A sunken ship often involves an oil spill. This paper was carried out to minimize environmental and cost damages stemming from oil spil of sunken shipl. Through the analysis of both the standards of the oil tank system and installation, we have identified potential oil spill sites and proposed a remedy of prevention. The result of study, the air pipes of the oil tank are a vulnerable point for oil spill. Also, the remote control devices of emergency shut-off valve have poor accessibility at abandon ship, making it difficult to shut off the emergency shut-off valve. Thus, we propose the addition of a remote quick closing valve in the air pipe and the building of a central control system.

Purpose - Recent rapid environmental changes in the hospital industry are accelerating the spread of customer satisfaction management. Customers' desires have become diversified and advanced; in the past, customers tended to preferred popularized and standardized care, whereas they now prefer individualized and differentiated care, based on an increase in income. Specifically, this study tries to analyze the mediating effects of factors that affect the configuration portion of customer value and relationship quality (customer trust and relationship commitment) by investigating the impacts and configuration factor of customer value on relationship quality and determining how these factors impact customer loyalty directly or indirectly. Research design, data, and methodology - This study aims to determine the customer value factors that impact the perceptions of dental hospital customers, how these factors impact relationship quality and customer loyalty, and the causal relationship of these factors, and to verify the research model based on previous research. To increase the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the authors of this study constructed basic questions using measurement tools already verified for reliability and validity in existing studies. In this study, customer value is defined as customers' recognizing value by exchanging goods or services and is measured using a five-point Likert scale using 19 questions about the 4-Ds, such as convenience value, quick service, response value, and trustworthiness. For each question, "very low" was set at 1 point and "very high" at 5 points. Customer trust, relationship commitment, and customer loyalty are also measured using a five-point Likert 5-point scale (1 = very low, 5 = very high) based on previous studies. Results - For customer value, trustworthiness and quick service are shown to have direct significant positive impacts on customer loyalty. For customer value and quality of the relationship (customer confidence and commitment), trustworthiness, response value, confidence value, and quick service are shown to have a significant positive impact on customer truth, in order of impact. For the relationship between customer value and commitment, quick service and response value are shown to have significant positive impact. Customer confidence has a very high positive influence on commitment. For the relationship between the quality of the relationship (customer confidence and commitment) and customer loyalty, customer confidence is shown to have more of an impact than commitment, in terms of a direct influence of customer loyalty. Commitment showed a positive impact on customer loyalty. For the relationship between customer confidence and customer loyalty, commitment showed a mediating effect. Conclusions - Many additional variables could apply; this study focused on customer value, quality of the relationship, and customer loyalty. In particular, there will be significant value in identifying the relationships among customer value, relationship quality, and customer loyalty by using impact factors for customer value; ensuring external validity by expanding denotation and applying the findings to other service industries; and undertaking continuous research. This study has limited generalization potential because the target for this survey was located only in the Seoul area.

In order to settle down structural causes of the process of distribution and apparel production in domestic fashion industry, and to raise competitive power with changing market environment, we need to bulid up Quick Response(QR) system based on information technology such as EDI(Electronic Data Interchange), KAN(Korea Article Number), and POS(Point of Sales), POS is the most valuable information tool to promote QR system paractically. The purpose of this study was to investigate motivation of POS adoption, problems in operating the system, and satisfaction on POS effects. Data were collected by sending questionnaire to the managers in apparel firms which were using POS. Statistical devices were t-test, frequency with SAS program. The results fo the study were as follows: 1. The degree of satisfaction to POS effects was rather good. Especially, rapid evaluations on new products gave the greatest satisfaction to the users. 2. Satisfaction degree of POS effects according to introduces time and organization characteristic(number of employees) have no significant difference, but the firms which have higher annual sales volume showed higher satisfaction degree. Merchandise department showed higher satisfaction on POS effects. 3. The motivation of POS adoption was an effective logistics control with consumer information as a marketing strategy. The problems in operating the system were lack of investment, and professionals. They almost didn't have KAN code, instead, have their own code system.

The efficient plan and numerical methods for development of the interior ballistics code have been investigated. The schemes of the numerical code for the moving boundary with the projectile movement have been compared and verified through the free piston motion problem. The combustion of solid propellants and the pressure gradient in the chamber by the porosity effect have been predicted based on the numerical calculation of the initial combustion of the interior ballistics. Computerization techniques of the fundamental schemes and plans for development of the numerical analysis code for the interior ballistics have been obtained.

The recent development of 4G mobile communication system has led to the rapid technology shift from conventional repeater systems using coaxial cable links towards new fiber optic repeater systems using fiber-optic links between the base station and the outdoor fiber optic repeater. The technical changes have brought up the increasing needs of robust optic links that can be used in harsh environments. Based on the most demanding requirements, a new outdoor optical connector employing 2-channel fiber optics, uplink and downlink, has been developed for the applications where the rugged environmental protection is essential. This paper describes the development of the new connector along with the design criteria and performance results. In summarizing, the prototype optical connectors have undergone extensive laboratory and field test, and they have shown exceptional optical and mechanical characteristics under extreme environmental conditions. The connectors have also exhibited capabilities of providing fast and easy installation while maintaining high performance fiber optic connections.

A quick-hardened concrete track was developed to improve the aged ballasted track to a concrete track, and applied to earthworks and tunnels of main and urban railways. Rebars for reinforcement are not generally applied to prestressed concrete sleepers. On the other hand, many cracked sleepers have been observed in railroad sites. A wide sleeper, which is one of the main components of quick-hardened concrete track, should be structurally safe and crack-resistant in a ballasted and concrete track to avoid this problem. In particular, a wide sleeper manufactured by a post-tension method must have reinforcing bars applied to the rail-seat section. In this paper, static tests, dynamic tests, and fatigue tests were carried out to compare the flexural strength and crack resistance performance of a wide sleeper with and without reinforcing bars for a quick-hardened concrete track. As a result of the test, if some reinforcing bars are applied appropriately to the rail-seat section of a wide sleeper, it will be possible to prevent the occurrence of cracks, delay the expansion of the crack width, and the flexural fracture.

Dynamic storage allocation (DSA) is a field fairly well studied for a long time as a basic problem of system software area. Due to memory fragmentation problem of DSA and its unpredictable worst case execution time, real-time system designers have believed that DSA may not be promising for real-time application service. Recently, the need for an efficient DSA algorithm is widely discussed and the algorithm is considered to be very important in the real-time system. This paper proposes an efficient DSA algorithm called QSB (quick semi-buddy) which is designed to be suitable for real-time environment. QSB scheme effectively maintains free lists based on quick-fit approach to quickly accommodate small and frequent memory requests, and the other free lists devised with adaptation upon a typical binary buddy mechanism for bigger requests in harmony for the .improved performance. Comprehensive simulation results show that the proposed scheme outperforms QHF which is known to be effective in terms of memory fragmentation up to about 16%. Furthermore, the memory allocation failure ratio is significantly decreased and the worst case execution time is predictable.

The traditional barcode based medicine logistics system have the problems such as loss, management error, online track, public information due to the hand-operated logistic process. Otherwise, quick response allows that the company observe the requests consistently and design medicine and establish manufacture schedule rapidly so that they could prohibit the product stocked. In this paper, we analyzed how to process medicine circulation logistics and information steps practically and proposed the RFID based medicine logistics system for the quick response in hospital. The proposed method provided the medical history tracing service, the traditional system connection, the efficiency logistic service, and the narcotic specified management service using the medicine logistics information from RFID tag. Accordingly, the satisfaction and the productivity will be improved the efficient medicine logistics by reducing the loss as well as the management error.

Purpose: Increasing advancements in the technology industry are forcing people to become more accustomed to digital financial transaction activities. The need for fast and secure payment mechanisms has birthing new idea to digital financial transaction services. Along with increasing access to technology in digital payments, new service is developed in the form of digital wallets as the successor for electronic money. Research design, data and methodology: This research aims to find out whether using QR code as digital payment tool can build customer loyalty in consumers, especially to measure the factors of satisfaction, trust and commitment of customers to do payments with QR Codes. The QR code in this study is refer to the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) which was officially implemented by Bank Indonesia starting on January 1, 2020 as a means of payment for digital transactions nationally. The research method uses a quantitative approach by way of surveying questionnaires using Likert scale of 100 samples. Results: The hypothesis analysis proved that the variables of satisfaction, trust and commitment together have positive and significant influences on customer loyalty. Conclusion: This research found that there are high interest in Millennials to do transaction using QRIS because it is deemed to be more easy, quick and safe. If a customer achieves a level of loyalty in the usage of digital transaction using QRIS then cashless society lifestyle can be considered successful and can be used in the future.

The aviation has improved safety through technological innovation and strengthened flight safety through safety regulations and supervision by aviation authorities. As the industry's safety approach has evolved into a systematic approach to the aircraft system, airlines have established a safety management system. Technical defects or abnormal data in an aircraft can be warning signs that could lead to an accident, and the risk of an accident can be reduced by identifying and responding to these signs early. Therefore, management of abnormal warning signs is an essential element in promoting data-based decision-making and enhancing the operational efficiency and safety level of airlines. In this study, we present a model to statistically analyze quick access recorder (QAR) flight data in the preliminary analysis stage to analyze the patterns and causes of crab landing events that can lead to runway departures when landing an aircraft, and provide a precursor to a landing event. We aim to identify signs and causes and contribute to increasing the efficiency of safety management.
