Graphic Simulator for processing test of Humanoid Robot (인간형 로봇의 동작 더스트를 위한 그래픽 시뮬레이터)

  • As make a simulator including user interface functions like start & stop, load parameters, record and save, view 3D display has a real-like length and numerical value of sizes, represent real-shape of inner and outer part of robot, make the possible fast and slow selective observation as a adjust a step, receiving the images through the image device which attached in robot, so make a motion tester simulator of humanoid robot which coded by windows based GUI(Graphic User Interface) program with a MMI(Man Machine Interface) function that user can watch the environment which included robot and use a images. For implement this, we use a design data that converted data which made by use a CAD for Laser RP(Rapid Prototyping) progress into C coding for simulator programming. Using OpenGL, an API of graphic, it has a efficiency and detail of graphic operation. To make and test animation data, it has the option of save and resume in animation.

  • S/W의 구성은 기능을 실제로 수행하는 계산처리부와 사용자와 정보를 주고받는 User Interface부로 크게 나누어 볼 수 있다. 대부분의 S/W는 그 기능의 충실도와 아울러 편리한 사용법이 잘 어울려야 제역할을 할 수 있다. 따라서 편리한 User Interface를 만드는 일은 훌륭한 기능을 제공하는 것과 마찬가지로 S/W 개발자들이 지향해야 할 목표중 하나라 하겠다. 그러나 편리한 User Interface를 만드는 일은 전체 시스템개발 기간중 상당한 부분을 차지한다. 특히 CAD/CAM관련 S/W와 같이 사용자와 정보를 Graphic으로 주고받는 경우에는 User Interface의 구성이 더욱 더 어려워지며, 개발기간중 User Interace가 차지하는 비중은 더욱 커지게 된다. GUI는 최근들어 상당히 각광을 받고 있는 분야이며, 상당수의 GUI가 개발되어 있고, 이중 Unix용의 X-Window MS-DOS용의 MS-WINDOWS 3.0이 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 Window System들은 매우 다양한 기능을 제공하고 있음에도 불구하고, GUI자체의 덩치가 매우크고, S/W개발자가 익혀야하는 내용이 너무 복잡하여, 중/소형의 S/W개발에 사용하기에는 적합하지 않다. 본 연구에서는 GUI(Graphic User Interface)부분을 계산처리부와 완전분리하여, 범용성있는 개발용 Tool Kit을 구성함으로써 S/W개발자는 계산처리부만을 만들면되는 방안을 제시하고 있다. GS-GUI는 Menu처리부, Mouse/Keyboard입력처리부, Text/Graphic출력처리부로 나뉘어진다. Menu처리부는 Menu File로 주어지는 Menu Tree를 Pop-Up형태로 보여주며 User가 Menu를 선택할 수 있도록하며 선택된 Menu Item에 대한 Action Code를 계산처리부로 넘겨준다. 입력처리부에서는 Mouse와 Keyboard 어느것으로나 입력이 가능하도록 해준다. 출력처리부에서는 Action Code에 따라 계산처리부에서 계산된 결과를 화면에 보여주기 위한 각종 2D/3D Graphic Routine들이 포함되어있어 계산처리부에서 불러쓰도록 되어있다.

  • The goal of this paper is to provide a Graphic man-machine interface that can be used to control multiple robots simultaneously. The proposed GUI scheme gave emphasis on making multiple robots Perform the cooperative works, maintaining a given formation. It controls multiple robots in two different modes. : a group mode and a individual mode. In the group mode, a common goal position and formation are delivered to individual robots at the same time, and in the individual mode one robot is selected. o increase the efficiency of the interface, a time scheduler is provided. The experimental results are included.

  • EDAS_P 시스팀은 사용자와 컴퓨터간에 정보의 교환이 빈번히 일어난다. 그러므로 CAE시스팀은 사용자가 쉽고 자연스럽게 작업할 수 있도록 설계하여야 한다. 본고에서는 interactive graphic 시스팀에 man-machine interface문제를 기능별로 분류하면서, 전자회로 설계용 CAE 시스팀인 EDAS_P에서 응용한 기술을 예로 설명 한다.

  • On this study, we researched differences between 2D and 3D with principle of GUI with the estimate that the user interface will be changed to 3D and we figured out the special feature of 3d-GUI through 3 ways, Autonomy, Interaction and Presence. Based on this theory research, we also had a survey with difference of 3d and 2d GUI to forecast the possibility of 3d-GUI for the main user interface of the future media contents and finally found out its marketability as an ideal interface.

  • This paper deals with the development of expert system in distribution system which combined with graphic user interface. The proposed expert system can recognize and adjust to the system change, and includes the rule bases of security monitoring. Also it provides load transfer algorithm for efficient load distribution. The graphic user environment for expert system is implemented in the mouse-oriented user interface with overlapped window functions and pull-down menus. Therefore, the developed graphic integrated expert system can afford to assist system operators very conveniently through the various graphic function in proposing an optimal plan of load transfer for fault restoration and outage schedule.

  • We developed a human-sized BWR(biped walking robot) named KUBIR1 driven by a new actuator based on the ball screw which has high strength and high gear ratio. KUBIR1 was developed to walk autonomously such that it is actuated by small torque motors and is boarded with DC battery and controllers. To utilize the information on the human walking motion and to analyze the walking mode of robot, a motion capture system was developed. The system is composed of the mechanical and electronic devices to obtain the joint angle data. By using the obtained data, a 3-D graphic interface was developed based on the OpenGL tool. Through the graphic interface, the control input of KUBIR1 is performed.

  • STL has several errors such as orientation error, hole error, and acute triangle error on being translated from CAD software. These errors should be corrected before using in Rapid Prototyping. So the software is necessary to correct errors. In this study, STL Editor which is a system for STL error correction and shape modification is developed and contains following characteristics. 1.Apply the triangle based data st겨cture. 2.Use the graphic user interface for easy work. 3.Use the Diet method to reduce data size. 4.Use the Delaunay triangulation method to enhance the quality of STL. 5.Modify the STL errors manually.

  • 실시간 운영체제(Real Time System)를 탑재한 내장형 시스템(Embedded System)은 수십 년 전부터 다양한 용도로 개발되어 왔다. 그래픽 장치들이 미비했던 초기의 내장형 시스템에서는 사용자 인터페이스가 단순하게 구현되었으나, 기술의 발달로 인하여 사용자가 쉽게 이용할 수 있게 GUI(Graphic User Interface)가 적용될 필요가 있다. 멀티미디어 기기에서 요구되는 포토 뷰, MP3P, 동영상과 같은 기능들을 만족 시키고, 또한 내장형 시스템의 특성상 GUI 가 경량이어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 운영체제인 UbiFOS$^{TM}$ 에 멀티미디어 기기를 위한 UbiFOS_GUI 를 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • A frame buffer device is an abstraction for the graphic hardware. It allows application software to access the graphic hardware through a well-defined interface, so that the software doesn’t need to know anything about the low-level interface stuff. We develop a frame buffer driver for VIA’s CLE266 graphic system based on ‘Qplus’, an embedded linux operating system developed by ETRI. Then, it will be seen that our frame buffer system is applied to embedded solutions such as movie player and X server successfully.
