Data security is always an important issue. In particular, the current emerging cloud computing system inevitably raises the issue of data security. However, data security is no longer safe with a simple way, but requires rather advanced method to secure the data. In this paper, instead of exploiting the existing text-based cryptography approach an image-based access control of data content is studied to present a higher level of data security. Color key chain is generated both using histogram value of the original image, and the location information and featured color information extracted by geometric transformation to form the security key to access secure data content. Finally, the paper addresses design interface and implementation for data content access control for evaluation of the proposed scheme.

When a mechanism transfers a motion to an intersected shaft, a cylindrical cam mechanism may be the best choice among the mechanisms. The cylindrical cam with a roller follower provides to transfer the motions to the intersect shafts simply without other connecting equipments of the intersect shafts. Typical example may be a roller-gear-cam mechanism. But the shape of the cam must be exactly defined in order to satisfy the conditions for the prescribed motion of the follower. This paper proposes a new method for the shape design of the cylindrical cams and also a CAD program is developed by using the proposed method. The relative velocity method calculates the relative velocity of the follower versus the cam at a center of roller, and then determines a contact point by using the geometric relationships and the kinematic constraints. The constraint used in the relative velocity method is that the relative velocity must be parallel to a common tangent line at the contact point of two independent bodies, i. e. the cam and the follower. Then, the shape of the cam is defined by the coordinate transformation of the trace of the contact points. Finally, this paper presents an example in order to prove the accuracy of the proposed methods in this paper and the application of the CAD program"CamDesign".
Digital watermarking is a copyright protection technique for digital images which embed a code into the digital data so the data is marked. Watermarking techniques previously deal with on-line digital data and have been developed to withstand digital attacks such image processing, compression and geometric transformation. In this paper we propose a novel method of embedding watermarks in printed images. In the proposed algorithm, watermark is embedded in a dithered binary image by comparing the $2\times{2}$ blocks of the counting array is the number of 1 (WHITE) in the $16\times{16}$ blocks of the dithered binary image with predefined reference block pattern, which is generated by watermark values. The proposed algorithm is able to provide more information at a watermark because the proposed algorithm use both '1'and '0' as watermark values. The watermark information is detected by comparing the watermark which is reconstructed from the image which is embedded watermark with the original watermark which is embedded in a binary image. The performance of the proposed algorithm is compared with that of the conventional watermark embedding algorithm for printed images by detecting watermark for scan images.

The silicide is a compound of Si with an electropositive component. Silicides are commonly used in silicon-based microelectronics to reduce resistivity of gate and local interconnect metallization. The popular silicide candidates, CoSi2 and TiSi2, have some limitations. TiSi2 showed line width dependent sheet resistance and has difficulty in transformation of the C49 phase to the low resistive C54. CoSi2 consumes more Si than TiSi2. Nickel silicide is a promising material to substitute for those silicide materials providing several advantages; low resistivity, lower Si consumption and lower formation temperature. Nickel silicide (NiSi) nanowire (NW) has features of a geometrically tiny size in terms of diameter and significantly long directional length, with an excellent electrical conductivity. According to these advantages, NiSi NWs have been applied to various nanoscale applications, such as interconnects [1,2], field emitters [3], and functional microscopy tips [4]. Beside its tiny geometric feature, NW can provide a large surface area at a fixed volume. This makes the material viable for photovoltaic architecture, allowing it to be used to enhance the light-active region [5]. Additionally, a recent report has suggested that an effective antireflection coating-layer can be made with by NiSi NW arrays [6]. A unique growth mechanism of nickel silicide (NiSi) nanowires (NWs) was thermodynamically investigated. The reaction between Ni and Si primarily determines NiSi phases according to the deposition condition. Optimum growth conditions were found at $375^{\circ}C$ leading long and high-density NiSi NWs. The ignition of NiSi NWs is determined by the grain size due to the nucleation limited silicide reaction. A successive Ni diffusion through a silicide layer was traced from a NW grown sample. Otherwise Ni-rich or Si-rich phase induces a film type growth. This work demonstrates specific existence of NiSi NW growth [7].
Recently, active movements are occurring to reestablish our own traditional Korean images in all levels of society. One of them is about Ordinary Hanbok. Academics and business sectors are endeavoring to develop comfortable and Korean traditional Hanbok designs and popularize them as well. Based on the facts, the study focuses on developing Ordinary Hanbok designs for women by applying Korean traditional patchwork in order to present handmade, humane senses. First of all, the backgrounds, history and preference of Ordinary Hanbok are discussed through literatures and precedent studies as study methodology. Then, the study is analyzing the formative beauty of Korean traditional patchwork that contains emotions of women in the Chosun Dynasty. After that, it shows Ordinary Hanbok designs developed for women by using checks, free style, and yeoiju patterns of the fabrics dyed with clay and Chinese ink that recently attract people in particular. The results are like followings; First, the limits that excessive transformation of Hanbok may cause the lack of traditional beauty can be covered through using a variety of images of Korean traditional patchwork. Second, diverse face configuration of patchworks has very unique geometric forms so to be easily applied to modern Ordinary Hanbok designs. Third, the sewing technique of patchworks also plays a role as a design factor as important as face configuration. Fourth, utilizing fabric pieces may result in various unplanned face configuration and help resource recycling. Fifth, it is possible to coordinate Hanbok with other ordinary clothes that people normally wear on. Sixth, using patchworks images can encourage developing more active and refined designs added with traditional beauty. Seventh, natural dying and fabrics are eco-friendly, which is good for human health and environment. Finally, more studies should be done on design development based on precedent studies about Ordinary Hanbok. Also, it is important to foster social atmosphere and circumstances where people accept wearing Ordinary Hanbok as our natural culture.

In this paper, vibration characteristics in terms of the airfoil cross-sectional shape was examined by using the EDISON co-rotational plane beam-transient analysis. Co-Rotational plane beam analysis is appropriate for large rotation and small strain. Assuming aircraft wing as a cantilevered beam, natural frequencies of each airfoil cross-sectional shape were estimated using VABS program and fast Fourier transformation(FFT). VABS conducts finite element analysis on the cross-section including the detailed geometry and material distribution to estimate the beam sectional properties. Under the same airfoil geometric configuration and material selection, variation of material induced difference in the deflection and natural frequencies. It was observed that variation of the natural frequency was dependent on variation of the airfoil shape and material.

A variety of studies for indoor positioning are now being in progress due to the limit of GPS that becomes obsolete in the room. However, most of them are based on private wireless networks and the situation is difficult to commercialize them since they are expensive in terms of installation and maintenance costs, non-real-time, and not accurate. This paper applies the mark recognition algorithm used in existing augmented reality applications to the indoor vehicle positioning application. It installs floor marks on the ground, performs the perspective transformation on it and decodes the internal data of the mark and, as a result, it obtains an absolute coordinate. Through the geometric analysis, it obtains current position (relative coordinates) of a vehicle away from the mark and the heading direction of the vehicle. The experiment results show that when installing the marks every 5 meter, an error under about 30 cm occurred. In addition, it is also shown that the mark recognition rate is 43.2% of 20 frames per second at the vehicle speed of 20km/h. Thus, it is thought that this idea is commercially valuable.
The purpose of this study is to establish a theory about the necessary structure for knitwear design, and to propose it with the practical data through the actual development of a high value added knit structure. For this study, the market was conducted along with literature reviews on the existing studies and the relevant books about knit structures. The market research aimed at the products released in the spring/summer and fall/winter seasons of 2012-2013, focusing on brand for middle aged women. The utilization of the structure by item and the characteristics of knit design were studied. The research was conducted on S/S products in May and July, and F/W products in October and December. As a result of the market research, it was shown that the lightweight structures with permeability such as plain, lace, links and links, this is repeated and rib structure were frequently utilized during the S/S season, while double structures with good shape stability were greatly utilized during the F/W season. Also, during the F/W season, a cable structure and tubular jacquard that emphasized the volume or cubic effect were frequently used, and there were many jacquard structures where a change of color sense and motive were added. Concerning the knit structures development, the researcher designed the knit structure at the actual production site of the knit fashion. A total of 5 pieces of knit structures were developed by asking a professional for programming and knitting. To the developed structures, the study added a multi-gauged effect, herringbone transformation effect, 3-dimensional surface effect, color effects, geometric patterns, lace penetration effect, and soft surface effect in a water-drop shape. In addition, the structures had differences in the added values by mixing various structures and diversely expressing color sense on the knitting line. This study proposes the direction for 21st century knitwear product design, through the development of a high value added knit structure.

In this paper, we propose an automatic image-to-image registration between high resolution multi-sensor images. To do this, TerraSAR-X image was shifted according to the initial translation differences of the x and y directions between images estimated using Mutual Information method. After that, the Canny edge operator was applied to both images to extract linear features. These features were used to design a cost function that finds matching points based on the similarities of their locations and gradient orientations. For extracting large number of evenly distributed matching points, only one point within each regular grid constructed throughout the image was extracted to the final matching point pair. The model, which combined the piecewise linear function with the global affine transformation, was applied to increase the accuracy of the geometric correction, and the proposed method showed RMSE lower than 5m in all study sites.

Multiple strips are required for large area mapping using ALS (Airborne Laser Scanner) system. LiDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) data collected from the ALS system has discrepancies between strips due to systematic errors of on-board laser scanner and GPS/INS, inaccurate processing of the system calibration as well as boresight misalignments. Such discrepancies deteriorate the overall geometric quality of the end products such as DEM (Digital Elevation Model), building models, and digital maps. Therefore, strip adjustment for minimizing discrepancies between overlapping strips is one of the most essential tasks to create seamless point cloud data. This study implemented area-based matching (ABM) to determine conjugate features for computing 3D transformation parameters. ABM is a well-known method and easily implemented for this purpose. It is obvious that the exact same LiDAR points do not exist in the overlapping strips. Therefore, the term "conjugate point" means that the location of occurring maximum similarity within the overlapping strips. Coordinates of the conjugate locations were determined with sub-pixel accuracy. The major drawbacks of the ABM are sensitive to scale change and rotation. However, there is almost no scale change and the rotation angles are quite small between adjacent strips to apply AMB. Experimental results from this study using both simulated and real datasets demonstrate validity of the proposed scheme.
