This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of early revegetation by analyzing the characteristics of germination and growth of Chrysanthemum zawadskii using vegetation-plant in rock slopes. After making up a growing basis of approximately 20-cm depth and 10-cm diameter by using a boring machine, the surface of rock slopes was planted with vegetation-plant. The number of germinating populations by soil media was 41 in H.s, 4 in T.s, 3 in M.s, and 0 in M.g.s. The germination rate (%) by soil media was 20.0% in H.s, 3.3% in T.s, 2.5% in M.s and 0% in M.g.s. In monthly changes of growth rate, the aspect was northwest direction, the soil media was H.s, and the treatment was microorganism plot. The main factors affecting survivorship and growth of population were soil media and treatment plot. The interaction between each factor had a good effects in bearing x treatment plot, soil media x treatment plot. but, it is recommended that the mulching of vegetation plant is highly needed to help the germination of seed and growth of vegetation because of loss of seed and soil media occurred due to rainfall. Therefore, The result suggests that the revegetation technique using boring in rock slope was very efficient in respect of the early revegetation and the landscape.

The essential oils from the aerial parts (leaves and flowers) of Spiraea hypericifolia L. (Rosaceae), collected in Northern Kazakhstan, were obtained by distillation in two dispersion media (distilled water and 15% NaCl solution). The chemical composition of the essential oils was evaluated by GC-MS for the first time. The yield of the essential oil was 0.04% (in fresh growth conditions) and 0.02% (in dry growth conditions) respectively regardless of which dispersion media (H2O or 15% NaCl solution) was used at the isolation of essential oil. The main compounds were aliphatic hydrocarbons (alkanes) (40.6-53.2%), aldehydes (8.4-17.4%), diterpenoids (9.1-16.7%) and ketones (6.2-8.7%). Content of monoterpenoids was depended on dispersion media (2.2-3.6% where H2O was dispersion media and 8.4-8.5% where 15% NaCl solution was dispersion media). n-Heneicosane (17.4-34.1%) and n-tricosane (14.3-19.5%) were the main constituents of the essential oil of S. hypericifolia. There were many insects from different classes in S. hypericifolia at flowering. Important components such as α-methylene-γ-butyrolactone (0.8-2.8%), benzyl cyanide (0.7-1.1%), β-damascenone (1.2-2.9%), (E,E)-4,8,12-trimethyl-1,3,7,11-tridecatetraene (1.8-2.7%), β-ionone (0.5-1.8%) and others were detected in small amounts.

Upbringing requires an active intervention in the process of children growing up. Convergence in technology and media makes it possible to augment nurturing by making blended infrastructures with new digital resources available in learning environments at schools. A game-based provision of educationally-valuable content within a collective, virtual environment combined with an analysis of events in the game after it has been played (blended nurture environment) may help to better communicate human values especially where old-fashioned discussion methods fail or do not fulfill the promise of effective, educational institution-based methods of bringing up. This is where life sciences, psychology, media, pedagogy and technology (need to) converge.

The Internet is increasingly changing our lives and enables the ordinary person to have access to never-ending quantities of information and knowledge. Technology and the Internet empower individuals and facilitate a more active role in the educational process. The webcast is a media file distributed over the Internet using streaming media technology and is used extensively in the commercial sector for investor relations presentations, in e-learning, and for related communications activities. And relating to computers, technology, and news are particularly popular and many new shows are added regularly. Especially e-learning is a general term used to refer to computer-enhanced learning and has the ability to level the learning playing field. So that the e-learning experience will be second nature to the growing Internet population. And this study intends to develop web-based education.

Daily newspapers are one of the most influential mass media and the news coverage can be used an indicator of social issues and needs. The purpose of this study was to investigate characteristics of physical environment in apartments, and to examine the underlying social ideas. In doing so, the contents of national daily newspapers in the past ten years were analyzed by using frequencies. The study found that sophistication, diversity, and differentiation were drawn as social values that lie in the physical environment of apartments, and the characteristics were related to housing types, space planning and complex layout. The finding shows that the coverage of the physical environment in apartments has been growing, and the increasing attention to the residential environment remains strong and significant.

In this paper, we analyze social network status and suggest TV SNS Service. According to alexa.com's recent chart, there are three SNS sites (facebook, myspace, twitter) in global top 20 sites. SNS usage has increased dramatically. Recently many SNS are growing up by opening their platform that make it easy to develope new services and functions by third party developers. KT is implementing open platform that is support Widget and SNS service. And Recently Social TV comes into the spotlight. Social TV is combination of social media and TV contents. It is enable to exchange emotion and opinion by communication with other people when watching Video contents. We propose TV SNS Service that provides various services by using advantage of SNS system and Social TV.

The effects of environmental factors on adolescent's socializaion were examined. Data were drawn from 1,412 adolescents. A hypothesized model was tested the links among housing, family conflicts, parent-adolescent relationship, family stress, prier relations, mass media, school atmosphere, consumption, consumer socialization, and adolescent's socialization. Adolescent's internal socialization was directly related to father-adolescent relationship, mother-adolescent relationship, family stress, housing, peer relations, school atmosphere, consumer socialization. The external socialization was directly rebated to father-adolescent relationship, mother-adolescent relationship, housing, peer relations, school atmosphere, and consumer socialization. Mass media wits the most important factor which could be predicated the adolescent's socialization . The findings are consistent with a growing body of literature showing that the environmental factors are related to the adolescent's socialization.

The Global IT revolution is growing rapidly. Government and business have to be ready to meet the increased demand for effective and secure online services. With the E-Government practicing, day-by-day the public demand is also increasing simultaneously. Now this present moment, one of important research part is secure E-Voting for E-Government service, but for this important factor or Government Issue, it needs information privacy for secure information transaction of citizen’s opinions and secure authentication. This paper has analyzed several approaches E-voting protocols, those are implemented with many digital signature mechanism and maintained many types of cryptographic rules, which are main factor for information privacy. In this paper we have discussed them with a view to voter anonymity and protection from manipulations. The paper then developed an algorithm designed to guarantee anonymity of the voter and to avoid the risk of manipulation of votes. In this paper the proposed algorithm is based upon the strict separation of voter’s registration and submission of votes, which means that certain information has to be stored on a secure storage media.

Due to growing demand on wireless data traffic, a large number of different types of base stations (BSs) have been installed. However, space-time dependent wireless data traffic densities can result in a significant number of idle BSs, which implies the waste of power resources. To deal with this problem, we propose an active state control algorithm based on semi-Markov decision process (SMDP) for a heterogeneous network. A MDP in discrete time domain is formulated from continuous domain with some approximation. Suboptimal on-line learning algorithm with a random policy is proposed to solve the problem. We explicitly include coverage constraint so that active cells can provide the same signal to noise ratio (SNR) coverage with a targeted outage rate. Simulation results verify that the proposed algorithm properly controls the active state depending on traffic densities without increasing the number of handovers excessively while providing average user perceived rate (UPR) in a more power efficient way than a conventional algorithm.

Recently, the danger for radioactive materials has become a hot topic. Beginning with the Chernobyl nuclear accident in 1996, in 2011, the Fukushima nuclear power plant in Japan suffered major damage such as large-scale casualties and radioactive dangerous area selection. Concerns about leakage of radioactive materials due to recent earthquakes have been deepening in Korea, such as Wolsong Nuclear Power Plant in Gyeongju, and there is a growing interest in the safety of radioactive materials through the media and the media. However, the route to exposure to radioactive materials is not limited to these large-scale nuclear accidents. Typical examples of this are radioactive substances exposed in daily life. In the case of radon gas, the danger is being revealed through current events programs and news, and natural radiation exposure is attracting attention.
