Image Improvement and Trust Building of Traditional Medical Service Considered Emotional Attachment (정서적 애착을 고려한 전통 의료서비스의 이미지개선 및 신뢰구축)

  • Purpose: This study intends to offer strategic implications that can be used in Korean medicine hospitals through analysis of causal relationship among factors focusing on image improvement and trust building. Methods: Differential model was introduced to test causal relationship. Questionnaire was developed, and data was collected and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling. Results: Medical service has effects on image, trust, and CS. CS has an effect on trustworthiness, and trustworthiness has positive effect on loyalty intention and has negative effect on switching intention. Emotional attachment has moderating functions between trust and loyalty intention and between trust and switching intention. Conclusion: This study offers practical implications to relevant managers, at the same time it has limitations that omits relevant study of inducing factor for emotional attachment.

  • Applying design methodology, new type friction tester has been developed. Functional analysis has been executed and functional structure were constructed during the conceptual design. Optimal solution has been selected and a proto model has been manufactured according to the conceptual design. Using the tester developed in the laboratory, frictional characteristics of natural rubbers have been experimentally analyzed. Friction coefficient has been calculated from the measured normal force and friction force under various speeds, loads, and temperatures. The corelations between the various operating conditions and friction coefficients have been verified. Especially, drag friction due to the visco-elastic behavior of the rubber has been observed in this analysis.

  • In this paper, Rayleigh wave velocity has been measured by detecting the backscattered signal generating near the Rayleigh critical angle in the elastic medium. The rotating system has been made for the measurment of Rayleigh angle. It has been shown that the measured results has been good agreement with the theoretical value. The method of non-destructive evaluation using backscattering signal has been presented and the internal of IC sample has been displayed acoustic image with good contrast.

  • In this paper, a methodology for determination of the thickness of layer on a substrate using reflection acoustic microscope has been presented. It has been shown that the amplitude and the phase of reflection coefficient of the layer-substrate composite has been used for measurement of layer thickness, acoustic velosity, mass density of the layer material. The reflection acoustic microscope operating at a frequency of 15 MHz has been used for the experiment and the measured acoustic impedance value for aluminum sample has agreed with the published data, and the measured layer thickness for silver-glass composite has agreed with that measured using micrometer.

  • In the mobile communication using DS-CDMA systems the problem of multiple user interference which reduce the performance is generated by multiple user access. In this paper to solve this problem we proposed the direct decision blind adaptive receiver with knowledge of only the desired user's spreading sequence. Simulation result present that the total user's power has equal gain The gain of signal to interference ratio for the proposed blind DD-LMS receiver has about 6[dB] than conventional receiver at additive white Gaussian noise and large gain at multipath channels. And when interference user's power has more large gain than desired user's power the gain of SIR for the proposed receiver has large value. And simulation result of bit error rate present that DD-LMS receiver has higher performance than LCCMA receiver. Thus the proposed blind DD-LMS receiver has robustness against interference of high power user and multipath channels.

  • While furniture making in general has been traditionally regarded as labor-intensive industry, the making of metal furniture has immense potential in terms of its growth and as a value added industry. Granted that the technology and designing of metal furniture in Korea are still behind the standards enjoyed by the developed nations of the world, still its future here is promising when we consider the comparatively short history of its industry, Korea depends on imports from abroad for almost all the natural resources she needs for industry. Metal (especially iron) industry is, however, one field where she has some advantage over other nations. Korea is a major producer of iron and her technology in this field is competitive in the international market. When viewed from the points of environment and ecology metal furniture has good points, as metals are recyclable when they are discarded and collected properly according to their reusability. This adds to the merits its industry has here as this country, with her limited natural resources, has yet to solve the pressing problem of disposing ever-increasing waste matter from homes and factories.

  • Recently, railway has been pointed to the efficiency of transportation, rapid transit, and comfortable train ride. In the case of domestic situation, both rapid transit railway and existing railway have been operated in higher speed and the construction of railway near the city building has been increased as well. Because of the rapid transit system and heavy railway, the noise and vibration of railway has been increased so that the strong standards in terms of environmental matter should be required. Therefore, the solution to avoid environmental matters becomes one of the most important factor in constructing railway. In this study, floating slab system which is one of the solution to avoid noise and vibration in railway has been introduced, and the foreign technology and the trend of this business has been investigated. In addition, the method of conceptual design and construction of floating slab system according to the isolator has been introduced.

Mineralogical Study of Sericite in the Daehyun Mine: Formation, Chemistry and Polytype (대현광산 견운모의 생성과정과 화학조성 및 폴리타잎)

  • The Daehyun sericite deposit in socheon-myun, Bongwha-gun, Kyungsangbuk-do, Korea, has been formed by the hydrothermal alteration of the Hongjesa granite of Precambrian age, leaving the muscovite granite between ore body and the Hongjesa granite as the wall rock alteration zone. The process of sericitization of granitic rock as well as chemistry and structures of sericites were studied using polarizing microscope, X-ray diffractometer (XRD), electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA) and high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM). There are two genetic types of sericites having different chemistry and structure. The early sericite is of 2M1 polytype and has octahedral composition close to muscovite. It has been formed from the primary muscovite, tourmaline and quartz under a relatively high temperature. The late sericite is of 1M, 2M1 and 3T polytypes and has phengitic composition. It has been formed form feldspar, biotite, muscovite and tourmaline under a relatively low temperature. Chemical analyses show t, the early sericite has less Mg+FeT content and lower Si/AlIV ratio in tetrahedral site than the late sericite.

Perspective on Revaluation of Chinese Yuan and Effects on the Korean Exports (중국위안화의 평가절상가능성과 대중수출기업의 대응방안)

  • China has pegged its currency to the US dollar (at RMB 8.3 to the dollar) since 1994. The yuan's dollar peg has increased demand for chinese exports, which account for about a third of gross domestic product. The peg has also helped to attract $308 billion in foreign investment. But there has been criticism that China has over the past two years been engaging in protracted, large-scale intervention in one direction in exchange markets. According to many reports, RMB is undervalued by somewhere between 15 and 30% by manipulation. China may not want to float the currency at once, since doing so would have a dramatic and negative effect on the economy. However, there has so far been strong pressure from trading partners including the Unite States, Japan, EU. Considered all these things, China may eventually allow some changes in the Yuan's value. This may come in the form of widening a band of movement for the currency, rather than letting it float freely in the market.

A design of generalized M-band wavelet filters using lossless system (무손실 시스템을 이용한 일반화된 M-대역 웨이브렛 필터의 설계)

  • Lossless system has been employed to design the perfect reconstruction filter banks and has particularly a close relation with the desing of orthogonal wavelet filter (OWF). With such a relation, we generalize 2-band OWF to the M-band OWF which has an improved performances. The improvement is achieved using the two techniques. One is that the wavelet low pass filter has (N-1)th order regularity with extra zeros while the existing filter has N-th order regularity. The other is that unitary matrix is designed by adding the zeros to the proper positions. As a result, M-band OWF designed by propose method has better performance than M-band OWF designed by exsiting method.
