The purpose of this study is to compare and derive the importance of motivating factors for start-up when deciding to start a business in the logistics and trading industries, and to compare, derive, and identify which motivating factors have an important influence on the start-up decision. In this study, 4 high-level factors such as career factors, policy/institutional factors, environmental factors, and economic factors and 12 low-level factors were derived from those four factors. Based on this, a questionnaire was distributed to established and prospective entrepreneurs, and the results were analyzed using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique. Manufacturing companies recognized the individual's capabilities and government support for them as important. Beside, service companies recognized the industrial environment that could generate economic benefits as important. Although there are differences in perception by group, it can be seen that factors that are recognized as important within each group have connectivity and show the same directivity.

Purpose: As Thailand endeavors to solidify its position in the global supply chain, unraveling the determinants of innovation and performance becomes imperative for sustained competitiveness. This research delves into the multifaceted landscape of logistics and supply chain organizations in Thailand, aiming to identify and understand the key factors that significantly influence innovation and organizational performance in this dynamic sector. Research design, data, and methodology: A questionnaire is developed to survey to 400 employees who have at least one-year experience in selected ten logistics and supply chain organizations in Thailand. The sampling techniques involved judgmental, convenience and snowball sampling. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were employed to assess and validate the model's adequacy and to conduct hypothesis testing. Results: The findings reveal that ICT use significantly influenced entrepreneurial orientation and innovation but has no significant influence on organizational performance. Additionally, innovation was significantly influenced by collective entrepreneurship but not by entrepreneurial orientation. Finally, innovation significantly influenced organizational performance. Conclusions: The study concludes with actionable insights for logistics and supply chain organizations in Thailand. This research serves as a valuable resource for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers seeking to advance the understanding of organizational dynamics in this critical industry.

Global competition has resulted in companies' expectations to heighten competitiveness and enhance customer service through ownership companies' reduced investment on logistics costs, in turn focusing on the development of core competence, in addition to logistics companies' increased tendencies to satisfy customers' needs and requirements through logistics outsourcing. However, a partial perspective of the logistics contract exists due to its flexible characteristic in order to act accordingly in times of sudden changes and uncertainty. Therefore, this study is designed to test through a survey the standard of desired format of logistics contract in comparison to the currently existing format based on the results of researcher's previous study on the specific clauses in the logistics contract and its effect on the logistics outcome. A hypothesis has been designed to test the differences of perspective between two test groups, and a t-test &IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) was performed. As a result, firstly, there was a significant difference of perspective between the ownership companies and logistics companies when dealing with the logistics contract; secondly, a significant difference of perspective was also expressed between the two groups on how to guide and re-direct the present standard of logistics contract. In addition, the two groups also showed a difference of expectations between the current and future service standard. Therefore, this study is designed to specify the difference of perspective and expectations between the ownership companies and the logistics companies in order to provide a gateway for the two groups in order to further develop and enhance the field of logistics.

Korean automobile industrial is in a difficult situation because of more competitive global market and lower demand. Therefore, domestic as well as global automobile manufacturers are making greater efforts in cost reduction to strengthen the competitiveness. According to statistical data, logistics cost in domestic manufacturers is higher than advanced countries. In this study, we developed program to effectively manage standard time of procurement logistics, and confirm based on A-automobile factory data. For the purpose, we develop the system which is possible to manage standard time as well as calculate man-hour. Program is not just for calculating and managing standard man-hour, scenarios analysis function will be added to calculate benefit while introduce logistics automated equipment. In this study we propose scenario using AGV instead of electric motor while move component. In the scenario analysis, job constitution is changed, and then we use system to compare the result. We can confirm standard man-hour is reduced from 22.3M/H to 14.3M/H. In future research, it is necessary scenario analysis function, and develop algorithm with realistic constraint condition.

The purpose of this study was to examine ways of ensuring the efficiency and stability of import-export logistics in our country by introducing an advance presentation system of vessel manifest. This advance presentation system of vessel manifest has already been introduced in the United States, the EU and China whom our country has actively traded with, and the reinforcement of logistics security is a global trend. Under the circumstances, the introduction of the advance presentation system of vessel manifest is required to assist exporters to properly respond to changing trade practices as early as possible, and it's also necessary to exercise stricter control over an import criminal cargo. Our country should urgently introduce the advance presentation system of vessel manifest that is up to global standard, and the establishment of an internet based manifest consolidation and presentation system and the introduction of an export inspection system of port of loading are requested as well. If all the systems are introduced and work properly, that will make a great contribution to the efficiency of import-export logistics in our country.

This study aims to enhance Korea's competitiveness by taking the lead in the international standardization and relevant global market. This is to be achieved by performing the role of First Mover through the resolute investment from Fast Follower that is servile to the decision of the organization in the e-Navigation strategy that has been promoted by the IMO. The study methodology is an integrated approach. It is established by modelling LSCM G2B2C2 Platform in maritime safety/security logistics and applied to the enhancement of maritime safety/security in global LSCM. This paper externally contributes to the reduction of world maritime accidents and exalt the national prestige; internally, the enhancement of the national competitiveness through the improvement of shipping port logistics and others. These eventually contribute to Korea's economic development that is combined by both theory and practice and of practical use of the integrated approach.

According to the "2021 Trade Statistics" released by the Korea Customs Service, the number of domestic export companies has decreased by 2,400 since COVID-19, and the number of importers has increased by 10,000. Exporting companies are making a great contribution to the economic development of Korea along with the creation of domestic jobs. At a time when the logistics environment changes rapidly, there are insufficient papers analyzing the impact of eco-friendly logistics strategies of domestic exporters on logistics performance. In order for exporting companies to continue to have global competitiveness and improve logistics performance, it is necessary to analyze the impact of eco-friendly logistics strategies on the logistics performance of exporting companies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of eco-friendly logistics strategies of domestic export companies on logistics performance. The eco-friendly logistics strategy is divided into an internal strategy and a supply chain management strategy. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that the internal strategy has a positive effect on the logistics performance of exporting companies, and the supply chain management strategy has a positive effect on the logistics performance of exporting companies. As such, it was analyzed that the eco-friendly logistics strategy of exporting companies is an important resource for companies and serves as the basis for improving the logistics performance of companies.

Companies are facing challenges to have high competitiveness because of continuous oil price rising and CO2 emissions regulations. Thus, companies are trying hard to construct effective logistics and operation system to achieve high customer service quality and saving cost. Also the ec-friendly idustrial complex is needed. Busan is in process to construct GILC(Global Industry Logistics City) in west Busan province to achieve high competitiveness and support lack of industrial complex. To construct this kind of logistics industrial complex, it needs logistics system through proper policy and freight transportation co-operation. Especially, efficient management through logistics hierarchy construction in industrial complex is very important for low cost and eco-friendly point of view. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze logistics system and suggest operation model to present logistics complex construction base data.

The ILOF project addresses the needs of logistics industrial organizations to reduce information processing time, improve added and residual value of information and reduce processing and transportation costs. It deals with the information supply chain information systems shared by vertical partner as important entity, whose performance and optimization very significantly affects the efficiency and performance of logistics industries. This paper deals with logistics information exchange systems based on supply chain management, focusing on sharing database and processes between partners such as shipper, logistics broker, transportation company, shipping company etc., for smoothing the information flow, enhancing consumer service and reducing communication fee and labour costs. The significance of contribution of this research is the provision of a model for logistics information exchange including entity relationship diagram, data flow diagram and functions which is able to facilitate the formulation of a customer driven supply chain information network, there by enhancing the competitive edge of companies in logistics industries on local and global basis.

This primary purpose of this study is to suggest strategy a green-logistics strategy of Gwanyang bay area. The Green growth is the new growth concept based on the low carbon and environment-friendly industry. The new paradigm on the global economy growth requests a established logistics industry to be shifted into establishing the environment-friendly green logistics system. Some findings derided from this study are follows: Frist, in order to establish a environment-friendly green growth foundation, it is necessary to attract a green industry such as solar cell, wind force, hybrid car etc. Second, a green logistics system has to be established, including a green port strategy and reducing emission of carbon.
