From the study of prescription on low back pain, the following conclusions are obtained. 1. Among classified cause of low back pain, ShinHur(腎虛) lowback pain and its prescription was most mentioned. 2. Prescriptions such as ChungAWhan(靑娥丸), KookBangAnShinWhan(局方安腎丸) BoSooDan(補髓丹) BaekBaeWhan(百倍丸) DooChungWhan(杜沖丸) JangBonDan(壯本丹) NokKakWhan(鹿角丸) were used in ShinHur(腎虛) type low back pain. 3. Prescription such as TaekRanTang(澤蘭湯) JiRyongSan(地龍散) YoeShinSan(如神散) ShinKookJoo(神麴酒) SoeGuenSan(舒筋散) were used in JwaSumJilBak(閃挫跌撲) type low back pain. 4. Prescription such as ChangChulTang(蒼朮湯) JumTongTang(拈痛湯) ChulBuTang(朮附湯) YiChoChangBaekSan(二炒蒼栢散) were used in SeupYoel(濕熱) type low back pain. 5. Prescription such as ChunGoongYookGaeTang(川芎肉桂湯) GaMiSaMulTang(加味四物湯) PaHoelSanDongTang(破血散疼湯) JiRyongSan(地龍散) were used in UhHoel(瘀血) type low back pain. 6. Prescription such as (蒼術復煎散) (五積散) (摩腰丹) (滲濕湯) were used in HanSeup(寒濕) type low back pain. 7. Prescription such as GaMiYiJinTang(加味二陳湯) GongYeonDan(控涎丹) SaMoolTangHapYiJinTangGaMi(四物湯合二陳湯加味) were used in DamUem(痰飮) type low back pain. 8. Prescription such as OhJukSanGaMi(五積散加味) OhYakSoonGiSanGaMi(烏藥順氣散加味) GaMiYongHoSan(加味龍虎散) SoSokMyoungTang(小續命湯) were used in Poong(風) type low back pain. 9. Prescription such as (四物湯合二陳湯) (仰腰湯) were used in SikJuk(食積) type low back pain and (五積散) (煨腎散) (三花神祐丸) in Seup(濕) type low back pain. 10. Prescription such as ChilKiTang(七氣湯) ChimHyangGangKiTang(沈香降氣湯) ChoKiSan(調氣散) InSamSoonKiSan(人參順氣散) were used in Ki(氣) type low back pain.

In the case of an urban rail chopper type subway train, varistors have been installed for protecting usual electronic equipments, semiconductor devices(diodes, transistors, thyrister, etc.) communications, measuring, control device and absorbing opening & closing surge of electromagnetic valve. These varistors were steadily reduced dielectric strength as becoming superannuated. Thus there is a problem that reacts more sensitive at the same surge in the general control operation. On existing maintenance, there is not specific standard to replace superannuated varistor. So when maintaining chopper type subway train, all varistors or old varistors that workers checked a discoloration & crack with the naked eye and noticed degradation smell by deterioration are replaced. This study suggests detail standards for judgement that varistors are good or bad chopper type subway train, and it draw a efficient maintenance which efficient maintenance can check more easy the degradation properties variation.

Complex terrain like hill, mountain, and escarpment etc. makes complex air flow. This topographic condition will affect not only speed but also turbulence of wind over the complex terrain. In this paper, turbulence intensities are considered to investigate characteristics of wind over cone-type hills. There are five simple hill models with different slope 0.1${\sim}$0.5(tan${\theta}$) for wind tunnel test. It was observed through wind tunnel tests that turbulence intensities of down-slope wind at the end of the 3-Dimensional hills remarkably increased but ones of windward slope wind at the front side of the hills slightly increased. Also, turbulence intensities proportionally increased with slope of the cone-type hills.

In order to propose the design and installation information of vegetation belt, field investigation were carried out in the noise pollution control facilities of highway and the streets of a city for two years(1998~1999), and field tests were performed to analyze the noise attenuation effect of them. The noise pollution control facilities were generally classified into three types (noise barrier and vegetation belt type, mounding and vegetation belt type, vegetation belt type only). Most soundproof facilities were proved the noise reduction effects. But according to width, height, structure, auditory distance and planting forms of them, difference of noise reduction effects were investigated. The soundproof facility was suitable the mounding and vegetation belt type in the consideration of road environment, and the installation standard of vegetation was estimated that the width of vegetation was at least 20m and the length of that was 2 times in the distance from noise source.

A 6-year-old female domestic short hair cat presented with acute onset of vomiting, anorexia, lethargy, and tachypnea. The cat was apparently healthy prior to presentation without history of trauma. On diagnostic imagings, the entire stomach and spleen were detected in the thoracic cavity. An emergent celiotomy was performed, and a type-4 hiatal hernia was confirmed; the stomach, spleen, pancreas, and duodenum were herniated through the esophageal hiatus. It was corrected using phrenicoplasty, esophagopexy, and left-sided gastropexy and there was no recurrence 16 months after surgery. This is the first case report of an idiopathic type-4 hiatal hernia in a cat.

Through the result of calculating the deviation between the value calculated from two-dimensional number formula, one-dimensional number interpretation, and curving part water surface type calculation method, we could confirmed that the deviation is reduced more than 50% when we use curving part water surface type calculation method. Also it was confirmed that there occurs the reduction rate of maximum 59% as the result of comparing with one-dimensional number interpretation since the reduction rate of safe room height was 20%, in 500 CMS of flood water quantity when we planted the construction of levee by curving part water surface type calculation method. And therefore, we have confirmed that the curving water surface type calculation method can be used as a simple formula in rivers with water quantity less than 500 CMS that flows in and out in Jess than 90 degree angle.

Visual trope is one of the important appealing methods of creativity to induce voluntary consumer participation. In many cases, it delivers a message using metaphors. To define the concepts of_metaphor, we investigated methods of expression and significance of metaphor itself and associated forms; in all: metaphor, analogy, catachresis, metonymy, and synecdoche. We also considered the structure of each form to propose a method of metricizing the metaphor Consequently, we found that the metaphor of a visual trope is a type of operation and development of codes. We suggested models for each form type and concept of metaphor through the evaluation of metaphor significance and case study. Metaphor significance forms mutually close relationships with codes of pragmatics, semantics, and syntax. We suggested a type of metrics or a guideline for an expression method and evaluation of a visual trope appropriate for a metaphor form type. Therefore and importantly, the following study presents unique, but manifold results that are also useful in the field of design.

The spiral type thin-film inductor performed in high frequency at 2-5[MHz] range is analyzed by 2-dimensional Finite Element Method(2D FEM). The features of micro thin-film inductor have complicated electromagnetic phenomenon such as skin effect, proximity effect and magnetic saturation. To develope miniatured magnetic device considering these features, it is important to predict the property of the thin film inductor according to design parameter. In this paper, we present the 2D FEM analysis for the spiral type thin film inductor. The characteristics of inductor from point of view of inductance, resistance and quality factor are studied according to design parameter and various pattern construction.

In this work, a novel semi-internal type UHF PD sensor has been proposed and related investigations has been performed in order to detect the partial discharges that could be possibly produced at the insulation system of the gas insulated switchgear(GIS). This sensor was designed to mount on the CT terminal hole of GIS using the spiral antenna theory. Therefore this type sensor can be install on GIS during the power apparatus has been operation and better sensitivity compare to the commercial external type UHF PD sensor.

A prerequisite for the development of graphene-based field effect transistors (FETs) is reliable control of the type and concentration of carriers in graphene. These parameters can be manipulated via the deposition of atoms, molecules, and polymers onto graphene as a result of charge transfer that takes place between the graphene and adsorbates. In this work, we demonstrate a unique and facile methodology for the homogenous and stable p-type doping of graphene by hybridization with ZnO thin films fabricated by MeV electron beam irradiation (MEBI) under ambient conditions. The formation of the ZnO/graphene hybrid nanostructure was attributed to MEBI-stimulated dissociation of zinc acetate dihydrate and a subsequent oxidation process. A ZnO thin film with an ultra-flat surface and uniform thickness was formed on graphene. We found that homogeneous and stable p-type doping was achieved by charge transfer from the graphene to the ZnO film.
