  • This study examine operating system for eco-friendly container terminal and shows the usefulness of the Importance-performance analysis grid in evaluating container terminal operating technology. Importance-performance analysis enables management to evaluate and identify the major strengths and weaknesses of eco-friendly container terminal operating technology's key success factors. This study identified a list of 20 items from the eco-friendly container terminal literature reviews, and each item was rated using a 5-point Likert scale. Responses were obtained from 250 questionnaires. The importance-performance grid shows that 13 items fall into the "Keep up the good work" quadrant, 2 items fall into the "Concentrate here" quadrant, 2 items fall into the "Low priority" quadrant, and 3 items fall into the "Possible overkill" quadrant. The findings suggest that an eco-friendly container terminal operating technology is necessary to enhance eco-friendly operating system. The results are useful in identifying areas for strategic focus to help container terminal managers develop eco-friendly container terminal operating technology strategies.

Being more urgent what more, not the simple sightseeing agriculture that the farming experience was the focus of, but it is very important to develop the program of environment sightseeing agriculture. It will lay the stress on playing and education culture which city-workers can enjoy and experience. And with constructing the base facility like a city form, we must develop cheap and various goods and the execution of modernized weekend farms. For this, first the consciousness conversion against the customer management of farmers must precede and the change of government policy and the support polity is important. • The forestry development policies and projects in Korea have been implemented under various related acts. These acts include the Framework Act on the National Land and Framework Act on Forestry enacted by each administration. However, there are some limitations to encourage a variety of mountain villages and forestry development policies due to duplication and overlap between the relevant acts. Nowadays, the fields of local development have evolved and become integrated not only by infrastructures but also in various fields such as multi-functional industries including tourism, green care, cultural welfare, etc. Therefore, the current legal system may not effectively accept and support various mountain village development policies and projects. This study tried to determine the necessity of reorganizing th-e related legal system through a field survey of planners, residents and analysts regarding the correlation between legal systems and projects. For these reasons, this study tried to determine the problems of the current legal system and then, suggested alternative methods related to the legal system for integrated rural development. The scope of the study is as follows: 1) correlation analysis between relevant laws and development projects and 2) field survey to determine the legitimacy and validity for the reorganization of the legal system.
