임상간호원의 사회화과정단계에 있어서의 역할모델, 직업에 대한 지각향성 및 자아실현성간의 관계 (Nurses단 Role Models, Perceptions Toward Occupation, Self-Actualization Value and the Phases of Socialization Process)

  • This study was designed to investigate the changes of nurses' role model, perceptions toward occupation, and self actualization value in terms of the phases of socialization process. Two hundred and sixty nine nurses working in clinical settings were randomly selected from 15 general hospitals despersed over Seoul and Kyungki province. Data were gathered by the standardized Perceptual Orientation Test, the Self-actualization Test, and Questionnaires on role models and phases of socialization process developed by the investigators from October 1985 to March 1986. The data were analysed by ANOVA and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. The results were as follows: 1. The average time period required for the shift of phases of socialization process were; phase Ⅰ, role adjustment, took average 10 months of employment: Phase Ⅱ, interpersonal adjustment, 12 months: and Phase Ⅲ, role conflict, 15 months respectively. Conflict resolution, phase Ⅳ, began to take place 18 months of employment; and shifted to phase V, internalization and self-actualization at 25 months of employment. 2. Throughout 5 consecutive phase, the number of immediate superior nurse model was dominantly the highest among the role models. The number of head nurse role model increased at phase Ⅱ, phase Ⅲ, and phase Ⅳ. Respondents with school model in phase I tended to transfer to work model at phase Ⅱ. 3. The perceptions toward occupation were not significantly influenced by the Phases of socialization process. 4. The score of self-actualization value was not significantly influenced by the phases of socialization process. 5. In regard to perceptions toward occupation, nursing director model group showed significantly lower score in phase I (p<.01). 6. The comparison of self-actualization value between the 5 phases revealed significant difference in phase I: in particular among respondents with school model at p<.05. To conclude: 1. The phase Ⅲ of socialization process is the period of role conflict which occur at 15 months of employment, an6 conflict resolution, phase Ⅳ, begins at 18 months of employment on the average in clinical settings. 2. The immediate superior nurse and the head nurse are important role models for nurses all through their socialization process.

Characterization of CYP125A13, the First Steroid C-27 Monooxygenase from Streptomyces peucetius ATCC27952

  • The characterization of cytochrome P450 CYP125A13 from Streptomyces peucetius was conducted using cholesterol as the sole substrate. The in vitro enzymatic assay utilizing putidaredoxin and putidaredoxin reductase from Pseudomonas putida revealed that CYP125A13 bound cholesterol and hydroxylated it. The calculated KD value, catalytic conversion rates, and Km value were 56.92 ± 11.28 μM, 1.95 nmol min-1 nmol-1, and 11.3 ± 2.8 μM, respectively. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis showed that carbon 27 of the cholesterol side-chain was hydroxylated, characterizing CYP125A13 as steroid C27-hydroxylase. The homology modeling and docking results also revealed the binding of cholesterol to the active site, facilitated by the hydrophobic amino acids and position of the C27-methyl group near heme. This orientation was favorable for the hydroxylation of the C27-methyl group, supporting the in vitro analysis. This was the first reported case of the hydroxylation of cholesterol at the C-27 position by Streptomyces P450. This study also established the catalytic function of CYP125A13 and provides a solid basis for further studies related to the catabolic potential of Streptomyces species.

대기업 구성원의 장기지향성이 감성활용과 변화 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 (Employee's Long Term Orientation's Effect on Change Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Emotional Regulation Mediating)

  • 본 연구는 기업 구성원의 장기지향성이 변화 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 및 감성활용의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 홉스테드 연구에 의하면 동아시아국가 중 한국은 장기 지향성이 높은 국가로 나타났으며, 절약, 장기적 관계 및 소속된 집단의 화평을 중요하는 문화라고 볼 수 있다. 이와 관련 선행 연구들은 학교 및 국가별 차원에서 연구되었으며, 개인차원의 자발적 역량인 변화 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 검증한 연구는 많지 않다. 또한 글로벌 환경의 급격한 변화에 노출된 구성원들의 감성활용 능력은 조직의 구성원으론 매우 중요한 개인 역량으로 평가된다. 이런 현상을 바탕으로 본 연구는 대기업의 구성원들의 감성 활용 능력이 장기지향성과 변화 조직시민행동을 매개 할 것이라 예측했다. 본 연구는 홉스테드 문화차원을 개인적 차원으로 설문화한 Yoo's Cultural Value Scale (CVSCALE) 사용하여 통계프로그램인 SPSS 21.0을 통해 국내 S전자회사의 임직원 200명을 상대로 설문 및 분석했으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 장기지향성은 변화적 조직시민행동에 유의한 (+) 영향을 미친다고 나타났으며 개인의 감성활용이 장기지향성과 변화 조직시민행동을 완전 매개한다는 결과가 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 감성활용이 기업의 구성원의 변화 조직시민행동에 긍정적 영향을 준다는 점을 검증하였으며 구성원들의 감성 활용 훈련 및 교육을 통해 조직효율성을 높이고 자발적 행동역량인 변화적 조직시민행동도 높일 수 있다는 가능성을 제시한 점에 의미가 있다.

경주 방폐장의 불균질 배경 단열의 정량화 (Quantification of Heterogenous Background Fractures in Bedrocks of Gyeongju LILW Disposal Site)

  • 본 연구는 화강암과 퇴적암지역에 위치하는 중저준위 경주방폐장의 불균질 배경 단열의 방향성, 밀도, 크기를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 불균질 배경 단열을 분석하기 위하여 지표지질조사, 전기비저항탐사, 공내 초음파주사검층 자료를 이용하였다. 연구지역 배경 단열의 정량화 분석을 위해서 부트스트랩 방법을 적용하였으며, 이에 의하여 위치에 따라 다양한 방향성을 가지는 단열들의 이방성을 합리적으로 특성화할 수 있었다. 단열 밀도는 단층 연장성을 고려한 단층거리의 역산값 및 전기비저항 평균값과 상관성을 보였으며, 평균 부피 단열 밀도($P_{32}$)는 $3.1m^2/m^3$로 나타났다. 중저준위 방폐물 처분 지하 사일로에서 측정된 단열과 지표 단층 정보에 의하면, 단열크기는 단열의 프랙탈 성질에 기초한 멱함수 법칙 분포에 따르며, 배경 단열의 반경은 1.5~86 m로 산정되었다.

Syntheses, X-ray Structures and Second Harmonic Generation Efficiencies of MAP (Methyl (2,4-dinitrophenyl)-aminopropanoate) Analogues

  • An attempt to improve the second harmonic generation (SHG) efficiency of MAP (methyl (2,4-dinitrophenyl)aminopropanoate) by modifying the substituents on the amino group of MAP is described. Several MAP analogues have been prepared using optically active amino acids alanine, phenylalanine and serine, and their SHG efficiencies measured. None of the MAP analogues exhibited SHG efficiencies as high as that of MAP. X-ray crystal structures of three MAP analogues have been determined. In the crystal structures of two of them, which were the derivatives of phenylalanine, two crystallographically-independent molecules existing in the asymmetric unit are aligned almost antiparallel. These structures are consistent with the very low SHG efficiencies of these compounds. On the other hand, the crystal structure of a serine derivative reveals substantial alignment of the dinitroaniline chromophore along the polar axis. However, the angle of 86.2° between the molecular charge tranfer axis and the polar axis of the crystal is still far away from the optimum value of 54.74° for the phase-matchable SHG. The structure is consistent with the SHG efficiency of this compound which is much higher than those of the phenylalanine derivatives but still lower than that of MAP. This study demonstrates the importance of the orientation of molecules in the crystal lattice in determining secod-order nonlinear optical properties of crystalline materials.

초등 예비교사의 창업가정신 교육에 대한 경험 및 태도와 창업가정신 핵심역량 분석 (Analysis of the Experiences and Attitudes of Elementary School Pre-service Teachers on Entrepreneurship Education and Core Competencies of Entrepreneurship)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 교원양성대학 재학생인 초등 예비교사의 창업가정신 교육에 대한 경험 및 태도와 창업가정신 핵심역량의 수준을 살펴보고, 학년과 성별, 그리고 창업가정신 교육에 대한 태도에 따른 창업가정신 핵심역량의 차이를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 온라인 설문에 응답한 초등 예비교사 208명을 대상으로 이들의 창업가정신 교육에 대한 경험, 태도, 인식, 창업 시도 및 창업가정신 핵심역량 수준을 조사하고 이에 따른 창업가정신 핵심역량 수준의 차이를 t-검정을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과 초등 예비교사들은 창업가정신 교육에 대해 이해 수준과 직접 참여 경험은 낮았으나 초등학생과 초등교사 대상의 창업가정신 교육의 필요성과 창업가정신 교육 및 창업에 대한 관심도는 높은 편이었다. 창업가정신 핵심역량군별로 나눠서 볼 때 초등 예비교사의 도전, 집단창의, 자기주도 역량군에 비해 혁신성, 사회적 가치지향, 변화민첩성으로 구성된 가치창출 역량군의 평균이 상대적으로 낮게 나왔다. 창업가정신 핵심역량 수준의 학년에 따른 차이는 유의하지 않았으며, 여학생의 역량 수준이 남학생보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 또한 초등교사가 갖추어야 할 필수역량으로서의 창업가정신 중요성을 인식하는 집단의 창업가정신 4대 핵심역량군의 평균이 상대 집단보다 통계적으로 높았고, 대학에서의 창업 관련 교육 참여를 희망하는 집단과 창업 시도 의향이 있는 집단의 가치창출과 도전 역량이 상대 집단보다 통계적으로 높았다. 이러한 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 초등 예비교사를 위한 창업가정신 역량 강화 프로그램의 설계 및 개발에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

주부의 영양지식과 식습관에 관한 연구-서울을 중심으로- (Nutrition knowledge and food habits of housewives)

  • The completely answered questionnaires were analyzed for the nutrition knowledge, food habits, value orientation, and the sources of nutrition information of housewives of 20's to 40's. The subjects had a high level of perceived knowledge, that is the knowledge that each subject believed she hadm but the accuracy of the knowledge was only 51.6%. The mean nutrition knowledge score was 6.63 out of possible 15 points, and food habit score was 5.31 out of 10 points. Most of the subjects belonged to "Good" to "Fair" food habit group, which is considered to be relatively good. With increasing age and decreasing level of education, the percent of perceived knowledge and accuracy, and nutricion knowledge score were getting lower. However, the food habit score was getting higher with increasing age. This suggests that food habit was dependent more upon the length of married life than the nutrition knowledge in housewives. The corelation between nutrition knowledge score and food habit score was low. The economic area was the most concerned area of the subjects, followed by health and social. The scores of utrition knowledge and food abits of the subjects who ranked the health the highest were not different from those of economic and social. TV, radio, newspapers, and magazines were the most important sources of nutrition information.

Dihydropyrrolo[3,4-f]quinazoline 엽산길항제의 합성 및 In Vitro 항암활성 (Synthesis of Dihydropyrrole[3,4-f]quinazoline Antifolates and Their Antitumor Activity In Vitro)

  • Classical dihydropyrrole[3,4-f]quinazoline antifolates 7,8 and 9, in which the tricyclic ring is structurally similar to the pteridine ring of $CH_2-THF(1)$, the cofactor of thymidylate synthase (TS), were synthesized, and their in vitro antitumor activity was evaluated by measuring the cell growth inhibitory activity against cancer cell lines. The target compounds were cytotoxic against CCRF-CEM, human T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, with the cell growth inhibitory activity $(IC_{50})$ of $0.8{\sim}8.3\;{\mu}M$. Among the three compounds, 3-amino analog 7 was 10- and 3.5-fold more cytotoxic compared to the 3-methyl analogs 8 and 9, and its cytotoxicity was similar to that of the reference compound with the $IC_{50}$ value of $0.83\;{\mu}M$. This result was supposed as the consequence of the fact that dihydropyrroloquinazolinone ring with amino group was able to bind well in the active site of TS. In the case of 3-methyl analogs, analog 9, which has two-carbon bridge between the dihydropyrroloquinazolinone ring and benzoyl-L-glutamic acid, was 3-times more potent in cytotoxicity than analog 8 which has one-carbon bridge, and this result indicates that the distance and conformational orientation of the benzoyl-L-glutamic acid moiety with respect to the tricyclic ring may also be a crucial determinant of cell growth inhibitory activity.

명품과 매스티지 브랜드, 복제품에 대한 태도 및 구매의도에 따른 소비자집단 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Consumer Groups based on Consumers' Attitude and Purchase Intention of Luxury and Masstige Brands, and Counterfeits)

  • 본 논문은 20-30대 소비자들이 사회적 가치가 높은 명품, 매스티지 브랜드와 복제품에 대해 어떤 태도를 가지고 구분하는지, 과시소비성향과 동조성으로 설명할 수 있을지를 탐색하였다. 브랜드들에 대한 태도와 구매의도의 유사성을 기준으로 20-30대 소비자를 구분하고, 집단별로 동조성과 과시소비 성향의 하위차원에서의 차이를 연구하였다. 군집분석을 통해 20-30대 소비자는 네 집단으로 구분되었고, 다변량분산분석을 실시하여 각 집단 간의 차이를 확인하였다. 개성추구성향(F=4.282, p=.006)과 브랜드지향성향(F=23.178, p=.000)은 명품과 매스티지 브랜드와 연관이 있었고, 유행추구성향(F=8.376, p=.000)은 명품과 매스티지 브랜드를 매우 좋아하는 집단과 복제품에도 관심이 있는 집단에서 높게 나타났다. 고가격추구성향은 유의한 차이가 없었다. 동조성(F=3.537, p=.015)은 명품과 매스티지에 대해 약간 좋아하지만 복제품은 싫어하는 집단만 제외하면 모두 높았다. 본 연구는 상징적 의미가 큰 브랜드들에 대한 20-30대 소비자의 태도와 구매의도를 통합적으로 고찰한 연구로서 향후 소비자의 브랜드 범주화에 대한 연구로 발전시키기 위한 탐색적 연구로 의미가 있다.

전략적 관점에서 본 전자상거래 비즈니스 모델의 측정도구 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Measurement Instruments for the Business Model of Electronic Commerce in the Strategic Perspective)

  • The purpose of this study Is to develop empirically validated instrument for business model. The previous researches related to business model were almost taxonomies. And the focus of those researches were the classification by the degree of integration and innovation the origin, and the main source of revenue etc. In the emerging fields such as IT, e-commerce, and e-business, it tends to overlook methodological issue in its substantive relationships and also measurement. Business model is taken an interest in recent years. However, as the non-establishment of construct on business model has made no empirical study, this, study tries to develop an empirical validated instrument that identifies the dimensions of business model by uncovering meaningful group or categories. For this, the outlined domain of business model are defined as an organizational level that competes in the industry through the literature reviews. And the traits such as process integration, value chain reconstruction, strategic alliance with another business model, specialty in a certain wet sustainability of essential capabilities, differentiation, convertibility, customer orientation, revenue stream, newness, innovation leadership: and vision sharing are identified in those respective domains, and then the traits are classified into five dimensions such as interlinkageableness, valueness, functionalness, preemptiveness, and goalness by their characteristics. Generating items are continued on the basis of operationalization. Confirmatory factor analysis is performed in order to develop validated instrument with LISREL measurement model. Finally the instrument is developed through the previous procedure. The implication of this study is the first empirical effort to assess business model. The resulting instrument can be used with dependent variables in the future study related to business model. And the establishment of construct of business model is able to make a basis to rise an additional issue consequently. In the practical side, the instrument also can be employed as an assessment framework that can assess whether the expected value success or not. The instrument with the measurement can be used on competitor's business model, In. When an investment into a i-m with a specific business model, these instrument developed can be presented as the basic framework of assessment.
