An International Convention on the control of harmful anti-fouling system on ships(AFS Convention) was adopted on 5 October 2001 at Diplomatic Conference in London, and is expected to be presently effectuated with ratification of more than 25-member nations possessing about 25% of total world tonnage. This convention regulates the operation of harmful anti-fouling system and especially prohibits the use of organotin compounds contained in anti-fouling paint. Organotin compounds have a tendency to be easily extracted by specific solvents and have high polarity and low volatility as specific characteristics. This drives us to attempt of going through the process named derivatization that is required in analysis using a gas chromatography(GC). This study was conducted to determine the proper pre-treatment method, ethylation in comparison with hydridization on the analysis of tributyltin in organotin compounds and to verify the application of the method through the experimental analysis practically used anti-fouling paint and painted layer sample of the served ship.

[ $0.35{\mu}m$ ]twin-well non-epitaxial CMOS 공정에서의 substrate noise에 의한 아날로그 회로의 성능 저하를 예측하기 위하여 substrate 저항을 모델링하였다. Substrate 저항 모델 방정식은 P+ guard-ring isolation에 적용되어 측정값과 일치함을 확인하였다. Substrate 저항을 네 가지 형태로 구분하고 각각에 대하여 semi-empirical 모델 방정식을 확립하여, 측정값과 비교하여 rms 오차가 10% 미만이 되었다. 이 substrate 저항 모델을 guard-ring에 의한 isolation 구조에 적용하기 위하여 모델 방정식과 ADS(Advanced Design System) 회로 시뮬레이션에 의한 결과와 Network Analyzer의 측정 결과를 비교하였고, 비교적 잘 일치함을 확인하였다.

현 시대에 사는 사람들 중에 다수는 자의적이거나 타의적인 이유로 결혼을 하지 않거나 독립하여 혼자 생활하는 것을 선호하고 있고 그 이유로는 크게 타인에게 간섭받기 싫어서 또는 경제적 사정 등이 있으며, 특히 자신만의 편안한 생활을 추구하는 직장여성들이 일인 생활을 선호하는 추세이다. 하지만 이러한 점을 타겟으로 하여 악용하는 범죄의 표적이 되기도 한다. 그로인하여 현관문 등에 안전고리 등과 같은 보안장치를 추가 장착하여 사용하기도 한다. 현관문의 안전고리를 잠그는 행위는 그렇게 어려운 일은 아니지만 쉽게 잊어버릴 수 있고, 취침 전 잠자리에 위치하여 있을 때 안전고리의 잠금 여부를 확인하거나 잠가야할 때 다시 일어나서 현관으로 이동해 안전고리를 확인하고 잠가야 한다. 하지만 그 번거로움과 불편함으로 괜찮겠지 하는 마음에 안전고리를 채우지 않을 때가 많다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 번거로움을 해결하고 보다 안전한 생활을 유지하기위한 방법으로 스마트 폰을 이용하여 원격에서 안전고리를 조정할 수 있는 장치를 설계 및 구현하여 보다 편하게 안전고리를 사용하여 불법주거 침입 등의 범죄로 부터 안전을 도모 하고자 한다.

The first, Improvement of education training condition Education training is influenced by facilities, environment around. according to questionnaire, it is very poor, we should set up a training institute as soon as possible. The second, Improvement of education training contents In working as special guard, they do not feel the need of curriculums like bayonet fencing, criminal law, and so on. accordingly we should adjust the contents of educaton training. The third, Improvement of education training course People were satisfied with the contents of lectures and educator more than half to some degree, but there was a question of time, communication, contents. we should try to remedy things like this. The fourth, Adjustment of education training time The 60% people of all were not satisfied with the time of education training about new duty. we need to intensify and oversee a duty training and the restructure of training time. The fifth, Fairness of valuation reward and punishment in education training The 80% people of all had the bad feeling against reward and punishment, so we tried to let fairness of valuation, reward and punishment completed by educational institution. The sixth, Establishment of the institution for special guard special guard have to be raised by special institution, but lacking of educational program, educational facility, educational Environment, university took the place of government as institution in raising special guard, education still leave much to be desired. so to develop the industry of a civil security, government or a guard association will set up the school of training, education, system about civil security as a whole. The seventh, Improvement of education training form People have to be taught for 80 hours in education training. according to questionnaire, over 75%people wanted to lodge at education accommodation, so in doing education training, we need to improve a system and form. The eighth, Operation of education training suitable for a characteristic in jobs In the education of 80 hours, common courses will need to be carried out together, depending on class, the object of national facility, inspection and practice will need to be done. maybe this can be the improvement of growing up education training. In the result of the study, we need to build up the satisfaction of education training through a lot of opinion like program, system, circumstances. Keep in mind that the paper was a few of problems because of the limit of the survey of 132 peoples, accordingly we try to collect a survey related with this around country. especially this will need to be asked for harmony between the law and the background of system. in the future, to develop the special guard service, increase the demand of this service, have to raised the expert and the special guard service has to enlarge.

본 연구는 로드킬 저감을 위한 도로 안전 시설물로 기존 가드레일에 야생동물 유도휀스 기능과 방초 기능을 결합한 로드가드시스템 도입의 가치를 평가하여 도입 타당성을 규명한다. 이를 위해 조건부가치 측정법을 이용하여 도로 이용자들이 생각하는 지불의지액 및 도로 안전 시설물에 대한 인지특성 조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 로드가드시스템 도입의 지불의지액 추정 모형을 구축하고 지불의지액을 추정한 결과, 평균 지불의지액(5,018원)이 평균 제시금액(3,883원)보다 높게 나타나 다양한 도로 안전성 향상 효과 및 로드킬 저감을 위한 대안 시설물로 로드가드시스템이 적절함을 알 수 있었으며, 신규 도로계획 시 뿐만 아니라 현재 운영중인 도로의 로드킬 저감을 위해서도 도입을 검토할 필요성이 있다. 향후 도로 관리청과 협의하여 실제 로드킬 발생률이 높은 도로구간에 로드가드시스템을 시범 설치한 후 주행 실험 및 로드킬 현황 조사를 통해 로드가드시스템 설치 전 후에 대한 비교 연구를 실시하여 보다 명확한 효과를 규명해야겠다.

This paper describes development of a microprocessor-based optoelectronic guard system established a higher level of control reliability in machine guard design. The system uses the design concept of diverse redundancy and a fast software algorithm. We have accomplished an safety light curtain system that allows to be intentionally disabled moving machine by the interrupt of dangerous situations. As a result, it is showed that the proposed system is effective enough to practical applications.

고려전기의 궁중호위는 2군6위의 중앙 정규군으로 편성되어 궁궐안의 호위는 내순검군이 담당하였으나, 무신집권기에 이르러 군제는 문란해지고 왕실 호위는 무신들에게 의지하게 되었다. 무신들은 왕의 지척에 있는 중방을 중심으로 문신들을 억압하고 왕권을 무력화 시킨 후 국정을 좌지우지하였다. 무신의 3거두였던 정중부, 이의민, 이고 등의 집권이 단명으로 끝나고 경대승이 집권자의 지위에 올랐을 때, 그는 자신의 신변안전을 위하여 백 수십인의 결사대를 문하에 두었는데, 이 조직이 도방(都房)이었다. 경대승이 병사함에 따라 도방이 폐지되고, 최충헌 집권시대에 신변보호와 집권체제 강화를 위해 경대승의 도방을 부활시켜 보완한 6번(番)도방은 규모가 방대하고 더욱더 체계를 잘 갖추었다. 최충헌의 아들 최우의 집권기에 6번 도방은 내외도방(內外都房)으로 확장, 강화되었으며, 손자 최항의 집권기에는 한층 더 발전하여 도방 36번제도가 확립되었다. 초기의 도방은 무신 중심으로 도방 주인의 신변안전을 목표로 하였지만 후기에는 문신이 참여함으로써 정보 수집과 선발 경호의 활동을 하였고, 내도방에 해당되는 가병은 사후 위험 방지 역할까지 함으로써 개인의 호위에 만전을 기함은 물론 가문을 지키고 나아가 사회질서와 왕실과 조정을 장악하고 외적의 침략에 대비하는 포괄적인 임무를 담당하게 되었다. 최 씨 정권은 사적 친위조직으로서 도방 이외에 마별초(馬別抄)를 창설하였는데, 이는 도방과 함께 기병과 보병(步兵)의 양쪽 날개를 이루었다. 삼별초는 고종 때 최우가 조직한 야별초가 좌별초, 우별초로 나누어지고, 여기에 신의군이 합해져 만들어진 것이다. 삼별초가 조직된 이후에는 별초군이 군사와 경찰, 형옥에 이르기까지 그 기능을 발휘하였다. 무신집권기의 호위 조직이었던 도방과 별초군은 엄밀한 의미에서 사설경호기구로 출발하였으나 차츰 왕실 호위 기구를 무력화시키는 방향으로 발전하여 왕실이 도방의 보호를 받는 경지에 이르렀다. 사설경호경비에 해당되는 현대의 민간경호경비는 영리성을 목적으로 하는 것이 특성이지만 공적경호경비와 마찬가지로 범죄예방활동을 하고 있다는 점에서 무신 집권시기의 가병이나 도방 구성원들의 역할과 공통점이 있다고 볼 수 있다. 무신집권기의 경호조직은 처음에 개인의 신변 호위를 담당한 도방으로 출발하여 무신들의 참여와 확장으로 공공성을 띠어가게 되었고, 삼별초(三別抄)의 활약에 이르러서는 왕실 호위기구가 담당했던 역할에 근접하는 국가 사회 치안구조의 중추적 역할을 담당하게 되었다.

The guard-ring type 3-terminal parallel plate electrodes proposed by ASTM D 150-81 and IEC 250 have been widely used for measurement of dielectric constants of solid dielectrics. However the method using this electrodes causes many uncertainty associated with the measurement errors of the diameter of the guarded electrode. the gap between guarded and guard-ring electrode. the distance of two active electrodes(the thickness of specimen), the roughness and contamination of surface of electrode and specimen. close adherence grade of electrode and specimen. In this paper. a new electrode system of cross capacitance type based on Thompson-Lampard theorem is designed and is employed for the measurement of dielectric constant. The results of simulation of guard-ring electrode and cross capacitance electrode using FEM program show that distance measurement between two electrodes in guard-ring electrode produces large uncertainty. on the other hand this effect in cross capacitance electrode is negligible. Furthermore. the air gap effects in the cross capacitance electrode is 5.6 times less sensitive than that in guard-ring electrode by assuming air gap of $50{\mu}m$.

최근 개인정보유출 사건이 빈번히 발생함에 따라 개인정보보호의 문제는 우리 사회의 가장 중요하고 민감한 사회적 의제로 급부상하고 있다. 실제로 개인정보는 그 종류나 유형, 경제적 가치와 민감성, 정보의 질 등에 따라 유출 시 심각한 사회적 위협을 야기할 수 있기 때문에 보다 정확하고 체계적인 개인정보보호 및 관리가 이루어지지 않을 경우 정보화 사회에 큰 혼란을 초래할 수 있다. 특히 업무에 있어 고객의 민감한 개인정보를 필요로 하는 중소 경호 경비업체의 경우, 수집한 정보가 유출 될 시 고객 신변이나 업체의 영업 비밀이 외부에 노출 되 심각한 위협이 있을 수 있어 더욱 큰 문제를 야기한다. 그러나 중소 경호 경비업체는 대기업에 비해 자금의 정도, 인력 부족 등의 문제로 인하여 자체 보안 시스템 구축에 많은 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경호 경비업체의 실정을 살펴보고, 그 중 중소 경호 경비업체들이 차지하는 규모와 정보보호의 현황, 특징들을 분석하여 정보보호 시스템 마련의 현실적 문제점 해결 방안으로 중소 경호 경비업체의 개인정보유출 방지를 위한 보안체계를 제안한다.
