이 연구에서는 학교도서관이 교육과정과 연계한 정보문해 서비스를 제공하기 위한 장애요인과 해결 방안을 탐색해 보았다. 장애요인으로는 정보문해를 ICT 활용능력으로 잘못 이해하고 있다는 점, 그리고 장서, 도서관 전담인력 등의 미비 등을 들었다. 정보문해에서 문헌정보의 중요성, 온라인을 이용한 도서관 이용지도, 정보문해 수업을 위한 Big6 문제해결 모형 및 교수-학습 과정안, 수업의 실천과정에서 필요한 서식 등을 제시하였다.

Such as closed caption, ancillary data, electronic program guide(EPG), data broadcasting, and etc, increased data for service convenience cause to degrade video quality of high definition contents. This article propose a method to transfer the closed caption data of video contents without video quality degradation. Video quality degradation does not cause in video compression by the block image insertion of caption data in DTV essential hidden area. Additionally the proposed methods have advantage to synchronize video, audio, and caption from preinserted script without time delay.

최근 스마트폰의 발전함에 따라 집 주변의 음식점조차도 스마트폰을 사용하여 찾아가는 일상이 당연시되었다. 이러한 장점들을 사용하여 여행에 관련된 어플리케이션 또한 많아졌는데, 여행에는 거리, 시간, 금액, 등 여러 가지 조건들이 필요하다. 하지만 정작 여행 어플리케이션의 카테고리를 이용하여 사용자가 원하는 기능을 사용하기에는 화면전환이 너무 많아 번거로운 경우가 많다. 게다가 금액과 거리 등을 따로 찾으려면 시간이 더 소모되는데 이러한 점들을 고려하여 사용자가 더욱 간편하게 여행 스케줄을 관리할 수 있도록 여행에 필요한 정보들이 하나로 합쳐진 어플리케이션을 개발하게 되었다.

Mobile cloud computing (MCC) combines mobile Internet and cloud computing to improve the performance of applications. In MCC, the data processing and storage for mobile devices (MDs) is provided on the remote cloud. However, MCC faces the problem of energy efficiency caused by randomly varying channels. In this paper, by introducing the Lyapunov optimization method, we propose a combined service subscription and delivery (CSSD) algorithm that can guide the users to subscribe to services reasonably. This algorithm can also determine whether to deliver the data and to whom data is sent in the current time unit based on the queue backlog and the channel state. Numerical results validate the correctness and effectiveness of our proposed CSSD algorithm.

For evaluation on effects guiding fasciola prevention of which the specimens collected from 6,011 cows rears at 387 farms in inchon were tested to egg count examination for 4 years(1987-1990), and the questionnaire checked up 181 dairy farms for 2 years (1989-1990). The results were summarized as follows. 1. A yearly variation of fasciola infection rate above 31% were 83% In 1987, 58% in 1988, 25% in 1989, noninfection in 1990. 2. The average concentration in feces of infected dairy cattle was 79.4% below 1-10 eggs for 4 years(1987-1990) 3. In the results of the questionnaire for 2 years(1989-1990) the farmers gradually took interest in fasciola prevention. 4. To re-dose anthelmintics was 75.4% in 1989 and 82.5% in 1990 after 5∼7 months from previous dosage.

Whenever faults(a fault) occur(s) in a particular section of a distribution system, some of loads get disconnected and are left unsupplied. Service should be restored to these affected load points as quickly as possible through network reconfiguration. An efficient technique is presented in this paper for this purpose. Network reduction and strategy testing the voltage and current constraints are the main contributions of this paper.

This paper is about the development of kiosks that provide four types of service. Simple UI and educational videos solve the complexity of existing kiosks and provide an intuitive and convenient screen to users. In addition, the AR function, which is a three-dimensional form, shows directions and store representative images. After storing user information in the DB, a learning model is generated using user-based KNN collaborative filtering to provide a recommendation menu. As a result, it is possible to increase user convenience through kiosks using metaverse and AI recommendation services. It is also expected to solve digital alienation of social classes who have difficulty using kiosks.

In late 90s, organizations recognized the information technology as an key enabler of the business strategic accomplishment which lead them heavy increment on IT investment. These organizations tried to hold the competitive advantage by focusing on their core competency. And these acts raise their interests on IT outsourcing. Recent trends of the organizations concern on evaluating the effectiveness of the previous IT investment and the reasonable selection on IT investment type. Also, the objective evaluation of the service level and continuous improvement are major concern of the outsourcer. Consequently, interests on Service Level Agreement (SLA), an immanence operating tool for managing the level of the information system service objectively and qualitatively, were raised among IT outsourcing service providers, outsourcers, and operating departments. Yet, only a few domestic conglomerates adopted the SLA, and exact usage of the SLA is currently unknown. Because of the importance of the SLA between a service provider and an outsourcer, the agreement is treated with high confidentiality. This raised the problems to both the private and public organizations, are considering the SLA, with absence of concrete guide line to internalize SLA management process. This study provides the organizational and environmental factors of the adopting and applying the Service Level Agreement (SLA) by conducting multiple case research. The sampled companies are currently implementing the SLA over 1 year of usage period. Factors were used to provide the operational contribution for implementing the SLA. The study also provides the effects on IT performance through the SLA. For this, in depth interview was conducted for each sampled company. As a result, if SLA between outsourcer and service provider can be used as an immanence operation tool and actively implemented, SLA will be an strategic tool for various decision making in IT management practice with long term relationship, better shared partnership, and continuous service improvement.

클라우드 스토리지 서비스는 미래 모바일 및 인터넷 서비스의 핵심적인 인프라 서비스가 될 가능성이 높다. 클라우드 스토리지 서비스와 관련된 많은 기업들은 지속적인 투자를 하고 있으며, 가입자 확보를 위해 노력하고 있다. 이러한 서비스를 제공하는 기업들이 신규 가입자를 확보하고 기존 가입자를 유지하기 위해 사용자들의 서비스 사용의도가 무엇인지 확인할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 클라우드 스토리지 서비스의 지속적 사용의도에 대한 실증적 연구 수행을 위해 외생 변수를 추가한 확장된 TAM 모형을 기반으로 사용자 수용의도와의 관계를 규명하고자 한다. 연구 결과, 개인의 혁신성, 자기효능감, 기능적 속성, 심리적 전환 비용과 같은 요인이 클라우드 스토리지 서비스의 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 검증되었으며, 향후 클라우드 스토리지 서비스를 제공하는 기업들의 전략 수립을 위한 방향성을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 BLE 비콘을 기반으로 하는 제품 정보 안내 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 시스템은 모바일 티켓을 통한 비접촉 입장 서비스, 좌석 안내 서비스, 이벤트 Push 서비스, 콘텐츠 Push 서비스, 공공 서비스 등의 다양한 기능을 제공하도록 설계한다. 이 시스템은 3개 모듈인 비콘 인식 모듈, 서버 연동 모듈, 콘텐츠 전송 모듈로 구성된다. 비콘 인식 모듈은 스마트 폰을 가진 고객이 가용 서비스 영역에 접근하면 근접한 비콘의 특정 ID를 전송하는 기능을 구현한다. 서버 연동 모듈은 비콘 ID 값을 인식하여, 서버로 전달하고, ID를 가지고 있는 서버 위치를 확인하는 기능을 구현한다. 콘텐츠 전송 모듈은 해당 위치에 설정된 이벤트나 서비스 정보를 스마트 폰으로 전송하는 기능을 구현한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 비콘 기반의 제품 정보 안내 시스템을 활용하면 다양한 제품 정보 안내 시스템을 빠르고, 쉽게 구현할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
