The effects of power frequency electric and magnetic fields have been a source of concern for many years. Electromagnetic fields can pose a theat to both signal system of electrified railways and human body around railways. It is believed that, though the electromagnetic fields do no serious harm to human health, they do induce biological effects. This paper estimates the electromagnetic fields near Kyeongbu high speed railways with numerical data. The charge simulation method and surface charge method are used to calculate the electric field of 2 dimensional power distribution lines and rails and magnetic field is calculated on the base of Biot-Sarart's law.

A defect on the product safety display is defined by a failure to prevent the damage caused by the inappropriate explanation, direction, and caution to warn the users of the related risks. In other words, it lacks the sufficient instructions or caution for proper use and is unable to furnish the possible danger of the product and the instructions to deal with it. The defect is the responsibility of the manufacturers who are supposed to provide the adequate information so as to prevent injuries of the users. However, in order to prove the product safety display defective, there should be a comprehensive consideration in many different ways such as social norms (such as property and expectation of the product), usage form, indication of the expected risk, and awareness of consumer about the harm and possibility of avoidance of danger. The purpose of this research is to propose the content and types of standardized indication of safety in the industrial product by collecting and analyzing domestic safety information.

Recent News patrons of incidents can be called sinkhole that occurred one after another (Sink Hole). Due to this anytime, anywhere I do not know how the land is turned off worry and anxiety is the reason why you can never be dismissed as exaggerated. As we have seen today through the video, the vehicle was traveling on a road or pedestrian who was walking down the street they look out of the basement of a sudden they still come to mind vividly. Here, examples and corresponding measures to prevent the sinkhole off the ground, including the causes and impact on society because of this that occurred, and policy measures and abroad are evaluated with respect to what it is.

In this paper, crashworthiness of the EMU carbody of Incheon Metro is numerically evaluated against two types of overhead line structures (headspan and portal-type). The material of the EMU carbody is stainless steel (SUS301L), and that of the overhead line structures is the structural steel (SS400). The EMU carbody is analyzed under collision conditions, such as upright side-on impact, side-on roof impact and angled roof impact scenarios, to be collided against the headspan type or the portal type at the speed of 64.4km/h, respectively. It is concluded from the numerical results that the overhead line structures will not do so much harm to the EMU carbody of Incheon Metro for various collisions caused by derailment. Furthermore, the overhead line structure of the portal type is superior to that of the headspan type in the crashworthy point of view.

The characteristics of center-driver jet pump which have multi-nozzle were studied in this research. Jet nozzles are connected outside of the bend rather than inserted in the bend in order to transport solid materials or fish without any harm. Jet pumps having one nozzle, two nozzles, four nozzles, and sixteen nozzles were tested in this study. The efficiencies and performances of jet pumps were studied for several nozzles shape, for three different mixing chamber shapes, for two suction area shapes. All the efficiency curves for these cases are presented in this paper.

1. Purpose : Sasang constitutional herb medicine is known as specific to his own's constitution. So Other constitutional herb medicine can induce side effects. This study investigates the cause and side effects of other constitutional herb medicine. 2. Methods : Literature study was carried out with the chapters including harm to Other constitutions in the books "Dongyisasangjinryoeuijeon(東醫四象診療醫典)" and "Joeuihak(朝醫學)". And the causes of side effects were studied in terms of herbology and movements of Qi in Sasang constitutional medicine. 3. Results : Herb medicines of Taeeumin's have the dispersing Qi energy, so Soeumin could have side effects mostly and some of Soyangin could do. Herb medicines of Soeumin's have the warming Qi energy, so Soyangin could have side effects like dermatitis or fever. Herb medicine of Soyangin's have cooling Qi energy, so Soeumin could have side effects of digestive system like diarrhea and some of Taeeumin could do. 4. Conclusion : It is thought that herb medicine is safe and less harmful when herb medicine is prescribed and taken according to his own constitution.

However, despite their vital advantages it is true that these create undesirable side effects that harm social systems and the rights of persons. Similar to all others in the world Turkey is trying to cope with the problem through creating an appropriate legal and administrative substructure trusted to discontinue or at least minimize such criminal acts.

Passive smoking is the involuntary inhalation of tobacco smoke by a person, especially a non-smoker, who occupies and area with smokers or a smoker. Passive smoking may cause eye and nose irritation, sore throat, headache, cough to everyone, and it is known that non-smokers have the same kinds of illness with smokers. Smoking rate among the adults aged over 20 in Korea is higher than that of the US or European conturies. Therefore we suppose that Koreans may be exposured to passive smoking than the people of other conturies. It is necessary that people have the knowledge on the heath problems caused by passive smoking and on prevention from the involuntary inhalation of tobacco smoke. I propose that the smokers should be informed the importance of smoking cessation.

The buffer layer was spin-coated on the dielectric layer of OTFTs to introduce the hydrophobicity for enhancing the device performance. this functional layer contains the water-proof ingredient to reduce the surface energy and more importantly, does not harm the dielectric property of the dielectric layer. With the help of proposed hydrophobic layer, the transistor showed dramatic improvement at electrical performance which was almost 20 times higher mobility compared to the non-treated case. And on/off ratio was also guaranteed as $10^{5{\sim}6}$.
