This study is designed to provide a facilitation program of the railroad tourist business that the bicycle is connected with the railroad. The sustainable growth will be achieved thorough the green growth being able to coexist with environment. To deal with the transportation problems -the environmental pollution caused by a large number of cars and the energy depletion, the traffic congestion- in our society is the prerequisites for the green growth. There is the need focusing on the expansion of the green network and the policy implementation of utilizing the bicycle, the formulation of the social consensus for environmental preservation. This provides the opportunity that we create the customer values and reinforce the firm's competitiveness. This study is to propose the plan for accelerating the tourism business connected to the bicycle, and to contribute to the government policy, to boost the green image of the railroad. Approaching in the strategic way to increase the customer's value and environmental preservation, this study will contribute to providing high quality customer service for both of the business performance and the customer satisfaction.

Recent research trends of human growth hormone (hGH) are divided into improved first-generation products, long-acting second-generation products, and biosimilar products. Among the improved first-generation products studies, studies of injection devices are being actively conducted. The long-acting second-generation products are focused on extending the half-life of hGH, and depending on the results of the clinical trials, the candidates are expected to lead the future hGH market. Finally, biosimilar has had less impact on the hGH market before now; however, expectations of low-cost products still remainas an opportunity.

저자들은 III급 부정교합의 가족력이 있는 8세 6개월의 여아를 III급 부정교합의 초기상태에서 조기치료를 시도했고 계속적인 장치의 장착으로서 Growth spurts에 일어날수 있는 하악전돌증의 공적으로부터 이를 방어하고져 시도하였다. Growth spurts로 인한 하악전돌증의 방어를 효과적으로 하기위해서는 chin cap과 extraoral force의 이용도 적절하리라 생각한다.

해운물류기업들의 유동성문제는 지속적으로 제기되어 왔으며, 유동성위기 극복을 위한 자산매각, 구조조정 등 기업들의 자구책뿐만 아니라, 다양한 형태의 정책적 지원방안도 마련되고 있는 상황이다. 하지만, 여전히 유동성위기에 대한 어려움이 산업전반에 걸쳐 내재된 상태이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 해운물류기업들의 유동성과 현금보유수준에 대해 살펴보고, 그 결정요인들을 실증해봄으로써 해운물류기업들의 유동성 극복을 위한 재무적 의사결정 정보를 제공해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2005년 이후 38개 해운물류기업들을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구의 수행결과 현금보유규모측면에서는, 일반제조업 대비 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 매출액대비 원가는 지속적으로 상승하였으며, 2009년 이후부터는 판관비를 포함한 매출원가가 매출규모를 상회함으로써 수익성이 급격히 하락하는 것으로 나타났다. 현금보유수준 결정요인분석결과에서는 부채만기, 선박규모, 이자비용, 성장기회 등이 주된 결정요인 것으로 나타났다. 결정요인별 추가분석에서는 결정요인에서 다소 차이를 보여주었다. 부채만기가 높은 집단에서는 성장기회와 현금흐름이, 낮은 집단에서는 기업 및 선박규모가 결정요인으로 분석되었다. 또한 자산대비 선박규모가 클 경우 성장기회, 현금흐름 등이, 낮을 경우 이자비용, 선박규모 등의 유의한 변수로 분석되었다. 이자비용부담이 낮은 집단에서는 성장기회가 추가적으로 유의하게 나타났다.

Eel Anguilla japonica is an economically important inland culture fish species in East Asian countries, particularly in Korea, Japan, China, and Taiwan. In this study, the effects of feeding frequency on larval growth and survival rate were investigated. Eel larvae (average length, 6 mm) were fed a slurry-type diet containing shark eggs three, five, seven, or nine times per day. Survival rates differed significantly among the four experimental groups. Feeding frequencies of at least five and seven times a day were required until 15 and 30 days after hatching, respectively, to maintain an acceptable survival rate. Leptocephalus growth improved with increased feeding frequency until 15 days after hatching. The results suggest that providing an opportunity for early food intake enhances eel survival and growth in the early leptocephalus stage.

This article examines the link between regional disparity and social mobility in India. There has been a steady rise in economic inequality in India. The rapid economic growth coupled with a rise in income inequality is a serious concern in India. While the emphasis is on inclusive growth, it appears difficult to tackle the problem without looking at the intricacies of the problem. The Social Mobility Index is an important tool that focuses on bringing long-term equality by identifying priority policy areas in the country. We used a multivariate statistical approach to construct a social mobility index at the regional level by considering several social and economic variables. Our findings show that while the Union Territory of Delhi ranks first in the social mobility index, Chhattisgarh has the least social mobility. From a policy perspective, a comprehensive examination of the determinants of the social mobility index shows that health, education access, and quality, and equity of education are of great importance in improving social mobility. Considering India's potential economic growth resulting from its 'demographic dividend' and improved access, markets, and technology, increasing social mobility through facilitating equal opportunities in society is key to achieving inclusive growth.

한 국가의 기업가정신이 경제성장에 기여하는 영향요인으로 주목받고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구는 기업가정신을 기업가적 행동과 환경으로 세분화하여 이들이 국가의 경제성장에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하고자 하였다. 기존 연구에서는 기업가정신이라는 변수를 중심으로 경제성장과의 관계성을 분석하였다면, 본 연구에서는 기업가적 활동과 기업가적 환경이라는 변수를 이용하여 극가들의 경제성장에 미치는 영향을 설명하고자 하였다. 더 나아가, 무역과 혁신이 제시된 독렵변수들과 경제성과와의 관계에서 조절적 역할을 수행하는 지를 검증하고자 하였다. GEM의 Adult Population Survey(APS)와 National Expert Survey(NES), World bank에서 데이터를 수집하여 패널분석을 실시한 결과, 기업가적 행동과 기업가 환경요인은 모두 혹은 부분적으로 국가별 경제성장에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히, 기회추구형 창업활동이 경제성장에 정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 창업활동의 질적인 측면이 경제성장의 성과로 이어지는데 중요한 변수임을 도출하였다. 또한, 정부 창업 지원프로그램과 경제성장의 관계에 대하여 무역과 혁신이 유의하게 조절효과를 갖는 것을 확인하였으며, 본 연구 결과에 따른 시사점에 대하여 논의하였다.

100주년을 맞이하게 된 한국영화는 그간 괄목할 만한 성장을 이루었다. 하지만 외부에 드러난 사실과는 달리 마주하고 있는 고질적인 문제점들이 존재하고 있었다. 대표적으로 수직계열화의 문제, 예술·독립영화에 대한 지원 미비, 영상콘텐츠의 다양성 부재, 수출 관련 부진의 네 가지로 추려졌다. 이에, 한국영화의 지속적인 발전을 위해 본 연구에서는 기회의 창 이론을 활용하여 국내 영화 산업의 발전 방안을 탐색하였다. 연구 결과, 후발추격자로서의 대한민국 영화 산업은 새로운 기술과 패러다임으로의 편승 전략과 기존 디지털 플랫폼 등에 대한 낮은 진입비용을 활용하여 진입하는 전략, 정부의 적극적인 개입 및 규제의 변화를 통해 발전하는 방안이 도출되었다. 이를 통해, 궁극적으로 전체적인 영화생태계가 공생적인 협력을 통해 나아가야 함을 밝혔다.

이 글은 민주노조운동의 성장과 쇠퇴의 동학을 운동의 '제도적 통합'을 둘러싼 투쟁과 갈등, 이후 정치적 기회의 변화 속에서 노사관계 '제도의 변형'과 유연안정성의 범위를 둘러싼 행위자들의 복잡한 상호작용이라는 시각에서 검토한다. 민주노조운동의 '제도적 통합'을 위한 협상은 불확실하고 유동적인 상황에서 1997-98년 노동법으로 마무리되었다. 이후 1997년 노동법 제도의 변형을 위한 투쟁과 갈등이 지속적으로 전개되었고, 이는 노사관계 제도화게임과 유연안정성 게임의 형태를 띠었다. 그러나 이미 형성된 노동법체계는 제도의 지속적 영향과 경로의존성을 보여주었다. 2008년 이후 운동의 사이클은 쇠퇴국면에 접어들었다. 운동의 쇠퇴는 운동 제도화 및 정치적 기회의 변화와 관련이 있고, 장기적으로 운동주체의 세대 변화와 맞물려 있다. 이제 민주노조운동의 과제는 민주노조운동이 새로운 집합적 정체성의 성장에 어떤 역할을 할 수 있을 것인가에 모아지고 있다.
