보급형 센서를 장착한 자율주행로봇의 위치제어기 설계 및 제작

  • This paper presents the design and implementation of an industrial controller for an autonomous guided vehicle(AGV) with economic sensor. A guidance scheme provides accurate tracking and achieves faster minimizing oftracking error. A sensor at the center provides the position and orientation of the vehicle relative to the track. Control laws that make use of this information have been devised to achieve accurate and fast tracking. The gains are modified on-line to achieve proper tracking. The simulation and implementation results are provided for the illustration of the implemented controller.

  • 이 글에서는 전술유도무기체계에서 호밍유도의 PNG 다음으로 많이 채택하고 있는 시선지령유도의 유도루우프 설계기술에 대해 논하고자 한다. 이를 위해 유도루우프를 구성하고 있는 부체계인 표적추적장치, 오차보상기, feedforward 보상기에 대해 살펴보고 유도루우프를 설계할 때 고려해야 할 유도오차를 발생시키는 요인인 표적의 기동, glint noise 등의 영향에 대해 분석한다. 또한 유도탄의 기동력과 지령수신기의 수신감도에 따라 결정되는 명중영역의 산출과 시선유도의 발전추세에 대해 언급하고자 한다.

  • To lower the earth resistance shall be one of the most effective method for the prevention of lightening damage on power transmission line. In this report, in order to investigate various characteristic necessary to lowering the earth resistance, the following experiments have been made at 154KV U1San-PoHang T/L, 154KV YoSu-SoonChun T/L and so on. 1. Measurement of Earth specific resistance, 2. Efficiency of Earthing of concrete foundation for steel structure., 3. Efficiency of Earthing with counter poise., 4. Compound impulse test with foundation of steel structure and counter poise. With the above investigate a guidance have been prepared for the effective work-performance of steel structure.

  • Traumatic injuries of the face often involve root fractures especially in anterior teeth. The prognosis and the treatment of the root fracture depend on the extent of the fracture line, general health and patient compliance. This case report outlines a new conservative trial treatment modality to stabilize the maxillary central incisors with horizontal root fracture on the cervical to middle third by fabricating canine guidance to remove loading on the traumatized maxillary central incisors during eccentric movements and thus inducing spontaneous healing of the fractured line between the fragments. Radiographs after thirty months showed adequate healing with no signs of pathological changes including root resorption, ankylosis or displacement. Long term follow-up revealed that vitality, stability and aesthetics were maintained and the patient was satisfied with the outcome.

  • In mission planning of UAV applications, especially for the missions requiring height transitions, it is required to generate reference flight trajectories considering the performances of the engine installed in the UAV. Even though the vertical line following guidance based height transition trajectory generation method has been developed to build reference height transition trajectories easily, it is not adequate for considering engine performances effectively since many engine characteristics and performances have conventionally been described in the V-H(speed-height) plane which is not the very space where the UAVs are actually flying. In this paper, we derive the trajectories in V-H plane for the vertical line following flights. And based on the results, a new algorithm to design the reference height transition trajectories for UAV applicaions. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is very effective and easily applicable.

  • Vibration exposure of the KTX and ITX-saemaeulho on the Gyung-Bu line was evaluated and compared in terms of human health based on ISO 2631. RMS value of KTX was calculated as much lower than ITX-saemaeulho in all travel sections. When VDV result of the two trains drived return travel from Seoul to Busan in single day is compared on the health guidance caution zone of ISO 2631, vibration exposure of KTX is safer than ITX-saemaeulho which is marginally under the caution line.

  • This paper proposes a software development guidance and an evaluation index for the productivity related to Spring 2.5 and EJB 3.0 with same lightweight container architecture. Spring is a known successful open source standard model for lightweight container architecture. EJB in an enterprise environment as a standard framework is most commonly used in production. However, there is no comparison research about the performance of Spring 2.5 and EJB 3.0 Framework with same identical platform. Quantitative analysis is supported as a part of LoC(Line of Code) analysis. There is a limit to develop the updated software with no the specific evaluating index for the productivity of the software. In this study, the development platform environment based on the same pilot system Spring 2.5 and EJB 3.0 framework is in the design and implementation. In addition, comparison and standardization of software development productivity assessment is to provide guidance.

  • This paper proposes an object-oriented software development guidance and an evaluation index for the productivity related to Spring Framework 2.0 and 2.5. Spring Framework is a known successful open source standard model for lightweight container architecture. However, there is no comparison research about the performance of Spring Framework 2.0 and 2.5 with same identical platform. This work proposes an specific index for evaluating the productivity of new version Spring Framework on a platform. Base on the result, the specific guidance of the developing software is obtained.

  • This paper deals with an autonomous flight controller design problem for a tilt-rotor aircraft in rotary-wing mode. The inner-loop algorithm is designed using the output-based approximate feedback linearization. The model error originated from the feedback linearization is cancelled within allowable tolerance by using single-hidden-layer neural network. According to Lyapunov direct stability theory, the adaptive update law is derived to run the neural network on-line, which is based on the linear observer dynamics. Moreover, the outer-loop algorithm is designed to track the trajectory generated from way-point guidance. Especially, heading and flight-path angle line-of-sight guidance are applied to the outer-loop to improve accuracy of the landing tracking performance. The 6-DOF nonlinear simulation shows that the overall performance of the flight control algorithm is satisfactory even though the collective input response shows instantaneous actuator saturation for a short time due to the lack of the neural network and the saturation protection logic in that loop.

  • The start of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has brought about various changes in the domestic industry in general, and smart factories have spread to companies in the fields of production, manufacturing and logistics, and they are using automation equipment. Especially in the field of logistics automation, AGVs are widely used, and most of them use the line guidance system, which is the traditional AGV drive system. In addition, the demand for AGV system developers, system operators and managers, and maintenance personnel is increasing, and the installation of systems for education is expensive and requires a large space to utilize. It is a situation where systematic education is difficult. In this paper, we propose a virtual simulation-based AGV distance education model for smooth practice of trainees. The proposed model consisted of a model that can drive the AGV by analyzing video information, instead of the line guidance method that is the conventional technology. As a result of self-diagnosis evaluation, it was confirmed that the experimental group through online education had an average satisfaction level of 0.65 higher than the control group using existing equipment, and that it could be used in an online education environment.
