플라스틱 레귤레이터 레일 성형 최적화연구 (Study on the Design Optimization to Improve Injection Molding Performance of Plastic Regulator Rail)

  • 플라스틱 소재를 사용한 사출성형부품은 차량 경량화뿐만 아니라 충격흡수를 통한 운전자와 보행자 보호, 제품 디자인의 자율성등의 우수한 장점을 가지고 있어 그 사용량이 급속히 증가하고 있다. 유리섬유함유 플라스틱재료를 이용한 레귤레이터 레일의 사출성형시 불량률최소화를 위해 유한요소해석과 실험계획법을 사용하여 성형공정중의 휨변형량(warpage)과 수축변형를 최소화할 수 있는 최적의 성형조건을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 유리섬유의 유동성과 냉각효율의 확보를 위해 최적의 게이트 및 런너방식을 설정한다. 사출금형을 제작하여 제품을 성형제작한 후 휨변형등의 성능확인을 통해 해석방법의 유효성과 최적화의 실효성을 확인하고자 한다.

방송사 뉴미디어 스타일 가이드 제작에 관한 연구 (A Study on Production of Broadcasting New Media Style Guide)

  • 언제 어디서든 끊어짐이 없이 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있는 클라우드 컴퓨팅(Cloud Computing)기술로 인해 본격적인 N스크린 시대가 열렸다. 이에 따라 방송업계에서는 방송 콘텐츠를 PC, 스마트폰, 태블릿, App, IPTV 등 다양한 미디어 기기로 서비스할 수 있는 환경이 마련됐다. 방송사 관점에서는 플랫폼의 유용성과 사용성을 높여주기 위해 디바이스별로 동일한 브랜드 아이덴티티가 유지될 필요가 있고, 이를 뉴미디어 구축에 적용할 수 있는 통합 스타일가이드의 필요성이 커졌다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 웹페이지에 국한되었던 웹 스타일 가이드를 넘어서, 이제 다양한 뉴미디어에서 브랜드 아이덴티티를 유지하기 위한 뉴미디어 스타일가이드의 필요성과 제작요소에 대해 연구한다. 세계 최고 수준의 공영 방송사이며 통합적인 미디어가이드가 제시되어 있는 BBC의 통합가이드(GEL)와 우리나라 대표 공영방송 KBS에서 제공되는 웹 스타일 가이드를 분석하고, 현재 웹 스타일 가이드의 한계점을 찾아 개선방향을 도출하고자 했다. 이를 위해 방송미디어업계 디자인분야의 전문가 심층인터뷰를 통해, 어떤 디자인 요소들을 중심으로 뉴미디어 스타일 가이드를 제작해야 하는가를 분석하고, 종합적인 뉴미디어 스타일 가이드 제작 블루프린트를 제안했다. 이 연구를 통해 우리나라 뉴미디어 방송채널 KBS의 통합적인 브랜드 아이덴티티의 현주소를 파악하고, 미래지향적인 뉴미디어 플랫폼 발전방향을 모색한다.

  • Recent developments such as concern over global warming, depletion of fossil fuels and increase in energy demands by the increasing world population has eventually lead to mass production of electricity using renewable sources. Apart from wind and solar, ocean holds tremendous amount of untapped energy in forms such as geothermal vents, tides and waves. The current study looks at generating power using waves and the focus is on the primary energy conversion (first stage conversion) of incoming waves for two different models. Observation of flow characteristics, pressure and the velocity in the augmentation channel as well as the front guide nozzle are presented in the paper. A numerical wave tank was utilized to generate waves of desired properties and later the turbine section was integrated. The augmentation channel consisted of a front nozzle, rear nozzle and an internal fluid region representing the turbine housing. The analysis was performed using the commercial CFD code.

용접식 판형열교환기 헤더형상에 따른 채널 위치별 유량 분배 특성 고찰 (Investigation of Flow Distribution Characteristics at the Channel Location according to the Header Shape of Welded Plate Heat Exchanger)

  • To improve the flow distribution at channel locations in the welded plate heat exchanger with "L"-type inflow, the flow visualization of Model 1 was carried out. Besides, the characteristics of flow distribution was investigated experimentally according to the header shape. The inlet flow rate for each channel location was increased at the side channels but decreased at the central channels. In the case of Model 2, which has a slant structure added to the basic header of Model 1, the unevenness of inlet flow increased by 23% from 0.019 to 0.023 as compared to Model 1. On the other hand, Model 3, which has a baffle structure added to Model 2, showed 0.064 unevenness in inlet flow, which was a 36% reduction one compared to Model 1. To improve the distribution at each channel in the welded plate heat exchanger with "L"-type flow, it is necessary to improve the header external shape for the guide of flow as well as the baffle structure for reduction of vortex flow.

라이브커머스의 지각된 관계혜택이 소비자 신뢰 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Perceived Relational Benefits in Live Commerce on Consumer Trust and Purchase Intention)

  • This study empirically investigated the relationship benefits perceived by consumers from a live commerce channel and verified effects on trust in seller/product relationship and purchase intention to establish a strategy for a live commerce channel. An online survey was conducted among 204 women residing in Korea who had watched a video on fashion products shown by the NAVER Shopping channel. The perceived relational benefits from the live commerce channel were extracted into four groups: psychological, social, economic, and customerization benefits. Psychological benefits were found to have a positive effect on trust in seller but not trust in product. Social benefits and customization benefits had a positive effect on both trust in seller and product, but economic benefits had no effect. Trust in seller and in product had positive effects on purchase intention. Understanding consumer response in relation to perceived relationship benefits in live commerce can contribute strengthen consumer behavior research on live commerce channels. These results can guide fashion companies as they develop live commerce marketing strategies.

  • The recent broadcasting environment has shifted to embrace multimedia and multi-channel features through terrestrial, satellite and cable media. This has multiplied the number of broadcasting programs. With the information on a myriad of programs provided to TV viewers, information overload occurs, and thus, the TV viewing environment is shifting to one where viewers cannot select programs passively. Thus, a growing need is emerging to ensure a personalized electronic program guide (EPG) to help individuals select TV programs according to their taste. This paper presents a personalized EPG that enables a purpose-oriented broadcasting service to provide personalized broadcasting programs in tune with the user's requirements and preferences.

히트싱크 미세채널 내의 입구유동 영역에서의 단상 열유동 특성에 관한 연구 (Study on Single-Phase Thermal and Hydrodynamic Characteristics in the Entry Region of a Mini-Channel Heat Sink)

  • Although the advance in electronic technology enables a large number of circuity to be packed in a small volume, it is simultaneously required to remove the high heat load produced by them. In this study, the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of a mini-channel heat exchanger, which is designed for liquid cooling of electronic components, are investigated by varying operating conditions. Water and FC-72 were used as working fluids. The mini-channel heat exchanger was made with circular shape channels having din-meters of 2, 3, and 4 mm in regular intervals, and the channel length was 100 mm. The header and inlet guide pathway to provide uniform inflow were attached at the inlet of the test section. Copper block including the heaters was attached at the sidewall of the test section as a heat source, which provided the heat flux from 5 to $15W/cm^2$. The entrance effects enhanced the heat transfer coefficient in the mini-channel significantly. In addition, the single-phase pressure drop in the mini-channel was very similar to that predicted by the laminar flow correlation except that the transition Re decreased due to flow instability in the entrance region.

  • In this paper we propose a model which can predict well the logical errors come from the charge redistribution in domino gates. In this model the effect of the intrinsic capacitance between gate and channel of MOSFET's is considered. This effect is more important than the parasitic capacitance effect. The error by the proposed model is only 8% of that by the currently used model. This model can be used as a guide-line in the design of domino circuits.

  • In this Paper, we present a scaling theory for dual material surrounding gate (DMSGTs) MOSFETs, which gives a guidance for the device design and maintaining a precise subthreshold factor for given device parameters. By studying the subthreshold conducting phenomenon of DMSGTs, the effective conductive path effect (ECPE) is employed to acquire the natural length to guide the design. With ECPE, the minimum channel potential is used to monitor the subthreshold behavior. The effect of ECPE on scaling factor significantly improves the subthreshold swing compared to conventional scaling rule. This proposed model offers the basic designing guidance for dual material surrounding gate MOSFETs.

  • In a MEMS(micro-electro mechanical system), the fluid may slip near the surface of a solid and have a discontinuous temperature profile. A numerical prediction in this slip flow region can provide a reasonable guide for the design and fabrication of micro devices. The compressible Navier-Stokes equation with Maxwell/smoluchowski boundary condition is solved for two simple systems; couette flow and pressure driven flow in a long channel. We found that the couette flow could be regarded as an incompressible system in low speed regions. For the pressure driven flow system, we observed nonlinear distribution of pressure in the long channel and numerical results showed a good agreement with the experimental results.
