초등학생의 휴대전화이용 수준과 자기효능감 및 자기통제력과의 관계연구 (Children's cellular phone usage and relationships between the usage and self-efficacy and self-control)

  • This study was investigated elementary school children's cellular phone usage and relationships between the usage and their self-efficacy and self-control. The data were collected by boys(101) and girls(155) among 5th grades, boys(125) and girls(177) among 6th grades elementary school in Busan. The data analyzed with the frequency, percentage, mean, SD and t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation in use of SPSS Win 12.0 program. The results from the research can be summarized as follows; First, there was no significant difference in the children's general usage of cellular phone in terms of grade and sex. Second, it was found in a couple of significant difference in the subcategories of the usage according to grades. The 6th grades children is higher scores than 5th grades in the 'control of cellular phone usage' and 'living trouble'. Third, there was correlated negatively between cellular phone usage and the children's self-efficacy/self-control.

  • The Goals of mathematics education for the lower grades of primary school is to shape the basic concepts and the skills of mathematics. To achieve this goal, it is necessary an assessment which is able to help the students' learning activities by precisely diagnosing their basic mathematical capability. It should lend the students an assistance in diagnosing and revising their problems throughout teacher's cognitive participation in the process of mathematical problem solving. I would like to suggest the dynamic assessment as one of these kinds of approaches. In order to prove the utilities of this way, it was examined the necessity of dynamic assessment on the basis of the Vygotsky's theory after looking into the characteristics of the contents and methods of the mathematics education for the lower grades of primary school. Next, I researched the principles of the dynamic assessment and embodied the assessment tool to evaluate the mathematical achievement of the lower grades of the primary school. Lastly, it was provided the examples of the dynamic assessment tool in order to assist the practice of it.

의료기관의 일반병동, 성인 중환자실, 신생아 중환자실의 간호등급 변화 (Changes in Nurse Staffing Grades in General Wards and Adult and Neonatal Intensive Care Units)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to explore the distributions of nurse staffing grades and to report changes in staffing grades in general wards and adult and neonatal intensive care units(ICUs) by hospital type and location. Methods: Data collected from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service were analyzed. Nurse staffing was categorized from grades 1 to 6 or 7 for general wards, 1 to 9 for adult ICUs, and 1 to 4 for neonatal ICUs based on the nurse-to-bed ratio. Results: The staffing grade for the general wards improved during 2008-2016 in 69.8% of the tertiary hospitals, 58.5% of the general hospitals, and 31.7% of the non-general hospitals. The adult ICUs at tertiary hospitals exhibited a greater improvement in staffing grades (48.8%) than did those of general hospitals (44.2%) during 2008-2015. Tertiary hospitals in non-capital regions showed a greater improvement than those in the capital region. The majority of neonatal ICUs (67.1%) had no change in the staffing grade during 2008-2015. Conclusion: Improvements in nurse staffing differed by hospital type and location. Government policies to improve nurse staffing in non-tertiary hospitals and those in non-capital regions are required to reduce variations in nurse staffing.

초등학교 비만예방 및 관리를 위한 교육용 CD 프로그램 개발 (The Development of Educational CD-Program for Obesity Prevention and Management for Primary School Students)

  • Purpose: The study is designed to develop an educational CD-Program for prevention and control of obesity among primary school students. Method: The study is conducted from June 15, 2000 to April 15, 2002. Based on the course of program development suggested by Dick and Cray (1990), the study followed the planning, development, education and evaluation of a program. Result: The developed CD-Program consists 2 parts each for lower and higher grades of primary school students. The introduction part of the first trial for lower grade students uses quiz to encourage their motivations, the body proceeds with motion pictures and animations to trigger their interests. The introduction part of the second trial for the lower grades consists of remembering the exhibition lecture. The first trial for higher grades of primary school students builds on the contents of the low grades. Its body part, how to determine obesity and calculate ones own obesity, puts ones own weight and height in by the mouse. For the second trial of the higher grades, the body consists of life-style, diet, and regiments. Conclusion: The merits of this CD-Program are that to be possible an interaction between teachers and students.

명란의 등급별 영양 특성 (Nutritional Components of Alaska Pollock Theragra chalcogramma Roe of Various Grades)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate Alaska pollock Theragra chalcogramma roe grade distribution among blocks and its nutritional components by grade. M grade roe was predominantly distributed in blocks labeled as L and M (52.1 and 82.8%, respectively), and S grade roe was mainly found in blocks labeled as S (98.6%). Products labeled as containing KB and KC grade roe contained 77.1 and 65.5% normal roe, respectively. Among the five roe grades (L, M, S, G, and Off), total amino acid content was higher in normal roe than in abnormal roe. The major amino acids found in normal roe were leucine, aspartic acid, and glutamic acid, whereas G and Off grade roe contained leucine and glutamic acid, but not aspartic acid. The calcium, phosphorus, potassium, and iron contents of the five roe grades were within the ranges 13.0-20.0, 314.4-392.0, 124.1-157.7, and 1.7-2.2 mg/100 g, respectively. The five roe grades contained total fatty acid contents of 765-1,252 mg/100 g, with no significant differences among grades. The major fatty acids were 16:0, 18:1n-9, 20:5n-3, and 22:6n-3.

초등학교 고학년 남학생의 성격 유형에 따른 보행형태 비교 (Comparison of Gait Patterns of Elementary School Male Student in Higher Grades Pursuant to Character Styles)

  • Objective: The aim of this study was to compare gait patterns of elementary school male students in higher grades according to their character styles. Method: 4 extroverted character male subjects (height: $141.35{\pm}7.75cm$, weight: $43.65{\pm}5.80kg$) and 4 introverted character male subjects (height: $145.38{\pm}8.94cm$, weight: $42.15{\pm}10.71kg$) participated in this study. Results: As for walk styles of elementary school male students in higher grades according to their character patterns, there was not significant differences in gait cycle, stride width, stride length and walking speed. According to examination of average ratio of maximum vertical ground reaction force according to their characters divided by weight, elementary school male students in higher grades with extroverted character showed 114.69% of weight and students with introverted character showed 122.82% of weight, which exhibited that students with introverted character had larger ratio as much as 8.13% than students with extroverted character. The statistical significance level was 0.000 showing significant difference. Conclusion: Our results indicated that male students in higher grades with introverted character press ground hard and walk with strong steps. On the other hand, male students with extroverted character walk with light steps.

연속주조시 강종 혼합에 관한 수치해석적 연구 (Numerical Simulation of Steel Mixing during Sequential Casting of Dissimilar Grades in the Continuous Caster)

  • In order to investigate the mixing of dissimilar grades during the arbitrary grade transition in bloom caster, a computational model has been developed. The model is fully transient and consists of two sub models, which account for mixing in the bloom tundish, mixing in the strand. The developed model was verified using concentration histories measured on 1 : 1 scale bloom tundish water model. The result of numerical model showed good agreement with the experimental results of water model. By using this numerical model, the mixing of dissimilar grades in bloom caster has been simulated. As that result, the characteristics of the steel mixing in the bloom tundish and strand was showed and the amount of the intermixed grade bloom was predicted.

중학생의 학업성적별 자아유능감이 학교적응유연성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Self-competence on School Resilience by Academic Grades of Middle School)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting school resilience among middle school students. Methods: The 388 survey samples were divided into high level group, middle level group and low level group in terms of the self-rated academic grades. Data were analyzed with $x^2$, ANOVA and regression analysis. Results: First, self-rated health, self-competence and school resilience were significantly different by academic grades. Second, the high and middle level group of self-rated academic grade showed the effect of self-competence(sport competence, self-worth) on school resilience. Conclusions: It was suggested to develop physical, mental and social health programs and policies were required for improvement of self-competence and the school resilience.

도로 경사도의 실시간 측정 방법에 관한 연구 (Research on In-vehicle, Real-time Measurement of Road Grades)

  • By using information about specific road grades, one can predict the power required by a vehicle. The prediction of the required power enables the driver to choose the driving route with the best fuel economy, which results in cost and energy savings. A clinometer is one of the more simple tools used to measure road grades, but requires significant time and effort. In this paper, a new method for measuring road grades from within a vehicle is proposed and experimentally verified.

Influences for the understanding of General Chemistry according to the completion of chemical subjects in high school

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences on the understanding and academic achievement in general chemistry according to chemical grades in high school and College Scholatic Ability Test. We investigated the difference between the completed subjects in high school and the elective subjects in the Test, degree of understanding of the general chemistry according to the subjects completed in high school, and the effects on the academic achievement of general chemistry by dint of the chemical grades in high school and the Test, etc. By the results of the student's perception survey, most of the students choose Chemistry I at the Test. It was found that the understanding of general chemistry was greatly affected by the chemical elective subjects of high school. Chemical grades in high school and the Test were found to have a significant influence on academic achievement of general chemistry.
