With rapid growth and competition of electronic commerce through internet, various buying types and business models are being appeared In this paper, we studied group buying which is new business model to consumer and factors affecting on trust and participation of group buying. The following are the regression result of this study. first, factors affecting on trust of group buying were different from factors affecting on participation of group buying. Second perceived reputation factor, familiarity factor and Product value factor made a significant effect on participation of group buying. Third, customer service factor didn't make a significant effect on both participation and trust of group buying. fourth, product value factor made a significant effect on both participation and trust of group buying. Fifth trust of group buying made a significant effect on participation of group buying
Objectives This study was performed to figure out the effects of I-razin in overweight children without any exercise or specific diet. Methods Twenty-eight children those who were diagnosed overweight have been recruited. They were randomly assigned treatment or control group under block randomization. Treatment group were treated with I-razin for 8 weeks, and control group were treated with placebo medication under same conditions. Anthropometry, fat computed tomography and blood test have been done before and after the treatment. Results Eleven subjects in treatment group and seventeen in control group were evaluated. BMI, waist circumference, glucose, total cholesterol, and triglyceride were decreased in the treatment group. And reduction of BMI, glucose, and triglyceride in the treatment group were greater than control group. But there was no statistically significance. No side effects have been notice during the study period and no adverse effect on liver has been observed. Conclusion This study could not demonstrate effect of I-razin compared with control group. However, treatment group has a tendency of weight loss without side effect. Additional studies with large population are thought to be necessary to clarify the effect of I-razin.
Endogenous zinc is important for maintaining zinc homeostasis because the size of endogenous zinc pool is almost 3-4 times bigger than that of dietary zinc. The purpose of this study was to examine the phytate effect on the reabsorption of endogenous zinc and the additional Ca effect on the phytate effect. Rats were fed a casein-based diet with added sodium phytate containing either high(1.6%) or low(0.8%) Ca concentrations for 4 weeks to reduce the body zinc pool. After the depletion period, $^{65}$ Zn was given by intraperitoneal injection to label the endogenous zinc pool. Rats were then assigned into phytate or non-phytate group within the same Ca group. feces were collected for 2 weeks of the initial collection period and 1 week after dietary crossover. The ratios of excreted fecal $^{65}$ Zn radioactivity of phytate group non-phytate group were determined as a measure of the phytate effect on the endogenous zinc. Mean fecal $^{65}$ Zn radioactivity was higher in the phytate group than in the non-phytate group during the entire 3 weeks of the collection period in the low Ca group, and during the initial collection period in the high Ca group(p <0.0001). This study showed an adverse phytate effect on endogenous zinc at both high and low dietary Ca levels. Elevated dietary Ca levels showed a synergistic effect on the phytate effect on endogenous zinc(p <0.05). These results imply greater phytate effect on zinc homeostasis rather than on zinc bioavailability through complexing with the endogenous zinc which is larger portion than the dietary zinc on zinc homeostasis.
The authors have studied the 8 weeks clinical experiment on 34 dental patients of age 20s for control group and 32 for experimental 1 group(Paste Type Dentifrice with Bamboo Salt, Chitosan and Powder of Pine Needles and Leaves of Bamboo.) and 32 for experimental 2 group(Powder Type Dentifrice with Bamboo Salt, Chitosan and Powder of Pine Needles and Leaves of Bamboo), in order to find out the effect of plaque removal, prevention of calculus and stain formation. and Gingival effect. The obtained results are as following. 1. Plaque removal effect was the similar level on group 1 and on group 2 as control group. 2. For prevention of calculus formation, there was a little bit better on group 1 at 8 weeks, and for prevention of stain formation, it revealed more or less difference between on group 1, group 2 and control group at 8 weeks. 3. on PMA index, it revealed the significantly differences between group 1, group 2 and the control group at 8 weeks(p<0.05), so it is estimated that there might be signified for gingival subside effect by use of dentifrice with Bamboo Salt, Chitosan and Powder of Pine Needles and Leaves Bamboo.
This study was conducted to investigate the effect of fructooligosaccharide on intestinal flora, lipid metabolism and immune response. Thirty two male rats of Sprague-Dawley strain were divided into two groups according to body weight. Each group was fed the diet containing 2% cholesterol or the normal diet, respectively for 4 weeks. Each group was again divided into two sub-groups and they were fed with the diet containing 5% of sucrose and fructooligosaccharide, respectively for 8 weeks. The number of bifidobacteria slight increased, but not significantly, in oligosaccharide groups. Plasma total lipid concentration in cholesterol group was signficantly increased compared to the value in normal group. Dietary oligosaccharide decreased plasma total lipid concentration and triglyceride concentrations in normal group, but not in cholesterol group. Fecal lipid excretion was higher in cholesterol group than in normal group. Fecal cholesterol concentration in cholesterol-oligosaccharide group was significantly increased compared to other groups. Cholesterol had slight effects on TBARS and the immune status, but dietary oligosaccharide had no effects on these variables. The results in this study suggest that dietary oligosaccharide had no effect on serum and liver profiles of rats fed high cholesterol diet but increases the fecal cholesterol excretion.
This study was aimed to evaluate the anti-stress effect of Soeuminsohabhyangwon on the mice in Cold and Swimming stress. In order to investigate the anti-stress effect of Soeuminsohabhyangwon in Cold and Swimming stressed mice, the serotonin contents were measured by HPLC method in various part of mouse brain The following results were observed. 1. In Cerebral Cortex of Frontal Lobe, the serotonin content was decreased in the Control group as compared with Normal group and the serotonin content was increased in the SHW group as compared with Control group. 2. In hypothalamus, the serotonin content was decreased in the Control group as compared with Normal group and the serotonin content was increased with statistical significance in the SHW group as compared with Control group. 3. In corpus striatum, the serotonin content was decreased in the Control group as compared with Normal group and the serotonin content was increased with statistical significance in the SHW group as compared with Control group. 4. In hippocampus, the serotonin content was decreased in the Control group as compared with Normal group and the serotonin content was increased with statistical significance in the SHW group as compared with control group.Base on the above results, it may be concluded that Soeuminsohabhyangwon are effective to reduce stress.
This study describes consumers' movie choices in conjunction with other group members and attempts to reassess the effect of the online word of mouth (WOM) source in a joint decision context. The tendency of many people to go to movies in groups has been mentioned in previous literature but there is no modeling research that studies movie choice from the group decision perspective. We found that ignoring the group movie-going perspective can result in a misunderstanding, especially underestimation of genre preference and the impact of the WOM variables. Most of the studies to measure online WOM effects were done at the aggregate level, and the role of online WOM variables(volume vs valence) is mixed in the literature. We postulate that group-level analysis might offer insight to resolve these mixed understanding of WOM effects in the literature. We implemented the study via a random effect model with group-level heterogeneity. Romance, drama, and action were selected as genre variables; valence and volume were selected as online WOM variables. A choice-based conjoint survey was used for data collection and the models was estimated via Bayesian MCMC method. The empirical results show that (i) both genre and online WOM are important variables when consumers choose movies, especially as group, and (ii) the WOM valence effect are amplified more than the volume effect does as individuals are engaged in group decision. This research contributes to the literature in several ways. First, we investigate movie choice from a group movie-going perspective that is more realistic and consistent with the market behavior. Secondly, the study sheds new light on the WOM effect. At group-level, both valence and volume significantly affect movie choices, which adds to the understanding of the role of online WOM in consumers' movie choice.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to observe the anti-oxidative effects of electroacupuncture at Pungyung($ST_{40}$) in rats. Methods : The author performed several experiments, including measurements of body weightrelative liver weightslevels of albumin, total bilirubin, LDL-cholesterol, LDH, GOT and GPT in serum levels of SOD, glutathione, catalase, NO and MDA in the liver and histological analysis of the liver. Results : 1. Liver index was decreased in the $ST_{40}-EA$ group compared with the holder group and the control group. 2. LDL-cholesterol was significantly decreased in the $ST_{40}-EA$ group compared with the group. 3. SOD activity was significantly increased in the $ST_{40}-EA$ group and $ST_{40}-NR$ group compared with the control group. Glutathione activity was significantly increased in the $ST_{40}-EA$ group compared with the control group, the holder group, and the Sham-EA group. Catalase activity was significantly increased in the $ST_{40}-EA$ group compared with the control group and the holder group. Conclusions : These results suggest that electroacupuncture at $ST_{40}$ has an antioxidant effect in rats.

There are so many studies on perceived risk and purchasing intention. But the results of those studies were inconsistent; some studies showed the positive effect of perceived risk on purchasing intention; others showed the negative effect. This research supposed that the inconsistence of studies resulted from the difference of group innovativeness and set up research hypotheses : among users from the lower innovativeness group, perceived risk has a negative effect on purchasing intention, but from the higher group, perceived risk has a positive effect on purchasing intention. We compared Internet shopping mall users of South Korea representing low innovativeness with those of China representing high innovativeness. The results provided that among South Korean users, perceived risk had the statistically insignificant negative effect on purchasing intention, but among Chinese users, it had the statistically significant positive effect on purchasing intention. Additionally, this study found that perceived risk influenced users' fun which in turn influenced purchasing intention.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise therapy to oldwomen's muscle strength and IADL. The result of this study were the following : 1. The elderly group showed significant difference(p<.000) on effect of grip strength between pre and post after regular exercise. 2.
