  • 본 논문에서는 교육현장에서 서술평평가를 자동화하기 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 장문의 응답에서 단어를 추출하여 단어 간 네트워크를 생성하고 정답 네트워크와 비교를 통해 평가를 실시한다. 기존의 키워드 방식은 네트워크 관점에서 노드를 기준으로 채점하는 것이라면, 제안 시스템은 엣지를 기준으로 채점하게 되어 학습자의 답변에서 지식의 관계성을 채점할 수 있어 학습자에게 유용한 피드백을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Operational Characteristics of a Flux-Lock Type SFCL Integrated with Voltage-Controlled Voltage Source Inverter

  • In this paper, a flux-lock type superconducting fault current limiter(SFCL) integrated with a voltage-controlled voltage source inverter(VC-VSI) is proposed. The suggested equipment, which consists of a flux-lock type SFCL and a VCVSI, can perform the fault current limiting operation from the occurrence of a short-circuit. In addition, it can compensate the reactive power that the non-linear load requires and also perform the uninterruptible power supply(UPS) as well as the load voltage stabilization by controlling the amplitude and the phase of the inverter's output voltage. The specification for a test model was determined and its various functions such as the fault current limiting and the power conditioning operations were presented and analyzed via computer simulation. Through the analytical results based on the computer simulation, the validity of the analysis was confirmed and its multi-operation was discussed.

  • The purpose of this study was to analysis the education effects of web-based on-line cyber program mesaured by Kirkpatrick’s evaluation process. The average score on satisfaction of the program was 4.28(.59), which was designed to evaluate the level 1, reaction. To test level 2, learning, the average score that students achieved was calculated and it was 86.87(std.=7.05) in the term examinations. The level 3, job months. It was reported that most employees who took the course are utilizing the knowledge that they acquired from the course(mean=3.80, std.=.77). To identify the level 4, business results, the mean score of the number of accidents and near misses that happened in their factories for 3 months before and after the course were compared. There was statistically significant difference between the number of accidents that happened 3 months before the course and 3 months after the course, at the significance level of .01, which was tested by Paired t-test.

KS, QMS, EMS 통합경영시스템 구축 및 운영에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Integrated Management Systems Establishment and Operation of the KS, QMS and EMS)

  • With the foundation of the WTO in 1995, the era of boundless and unlimited competition between many of the countries around the world has begun. In order to elevate the competitiveness in the international market, we have incorporated the QMS and the EMS system, establish by the International Standardization Organization, and the process has been operated under the authorization. However, many Korea companies' separate enforcement of the QMS and the EMS system is causing the dissipation of the labor force and the invested capital. As we can see through studying the contents on this paper, the number of documents has been reduced down to 54% (From 139 of them to 64 of them), and the conflict and the chaos that could have happened between the documents has been prevented. Its' outcome is attributed to the foundation and the embarkation on the Integrated Management Systems of the KS, QMS, and EMS. Not only that, it has also reduced the waste elements up to greater than 40%.

  • Voltage-controlled voltage source inverter (VCVSI) based distributed generation systems (DGS) using renewable energy sources (RES) is becoming increasingly popular as grid support systems in both remote isolated grids as well as end of rural distribution lines. In VCVSI based DGS for load voltage stabilization, the power angle between the VCVSI output voltage and the grid is an important design parameter because it affects not only the power flow and the power factor of the grid but also the capacity of the grid, the sizing of the decoupling inductor and the VCVSI. In this paper, the steady state modeling and analysis in terms of power flow and power demand of the each component in the system at the different values of maximum power angle is presented. System design considerations are examined for various load and grid conditions. Experimental results conducted on a I KVA VCVSI based DGS prove the analysis and simulation results.

미국 지방자치단체의 지역사회 경제개발 정책변화가 우리 나라 지역사회 경제개발에 주는 정책적 함의 (Community Economic Development Policy of the USA Local Governments and its Implication to Korean Local Community Economic Development)

  • The purpose of this paper was to draw implications for community economic development policies of Korean local governments by investigating the community economic development policies of the USA local governments. Those policies can be segmented to first wave(1950s-1970s), second wave(1980s), and third wave(1990s) of development policy. First two policies entailed some expense to community residents by providing low tax rates, tax abatement, tax reliefs, industrial revenue bonds, and direct state loans for potential companies. These policies brought ‘clawback’ and ‘drawbacks’ to the local residents. The third wave of community economic development policy includes capital market programs(predominantly government-financed loan programs and government support for predominantly privately financed loan or equity programs), providing information and education for small business in the communities, supporting small business by providing high technology and research, and export assistance-providing information/training opportunity how to export, sending trade missions, and export financing. Local government authorities in Korea should learn the community economic development policies administrated by the USA local governments so that they can avoid the potential try-and-errors in establishing, planning, and administrating their economic development policies.

  • The impact of a single wave generated by a dam break with a tall structure is modeled with a three-dimensional version of the Moving particle semi-implicit (MPS) method. The particle method is more feasible and effective than methods based on grid connection problems involving violent free surface motions. In the present study, the Tsunami impact load and the change of longitudinal velocity component around the structure, which are obtained from the numerical simulation, are compared to those from experiments.

  • A particle method, recognized as one of gridless methods, has been developed to investigate non-linear free-surface motions interacting with structures. This method is more feasible and effective than conventional grid methods for solving flow fieldswith complicated boundary shapes. The method consists of particle interaction models representing pressure gradient, diffusion, incompressibility, and the free-surface boundary conditions without grids. In the present study, broken dam problems with various viscosity values are simulated to validate the developed method.

  • IDC(Internet Data Center)는 안정적인 회선과 전력공급시설을 갖춘 서버 입주시설로써 효율적으로 구분되어진 랙 단위 서브네트워크 상에 서버를 20~30대씩 묶어 관리하는 시설이다. 여기서는 랙 단위로 서버들의 보안, 방화벽, 트래픽 등을 효율적으로 관리해주는 방법이 필요하다. 이를 지원하기 위해 3~5종의 상용 장비를 채택할 경우 도입비용은 물론 운용관리에 큰 부담일 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 5가지 기능을 하나의 랙 단위 소형 통합보안라우터에 구현하는 방법을 제시하고, 특히 IDC에서는 필수 기술인 트래픽 쉐이핑과 IPS를 융합 구현하며 이에 따른 효용성도 제시하고자 한다.

공학계열 대학생 물리 기초학력평가 문항분석 및 성취수준 설정 사례연구 (A Case Study on Item Analysis and Standard Setting of the Physics Basic Ability Test for Engineering College Students)

  • This study is to examine the validity of assessing basic-level proficiency in physics among incoming engineering freshmen through item analysis and standard setting. For empirical analysis, we examined the physics subject taken by the freshman class of 2021 at K University, considering its significance for engineering students. In this study, we initially performed item analysis utilizing both classical test theory and item response theory. Subsequently, leveraging the item and test information, we employed a modified Angoff method and the Bookmark method for standard setting. Consequently, the difficulty level initially set during item development was found to be higher than the actual performance level exhibited by the students. This study highlights a discernible disparity between the expected university standard and the real proficiency level of incoming freshmen in terms of basic academic ability in physics. Based on these research findings, a comprehensive discussion on the fundamental academic competence of engineering students was conducted, underscoring the necessity for formulating a tailored learning approach leveraging the outcomes from the basic ability test.
