  • Various biological approaches to the promotion of periodontal regeneration have been used. These can be divided into the use of growth and differentiation factors, application of extracellular matrix proteins and attachment factors and use of mediators of bone metabolism. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of enamel matrix protein and platelet-rich plasma on the treatment of intrabony defect, with bovine-derived bone powder in humans by digital subtraction radiography. 12 teeth(experimental I group) were treated with enamel matrix protein combined with bovine-derived bone powder and 12 teeth(experimental II group) were treated with platelet-rich plasma combined with bovine-derived bone powder. The change of bone density was assessed by digital subtraction radiography in this study. The change of mineral content was assessed in the method that two radiography were put into computer program to be overlapped and the previous image was subtracted by the later one. Both groups were statistically analyzed by Wilcoxon signed Ranks Test and Mann-whitney Test using SPSS program for windows(5% significance level). The results were as follows: 1. The radiolucency in 3 months after surgery was significantly increased than 1 month after surgery in both groups(experimental I and II groups)(p<0.05). 2. The radiopacity in 6 months after surgery was significantly increased than 3 months after surgery in both groups(experimental I and II groups) (p<0.05). 3. In experimental I group, there was no significant difference between 1 month and 6 months after surgery. 4. In experimental II group. the radiopacity in 6 months after surgery was significantly increased than 1 month after surgery(p<0.05). 5. There was no significant difference between experimental I and II group at 1 month and 3 months after surgery, but the radiopacity in experimental II group was significantly increased at 6 months after surgery(p<0.05). In conclusion, platelet-rich plasma can enhance bone density than enamel matrix protein until 6 months after surgery.

산학협력 활성화를 위한 현장밀착형 교과과정 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cooperation for the activation-type curriculum development site close)

  • 우리나라 20대의 고용률은 57%로 최근 4년래 최저치에 머물고 있다. 대졸자들이 몰려 있는 25~29세의 실질 실업률은 20%를 웃돈다는 분석도 있을 만큼 청년실업 문제는 심각하다. 이에 따라 산학협력 활성화는 이제 이러한 국가현안을 해결해주는 주요한 수단으로 인식되고 있으며, 향후 정부정책이나 국가지표에서 더욱 관심과 지원을 받게 될 것이 분명해 보인다. 정부는 2012년부터 '산학협력선도대학 육성사업'(LINC: Leaders in INdustry-university Cooperation)을 추진함으로써 기업이 요구하는 인력양성, 실제적인 연구개발 및 기술이전을 활성화시키고 대학-산업체-연구기관간의 유기적인 상호연계를 바탕으로 지역대학과 산업의 동반성장을 위해 다양한 산학협력 선도모델을 창출-확산시키고 있다. 이러한 배경하여 본 연구의 목적은 대학에서 현장밀착형 인재를 발굴 육성하는데 필수적인 현장밀착형 교과과정 개발에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전공학과(부)별 실시한 전공교과과정 수요조사 결과를 바탕으로 산학협력을 확산하기 위한 현장밀착형 교과과정을 분석하고 연차별, 영역별 추진방안을 제안하였다.

기업소득 환류세제의 경제적 효과분석 (An Analysis of the Economic Effects of Corporate Accumulated Earnings Tax System)

  • 최근 우리나라 경제는 내수침체와 기업투자의 저조 그리고 청년고용의 절벽 등으로 어려운 경제현실에 직면하고 있다. 이를 타개하고 경제를 선순환구조로 전환하기 위하여 정부에서는 여러 경제정책을 도입하여 시행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2014년 세법개정안에 포함되어 있는 기업소득 환류세제, 배당소득 증대세제 그리고 임금소득 증대세제의 '가계소득 증대세제 3대 패키지' 중에서 기업소득 환류세제의 도입효과를 검증해 보고자 하였다. 기업투자, 임금 및 배당금 지급의 증대로 인하여 기업소득이 가계소득으로 선순환되고 있는지에 대해 기업의 재무자료 등을 이용하여 그 유효성을 실증분석하였다. 첫째, 미환류소득에 대한 법인세가 기업의 투자수준에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 유효성을 검증해본 결과는 5%의 유의수준에서 유의적인 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업소득 환류세제가 기업의 배당수준을 증가시키는 경영의사결정에 영향을 미치고 있는지에 대해 분석한 결과는 비유의적인 정(+)의 관계가 확인되었다. 셋째, 미환류소득에 대한 법인세가 근로자의 임금증대에는 유의적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 현실을 반영하여 배당에 대해서는 가중치의 축소, 임금증가에 대해서는 가중치의 증대 등으로 세법개정을 하였으나 정책의 도입효과는 크지 않은 것으로 보인다. 이러한 결과는 경제 및 경영환경의 불확실성이 증대되면서 투자에 대한 경계심과 아울러 임금인상에 대한 의사결정이 향후에도 지속되기 때문에 임금인상을 지양하는 것이 주된 원인으로 추정된다.

중국 정주시의 대외무역에 관한 연구 (The Effect of the Government Policy on Foreign Trade of Zhengzhou)

  • 중국은 1978년 개혁·개방 정책 이후 동·서부 지역의 경제가 중부 지역보다 빠르게 성장한 반면 중부 지역은 경제발전에서 소외되는 문제가 발생하였다. 이에 2000년대 들어 지역 경제 발전 균형 등의 차원에서 중부 지역의 발전이 국가 차원에서 거론되었다. 본 연구는 중국 정주시가 교통의 요지라는 점을 활용한 중국 정부의 정책이 정주시의 대외무역 발전에 미친 영향을 분석하였다. 중국 정부 정책의 일환으로 2013년 "정주시 항공항 경제종합 실험구 발전 계획(2013-2025년)"이 수립되었으며 일대일로(一帶一路, One Belt and One Road)이 건설되면서 5개 노선 중 2개 노선이 정주시를 관통하고 있다. 또한, 중국 정주시 수출입 총액은 2018년 622억 달러로 2009년에 비교하여 약 10배 증가하였다. 이에 따라 정주시는 중부 6개 성도(장사, 남창, 우한, 합비, 태이위안) 중 수출입총액이 2009년에는 가장 낮았으나 현재는 가장 수출입 규모가 크다. 또한, 정주시는 국내외 여객 및 화물수송량이 증가하고 있으며, 육로, 수로, 항공 등의 다양한 물류 시스템을 갖추어 나가고 있다. 주성분 회귀분석을 통한 분석에서도 정부 정책이 대외무역(수출입 총액)에 직접적으로 양(+)의 영향을 주는 것을 발견하였다. 이와 같은 정주시의 사례는 지역 특성을 살린 정부 정책이 지역발전에 있어 중요함을 보여준다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

Cariporide Enhances the DNA Damage and Apoptosis in Acid-tolerable Malignant Mesothelioma H-2452 Cells

  • The $Na^+/H^+$ exchanger is responsible for maintaining the acidic tumor microenvironment through its promotion of the reabsorption of extracellular $Na^+$ and the extrusion of intracellular $H^+$. The resultant increase in the extracellular acidity contributes to the chemoresistance of malignant tumors. In this study, the chemosensitizing effects of cariporide, a potent $Na^+/H^+-exchange$ inhibitor, were evaluated in human malignant mesothelioma H-2452 cells preadapted with lactic acid. A higher basal level of phosphorylated (p)-AKT protein was found in the acid-tolerable H-2452AcT cells compared with their parental acid-sensitive H-2452 cells. When introduced in H-2452AcT cells with a concentration that shows only a slight toxicity in H-2452 cells, cariporide exhibited growth-suppressive and apoptosis-promoting activities, as demonstrated by an increase in the cells with pyknotic and fragmented nuclei, annexin V-PE(+) staining, a $sub-G_0/G_1$ peak, and a $G_2/M$ phase-transition delay in the cell cycle. Preceding these changes, a cariporide-induced p-AKT down-regulation, a p53 up-regulation, an ROS accumulation, and the depolarization of the mitochondrial-membrane potential were observed. A pretreatment with the phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitor LY294002 markedly augmented the DNA damage caused by the cariporide, as indicated by a much greater extent of comet tails and a tail moment with increased levels of the p-histone H2A.X, $p-ATM^{Ser1981}$, $p-ATR^{Ser428}$, $p-CHK1^{Ser345}$, and $p-CHK2^{Thr68}$, as well as a series of pro-apoptotic events. The data suggest that an inhibition of the PI3K/AKT signaling is necessary to enhance the cytotoxicity toward the acidtolerable H-2452AcT cells, and it underlines the significance of proton-pump targeting as a potential therapeutic strategy to overcome the acidic-microenvironment-associated chemotherapeutic resistance.

산업의 지식집약화를 위한 혁신체제 구축 방향 (Building an Innovation System for Industrial Development in a Knowledge based Economy)

  • 1990년대 들어 지식기반경제 시대의 도래와 더불어 산업의 경쟁력 제고와 지역간 균형발전을 동시에 도모하기 위한 혁신체제(innovation system)의 중요성이 북미 및 유럽을 중심으로 논의되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 이와 관련된 이론 및 정책사례를 검토하여 혁신체제의 개념 및 프레임웍을 정립하고 기업의 혁신행태, 네트워크 유형, 정책수요에 대한 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 우리 산업에 적합한 혁신체제 구축 방향을 모색하였다. 혁신체제는 혁신주제간의 연계를 파악하기 위한 개념적 분석체계로서 산업 클러스터를 중심으로 가치사슬(Value chain)을 구성하는 기업간 혹은 기업과 지식하부구조간의 네트워크 형성을 위한 제도적 환경(framework condition)을 말한다. 본 연구는 우리 실정에 적합한 혁신체제의 구축을 위해서는 특정 산업을 중심으로 클러스터 형성과 네트워크 활성화하기 위한 3개 분야의 혁신시설 및 제도를 정비.확충하고, 이들을 지역 여건과 전략산업의 특성에 따라 우선 순위와 운영체계를 차별화시키는 것이 필요함을 제시하였다. : $\circled1$ 생산-과학기술 혹은 생산기업지원의 직접적인 연계를 담당할 시스템 연계기관의 확충, $\circled2$ 간접적인 연계 및 기업지원의 단일 창구로서 지역 플랫폼 설립, $\circled3$ 지역 여건과 산업 특성에 적합한 다양한 산업발전 전략을 수립.추진하기 위한 지역발전 기구의 설립.

대전지역 학령기 아동의 건강기능식품 섭취실태 및 부모의 요구도 (Elementary School Children s Intake Patterns of Health Functional Foods and Parent s Requirements in Daejeon Area)

  • This study investigated intake patterns of health functional foods(HFF) in elementary school children and requirements of their parents in the Daejeon area using a questionnaire by 432 parents. Participating parents were composed of female, 83.6% and male, 16.4%. Most of the parents were in their 40's(53.0%) and 30's(45.8%). 47.9% of the children were male and 52.1% were female. The school year of the children was distributed evenly, ranging from the first year to the sixth year. The intake rate of HFF for parents appeared to be 65.3% and for children it appeared to be 63.2%. The primary reason of using HFF to their child was 'For health promotion'(54.4%); the largest reason of non-using HFF was 'Do not feel necessity because is healthy'(48.8%). In regards to purchase place, 'Drugstore' was most selected by 26.1%, while the largest amount of purchase motive was 'Decided by oneself for children's health'(37.7%). The average expense per month was, 'Less than 50 thousand portion'(20.3%). The intake period, 'less than 6 months' was won' for 54.9%. For intake items, 'Vitamin supplementation products' was the largest portion'(20.3%) was indicated. The intake period, less than 6 months' was the most selected by 51.3%. Most people(66.7%) selected '1 kind' of intake item. As for intake effect, 45.4% claimed 'A little help'. In regard to experiencing side effects, 'Is not' was 92.7%, however, diarrhea, nettle rash, nausea etc. were a little. The biggest problem of HFF was 'Falsehood/exaggerative advertisement' as identified by 53.1%. For improvement of the HFF system was, 'Verify by more strict formality' as selected by 55.8%. In regards to experience of nutrition education on HFF, 'Is not' was most selected by 51.0%. The most desirous form of nutrition education was, 'Simple paper material'(31.3%). The most desirous content of nutrition education was, 'nutritional management of classified by life cycle'(37.2%). Therefore, HFF must be used properly to promote the health and growth development of children by acquiring scientific and reasonable information about the ability and usage of the food.

지난 일세기 동안의 한국인 식습관의 변화와 보건영양상태의 추이 분석 (The Changes in the Dietary Pattern and Health and Nutritional status of Korean During the last one Century)

  • 지난 1세기 동안의 한국인 식사 습관의 변화를 조사 분석한 결과는 아래와 같이 요약된다. (1) 이조 말기까지 한국인은 다양한 곡류, 채소류, 과실류를 식품으로 이용하였으나 농업의 전문화와 생활 방식의 도시화에 의하여 이들 식품 재료의 종류가 크게 감소하였다. (2) 우리의 전통식단은 영양적으로 균형잡힌 구성을 가지고 있었으나 일제의 수탈과 전쟁 중의 식량난으로 한국인의 영양 섭취는 크게 악화되었다. (3) 전쟁 중 악화된 영양상태를 전통 식사법의 회복으로 극복하려 하지 않고 서양식 식사법의 도입으로 해결하려 하였다. (4) 전쟁중의 기아 상태에서 외국 원조로 공급된 분유와 밀가루의 섭취가 일반화 되었으며, 전후 경제 개발 과정에서 분식 장려 정책과 축산 진흥 정책이 계속되었다. (5) 1970년대 이후의 경제 성장 과정에서 식용 및 사료용 곡물 도입이 급증하게 되었으며 식량 자급율은 50% 이하로 하락하였다. (6) 1970년대에 와서야 우리의 식량공급은 이조 말기의 수준으로 회복되었다. 그러나 그 구성면에서 지방질의 섭취가 크게 증가되는 양상을 나타내었다. (7) 1980년대에는 동물성 식품의 소비 과다, 지방의 과잉섭취 현상이 계속 심화되고 있으며 이러한 현상은 성인병의 발병율 증가 등 국민 보건의 퇴화 조짐과 식량 수입에 따른 경제적 부담을 가중시키고 있다. (8) 우리의 전통 식사법에 근거를 둔 식사목표의 설정과 올바른 식습관 정립을 위한 국민 교육과 정책적 배려가 시급히 요구되고 있다.

브랜드 이미지와 구매의도 간의 영향관계에서 상품 신뢰의 매개효과 검증: PB 쌀을 중심으로 (Mediation of Production Trust on Brand Image Influence on Repurchase Intention for PB Rice)

  • Purpose - Increasing sales of PB rice products can hinder the growth of domestic brands of rice, notwithstanding that the government is promoting domestic brands of rice. This analysis evaluated the influencing relationship among the variables of PB image, product credibility, and purchase intention of consumers who have never bought PB rice, to know the factors influencing consumers' decisions to purchase PB products. Research design, data, and methodology - PB products' brand image was analyzed as the factor that has a direct effect on purchase intention. The mediation effect of credibility on PB products is also analyzed, in terms of influencing the relationship between PB products' brand image and purchase intention. The analysis is performed on consumers that have not purchased a PB product and consumers who have purchased PB products from major distributors. Data is collected through questionnaires, from 389 of responders, and the AMOS 19.0 statistics package is used as a statistical tool. Results - It is proven that brand image has direct effects on the credibility of the product, and the credibility of product has a direct effect on purchase intention. However, it is revealed that brand image does not directly affect purchase intention, but that brand image indirectly affects it through the credibility of the product. Although the customers' recognition about PB image is low, the result shows that PB products' external attributes have effects on customers' purchase intention relating to the PB product. Therefore, it is important to establish the credibility of the PB product more than other products in terms of marketing. Conclusions - The following are the implications of the study. First, in a rice brand promotion, the credibility of the product should be ensured by a uniform brand image. To ensure the credibility of a product, the RPC brand and other brands should be unified, and the unified brand image should be applied to every product. Second, the package must possess a design as well as contents that could build consumers' perception of product credibility. Products' external attributes contribute to their credibility, which leads the consumers to purchase the products, including those consumers who have never bought PB rice products. Therefore, the products' credibility and sales can be reinforced by applying information about consumers' considerations when buying the PB rice product in different colors, font sizes, and packaging designs. This study is meaningful in two ways. First, it seeks to identify an NB revitalization strategy by exploring the purchasing behavior of customers who have no experience in buying PB rice products. Second, the results of previous studies about general brands are considered and applied in this study in order to investigate the influencing relationship among different factors of PB products. However, this study is a consumer awareness investigation; therefore, its results only have limited meaning to the relationship between brand image and purchase intention.

3개 주요 월간 여성잡지에 나타난 건강관련 기사 내용분석 (1997년 3월-1998년 2월 중심으로) (An Analysis on the Contents Related to Health in the Three Major Monthly Women's Magazine)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the contents related to health in the three major monthly women's magazine that was printed from March, 1997 to February, 1998. The unit of analysis was the section of health, living life, and reaing child. The total number of related story of health was 317. The analysis was done according to the target, health management, topics and the informer by using frequency and number. The findings are as follows : 1. The contents were categorized by target people. The number of items for women was 113(35.6%), child(17.4%), family(15.5), husband(4.7%) and others(26.8%). Others were the contents that are impossible to classify. 2. The number of items of contents by health management was the related to health maintenance and promotion 120(47.8%), health care when they were deviated from health 26(10.3%), and those of both attributes 105(41.8%). 3. The number of items of contents by topics was the related to the occurrence, prevention and treatment of various kinds of disease 41(12..9%), diet 37(11.7%), academic information 11.3%, women's disease 10.4%, the effect of foods 6.0%, child's growth & development and child care 5.75, various kinds of therapy for health care 5.7%, sexual life 5.4% and exercise 4.7%. 4. The number of items of contents by informer was medical doctor 215(49%), lay person's case report or report of a struggle against a disease 12.3%, relevant organization of a related story(eg. family therapy research institute, physical therapist's or teacher's) 11.2%, and the contents of existing books or lecture 8.9%. Among those contents, only the one case from nurse or Korean nurses association as informer was founded, which is related to "skinship child care." In conclusion, this finding showed that women's magazine took a role as a important resource providing informations of health to women. it provides a challenge to the health professionals to have concerns on women's needs, and the content, source, and accuracy of the health related information and take part in the process producing information through such as screening and examining so as to give accurate information to women. Then women's magazine can take a role as a major resource for maintaining and promoting women's health. Finally, nurses's, who are professional health care providers, important and active role as informers toward the lay persons, especially for the women who are non-professional care givers at the family unit should be stressed. More active and continual monitoring and analyzing the contents related health in the mass media including magazine and Internet network in detail, and participating in establishing the system of adequate and precise information for women and lay persons from the nursing profession are required absolutely.
