BES를 사용한 에너지 절감형 양돈장의 지열히트펌프 적정 용량 산정 (Estimation of Adequate Capacity of Ground Source Heat Pump in Energy-saving Pig Farms Using Building Energy Simulation)

  • In Korea, attention is being paid to the use of renewable energy in the livestock industry, and Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP), which is advantageous for temperature control, is considered as one of the ways to reduce the use of fossil fuels. But GSHP is expensive to install, which proper capacity calculation is required. GSHP capacity is related to its maximum energy load. Energy loads are affected by climate characteristics and time, so dynamic analysis is required. In this study, the optimal capacity of GSHP was calculated by calculating the heating and cooling load of pig farms using BES (Building Energy Simulation) and economic analysis was performed. After designing the inside of the pig house using TRNSYS, one of the commercial programs of the BES technique, the energy load was calculated based on meteorological data. Through the calculated energy load, three heating devices and GSHP used in pig farms were analyzed for economic feasibility. As a result, GSHP's total cost of ownership was the cheapest, but the installation cost was the highest. In order to reduce the initial cost of GSHP, the capacity of GSHP was divided, and a scenario was created in which some of it was used as an auxiliary heating device, and economic analysis was conducted. In this study, a method to calculate the proper capacity of GSHP through dynamic energy analysis was proposed, and it can be used as data necessary to expand the spread of GSHP.

승용형 농기계용 직진 자동조향장치 주행특성 연구 (Study on Traveling Characteristics of Straight Automatic Steering Devices for Drivable Agricultural Machinery)

  • This paper introduces an automatic steering system for straight traveling capable of being mounted on drivable agricultural machinery which user can handle it such as a tractor, a transplant, etc. The modular automatic steering device proposed in the paper is composed of RTK GNSS, IMU, HMI, hydraulic valve, and wheel sensor. The path generation method of the automatic steering system is obtained from two location information(latitude and longitude on each point) measured by GNSS in advance. From HMI, a straight path(AB line) can be created by connecting latitude and longitude on each point and the device makes the machine able to follow the path. During traveling along the reference path, it acquires the real time position data every sample time(0.1s), compares the reference with them and calculates the lateral deviation. The values of deviation are used to control the steering angle of the machine using hydraulic valve mounted on the axle of front wheel. In this paper, Pure Pursuit algorithm is applied used in autonomous vehicles frequently. For the analysis of traveling characteristics, field tests were executed about these conditions: velocity of 2, 3, 4km/h which is applied to general agricultural work and ground surface of solid(asphalt) and weak condition(soil) such as farmland. In the case of weak ground state, two experiments were executed about no-load(without work) and load(with work such as plowing). The maximum average deviations were presented 2.44cm, 7.32cm, and 11.34cm during traveling on three ground conditions : asphalt, soil without load and with load(plowing).

수치해석 결과 분석을 통한 다양한 말뚝 선단하부의 지반조건에 따른 대구경현장타설말뚝의 지지력 거동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Bearing Capacitiy behavior of Large-diameter Drilled Shafts According to Various Ground Conditions under Pile Tip through Numerical Analysis Results)

  • 본 연구에서는 현장타설말뚝에서 실시된 양방향말뚝재하시험 자료에 대하여 역해석을 실시하였다. 그리고 실트질 점토, 실트질 모래, 모래질 실트, 모래질 자갈, 풍화암, 연암의 다양한 선단지반에 지지된 대구경 현장타설 말뚝에 대하여 수치해석을 실시하여 지지력을 분석하였다. 지지력 분석은 P-S 방법, Davisson 방법, 25.4mm 허용침하량을 이용하여 산정하였다. 3가지 방법으로 분석한 최소 허용지지력은 19.64MN ~ 24.96MN으로 나타났다. 이때, 선단지지력은 두부재하하중의 2% ~ 12%를 분담하였으며, 주면마찰력은 두부재하하중의 88% ~ 98%를 분담하였다. 선단 지반의 강도가 클수록 허용지지력이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 최대 허용지지력과 최소 허용지지력의 차이는 5.32MN로 선단 지반종류에 따른 허용지지력의 증가는 27%에 불과하였다.

분산전원 연계선로에서 지락고장시 중성선의 과전류 해석 및 보호계전기의 새로운 알고리즘 (An Overcurrent Analysis in Neutral Line and Algorithm to Prevent Malfunction of Relay in Distributed Generations)

  • Introducing distributed generators(DGs) to utility distribution system can cause malfunction of relay on the grid when ground faults or severe load unbalances are occurred on the system. Because DGs interconnected to the grid can contribute fault currents and make bidirectional power flows on the system, fault currents from DGs can cause an interference of relay operation. A directional over current relay(DOCR) can determine the direction of power flow whether a fault occurs at the source side or load side through detecting the phases of voltage and current simultaneously. However, it is identified in this paper that the contributed fault current(Ifdg) from the ground source when was occurred to contribute single-line-to-ground(SLG) fault current, has various phases according to the distances from the ground source. It means that the directionality of Ifdg may not be determined by simply detecting the phases of voltage and current in some fault conditions. The magnitude of Ifdg can be estimated approximately as high as 3 times of a phase current and its maximum is up to 2,000 A depending on the capacity of generation facilities. In order to prevent malfunction of relay and damage of DG facilities from the contribution of ground fault currents, Ifdg should be limited within a proper range. Installation of neutral ground reactor (NGR) at a primary neutral of interconnection transformer was suggested in the paper. Capacity of the proposed NGR can be adjusted easily by controlling taps of the NGR. An algorithm for unidirectional relay was also proposed to prevent the malfunction of relay due to the fault current, Ifdg. By the algorithm, it is possible to determine the directionality of fault from measuring only the magnitude of fault current. It also implies that the directionality of fault can be detected by unidirectional relay without replacement of relay with the bidirectional relay.

연직하중을 받는 소규모 무리말뚝의 거동 (Behavior of Small-Scale Pile Group Under Vertical Loading)

  • 무리말뚝의 하중지지능력에서 말뚝캡이 부담하는 비율을 파악하고 무리말뚝을 구성하는 개개 말뚝의 하중전이 특성을 알아보고자 재하시험을 수행하였다. 직경 92.5mm의 강관말뚝 24본(4개씩 6열)을 지표 아래 3m 깊이까지 근입 시컥 풍화암 상단에 말뚝선단이 위치하도록 하였다. 최대하중 320t을 지표면에 접촉되어 있는 $1.5\times2.3m$ 크기의 말뚝캡에 재하하였다. 최대 시험하중인 320t에서는 말뚝캡이 전체하중의 약 22%에 해당하는 하중을 분담하였다. 무리 말뚝 재하시험시 말뚝의 평균 극한지지력은 16.4t이며, 이 값은 말뚝캡을 타설하기 전에 무리말뚝의 모서리에 위치한 말뚝에 대하여 수행한 단말쪽 재하시험으로부터 구한 극한지지력보다 상당히 크게 나타났다. 변위장중첩 효과로 인하여 무리말뚝 중앙에 위치한 말뚝은 작은 하중이 작용하여도 외곽부의 말뚝과 같은 침하량을 기록한 것으로 나타났다. 무리말뚝에서는 주면마찰력의 분담율이 전 하중단계에서 약 60%로 일정하나 단말뚝 시험에서는 하중이 증가함에 따라 주면마찰력의 분담율이 82%에서 65%로 감소하였다.

상재하중의 크기와 이격거리에 따른 강성벽체의 토압분포 (Earth Pressure on a Rigid wall due to Loads Condition and Distance)

  • 자중에 의한 토압은 일반적으로 깊이에 따라 선형비례하여 증가되지만, 상재하중에 의해 발생되는 토압은 분포형태와 지반상태 및 경계조건에 따라 다르게 분포한다. 본 연구에서는 변위가 구속된 강성벽체에 연직상재하중에 의한 토압분포를 실험적으로 연구하기 위하여 실내모형토조[30 cm(폭) ${\times}$ 110 cm(길이) ${\times}$ 88 cm(높이)]에 각 2개의 로드셀이 배치된 8개의 토압판으로 구성된 강성벽체를 설치하여 연직상재하중의 크기와 위치(벽체에서 이격거리)를 변화시켜 가면서 토압분포와 토압의 영향범위를 관찰하였다. 실험결과, 연직상재하중에 의해 발생되는 수평토압은 일정위치에서 최대값을 보이고 깊어질수록 감소하여 한계깊이를 초과하면 무시할 만큼 작아졌다. 수평토압이 최대가 되는 깊이와 한계깊이는 연직상재하중의 크기와는 무관하게 벽체와의 이격거리에 따라 다르게 나타났다.

터널 설계조건을 고려한 하중분배율의 정량적 산정에 관한 연구 -ring-cut 굴착공법을 중심으로- (A Study on the Quantitative Evaluation of the Load Distribution Factors Considering the Design Conditions of Tunnel Especially for the Ring-cut Excavation Method)

  • 공사중 터널은 막장부의 종방향 및 횡방향 아치거동에 의하여 주변 지반은 3차원적 변형거동을 보이나, 터널 안정성 해석에는 전산효율 등의 이유로 2차원 수치해석법이 일반적으로 적용되고 있다. 하중분배율은 터널의 굴진효과를 고려하기 위하여 2차원 해석에 도입된 것으로 지반변위, 숏크 리트 및 록볼트와 같은 1차 지보재의 하중 등과 같은 해석결과에 큰 영향을 미친다. 또한, 3차원 해석을 이용한 기존의 연구에 의하면, 지반의 변형특성, 터널크기, 굴진장 등이 하중분배율에 주요한 영향을 미친다는 사실이 입증되었다. 그러나, 설계조건에 대한 하중분배율의 정량적 산정법의 부재 로 인하여 실제 해석시에는 설계조건을 무시한 하중분배율이 적용되고 있는 실정이다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 기존 연구(정 대열, 1993)에서 제시한 72개의 3차원 해석결과에 대한 회귀분석을 통하여 하중분배율을 정량적으로 산정할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한. ring-cut공법은 막장의 자립성 이 매우 불량한 조건에 적용되는 공법임에도 불구하고 기존의 2차원 해석 법으로는 막장코아의 진 지효과를 고려하지 못하는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서, 2차원 및 3차원 수치해석을 통하여 ring-cut공 법에 대한 기존 해석법의 문제점을 검토하였으며 본 공법에 대한 하중분배율의 보정치를 제시하였 다.

연약지반상에 자켓팩앵커의 적용과 거동특성 (Behavior and Application of Jacket pack anchor in Soft ground)

  • The excavation site in the new city of inchon songdo is distributed with soft reclaimed soil and marine deposit. So, the general ground anchor is not applied to this layer of soft ground as the earth retaining support system, because of settlement. And then, Jacket pack anchor which is newly developed in order to increasing the pullout resistance by certain grout bulb formation and expansion effect in soft ground is applied to this site instead of the general ground anchor. Though the maximum horizontal displacement shows about 30mm~100mm (The maximum horizontal displacement/excavation depth$\fallingdotseq$0.32~1.0%) according to excavation sequence, generally excavation work finished stably. Also, load cell after setting shows almost increasing trend with increasing horizontal displacement. It means that the settlement of Jacket pack anchor in soft ground is good. From the result of this case, we knew that Jacket pack anchor was able to use the earth retaining support system in soft ground. Using Jacket pack anchor in soft ground, The allowance of the horizontal displacement is applied more than general value considering soil factors.

Numerical study on stability and deformation of retaining wall according to groundwater drawdown

  • In this study, the ground settlement in backside of retaining wall and the behavior of the retaining wall were analyzed according to the method of groundwater drawdown due to excavation by using two-dimensional(2D) finite element analysis. Numerical analysis was performed by applying 1) fixed groundwater level, 2) constant groundwater drawdown, and 3) transient groundwater drawdown. In addition, the behavior of the retaining wall according to the initial groundwater level, ground conditions, and surcharge pressure in backside of retaining wall was evaluated. Based on the numerical analysis results, it was confirmed that when the groundwater level is at 0.1H from the ground surface (H: Excavation soil height), the wall displacement and ground settlement are not affected by the method of groundwater drawdown, regardless of soil conditions (dense or loose) and surcharge pressure. On the other hand, when the groundwater level is at 0.5H from the ground surface, the method of groundwater drawdown was found to have a significant effect on wall displacement and ground settlement. In this case, the difference in ground settlement presents by up to 4 times depending on the method of groundwater drawdown, and the surcharge load could increase the ground settlement by up to 1.5 times.
