지역문화축제의 서비스품질에 대한 중요도-성취도 분석(2013 평창효석문화제를 중심으로) (The Importance-Performance Analysis on the Service Quality of Local Cultural Festivals(Based on Pyeongchang Hyoseok Culture Festival in 2013))

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서비스품질을 활용한 측정기준을 설정하여 지역문화축제에 대한 인식수준을 파악함과 동시에 서비스품질에 대한 중요도-성취도 분석을 통하여 향후 서비스품질 향상 및 방문객의 축제이용시 이용극대화를 위한 효율적인 개선운영방안을 모색하여 지역문화축제의 질적향상에 도움이 되고자 한다. 중요도와 성취도간 대응일치 t-test 결과 1)응답성 요인에서는 휴식공간여부, 시설배치도, 의사전달, 화장실비치/청결도 2) 확신성 요인에서는 음식가격, 종업원의 친절, 3)신뢰성 요인에서는 (행사장까지)축제팸플릿, 안내시설/표지판, 친절도, 스케줄안내, 신속한 대응 등 모든 항목, 4) 유형성 요인에서도 지역문화인지도, 유익성, 스토리텔링 등 모든 항목에서 5) 공감성 요인에서는 행사의 다양성과 축제내용 항목에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Measurement of Port Service Quality in Container Transport Logistics Using Importance -Performance Analysis: A Case of Busan Port

  • This study aims to propose an assessment tool of port service quality (PSQ) in the context of container transport logistics (CTLs), by taking the perspectives from port users. The CTLs defined in this study are the relevant activities of serving the physical flows of a container box from a point of origin via a container port to a point of destination. To address the ports' role in collaboration between its channel members in CTLs, the PSQ measures for all port user groups (i.e. common PSQ measures) are selected based on the relevant CTLs activities involved by port, and its users within terminal/port area as well as throughout the CTLs chain. An importance-performance analysis (IPA) is applied as a diagnostic tool to analyse the status quo of Busan Port in CTLs contexts, by comparing the importance and performance (IP ) scores against each individual CTLs criterion. The findings from the IPA reveal that port managers and policy makers at the Busan Port should concentrate on six PSQ measures (i.e. SR1, SR4, ITS1, VAS1, VAS4, ICI3) to enhance PSQ in CTLs. However, four measures (i.e. ITS2, ITS3, ITS4, VAS2) are identified as a possible overkill, indicating an area of inefficiency where a remedial action of the cost-cutting decision is necessary. On the other hand, the Busan port shows an outstanding performance on four measures such as SR2, SR3, ICI1 and ICI2. The measures are not only important but also high performance. The study findings provide managerial guidance to port managers in Busan Port, in view of searching for managerial and operational strategies for sustainable port growth.

온톨로지 기반의 수강지도 시스템 (Ontology-based Course Mentoring System)

  • 수강지도는 학생의 졸업인증이나 공학교육인증 이수를 위해 수강 신청 이전에 수행되는 과정을 지칭한다. 수강지도는 학생의 수강이력 점검과 향후 수강 과목의 안내 등을 포함하여 학생들의 졸업 및 교과과정 인증과 관련된 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 현재 대부분 대학에서는 수강지도를 위한 전산시스템의 부재로 인해 지도교수가 직접 수동적으로 수강지도를 진행하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 수동적인 방식의 수강지도는 지도교수가 각 학생에 대한 정보를 분석해야 하고, 때때로 휴먼에러를 일으키게 된다. 수강신청이 학기 단위로 이루어지기 때문에 휴먼에러로부터 발생된 피해는 원상태로 되돌리는 것이 거의 불가능하다. 따라서 수강지도를 진행함에 있어 자동화된 시스템은 필수적인 요소로 판단된다. 관계 데이터 모델을 이용한 수강지도 시스템의 도입은 수동적인 수강지도의 문제점을 해결할 수 있게 해준다. 하지만 교육과정 및 인증제도의 변화에 따라 기존 시스템의 스키마 변경이 요구되고, 수강 과목 사이에 존재하는 관계 및 의미적인 검색을 제공하는 것이 어렵다는 한계가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 수강지도 시스템을 위한 수강지도 온톨로지를 모델링하고, 온톨로지 기반의 수강지도 시스템을 설계한다. 온톨로지 인스턴스 생성을 위해 JENA 프레임워크를 이용하여 온톨로지 생성 모듈을 개발하였고, 실험에 참가한 학생의 수강 이력 데이터를 기반으로 온톨로지 인스턴스를 생성하고 추론과정을 통해 트리플 저장소에 저장하였다. 실험은 제안하는 시스템이 학생들이 향후 수강할 수 있는 과목을 모두 제공하는지 여부와 제공되는 과목에 대한 정보 및 학점 계산들이 정확한 지를 측정하였다. 실제 학생의 수강내역을 이용한 실험의 결과는 온톨로지 기반의 수강지도 시스템이 현 수강지도 시스템의 수동적 방법을 해결하고, 사람이 지도한 내용과 같은 내용을 도출하는 것을 확인함으로써 제안하는 시스템의 유효성을 보여준다.

건설현장 보건관리자의 업무수행정도와 관련요인 분석 (Analysis of Work Performance and Related Factors of Construction Site Health Manager)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the present status of the work performance of the construction industry health managers and the developmental direction for the construction industry health management. Methods: The subjects of this study were 149 health managers working in the construction industry. Data of a total of 130 participants were analyzed by excluding the missing data among field workers. The contents of the survey were the characteristics of the workplace, the difficulties and requirements of health management, and the level of job performance. Results: The factors affecting measuring work environment task were age, number of workers, number of safety managers, and lack of support from the headquarters. The factors affecting managing work environment and physicochemical harmful factors were age, type of contract and conflicting business opinions. The factors affecting implementing health examination were age, type of contract, and number of safety managers. The factors affecting healthcare were age, type of contract, number of safety manager, presence of healthcare room, and conflicting business opinions. Conclusion: It is necessary to provide practical guidance and practical resources, and education for strengthening capacity. The support for business owners and managers support is needed.

액체식 제습시스템을 위한 재생기와 제습기의 높이에 따른 성능특성에 관한 연구 (Study on the Performance Characteristics with the Height of a Regenerator and Dehumidifier for Liquid Desiccant Dehumidification System)

  • Liquid desiccant dehumidification systems have the ability to provide efficient humidity and temperature control while saving the electrical energy requirement for air conditioning as compared to a conventional system. The dehumidifier and the regenerator form the heart of this system. The latent part of the cooling load is overcome using liquid desiccant. The model regenerator has been designed to study the absorption characteristic of the aqueous triethylene glycol (TEG) solution which is in the flow range from 20 to 50 LPM. Also, this system designed that was able to change the height of the regenerator and dehumidifier. Because the effect of performance have different result according the height. The effect of performance factors of the regenerator with inlet solution flow rate, air flow rate, solution concentration, solution temperature, brine temperature, air temperature and inlet air relative humidity have been analyzed. Data obtained are useful for design guidance and performance analysis of the hybrid air conditioning system.

  • 최근 4차 산업 시대의 흐름에 따라 건설공사에서는 최첨단 기술의 적용으로 나날이 발전하고 있는데 반해, 건설현장에서는 지속적인 안전사고가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구의 주목적은 안전관리자 계획단계에서 수행되는 업무들의 중요도와 예방효과를 전문가 의견을 통한 IPA 분석을 활용하여 상관관계를 도출하고 안전관리에 기여할 수 있는 주요 안전 계획 업무와 개선이 필요한 업무를 파악함으로써, 궁극적으로 건설안전재해사고 발생을 줄이는 데 있다.

육상 창던지기 기록에 미치는 운동학적 요인의 탐색: 다차원적 다중회귀를 활용한 성과 예측 변수 분석 (Investigation of Biomechanical Factors in Track and Field Javelin Performance: A Multidimensional Analysis of Predictive Variables through Multiple Regression Analysis)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of human motion and javelin kinematics during the energy transfer in javelin throwing on records, and to provide evidence-based training insights for athletes and coaches to enhance records. Method: Three javelin throw athletes (age: 22.67 ± 0.58 years, height: 178.33 ± 7.37 cm, weight: 83.67 ± 1.15 kg) were recruited for this study. Each athlete attempted ten maximum record trials, and the kinematic data from each performance were analyzed to determine their influence on the records. The Theia3d Markerless system was used for motion analysis. Results: Key factors were modeled and identified at each moment. In E1, main variables were COM Y (𝛽 8.162, p<.05) and COM velocity Z (𝛽 -72.489, p<.05); in E2, COM X (𝛽 -17.604, p<.05); in E3, COM X (𝛽 -18.606, p<.05), COM velocity Y (𝛽 38.694, p<.05), and COM velocity X (𝛽 66.323, p<.05). For the javelin throw dynamics in E3, key determinants were Attitude angle and Javelin velocity in the Y-axis. Conclusion: The study reveals that controlled vertical movement, center of mass management during braking, and enhanced pelvic rotation significantly improve javelin throw performance. These kinematic strategies are critical for record enhancement in javelin throwing.

  • Fire is recognized as a significant hazard in a service life of a structure. Therefore there is a clear need to provide an improved understanding of the performance of material and structures in fire and to provide clear design guidance in order to progress safety design especially high rise building. It is the aim of this study to investigates and analyze the study on the development of evaluation methods for fire risk analysis of high-rise building.

시뮬레이션을 이용한 공정운영 효율화 (Effective Manufacturing Operation based on Simulation)

  • Simulation plays an important role for system analysis. In this study, a manufacturing system has been analyzed through computer simulation. We first briefly explain the considered system with prevailing problems. We then build a simulation model using ARENA simulation language. Based on two selected performance measures, material transporter load and hourly throughput, explicit system analyses have been performed. We addressed four parameters - variation of the processing time, number of raw material transporters, quality failure rate, and machine failures - as the input parameters affecting the output measures selected. We adopted Taguchi's orthogonal array in statistical experimental design and drew meaningful results from the analysis. The results given in the study may provide a good guidance for practical applications.

Semantic Feature Analysis for Multi-Label Text Classification on Topics of the Al-Quran Verses

  • Nowadays, Islamic content is widely used in research, including Hadith and the Al-Quran. Both are mostly used in the field of natural language processing, especially in text classification research. One of the difficulties in learning the Al-Quran is ambiguity, while the Al-Quran is used as the main source of Islamic law and the life guidance of a Muslim in the world. This research was proposed to relieve people in learning the Al-Quran. We proposed a word embedding feature-based on Tensor Space Model as feature extraction, which is used to reduce the ambiguity. Based on the experiment results and the analysis, we prove that the proposed method yields the best performance with the Hamming loss 0.10317.
