교통사고로 발생한 단순 요통 환자의 신바로 약침과 작약감초탕 약침치료 비교 : 후향적 환자군 관찰 연구 (A Comparison of the Effect of Shinbaro Pharmacopuncture and Jakyakgamcho Decoction Pharmacopuncture Treatments in Patients with Low Back Pain Caused by Traffic Accidents : A Retrospective, Case Series Observational Study)

  • Objectives : This study was designed to compare the effect of Shinbaro pharmacopuncture treatment and Jakyakgamcho Decoction pharmacopunture treatment in patients with low back pain caused by traffic accidents. Methods : This study was conducted on 64 cases of patients with low back pain caused by traffic accidents, who were admitted to Bucheon Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine from May 3rd, 2015 to October 31th, 2015. The patients were divided into two groups : Shinbaro pharmacopuncture treatment group and Jakyakgamcho Decoction pharmacopunture treatment group. We measured the efficacy of treatment with a numerical rating scale(NRS) and Oswestry disability index(ODI). The NRS which was checked at pre-tretment and after 4th and 8th treatments, and the ODI which was checked at pre-treatment and after 8th treatment were collected and analyzed. Results : In both Shinbaro and Jakyakgamcho Decoction group, NRS and ODI decreased significantly. However there was no statistically significant difference between the groups. At the 4th treatment, However, the Jakyakgamcho Decoction group showed a greater decrease in NRS with a statistically significant difference. Conclusions : In a short period of time, Jakyakgamcho Decoction Pharmacopuncture is more efficient than Shinbaro pharmacopuncture in reducing the pain of patients with low back pain caused by trafficic accidents, but in the end there is no statistically significant difference between the groups.

광주$\cdot$전남지역 병원 간호사의 피로 연구 (A Study on the Fatigue of Hospital Nurses in Gwangju and Jeonnam Region)

  • This study was to provide basic materials to help reduce the fatigue by analyzing what effective factor the fatigue of hospital nurses in Gwangju and Jeonnam region. and what causes their fatigue. This descriptive research by Questionaires includes two hospitals in Gwangju. and seven hospitals in Jeonnam region, total 9 hospitals sampled at convenience sampling. The periods of collecting data was from Jul.22, 2002 to Jul. 30, 2002. Multidimensional Fatigue Scale; MFS, developed by Jang Se-Jin(2000) was taken to measure the fatigue. All collected materials were got the statistics by SAS for Windows Release 8.01. The result of this study was as follows. 1. This study included total 740 nurses, whose age ranged from 22 to 50; 30 years old by average. Nurses fatigue mean score was 90.24 (the scope by the measuring instrument is 19-133). Nurses at University Hospitals marked 92.36 and those at General Hospitals marked 87.91 in the mean score of fatigue. 2. They kept tired at work, and felt more tired while working at computer in the hospital. 3. The part of body in which they felt fatigue was the calf and $feet(36.6\%)$, the shoulders and back of the $neck(30.7\%)$, and the whole $body(10.8\%)$ and the reason that they felt tired at work was mental $stress(33.0\%)$, overworking(25.2\%)$, and irregular working $conditions(14.7\%)$ in order. 4. The solution to their fatigue at work appeared nothing by $50.1\%$, and the way of releasing fatigue after work indicated getting some $sleep(30.8\%)$, and taking a bath or a $shower(21.7\%)$ in order. 5. The degree of fatigue depending on whether they were satisfied with their pay and labor condition appeared low: and when they were satisfied with doctors. and when they were getting on well with caregivers. 6. The effective factor of the degree of fatigue appeared: the influence that fatigue in the hospital makes on daily life was $10.6\%$, the cause of fatigue at work, $9.3\%$, time of fatigue at work, $7.8\%$, the relationship with caregivers, $5.3\%$. and these explanatory$(R^2)$ variables.$33\%$. To conclude. the degree of nurses' fatigue appeared high. and it was higher in nurses at University Hospitals than in ones at General Hospitals. In addition, the influence that fatigue from the hospitals made on daily life was the most explanatory.

Development of a Comprehensive Usability Testing and Analysis Framework for the Physical Interface Between Product and User

  • Objective: The present study developed a comprehensive usability testing and analysis framework based on a physical interface model of product and user and applied the proposed framework to usability testing of canister-type vacuum cleaner. Background: The development of a user-centered product design is important to satisfy customers who want to use the product with ease of use and to keep the manufacturer competitive in the market. Method: The proposed testing and analysis framework consists of (1) characterization of physical product-user interface, (2) preparation and administration of usability testing questionnaire, and (3) analysis and interpretation of usability testing results. A usability evaluation of five vacuum cleaners was planned and administered based on the proposed framework and its analysis produced detailed and overall usability testing results for various aspects such as tasks, usability criteria, and design components. Results: The testing results were further utilized to identify usability problems and preferred design features of the vacuum cleaners. Conclusion: The proposed usability testing and analysis framework was found effective to identify preferred features and problems of a product design in a systematic, holistic manner. Application: The proposed framework can be of effective use for practitioners of product design and development to obtain comprehensive, quantitative usability testing information in a systematic manner.

U-러닝 기반 수준별 독서교육지원 시스템 개발 및 효과검증 (Development and Effect Verification of U-learning based Leveled Reading Education Support System)

  • 최근 모바일 기술의 발전으로 웹페이지를 시간과 장소에 관계없이 자유롭게 이용할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 환경이 만들어져 가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기 개발된 수준별 독서교육지원 시스템을 U-러닝 환경에 맞게 개선하여 모바일 서비스를 할 수 있도록 개선하고 학생들에게 전자책 서비스와의 연계를 통해 오프라인이나 온라인상에서 독서를 할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 통해 독서에 대한 흥미와 관심을 고조시키고 독서능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 독서교육지원시스템을 개발하여 그 효과를 검증해 보았다. U-러닝 기반 수준별 독서교육지원 시스템은 학생들에게 독서와 독후활동에 대한 흥미를 높일 수 있게 해 주었고 이를 통해 학생들의 독서 능력 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있었다.

  • Organic field-effort transistors (OFETs) are of interest for use in widely area electronic applications. We fabricated a copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) based field-effect transistor with different metal electrode. The CuPc FET device was made a top-contact type and the substrate temperature was room temperature. The source and drain electrodes were used an Au and Al materials. The CuPc thickness was 40nm, and the channel length was $50{\mu}m$, channel width was 3mm. We observed a typical current-voltage (I-V) characteristics in CuPc FET with different electrode materials.

두침을 활용한 뇌졸중 후 중추성 통증 환자 치험 1례 (A Case Report of Central Post-stroke Pain Patient Treated with Scalp Acupuncture(MS6 and MS7) and Usual Treatment of Korean Medicine)

  • Objectives : The aim of this report was to investigate the effects of scalp acupuncture on central post-stroke pain. Methods : We treated a patient with central post-stroke pain from Lt thalamo-geniculate artery territory infarction with scalp acupuncture(MS6 and MS7) and usual treatment of Korean medicine. We evaluated pain severity using numerical rating scale(NRS). The scalp acupuncture was performed once a day for 3 weeks. Results : After 15th treatment of scalp acupuncture, NRS decreased from 8 to 3. Conclusions : This result suggests that scalp acupuncture(MS6 and MS7) is effective in treating central post-stroke pain. We hope that more clinical data and studies are to be done for efficient application.

전남지역 석탑의 출현과 특성 (Beginning and Characteristics of Stone pagoda in Jeonnam Region)

  • Formative and structural characteristics of stone pagoda in Jeonnam area are known in largely two flows. One is that characteristic of stone pagoda in Jeonnam area of the Unified Silla is shown in eastern Jeonnam and some southern Jeonnam. But it is not shown in surroundings of Yeongsan river. Another is that besides stone pagoda in Silla style where social aspects of Goryeo are reflected, stone pagoda in Baekje style appeared. On the other hand, stone brick pagoda and non-typical stone pagoda appeared. These stone pagodas were developed mainly in north and west of Jeonnam, and could be classified in pure Baekje style and a cross style according to formative and structural characteristics. Stone brick pagoda is extant in Wolnamsa site and Woonjusa in Chungcheong and Jella areas which are old places of Baekje.

  • Organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) are of interest for use in widely area electronic applications. We fabricated a copper phthalocyanine(CuPc) based field-effect transistor with different metal electrode. So we need the effect of the substituent group attached to the phthalocyanine on the surface potential was investigated by Kelvin probe method with varying temperature of the substrate. We were obtained the positive shift of the surface potential for CuPc thin film. We observed the electron displacement at the interface between Au electrode and CuPc layer and we were confirmed by the surface potential measurement.

저출력 레이저 치료기의 광 출력 특성 (Characteristics of Optical Power of Low Level Laser Apparatus)

  • Low level laser has various therapy effects. This paper performed the basic study for fabricating the low level laser therapy apparatus, and one of the goals of this paper was to make this apparatus used handily. The apparatus has been fabricated using the laser diode and microprocessor unit. The apparatus used a 660nm Laser diode for blood stream improvement and was designed for a pulse width modulation type to increase stimulation effects. In result, we could get the light power of 660nm wavelength and the 1~10Hz irradiation frequency could be controlled stably.

  • The domestic of modern architectural remodeling method emphasizes simple aesthetic elements, and the correct design and construction methods are not established based on quantitative grounds, thus damaging the value of cultural properties. This study attempts to re-examine the value of modern buildings recognized as old buildings. It is a basic step to present the correct remodeling of the building. The design criteria for exterior wall remodeling of modern buildings were presented. These research results are suitable for energy conservation design standards and can prevent defects in buildings. In the future, more accurate analysis will be required by securing physical property values for various domestic materials through subsequent research.
