  • In this paper the Graphic-based Power System Simulator(GPSS) program is introduced. GPSS is a Power System Simulator that is designed to provide friendly and highly interactive Graphic User Interface(GUI). The main features of GPSS are graphical free editing, quick and fine System-Drawing and Load-Flow analysis. Most of all, mapping power system data(only pure text information) into Graphic Data is of very practical use to power system designer and analyst.

  • The advantage of application polymer instead of conventional porcelain as the housing material for arrester is that light weight, shorter section length of arrester would be possible due to the use of an insulated hanger (mold compound). also, polymer arrester has very good characteristics in design versatility as well as excellent resistance to moist ingress and pollution performance. The finite element method is widely used to calculate for electromagnetic devices. In this paper, we perform the each conditional analysis of PC with an advanced graphical user interface(GUI) using the vector fields simulator. And we try to analyze electromagnetic fields through the conventional two dimensional analysis in case of high voltage contamination on the electrode of a arrester.

  • In this study, pre-postprocessing toolbox is developed to perform elasto-plastic analyze of underground structures with transient ground water flow. This toolbox is composed of three modules. The first is the data input processor for the structural analysis. The preprocessing Is using GUI (Graphic User Interface), which is consist of dialog box, pull down, and short-cut icon, etc. The second is the structural analysis module. The analysis is based on the elasto-plastic finite element method involving additional options such as ground excavation effect, transient ground water flow, and rock bolts behavior. The last is the postprocessing module. The postprocessing is able to verify the result of the structural analysis by the graphical simulation which visualizes the element mesh, the node displacements, the element stress states, the stress contour, the ground water surface, and the rock bolt stresses. Since various options are considered separately in this toolbox, it is easy to modify the module of each processing, and to update other functional modules for the given analysis conditions.

  • After a weight-rate disposal system for food waste has been implemented we have to install the food waste system at all apartment. In this paper, we supplied electric energy to the food waste system using solar heat panels. The weight of the food waste is displayed on the LCD panel, and its price is calculated based on its weight. Since there would be some cases that touch-typed card can't be well recognized if it is contaminated by foreign material, we designed a recognition device by no-touch sensitive card reader to embody the food waste system. The food waste system was designed using a GUI(graphical user interface) so that users can easily understand it.

  • This paper describes the design and implementation of MAX(Management and Administration of spaX). MAX is the system management tool for XPAX(Scalable Parallel Architecture computer based on X-bar network) developed by highly parallel computer IV project. System manager and users can perform system management job easily using MAX which has GUI(Graphical User Interface). MAX contains most of all functions of system management-related commands provided by operating system of SPAX and consists of 10 sub tools.

  • 본 논문에서는 웨이퍼를 세정하는데 사용되는 Wet Station 장비의 상태를 감지하고, 이를 간접적으로 제어하기 위한 모니터링 시스템의 설계에 관하여 기술한다. 대부분의 기존 모니터링 시스템은 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어에 의존되어 있다. 제시한 모니터링 시스템의 기본 설계 목표는 사용자의 편의성과 시스템의 이식성을 제공하는 것이다. 이러한 요구조건을 만족시키기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 IBM PC 호환 기종의 윈도우즈 NT 환경에서 GUL 기능과, TCP/IP 통신 프로토콜을 기본으로 한 EtherNet 보드를 이용하여 시스템을 설계하였다.

  • This paper presents a diagnostic technique using ultrasonic for operating power transformer. Two methods are used as a base for detecting a partial discharge. One is a analysis of PD trend using counted ultrasonic signal, the other is a estimation of PD location source using cross-correlation. In this paper we implement detection equipment of partial discharge in power transformer. The desired system is utilized to two methods for PD detection and operated by graphical user interface(GUI). The results of test showed that the system can be adopted to real power transformer.

심층신경망을 이용한 스마트 양식장용 어류 크기 자동 측정 시스템 (Automatic Fish Size Measurement System for Smart Fish Farm Using a Deep Neural Network)

  • To measure the size and weight of the fish, we developed an automatic fish size measurement system using a deep neural network, where the YOLO (You Only Look Once)v3 model was used. To detect fish, an IP camera with infrared function was installed over the fish pool to acquire image data and used as input data for the deep neural network. Using the bounding box information generated as a result of detecting the fish and the structure for which the actual length is known, the size of the fish can be obtained. A GUI (Graphical User Interface) program was implemented using LabVIEW and RTSP (Real-Time Streaming protocol). The automatic fish size measurement system shows the results and stores them in a database for future work.

Decision Support System for the Water Supply System in Fukuoka, Japan

  • This study introduces an integrated decision support system (DSS) for the water supply system in Fukuoka City, Japan. The objective is to conceive a comprehensive tool that may aid decision-makers to derive the best water supply alternatives from a multi-reservoir system in order to minimize the long-term drought damages and threat of water shortage. The present DSS consists of graphical user interface (GUI), a database manager, and mathematical models for runoff analysis, water demand forecasting, and reservoir operation. The methodology applied explicitly integrates the drought risk assessment based on the concept of reliability, resiliency, and vulnerability, as constraints to derive the management operation. The application of the DSS to the existing water supply system in Fukuoka City was found to be an efficient tool to facilitate the examination of a sequence of water supply scenarios toward an improved performance of the actual water supply system during periods of drought.

  • 본 논문에서는 ROS(Robot Operating System)를 기반으로 한 로봇(Robot)에 LiDAR 센서를 설치하여 SLAM(Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) 기술인 동시적 위치 추적 지도 작성 기법을 이용하여 실내 맵 정보를 습득하고, 이를 기반으로 장애물과 건물 실내를 안전하고 정확하게 이동할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 로봇에 자바에서 제공하는 개발 툴킷 Swing 및 AWT 라이브러리를 이용하여 GUI(Graphical User Interface)를 구현하였고 터치스크린을 장착하여 사용자가 원하는 제품을 선택하고 선택한 제품의 목적지를 습득한 맵을 토대로 좌표 값을 설정하여 ROS에서 지원하는 이동 프로세스를 실행시켜 목적지까지 경로를 설정하고 자율 주행하게 된다.
