The company of 4 core materials that are needed for photovoltaic generation is located in area around this university in Gunsan, Saemangeum. And also, it was almost completed the value chain about the production of Polysilicon, Ingot, Wafer, modules and the design, construction of generation system. The industry-academy-government has understood that because of the relative companies' production and investment, it leads to a supply and demand of manpower and thus will have field centered manpower education. This program will help the problem of lack of manpower in relative companies by establishing competitive major agreement like vocational education system. Also, the university and the participating company in joint have pushed ahead field business education to make the least of industrial-education's mismatch, the training of professional manpower connected with related industries to make the universities chemical characteristics, companies securing excellent manpower and contributed to the revitalization of the regional economy. In this paper, are aware that photovoltaic industry is a future strategic industry for the country, so we will train the immediately site adapting manpower for the area of photovoltaic material and system as our goal. This is shown results of education operation for 4 years.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the self-efficacy of dental hygienists on their stress-coping method. Methods : The subjects in this study were the dental hygienists in dental institutions that were selected by convenience sampling from Jeonju, Iksan, Gimjei and Gunsan in North Jeolla Province. A survey was conducted by using structured questionnaires. Results : A regression analysis was carried out to see whether self-efficacy would affect stress-coping method, and it's found that those whose overall self-efficacy was better made more use of an overall stress-coping method(p>0.001). General and social self-efficacy exerted a significant influence on a problem-oriented stress-coping method(p>0.001, p>0.01), and general and social self-efficacy had an impact on a stress-coping method of social support pursuit(p>0.01, p>0.01). In addition, general and social self-efficacy exercised an influence on a stress-coping method of wishful thinking(p>0.01, p>0.05). Conclusions : The self-efficacy of the dental hygienists affected their own stress-coping method, and the finding of the study suggests that a lot of efforts should be made from diverse angles to boost the self-efficacy of dental hygienists.

Several methods have been used in the detection of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) which was believed to be a pathogenic organism causing chronic gastritis, benign peptic ulcer, gastric carcinoma or malignant lymphoma. Even though several methods were introduced for detection of H. pylori in stomach, there were controversies in their sensitivities and specificities. This experiment were designed to study the comparative analysis of staining methods (hematoxylin and eosin (H&E), Giemsa, Warthin-Starry and immunohistochemical stain) to dectect H. pylori in the gastric mucosa. The results were as follows. Average density score of H. pylori classified by Genta were 2.29 in Warthin-Starry stain, 2.19 in Giemsa stain, 1.34 in immunohistochemical stain and 0.98 in H&E stain. By comparison between inflammatory degree by Sydney system and result of Warthin-Starry stain, the detection rate and densities of H. pylori were increased from mild (61.5% and 0.8), moderate (90.4 and 2.1), and severe (100% and 3.2). From the above findings, Warthin-Starry stain is useful method for detection of H. pylori in gastric mucosa.

Ichthyophonus disease broke out among rainbow trout (Salmon gairdneri) fry in November 1979, and after that a fish group containing diseased fish was kept for one year. The authors examined histopathologically the diseased fish 3 times, at 6 momths intervals. Diseased fish showed markedly stunted growth and darkish coloration, and anatomically the liver with small white nodules, the heart with red nodules, the spleen with granular nodules and the markedly tumefied kidney. Ichthyophonus invaded various tissues in the host and took the shape of multinucleate spherical or hyphal body. The multinucleate-spherical bodies contained many nuclei with a large nucleolus and granular cytoplasm. Histopathologically systemic dissemination and systemic proliferation by Ichthyophonus sp. wire indentified. In addition to a single multinucleate-spherical body appeared in the various tissue, large granulomas containing two to several generations of Ichthyophonus sp. were formed especially in the liver, kidey and spleen. The inflammatory response against Ichthyophonus was characterized by mononuclear-celluar proliferation with giant cell formation and fibrobasts proliferation.

Partial thrombosis of giant aneurysms is not uncommon however, complete angiographic occlusion occurs less frequently. In the case of non-giant aneurysms, complete thrombosis and recanalization has been rarely reported. A 31-year-old man presented to the emergency department with sudden bursting headache. Brain computed tomography (CT) revealed diffuse subarachnoid hemorrhage on the left side. Both CT angiography (CTA) and digital subtraction angiography showed suspicion of small left anterior choroidal artery aneurysm. We performed surgical exploration. In the operation field, anterior choroidal artery aneurysm of $2{\times}2\;mm$ with broad neck and friable appearance was observed. Because we could not clip without sacrificing the anterior choroidal artery, we performed wrapping only. Follow up CTA after 7 months demonstrated 4 mm right internal carotid artery bifurcation aneurysm. The patient underwent aneurismal neck clipping. During the operation, $9{\times}13\;mm$ sized thrombosed aneurysm was detected and completely clipped. We initially thought this aneurysm to be a de novo aneurysm however, it was an aneurysm that had recanalized from a completely thrombosed aneurysm. This case report provides an insight into the potential for complete thrombosis and recanalization of non-giant aneurysms.

Agrocybe aegerita is an important mushroom cultivated in Korea, with good feel and a peculiar fragrance. A. aegerita can be cultivated throughout the year using culture bottles but is more susceptible to contamination than other mushrooms. Twenty-two pathogens were isolated from the fruiting bodies and compost of A. aegerita, and seven isolates were isolated from Pleurotus ostreatus to compare with the A. aegerita isolates, collected from Gimje, Iksan, Gunsan of Chonbuk, and Chilgok of Gyeongbuk Province in 2009. These isolates were identified based on morphological and molecular characteristics. Of the 29 isolates, 26 were identified as Trichoderma spp. and the remaining three were Aspergillus spp., Mucor spp., and Penicillium spp. A phylogenetic analysis revealed that the 26 isolates of Trichoderma were divided into four taxa, namely T. harzianum, T. pleuroticola, T. longibrachiatum, and T. atroviride. Among the Trichoderma spp., 16 isolates (55.2%) were identified as T. harzianum, six as T. pleuroticola (20.7%), two as T. longibrachiatum, and the remaining two were T. atroviride.

Marine Casualties cause the loss of hmm lives, properties and marine pollution. The prevention of marine accidents has been a major topic in marine society and various policies and countermeasures have been developed, applied to the industries. The coastal VTS and navigational aids are considered as one of the effective methods to promote marine safety but they need relatively huge amount of budgets to build. Thus prior to establishing these coastal VTS and navigational aids, it should be evaluated the navigational safety level in the coastal waterways in concern. So far as human beings are concerned, there are many types of fuzziness in the evaluation of navigational safety level. In order to reflect these fuzziness on this evaluation, this paper introduces the fuzzy measure and integral to represent the fuzziness in the evaluation process. Therefore this paper aims to develop the method for this evaluation using the fuzzy measure and integral. In this paper, Korean coastal area is divided into 8 sectors and evaluated the priority for the needs of coastal VTS and navigational aids. The results are found as order as Mokpo, Yosu, Pohang, Busan, Inchon, Geoje, Gunsan, Donghae coastal area.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between general hospital nurses' work environment, resilience, and intention to remain, as well as to identify the factors associated with nurses' intention to remain. Methods: Study participants were nurses at a general hospital in Jeollabuk-do, South Korea. Data collection was undertaken from July 6th to 20th, 2017, through questionnaire responses from 257 nurses. Descriptive statistics were employed for data analysis, including: independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 22.0. Results: Nurses' work environment, resilience, and intention to remain were found to have a statistically significant correlation. Intention to remain showed statistically significant positive correlations with the nurse's work environment (r=.72, p<.001), resilience (r=.50, p<.001). Factors found to influence intention to remain were work environment, resilience, job satisfaction, and health status. Conclusion: The study findings support the development of a specialized program to strengthen nurses' intention to remain. During the program's formulation, it is necessary to improve nurses' work environment and find ways to bolster the resilience of individual nurses.

Recently, developing the offshore wind farm in Korean peninsula is widely understood as essential to achieve the national target for the renewable energy. As part of national plan, KEPRI (Korea electric power research institute) is performing the front running project for the offshore wind farm development that is dedicated to investigate the possible resources based on the economy considering current technological status. It also includes the selection of the first sea area among candidates and optimal design of the offshore wind farm, etc. In this paper the interim results of the project are summarized that the possible capacity for the offshore wind farm can be estimated conservatively around 18 GW regarding the wind power class, sea depth and social constraint. The five western sea areas near Taean, Gunsan, Gochang, Yeonggwang, Sinan were chosen for the candidating sites. Detailed analysis for these sites will be conducted to finalize the first-going offshore wind farm in Korea.

This paper aims to evaluate the operation efficiency of Korean RCC(Rescue Co-ordination Center)/RSC(Rescue Sub-Center) using DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis). for this evaluation, this paper use the quantitative data for DEA analysis with two inputs and four outputs and a qualitative data analysis with the use of expert assessment. The tool for integrating heterogeneous data is fuzzy logic model to decision support system. In this paper, therefore, RCC/RSC evaluates the priority for operation efficiency. The result are found as order as Inchon, Mokpo, Jeju, Donghae, Busan, Pohang, Yosu, Sokcho, Tongyeong, Ulsan, Taean, Gunsan RSC.
