levels, or interaction of those two factors. The spiral fluorescent lamp seemed improper to the inspection work, because the work performance under that condition was lower than under any other illuminators.
