비아50 구조 구성품 정적강도 시험

  • 50m 무인 비행선 비아50의 주 구조물인 꼬리날개, 곤돌라, 추력모터마운트(EMS) 등은 탄소 및 유리 섬유 복합재를 이용하여 설계/제작되었다. 사용된 재료 시편 강도 시험을 수행하여 설계 물성치를 확정하였다. 각각의 구조물들에 대하여 정하중 시험을 수행하여 구조 건전성을 입증하였다. 각 단품별로 정하중 시험을 수행하였으며, 보다 정확한 시험을 위하여 조립상태를 고려한 경계조건을 모사하였다. 100% DLL에서 영구변형이 발생하지 않음을 보였고, 150% DLL에서 파손이 발생하지 않음을 입증하였다.

50m급 비행선 구조하중 해석

  • 50m급 비행선의 구조설계를 위한 하중해석을 수행하였다. 하중해석을 위한 비행선 기동 조건을 정의하였다. 비행선의 공기력 모델링, 중량 모델링, 부력 모델링을 수행하였으며, 기동조건을 만족하는 조종면 거동을 산출하였다. 각 기동에 대한 비행선의 하중계수를 산출하였다. 각 하중계수에 대한 하중분포를 산출하고, 전단력 및 굽힘 모멘트 분포를 산출하였다. 꼬리날개 및 곤돌라 설계하중을 산출하였다.

  • It is said that the effect in wheels of freight car varies with the type of freight, the condition of operation, the braking device, and the type of bogie. The hardness of open wagon, gondola car, propylene car, covered freight car, container car and hopper car has been measured according to the mileage through this research. As a result, the wheel with more mileages after shaving off the wheel tread has a higher hardness than the others in the case of same type of car.

  • KARI developed 50m class unmanned airship. The airship employ the pressure envelope design principle. The envelope must be considered as a main structural element of the airship. The envelope & three ballonets are fabricated by polyfiber composite laminates. Other structural components (gondola, tailwing, nosecone & engine mounts) are manufactured by carbon fiber & glass fiber laminates. In order to develop a big unmanned airship, a large amount of structural design, analysis and tests had to be made. The paper describes the structural configuration of the 50m class uumanned airship which are basic starting point of the structural development of an airship. The paper includes the various designing processes, components development tests and analysis results. Envelope & ballonets development processes which are very different to conventional airplane design are given in details with actual analysis & test results. The paper also describes the structural design and analysis results for other composite made structures. Each components were tested by static design limit loads and structural safety were confirmed. The paper shows the manufactured structural components and assembled airship.

스키리조트 서비스품질 개선 우선순위 도출 (Analysis on the Improvement of Ski Resort Service Quality with the Performance Model)

  • This paper reorganized five service qualities dimensions of ski-resorts, then derived the improvement priority order of the service quality through a satisfaction measure considering the importance. There're more competitive situations to guarantee customers using the skies and snowboards is a major sports in winter season. In these competitive environments, this paper's going to propose a predominant-competitive strategies for improving the service quality of ski-resorts. This study measured the satisfaction considering the importance of service quality target on customers has an experience ski resort service quality to improve ski resort service quality. This study using Performance Model decide a priority order about a particular item improvement, then is going to present a guideline that can improve the service quality more exactly. As a result of the study the factors that is important to the customer were prime physical factor, access, assistance physical factor, staff service and assistant service, an improvement priority order were accommodation and eating-drinking facilities, waiting time of a slope and lift/gondola, entertainment/shopping facilities in the resorts, equipment rental and lift fare.

사육곰 구호를 위한 곰 공원 계획 (Bear Park Plan to Promote the Welfare of Breeding Bears, South Korea)

  • Recently the countries breeding bears such as China and Vietnam are promoting a policy that gives relief to wild animals through agreement with AAF and WSPA. Currently our country has lacking breeding space for the increased number of bred bears due to the prohibition of bear import and export from joining the CITES in 1992. There needs to be a place that treats, protects accepts breed bears in the terms of animal welfare. The bear park was hoped to be designed as a means to give relief to bears and promote harmony with the local society, and is made of parking area, waiting area, visitors center, treatment research management facilities, restaurants, food warehouse, food store, bear museum, sanitation facilities, gondola, plaza, rehabilitation area for wild animals, outdoor exhibition center, direct indirect experience area of wild animals, resting facilities and areas, photo zones, bear playground, bear experiencing facilities, fences, information facilities, tree protection facilities and more. The design can be used as a reference in examining alternative measures following the future change in breeding policy as a bear park example which reflected the ecology of a bear in the term of animal welfare.

  • 본 연구회는 최근 고층빌딩의 수가 증가함에 따라 이에 요구되는 외부벽면 청소방법에 대해 관심을 가지게 되었다. 이러한 부분을 청소하게 될 때 사람이 곤돌라를 이용하여 위험한 수작업을 이용하는데 있어서 매년 사고가 일어난다. 이를 통해 수직 구조물에서 작업을 할 때 사람이 위험하게 수작업을 하지 않고 간단한 조작으로 로봇을 조종하며 손쉬운 작업을 할 수 있도록 하는 것을 주된 목표로 정하였다. 고도가 높아질수록 바람의 세기가 증가함에 있어서 외부의 저항을 견뎌내면서 수직구조물에 부착하는 메카니즘을 개념을 적용하였고, 기존 4족 보행로봇을 기반으로 한 다리 끝 부분에 추가 부착장치를 장착하여 사용자의 컨트롤에 따라 유리에 탈부착 가능한 기능을 가진 로봇을 개발 결과를 제시 하였다.

  • The Airship PKNU is a roughly 12 m (32 ft) long blimp, filled with helium, whose two-gasoline power(3hp per engine) are independently radio controlled. The motors and propellers can be tilted and are attached to the gondola through an axle and supporting braces. Four stabilizing fins are mounted at the tail of the airship. To fill in the helium, a valve is placed at the bottom of the hull. The inaugural flight was on jul. 31.2002 at the Pusan, S.korea Most environment monitoring system\ problem use satellite image. But, Low resolution satellite image (multi-spectral) : 1km ∼ 250 m ground resolutions is lows. So, detail information acquisition is hard at the complex terrain. High resolution satellite image (black and white) 30m : The ground resolution is high. But it is high price, visit cycle and delivery time is long So. We want make high accuracy airship photogrammetry system. This airship can catch picture Multi. spectral Aerial photographing (visible, Near infrared and thermal infrared), and High resolution (over 6million pixel). It can take atmosphere datum (Temperature (wet bulb, dew point, general), Pressure (static, dynamic), Humidity, wind speed). this airship is very Quickness that aircraft install time is lower than 30 minutes, it is compact and that conveyance is easy. High-capacity save image (628 cut per 1time (over 6million and 4band(R,G,B,NIR)) and this airship can save datum this High accuracy navigatin (position and rotate angle) by DGPS tech. and Gyro system. this airship will do monitor about red-tide, sea surface temperate, and CH-A, SS and etc.

  • 우리나라 철도운영회사인 한국철도공사의 물류부문 영업계수는 2010년 190.7로서 2009년의 197.4에 비해서 소폭 개선되기는 하였으나 여전히 수익에 비해서 비용이 매우 높은 구조이다. 물류 효율화를 위한 활동들을 도출하고 그 효과를 정량적으로 파악할 수 있기 위해서는 각종 통계자료로부터 추출할 수 있는 다양한 지표의 분석이 매우 중요하다. 철도물류에 있어 가장 기본이 되는 것은 화차이며, 본 연구에서는 화차의 효율성을 판단할 수 있는 여러 가지 지표를 분석함으로써 향후 화차와 관련된 철도물류의 효율화를 위한 활동들을 평가하는 데에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 화차의 효율성을 파악할 수 있는 지표로서 량당 수송횟수, 량당 수송거리, 량당 수송수입을 제시하였으며, 화차의 효율성을 평가할 때 본 연구에서 제시한 각 지표의 특성 분석자료를 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
