한.일 중학교 가정교과서의 녹색생활교육 내용분석 (Content Analyses of Green Life-Educational Materials in Korean and Japanese Middle School Horne Economics Textbooks)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 한국과 일본의 가정 교과서에 실린 녹색생활교육 학습자료 내용을 분석하는데 있다. 2007 개정 교육과정에 근거한 중학교 l학년과 2학년의 한국 교과서 8권과 일본의 중학교 교과서 2권을 포함하여 총 10권을 분석하였다. 한국과 일본의 가정교과서 분석 결과, 한국 교과서는 모든 영역의 학습자료 유형 중 표/그림/사진 자료가 가장 많고 용어/용어 설명이 많았던 반면, 일본은 구체적인 활동자료가 모든 영역에서 가장 많았다. 학습자료 유형이나 분량은 교과서별 영역별로 다소 차이가 있었으며 교육과정에 명시된 것은 모든 교과서에 제시되어 있었다. 자기 가정과 교육과정 개발과 교과서를 개발할 때에는 구체적인 녹색생활교육 내용을 명시하교 학습자료를 단순 지식보다는 태도와 행동의 변화나 실천을 이끌어낼 수 있도록 구성하는데 주안점을 두어야 할 것이다.

그린투어리즘을 위한 농산어촌 체험마을 현황 분석 - 농촌관광 인터넷 포털사이트 분석을 중심으로 - (Present State of Experiencing Villages for Green Tourism in Rural Area)

  • Recently, Environmentally friendliness and sustainability become the main concern of rural tourism. Green-tourism is the emerging and best alternative tourism development. This paper deals with the present state of experiencing villages for green-tourism in rural areas. Several internet portal sites for rural tourism were reviewed and analyzed. Totally, 863 village are designated for experiencing villages by several portal sites. There are 281 information oriented villages, 208 farm-stay villages, 122 green experiencing villages, 93 mountain villages, 93 fishing villages. Some villages were designated duplicately for each projects. In 'Green-tour' site, the distribution of experiencing villages by region were, 49 for Gangwon, 43 for Gyungbuk, 41 for Jeonnam, respectively. The types of experiencing villages were, green experiencing village, traditional theme village, mountain village, fishing village, information-oriented village, etc. Themes of experiencing activities were 6 types, experiencing agricultural life, fishing life, traditional foods, traditional culture, ecological nature, and health/leisure sports. The kinds of experiencing activities were abundant by agricultural life, traditional culture. Otherwise, fishing life experiencing activities were dull. Also, development of ecological nature experiencing programs are suggested.

전쟁영화에서 초록의 색채표현과 파토스 (Pathos of Color Green Expressed in Korean War Films)

  • War films are a general term for films that have battlefields as their main background. Although war films as a genre directly deal with combat situations, they also deal with characters or subjects related to war. War films promote patriotism and nationalism, but they also argue against war by highlighting the disastrous war. This study is based on the color theory that the meaning of film color is temporarily and infinitely generated according to the cultural differences, with Eisenstein's creative theory on film color and pathos. I wanted to clarify the pathos effect and the meaning of color green expressed in the Korean war films. In war films, colors are visualized in art forms such as symbols, similes and metaphors. In war films, color green symbolizes life. On the battlefield, the green of nature stands against the catastrophic situation. The green of ecology, which insists on the flow of life, evokes fear in ecological crises such as war, disaster and climate change. The dark green caused by a catastrophe like war warns of the destruction of life. The connotation of color is temporarily and infinitely expands according to the cultural differences. The dark green, which visualizes the battlefield of destruction, is a form and element of pathos that indicates changes in emotions such as sadness, pity, grief and despair. Pathos as an emotional appeal is a leap from the quality to the quality of the means of expression and refers to the departure from Dasein. The green color that dominates the visuals of war films is a symbol of life and functions as a pathos that makes emotional changes take a new leap. A qualitative leap through pathos means all changes that become new.

  • A monoacyldigalactosyl glycerol was isolated from the $CH_2Cl_2$ soluble fraction of the MeOH extract from the green alga Enteromorpha prolifera. The structure was established as $1-O-palmitoyl-3-O-[{\alpha}-D-galactopyranosyl(1{\rightarrow}6)-{\beta}-D-galactopyranosyl]-sn-glycerol$ (1) by chemical and spectroscopic methods.

녹차, 오룡차 및 홍차 추출물의 생리활성과 항산화 효과 (Physiological and Antioxidant Activities of Green, Oolong and Black Tea Extracts)

  • This study investigated the physiological and antioxidant activities of green, oolong, and black tea extracts. The crude catechin extract yields of green, oolong, and black tea were 4.9%, 3.4%, and 2.5%, respectively. Total phenol contents of green, oolong, and black tea were 40.9%, 43.0%, and 38.5%, respectively. The order of the electron donating abilities of green, oolong and black tea were green tea>oolong tea>black tea extracts. The SOD-like activities of green, oolong and black tea extracts at 5,000 ppm were 21.2%, 17.5% and 13.9%, respectively. The nitrite-scavenging abilities of green, oolong and black tea extracts were higher than that of ascorbic acid (p<0.05). Antioxidant activities in soybean oil substrates at 500 ppm were in the order of green tea>oolong tea>black tea${\geq}$BHT (200 ppm). Therefore these results showed that the physiological and antioxidant activities of green tea were better than those of oolong and black tea.

녹차 선택 속성을 통한 미국 녹차소비자의 시장 세분화에 관한 연구 (Segmentation of American Green Tea Customers based on Their Green Tea Choice Attributes)

  • This study was conducted to obtain a better understanding of American green tea consumers for increasing Korean green tea sales in the US market. In doing so, this study investigated green tea choice attributes of US consumers and segmented them based upon their perceptions about important attributes of green tea. A factor-cluster segmentation approach was used for this study. An exploratory factor analysis identified five green tea choice motives: 'Sensory', 'Diet', 'Price', 'Health', and 'Brand'. Based upon these five choice attributes, cluster analyses classified all respondents into four homogeneous subgroups: 'Highly motivated', 'Taste/Price oriented', 'Health oriented', and 'Brand oriented'. Cross-tab tests proved that green tea consumption and purchasing patterns were significantly different among the four clusters. In particular, two cluster groups representing 'Highly motivated' and 'Health oriented' groups were found to offer the most utility for further American green tea market segmentation research. Findings show that American green tea consumers include a wide range of age groups and they usually buy green tea at grocery markets. Managerial implications for all cluster groups based upon their unique characteristics are provided. Korean green tea companies can apply these findings in order to develop more effective and efficient marketing strategies to attract American consumers to buy more Korean green tea.

분말녹차 추출물의 항산화 활성에 미치는 수분활성도 및 저장온도의 효과 (Effect of Storage Temperature and Water Activity on Antioxidant Activities of Powdered Green Tea Extracts)

  • 3개월간 다른 조건에서 저장한 잎 및 분말녹차의 항산화 활성 변화를 조사하였다. 녹차 추출물은 수분활성도(0.81, 0.69, 0.23)와 온도($25^{\circ}C$, $4^{\circ}C$, $-20^{\circ}C$)를 달리하여 3개월간 저장한 잎 및 분말녹차 시료 1.5 g에 $70^{\circ}C$의 탈이온수 100mL를 첨가하여 5분간 추출하여 준비하였다. 항산화 특성은 환원력, DPPH radical 소거활성, FRAP 측정법을 이용하여 조사하였다. 모든 실험에서 분말녹차 추출물이 잎녹차 추출물보다 높은 활성을 나타내었으며 농도 의존적인 경향을 보였다. 그러나 각 실험에서 저장조건에 대하여 다른 결과를 보였다. 잎녹차 추출물의 환원력은 $4^{\circ}C$, 수분활성도 0.23 저장조건에서 $1,000{\mu}g/mL$ 농도일 때 가장 높았으나 분말 녹차 추출물은 모든 저장조건에서 동일한 농도일 때 높았다. 특히 잎녹차 추출물과 비교하였을 때 약 $1.5{\sim}2$배 더 높았다. DPPH radical 소거활성은 각각 농도 $15{\sim}125{\mu}g/mL$에서 농도 의존적으로 증가했다. 처리 농도 $125{\mu}g/mL$ 이상에서는 활성이 $80{\sim}90%$로 더 이상의 증가 패턴은 보이지 않았다. 녹차 추출물의 FRAP 활성은 농도가 증가함에 따라 증가했다. 특히 잎녹차 추출물의 경우 $-20^{\circ}C$, 수분활성도 0.69와 0.23일때 $1,000{\mu}g/mL$에서 가장 효과적이었다. 결과를 종합해보면 녹차의 저장에 있어서 수분활성도 보다는 온도가 중요한 요소로 작용하며, 대체적으로 냉장조건($4^{\circ}C$)이 녹차의 항산화 활성과 생리활성성분을 증가 또는 유지시키는데 좀 더 유리함을 나타내었다.

Prediction of moisture contents in green peppers using hyperspectral imaging based on a polarized lighting system

  • In this study, a multivariate analysis model of partial least square regression (PLSR) was developed to predict the moisture content of green peppers using hyperspectral imaging (HSI). In HSI, illumination is essential for high-quality image acquisition and directly affects the analytical performance of the visible near-infrared hyperspectral imaging (VIS/NIR-HSI) system. When green pepper images were acquired using a direct lighting system, the specular reflection from the surface of the objects and their intensities fluctuated with time. The images include artifacts on the surface of the materials, thereby increasing the variability of data and affecting the obtained accuracy by generating false-positive results. Therefore, images without glare on the surface of the green peppers were created using a polarization filter at the front of the camera lens and by exposing the polarizer sheet at the front of the lighting systems simultaneously. The results obtained from the PLSR analysis yielded a high determination coefficient of 0.89 value. The regression coefficients yielded by the best PLSR model were further developed for moisture content mapping in green peppers based on the selected wavelengths. Accordingly, the polarization filter helped achieve an uniform illumination and the removal of gloss and artifact glare from the green pepper images. These results demonstrate that the HSI technique with a polarized lighting system combined with chemometrics can be effectively used for high-throughput prediction of moisture content and image-based visualization.
