Reducing global warming potential has become important, and as one of those methods for reducing it, economic evaluation by applying ice thermal storage air conditioning system was performed. The floor area and height of the subject building was assumed $5,000m^2$ and 20 m. Absorption chillerheater system and air source heat pump system was used for comparing to the subject system, and payback period method was used to perform economic evaluation. Although the running cost of ice thermal storage system is reduced compared to two systems, the ratio is not significant compared to the increase of initial construction expenses, and payback period was calculated to be about 7.7 and 79.3 years. However, the heat storage system should be approached from the viewpoint of long term rather than the economic standard in the present standard.

In this study, the classification, particle size, physical properties, and harmful substance contents of aggregates were compared in the standards between Korea and China. As a result of the analysis, although Korea and China are geographically adjacent from a global perspective, there are many differences in standards. In other words, it is analyzed that the standard was set due to the influence of the United States and Japan in Korea, while the standard was set due to the influence of Europe and Russia in China.

A local-step optimization method is proposed to supplement the global-step optimization methods which adopt online update mode of internal weights and error energy as stop criterion in learning of multilayer perceptrons (MLPs). This optimization method is applied to the standard online error backpropagation(EBP) and the performance is evaluated for a speaker verification system.

In this paper, we proposed a regularization interior point method for semidefinite programming with free variables which can be taken as an extension of the algorithm for standard semidefinite programming. Since an inexact search direction at each iteration is used, the computation of the designed algorithm is much less compared with the existing solution methods. The convergence analysis of the method is established under weak conditions.

Software reconfigurable radio will give future users a number of benefits like global roaming, multi mode, multi band, and multi standard. It will also offer complete programmability and reconfigurability to both multi mode and multi functional communication terminal and network nodes. This configuration will be implemented by application of different combination of radio configurable software. In this paper, It proposes the algorithm needed for reconfiguration with basic explanation of the software download. A description of an implementation such reconfiguration processes as partial download and full download and critical and non-critical download installation using the registration table in included.

This research presents a methodology for processing design provisions by representing the provisions and also by checking the conformance of design entities with the provisions via STEP information technology, which is considered as a canonical component for implementing CALS. The provisions of standards are represented in the .form of EXPRESS schema including various entities, algorithms, global rules, and local rules, while the schema are managed on EXPRESS engine called EXPRESSO.
