표본(標本) 근결(根結) 기가(氣街)의 정의(定義)와 침구치료(鍼灸治療)적 적용에 관한 연구 (Definition and Acupuncture Treatment of Biaoben(標本), Geungyul(根結) and Kika(氣街))

  • 표본(標本) 근결(根結) 기가(氣街)와 경기(經氣)의 작용(作用)을 종합적(綜合的)으로 연구(硏究)한 결과(結果) 다음과 같은 결론(結論)을 얻었다. 1. 표본(標本) 근결(根結) 기가(氣街)의 이론은 경맥(經脈)에서 사지(四肢)와 두면(頭面), 구간(軀幹)의 밀접한 관계를 설명한 것으로 십이경맥(十二經脈)의 본부(本部), 족삼음(足三陰) 족삼양(足三陽)의 근부(根部) 및 기가(氣 街)중 경기(脛氣)는 모두 사지(四肢)의 주슬이하에 있고, 표부(標部)와 결부(結部) 및 기가(氣街) (흉기(胸氣), 복기(腹氣) 두기(頭氣))는 모두 두면(頭面)과 구간(軀幹)에 있음을 알 수 있다. 2. 사지말단(四肢末端)에서 두면(頭面), 구간(軀幹), 내장(內臟)에 영향을 주는 것은 십이경맥(十二經脈)의 원기(元氣)의 작용을 통해 알 수 있다. 3. 사지주슬관절이하의 수혈은 특히 원부주치(遠部主治)를 갖고 있는데 육음경맥(六陰經脈)의 본장병(本臟病)에는 해당 음경맥(陰經脈)의 원혈(原穴)(유혈(兪穴)), 배유차(背兪次), 흉모혈(胸募穴)을 사용할 수 있으며 륙양경맥(六陽經脈)의 본장병(本臟病)에는 해당 양경맥(陽經脈)의 육부하합혈(六腑下合穴), 배유혈(背兪穴), 흉모혈(胸募穴)을 사용할 수 있다. 4. 표본(標本) 근결(根結) 기가(氣街)의 이론에서 사지(四肢) 주슬관절이하의 본부(本部)와 근부(根部)의 혈위(穴位)는 그 혈위(穴位)가 있는 부위의 질병(疾病)도 치료할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 두,(頭) 면(面), 흉,(胸) 배부(背部)의 질환도 치료할 수 있는데 경맥(經脈)과 장부(臟腑)가 밀접한 관련이 되고 경기(經氣)가 상하(上下), 내외(內外)로 상응하고 있어서 사지(四肢)의 주슬관절 이하(본부(本部), 근부(根部))의 혈(穴)을 취혈(取穴), 자침(刺鍼)하여 원위부(遠位部)(표부(標部), 결부(結部))에 발생한 질병을 치료한다. 이는 침구임상(鍼灸臨床)에서 응용되고 있는 원격취혈(遠隔取穴)과 국소취혈(局所取穴)의 중요한 이론적 근거가 된다.

표본(標本), 근결(根結), 기가(氣街)를 바탕으로 한 위기(衛氣)의 순환체계 (Circulating Pattern of Defense Qi Based on Pyobon, Geungyul, Kika)

  • This study aimed to investigate flow of defense qi(衛氣) through the relationship among the collateral meridians(絡脈), Pyobon(標本), Kika(氣街) and Geungyul(根結). The nutrient qi(營氣) and defense qi have a same origin and are transformed from the food and drink(水穀), the nutrient qi flows in the meridian(經脈) and the defense qi flows outside of the meridian. The defense qi flows in the collateral meridians where meridians divide into smaller ones. The beginnig of the collateral meridian division is called Bon(本) and the finishing point is called Pyo(標). The defense qi flows from Pyo(標) to outside of the collateral meridian which is called Kika and then flows to skins(皮膚) and muscles (肌肉). The defense qi enters the meridian at Geun(根) and it joins the other qi within the meridian at Gyul(結). In this study, we suggest that the collateral meridian, Pyobon, Kika and Geungyul are continuos pathways where the defense qi circulates.

  • Geungyul(根結) means roots and nodes of meridians. If human body gets damaged by energy which each seasons has, the meridians get some troubles. Healing for symptom, meridians consist of root, stay, follow, inpouring and node of acupuncture points should be in harmony. 1. This chapter explain roots and node parts of each meridian, acupuncture points name and root, stay, follow, inpouring of acupuncture points which in arm and leg of three Yin and Yang. 2. The opening, closing, axis function, the symptom, and the needling of both meridians of Yin and Yang are explained. 3. The method that predicts the rise-and-fall of visceral energy and the time of death by using an order of pulse and intermittent pulse is explained. 4. It is explained that since the physical condition of the rich and the poor are different, the method using a needling for each person to be healed, such as the deep-and-shallow and the quick-and-slow, are different. 5. It is explained that the excess and the deficiency in the energy of shape should be considered when a acupuncture is given.

표본, 근결 이론에 나타난 체간부위에 대한 생체역학적 연구 가설 (Bio-mechanic Hypothesis of Truncus Area Based on Pyobon and Geungyul Theory)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to understand truncus area conception to be explained in the pyobon and geungyul (Root-Stem and Origin-End relationships; PG) of meridian theory as to do the macro organic spatial conception in bio-mechanic system for human body. Methods : The extremity areas and truncus area to be explained in PG theories were classified spatially, and the reason was discussed that human body was classified as the extremities and truncus areas for the people of old times. It was considered the structural characteristics, exercise species and movement characteristics of truncus area in human body also. Results : The truncus area were made of cranium, vertebrae, sternum, ribs, clavicle, scapula, sacrum and the hipbone. It was the hollow structure and classified as cranial cavity, pleural cavity(thoracic cavity) and pelvic cavity. These cavities had mutually organic relationships, and because of cavity structures in the truncus and full structures in extremities would act in different direction about gravity with each other for movements. So it would be estimated that the old peoples had to need to separate the truncus and the extremities. Conclusions : In this study, the truncus area and the extremity areas in the PG of meridian theory could be recognized as the spatial conception of bio-mechanic system in human body. Although this study was the theoretical study not to be proven, it will be used to understand for the meridian theory as basic reference for spatial conception and bio-mechanic system.
