The Cadastre assumed as one of the most important Part of GIS has the highest priority in GIS model and Organization of the Cadasual embraces the modern methods of gaining and collecting geometric type cadastral data concerning on the land and it's ownership. Geneally, the measurement of the topologigraphic map offers great convenience for the architects to device. But the graphic precision of the value from the map is too low for many users, the large scale digital map as well as cadastral map can solve these problems. So it is necessary to get the coordinates of the characteristic points and the graphic information. In this paper, for calculating the point of measured element such as distance, and it's adjustment. This paper dicusses the methodes also, the combination of GIS data and Cadastral data and the geo-reference system, topology, data system, data modeling and so on.
Eight different data sets are examined in order to gain insight into the surface heat flux traits of the East Asian marginal seas. In the case of solar radiation of the East Sea (Japan Sea), Coordinated Ocean-ice Reference Experiments ver. 2 (CORE2) and the Objectively Analyzed Air-Sea Fluxes (OAFlux) are similar to the observed data at meteorological stations. A combination is sought by averaging these as well as the Climate Forecast System Reanalysis (CFSR) and the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP)-1 data to acquire more accurate surface heat flux for the East Asian marginal seas. According to the Combination Data, the annual averages of net heat flux of the East Sea, Yellow Sea, and East China Sea are -61.84, -22.42, and $-97.54Wm^{-2}$, respectively. The Kuroshio area to the south of Japan and the southern East Sea were found to have the largest upward annual mean net heat flux during winter, at -460- -300 and at $-370--300Wm^{-2}$, respectively. The long-term fluctuation (1984-2004) of the net heat flux shows a trend of increasing transport of heat from the ocean into the atmosphere throughout the study area.
Massive amount of satellite image processing such asglobal/continental-level analysis and monitoring requires automated and speedy georegistration. There could be two major automated approaches: (1) rigid mathematical modeling using sensor model and ephemeris data; (2) heuristic co-registration approach with respect to existing reference image. In case of ETM+, the accuracy of the first approach is known as RMSE 250m, which is far below requested accuracy level for most of satellite image processing. On the other hands, the second approach is to find identical points between new image and reference image and use heuristic regression model for registration. The latter shows better accuracy but has problems with expensive computation. To improve efficiency of the coregistration approach, the author proposed a pre-qualified matching algorithm which is composed of feature extraction with canny operator and area matching algorithm with correlation coefficient. Throughout the pre-qualification approach, the computation time was significantly improved and make the registration accuracy is improved. A prototype was implemented and tested with the proposed algorithm. The performance test of 14 TM/ETM+ images in the U.S. showed: (1) average RMSE error of the approach was 0.47 dependent upon terrain and features; (2) the number average matching points were over 15,000; (3) the time complexity was 12 min per image with 3.2GHz Intel Pentium 4 and 1G Ram.
Photogrammetric mapping procedures have gone through major developments due to significant improvements in its underlying technologies. The availability of GPS/INS systems greatly assist in direct geo-referencing of the acquired imagery. Still, photogrammetric datasets taken without the aid of positioning and navigation systems need control information for the purpose of surface reconstruction. Point features were, and still are, the primary source of control for the photogrammetric triangulation although other higher-order features are available and can be used. LIDAR systems supply dense geometric surface information in the form of three dimensional coordinates with respect to certain reference system. Considering the accuracy improvement of LIDAR systems in the recent years, LIDAR data is considered a viable supply of photogrammetric control. To exploit LIDAR data, new challenges are poised concerning the representation and reference system by which both the photogrammetric and LIDAR datasets are described. In this paper, registration methodologies will be devised for the purpose of integrating the LIDAR data into the photogrammetric triangulation. Such registration methodologies have to deal with three issues: registration primitives, transformation parameters, and similarity measures. Two methodologies will be introduced that utilize straight-line and areal features derived from both datasets as the registration primitives. The first methodology directly incorporates the LIDAR lines as control information in the photogrammetric triangulation, while in the second methodology, LIDAR patches are used to produce and align the photogrammetric model. Also, camera self-calibration experiments were conducted on simulated and real data to test the feasibility of using LIDAR patches for this purpose.

This study explores the signal characteristics for different averaging intervals and defines representative verticies for each observatory by criterion of percent rate and variance. The shorter averaging interval shows the higher frequency variation, though the lower percent rate. In the tidal currents, we could hardly find the differences between 60-minute and 20-minute averaging. The newly defined criterion improves reliability of HF-radar data compared with the present reference which deselects the half by percent rate.
This paper has shown that Linear Induction Motor(LIM) and Rack and pinion type are efficient in selecting railway routes and systems after considering time, geo-spatial characteristics and the floating population by benchmarking domestic and overseas mountain trains. The benefit-cost analysis through the use of modeling on user's willingness to pay is conducted as a means that provides access to tourism resources. this paper concludes that the benefit-cost varies in response to changes in the amount of user's willingness to pay by age. It is expected that this paper serves as a reference data in the introduction stage of the mountain train project implemented by central or local governments with tourism resources in mountainous areas as the mountain train has turned out to be economically efficient while various potential benefits that have not been included in the benefit-cost analysis need to be quantified and remain to be studied further.

In recent, different kinds of nationwide thematic map have been developed based on NGIS, and each related research field has tried to develop GIS by utilizing this map. Also, Many researches on the geographic information data model has been conducted to improve the compatibility of developed system. The developed system in water resource field should reflect the dynamic characteristics of river flow. Because it should be considered from the design of data model, this study suggests the datamodel for designing geographical information database on water resources which is possible to linear reference capacity based on stream network. In order to examine the applicability of the suggested model, network component based system has developed. Finally, the river network based system shows the superiority in terms of its applicability comparing with other system.

Autonomous driving vehicles recognize the surroundings through various sensors mounted on the vehicle and control the vehicle based on the collected information. The level of autonomous driving technology is improving due to the development of sensor technology and algorithms that process collected data, but the implementation of perfect autonomous driving technology has not been achieved. To overcome these limitations, through autonomous cooperative driving centered on infrastructure. In this study, developed a position correction sign that provides a reference for positioning of autonomous vehicles. First of all, an analysis was performed on the current status of positioning technology for autonomous driving. And measure the number of point clouds for the 1st sample consisting of two square reflective surfaces and 2nd sample that increased the vertical length of each reflective surface. Experimental results show that both primary and secondary products are installed at least 15 m apart It could be recognized as a sensor, and it was confirmed that the secondary production that increased the length of the top and bottom had a higher number of point clouds than the primary production and better expressed the shape of the facility.
The Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS) is the Satellite-Based Augmentation System (SBAS) under development in Korea. KASS navigation service support navigation Safety of Life (SoL) service. KASS signal provides corrections to Global Positioning System (GPS) data received from KASS Reference Stations (KRS) and is broadcast form Geostationary Earth Orbiting (GEO) satellites to KASS users and is used by GPS/SBAS user equipment to improve the accuracy, availability, continuity and integrity of the navigation solution. Seven KRS's collect the satellite data and send them to the KASS Processing Stations (KPS) for the generation of the corrections and the monitoring the integrity. For performing its computation the KPS needs to know accurate and reliable KRS antennas coordinates. These coordinates are provided as configuration parameters to the KPS. This means that the reference frame in which the KPS work is the one represented by the set of coordinates provided as input. Therefore, the activity to maintain the accuracy of the KRS antenna coordinates is necessary, knowing that coordinates can evolve due to earth plates movements or earthquakes. In this paper, we analyzed the geodetic survey results for KRS antenna coordinates from Site Acceptance Test (SAT) #1 in December 2020 to August 2022. In the future, it is expected that these activities and planning for KRS coordinates maintenance will be produced and provided to KASS system operators for KPS configuration updates during the KASS lifetime of 15 years. Through these maintenance activities, it is expected that monitoring and analysis of unpredictable events such as earthquakes and seism will be possible in the future.
Building Information Models(BIM) provides rich geometric and attribute information throughout the entire life cycle of a building and infrastructure object, while Geographic Information System(GIS) enables the detail analysis of urban issues based on the geo-spatial information in support of decision-making. The Integration of BIM and GIS data makes it possible to create a digital twin of the land in order to effectively manage smart cities. In the perspective of integrating BIM data into GIS systems, this study performs literature reviews on georeferencing techniques and identifies limitations in carrying out the georeferencing process using attribute information associated with absolute coordinates probided by Industry Foundation Classes(IFC) as a BIM standard. To address these limitations, an automated georeferencing process is proposed as a pilot study to position a IFC model with the Local Coordinate System(LCS) in GIS environments with the Reference Coordinate System(RCS). An evaluation of the proposed approach over a BIM model demonstrates that the proposed method is expected to be a great help for automatically georeferencing complex BIM models in a GIS environment, and thus provides benefits for efficient and reliable BIM and GIS integration in practice.
