생태미학적 관점에서 본 한국 전통공간의 특성에 관한 연구 (The Study Characteristics of Korean Traditional Space from an Ecological and Aesthetic)

  • Currently, the nature and ecosystem's destruction by human beings and science is appearing as a serious problem. The possibility of ecological aesthetics is being sought as one of operations for new society in the contemporary society that the nature and ecosystem are getting attention, The present research aims to examine the characteristics and its expression method by setting the ecological aesthetics as an alternative of the future design. The history, meaning, mental image and image of Korean traditional Space forming the balance and harmony with the Nature, etc., which are important design concepts, were deduced as the beauty of emptiness, the beauty of a gap, the beauty of harmony and the beauty of changing and the beauty of simplicity as characteristics of experiencing space. If the deduced expression is examined through a case analysis of traditional housing, the characteristics trying to unite with the Nature while seeing ecology and aesthetics as one root, which the ecological aesthetics regarding as a root. The ecological arts based on the ecological aesthetics enters inside the universal life of human beings by examining the ecological and aesthetic characteristics appearing in Korean traditional Space, and the arts will move forward in a direction that its function and role link with maintenance of total ecosystem. The space application possibility and expression characteristics of ecological aesthetics should be continuously researched.

건설자재 정보 제공의 효율성을 위한 정보검색체계 연구 (Information retrieval system for efficiency of getting information about construction)

  • Each corporation isn't consistent because of offering specific information for publicity. It spends considerable labor force and time surfing of the material information and choosing need material. That's the reason it's different with material information and choice system between production and marketing corporation. Among lots of material information, some of them are used by offering material information simplify. So it is demanded necessity of reasonable material choice system. That system helps it choose a material more easily. So we studied about the information retrieval system of reasonable material choice through the study about assortment system of material information and material choice method. It's the basic study for the suggestion of reasonable material choice system. According to this study, if that system is suggested and realized, we can overcome from the system of typical and repeatable at every course of architecture during several times. It will be helpful to increase about the productivity of architecture as the minimization of time, labor, resource and cost for the material choice.

북한지역(北韓地域) 전통주거(傳統住居)에 관한 조사연구(調査硏究)(1) - 북한출신주민들의 지식체계분석을 통하여 - (A Study on the Traditional Houses of North Korea(I) - Based on the Memories of Immigrants from North Korea -)

  • Architectural researches on the traditional houses of Korea have been studied mainly based on the data collected in the field survey. From explosively incresed real mesurements and drawings in the field, plenty of data have been collected. Those have been the basic data for verifing and developing the theories on the traditional house. But after Korean war the researchers in South-Korea were not able to approach to the field in North Korea, so the new data of North Korea were not added any more. The poverty of real data have caused regional unbalance in the researches. This paper aims at collecting new data of traditional house in North Korea. But still being prohibited for the researchers of South Korea to approach to the field, I had to depend on the memories and experiences of the immigrants from North Korea who are now living in Kyon-Nam and Pusan Province. Through the questionnaire and drawings, they described vivid memory of their old houses. I was able to collect the data of 71 cases, which are significant and valuable as much as those of the real field are. The data include the address and site condition, family structure, economic condition, construction period of each house, The drawings by themselves show the building forms and plans, the plans of each building, and the included spaces. Although the quantity of those data is not enough for statistical analysis, it shows general tendency for analizing regional charateristics, the differnces among economical classes, and the periodical change. It opens the way for verfying the existing theory. Analizing the data, I have some conclusions as followings: a. Most of researchers have classified the dominant housing type of Hamkyong-Do as 'the double fold' type. In this study, all cases of Hamkyongbuk-do also show 'the double fold plan with Chongju-kan'. But in Hamkyongnam-do some cases show 'the double fold plan without Chongju-kan, or projecting the stable into the yard, which seem to be different type from 'the double fold plan with Chongju-kan' b. Existing theories classified the dominant housing type of Pyongahn-do as 'two buildings with pararell arrangement'. This classification is verified with the plentiful cases in this study. Futhermore, I found new tendency, that is, getting higher econnomic condition, they construct annex buildings between the main buildings. Finally their houses show 'scattered ㅁ shape'. The houses included in this two types has narrow and closed inner yard, which is different from the houses of the same shape in the south region of Korea. c. Existing theories classified the dominant housing type of Hwanghae-do as 'ㅁ sape with Daechong' type. I found many cases of 'ㅁ shape', but only two cases show 'Daechong'. 'The doble fold' type was also founded. Unfortunately very few cases were sent from Hwanghae-do, it is not enough for finding general tendency.

부동산정책이 주택가격에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (시계열분석과 회귀분석 중심으로) (A Study about the Real Estate' Policy Impact on house prices (Focusing on the time series analysis and regression))

  • 본 연구는 1986년부터 2009년까지 24년 동안 한국의 부동산정책과 부동산 관련 시계열자료를 세밀하게 분석한 후에, 주택가격에 영향을 미치는 부동산 지수 변수와 거시경제 지수 변수가 주택 가격에 미치는 영향에 대한 회귀분석을 실시하여 얼마만큼 영향이 있는지 분석하고자 한다. 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국의 부동산 정책은 후행정책이며, 정권별 부동산 정책은 서로 일관성이 없었다. 둘째, 정산적인 국면에서 부동산 문제가 발생할 때마다 규제 강화와 경기 회복 대책만 주기적으로 반복하고 이었다. 셋째, 정책에 대한 시기와 수단은 부적절하였고, 부동산 정책 시행할 때마다 부동산 경기가 더 나빠지곤 하였다. 넷째, 24년 동안 주택 유형중 주택가격 증감량이 가장 만이 오른 주택유형은 아파트였으며 가장 인가 좋았다. 정권별 주택 가격지수 증감량은 노태우(65.0%)-김대중(42.5%)-노무현(32.8%) 순으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 : 주택가격에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 독립변수는 건설기 성액-1인당 국민소득-주택 전세가 지수-동행종합지수-후행종합지수-청약통자 가입자-선형종합지수 순으로 나타났다.

주거공간에 있어 주시정도 변화에 따른 주시특성의 분석과 추정에 관한 연구 (A study on the Estimation of Observation amount and the Analysis of observation characteristics depending on the change of observation degree In Housing Space)

  • This study analyzed the observation characteristics with the subject of observation data through defining the change of the observation degree as attention /conscious observation /visual understanding. Furthermore, by obtaining the formular with which to estimate the subjects' observation amount, this study suggests a potential method for easier analysis of observation characteristics. The conclusions from the study are as the followings. First, the observation frequency was being generated with wide deviation among subjects while there was a flow-on characteristics depending on the degree of observation. These characteristics enabled the study to obtain the formular with which to estimate the observation amount. Second, the study could establish the area frequency by grade from the entire observation data. The area I was at most 4% for the area frequency but accounted for 18.2% of the entire effective observation time, and the area II 16% and 38.7% respectively. Accordingly, only considering the observation area distribution of the area I or the areas I and II shows which position of the space the subjects were observing. Third, with the subject of the relatively higher observation time at at the subject's observation characteristics, as the observation phase was getting higher, the observation time decreased more. Forth, by obtaining the formular to estimate the observation amount for observation data according to the change of observation degree, the study could find the estimating observation characteristics of additional subjects. The formular shortens the analysis time and facilitates the analysis process.

  • 200만호 주택건설로 폭발된 1980년대 주택건설 시장의 활성화는 수도권 및 신도시를 중심으로 많은 APT를 양산하였고 그 과정에서 품질수준은 물량 공급 위주의 주택정책으로 소비자의 욕구를 충족시키지 못하였고 준공된 건물에서는 예상치 못한 많은 하자를 발생시켰다. 이에 따라 $1980\~1990$년대 공동주택의 하자 예방을 위한 연구가 수행되어 하자 다발 공종과 분야별 빈도 및 하자 발생으로 인한 손실추정 등 여러 연구 성과가 축적되었으나 하자 발생율을 줄이고 하자로 인한 소비자의 불만족을 해소시키는데는 크게 기여하지 못하고 있다. 이는 하자 관련 연구가 실제 공사를 수행하는 시점에 적절히 관리하고 통제하는 SYSTEM과 연계되지 못하고, 제대로 적용되지 못하기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 건설공사 중에서 공통주택에서 발생하는 하자에 관한 정보와 현황에 대한 분석을 실시하고, 그 유형별 특성에 따른 분류를 실시한 뒤 이를 종합하여 체계적인 정보의 확보 및 활용을 위한 WEB 기반 FEED-BACK 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

국민임대주택의 평면구성비 변화에 관한 연구 -전라남도 장성군을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Changes in Spatial Composition Ratio of National Rental Houses - Focused on the Jangseong-gun Jeollanam-do Province -)

  • This study aims to investigate the changes in area ratios by space through floor plans of national leasing houses constructed by the LH in Jangseong-gun, particularly focusing on the floor plans of public leasing housing complexes built during the 1970s-80s and those during the 2010s. The results are as follows: First, according to the composition ratio of floor plans by period, the type of Bedroom> Livingroom> Common Area> Kitchen+Dining> Multi-purpose room> Bathroom> or the type of Bedroom> Livingroom> Kitchen/Dining> Common Area> Bathroom> Multi-purpose room were found to be high during the 1970s. Whereas, the type of Common Area>Living room(Kitchen/Dining included)>Bedroom>Bathroom>Front Entrance was found to be high during the 2010. It can be concluded that the ratio of Bedroom and Living room was found to be high during the 1970s, but after 2010s, the spacial composition ratio of Common Space, Living room, and Bedroom is getting higher in the order. Second, in terms of the composition ratio of floor plans by the area of unit household, among the floor plan of C-1, B-2, B-3, C-2 which were used since 2010s, the spatial ratio of Bedroom was maintained in the range of 20%; while during the 1970s, the Bedroom space of A-1(46%), A-2(46%), and A-3(41%) was found to be higher than 40%. It can be concluded that the size of bedroom space has doubled over time. In terms of the changes in the spatial ratio of Living room, A-1(15%), A-2(22%), and A-3(23%) were found during the 1970s. Compared to the recent floor plans of C-1(28%), B-2(25%), B-3(33%), and C-2(34%) which are applied in Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do province, no big changes have been found, particularly in the small floor plans (20% range).

개의 질병에 사용된 동아시아 전통의학 처방 연구 (Orthodox Oriental Medicine in East Asia used for Canine Diseases)

  • Objective: Today, the public concern for 'Companion Animal" as a family member is ever increasing. Accordingly, the cases of traditional veterinary medicine treatment targeting a companion animal has been increasing, but the traditional records in literature about this have hardly ever been introduced to academic circles. Hereupon, this writing is intending to collect the prescriptions, which were once used for treating canine diseases, in order to report them to academic circles first. Method: This writing recorded the information about canine diseases and their treatment from the books related to the orthodox oriental medicine in East Asia, and analyzed their meanings. Result: Intial records about canine diseases are found in East Asian traditional medicine books including "Bonchoseubyu"(741), "Ilwhajajegaboncho"(unidentifiable period), "Jeungryuboncho"(1082), etc. The disease perceived by humans at that time was "gwa"(a boil) which is a kind of skin ailments. In addition, these medicine books show that people at that time concentrated on the value of use of a dog as meat rather than a pain of a dog's diseases. "Hwalsujaju"(1873)which was established during the Qing Dynasty leaves the most abundant data on canine diseases. This book perceived a dog as a precious existence watching over human housing and property, according to which, canine diseases and treatment methods are subdivided. The prescriptions for a dog's disease in our country are identifiable only in "Jeungbodanbangshinpyeon"(1913)과 "Bijeongmanbyeongtongchibeop"(1933). These books include the prescriptions not only for a dog's disease but also for a disease of a cow, horse, sheep, chicken, and pig, etc. which are familiar to us. Conclusion: The prescriptions used for a dog in East Asia were different from those for people. It was found that they used a medicine noticeably for external application for easy treatment, and in case of the use of an internal medicine, they adopted a method of getting dogs to take a medicine mixed with rice or porridge for dogs. Such a clue will be applied to the traditional- medicine-based treatment of a companion animal for the time to come.

수요자 중심의 마케팅 전략을 통한 미분양 주택 해소방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Solution of Unsold Houses through User Centered Marketing Strategies)

  • 부동산 마케팅 개념의 변화와 미분양 주택해소에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있는 시점에서 본 연구는 미분양 주택해소에 대한 영향요인을 입지환경, 거주환경, 거시환경, 마케팅 부문으로 구분하였으며, 실제 수요자가 어떤 요인을 중요하게 생각하고 있는지 알아보고자 한다. 또한 실제 수요자의 미분양 아파트 매수의향 및 분양가격만족도(분양가격만족도, 주택가치상승)라는 관점에서 미분양 주택해소 요인과 어떠한 영향관계와 구조를 가지고 있는지 PLS 구조방정식을 통해 분석하고자 한다. 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째, 분양가격만족도에 미치는 영향요인은 거시환경, 거주환경, 입지환경이 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 나타났다. 하지만 마케팅 전략은 분양가격 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 매수의향에 영향을 미치는 요인은 거시환경, 마케팅 전략, 분양가격 만족도가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다.

지분형 주택분양제도의 성공적인 도입을 위한 영향요인 분석 (Evaluation of Influence Factors in order to introduce Share-styled Apartment House Successfully)

  • 정권 교체기마다 주택 및 부동산 정책은 항상 논쟁의 대상이 되어 왔다. 우리나라의 경우 특히, IMF 금융위기의 회복기를 거치면서 부동산 버블현상이 조성되었고, 이는 무주택 서민들의 내 집 마련에 대한 부담과 불안감을 가중시켰다. 이에 대한 대책으로 정부에서는 2008년 상반기에 아파트 소유에 투자의 개념을 접목한 '지분형 주택분양제도'를 도입하여 서민형 아파트를 대상으로 2008년 하반기부터 시행을 계획하였으나, 투자자들로 하여금 적정 수익을 보장하기가 어렵고, 10년의 전매 제한이 있는 등 실효성에 대한 불투명 때문에 아직 준비단계에 머무르고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지분형 주택분양제도의 도입에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 공급자, 투자자, 실구매자 계층으로 나누어 계층별 영향요인간 중요도를 조사하고, 또한 각 분야의 전문가들을 대상으로 한 개선방향 인식 분석자료를 바탕으로 정책적 방향과 개선과제들을 연구하였다.
