This study tested various assumptions that simplified the configuration of the numerical model for unsaturated zone's contaminant transport to simulate the pathway to exposed point. This study investigated the contaminant migration through in the pollutant exposure pathway of vadoze zone for risk assessment of the contaminated site. For the purpose, generic scenarios as well as contaminant-based scenarios were simulated using the numerical code for transport of the contaminant in the pathway. The finite-difference one-dimensional transport with adsorption and biodegradation were considered, and it also assumed that the initial concentration was also depleted over time. The results of the generic-scenario show that as the groundwater infiltration rate decreases, the longer the path from the source to the groundwater level, the lower the concentration at the point of inflow into the groundwater level. In particular, in the case of high biodegradation rate and rapid depletion of pollutant sources, statistically outliers were found in the simulated results and generic scenarios was good at prediction.

This research was performed to provide a basic data for reforming University and Hotel & Tourism Management Curriculum Framework based on competency-based education, especially through identifying university students' competency categories of that reflect on the specialization and major of university. For the purpose of this research first, based on the literature review and empirical study, this paper grouped competencies into four areas: Generic Competencies, Specific Competencies, Personality Competencies, and University Specialization Competencies. Second, this paper examined empirical test through a survey of university students by Importance-Performance Analysis on four main categories. As a result of empirical test, four main categories were statistically verified, and the differences among majors about importance, performance and educational needs of each four competencies were analyzed significantly. There were proved that hospitality major is higher than other majors in importance of Generic and Personality Competency and performance of Generic Competency as well.

It is actually impossible to model and store all objects which exist in real home environment into robot's database in advance. To resolve this problem, this paper proposes new object modeling method that can be available for robot self-modeling, which is capable of estimating whole model's shape from partial surface data using Generic Model. And this whole produce is conducted to cylindrical objects like cup, bottles and cans which can be easily found at indoor environment. The detailed process is firstly we obtain cylinder's initial principle axis using points coordinates and normal vectors from object's surface after we separate cylindrical object from 3D image. This 3D image is obtained from 3D sensor. And second, we compensate errors in the principle axis repeatedly. Then finally, we do modeling whole cylindrical object using cross sectional principal axis and its radius To show the feasibility of the algorithm, We implemented it and evaluated its accuracy.

Financial standing of National Health Insurance has been experiencing a grave deterioration during the last 4-5 years, and the yearly amount paid by the insurance for drug expense rose up to 4 trillion won recently. Furthermore, the ratio of drug expenses in the total expenditure of the insurance reached about $25\%$, showing the tendency to be levelled off. As a measure to improve the financial deterioration of the insurance and to encourage generic substitution among the health professionals, we compared pharmacokinetic parameters of brand name drug (Lamisil) and generic drug (Muzonal) containing terbinafine HCl in healthy volunteers. The area under the curve (AUC) of the two drugs showed $2220.4\pm784.7\;and\;2143.1\pm861.6hr{\cdot}ng/ml$ in the corresponding order and no statistically significant difference was identified. The peak concentration $(C_{max})$ of the generic drug demonstrated $566.6\pm246.2 ng/ml$ compared to $550.8\pm204.0$ of brand name drug, which was not significantly different either. Time to reach peak concentration showed about 6 minutes difference between the drugs, which has no clinical significance to the treatment of dermatomycosis and dermatophytosis.

A new medical system was started in Korea in 2000 and pharmaceutical affairs law was revised in 2001. According to the revised law, generic substitution is permitted only to therapeutically equivalent generic product. Bioequivalence studies are usually used to demonstrate therapeutic equivalence between reference listed drugs and generic drugs. The issues that are recently heating up in Korea are to increase bioequivalent drug products and at the same time to ensure the credibility of the therapeutic equivalence of generic drugs. Sometimes food can change the bioavailability (BA) of a drug and influence the bioequivalence (BE) between test and reference products as well. Food effects on BA can have clinically significant consequences. Food can alter BA by various means including delaying gastric emptying, stimulating bile flow and changing gastointestinal pH. This paper provides the recently published Korean guideline on food-effect BA and fed BE studies.

In this study, we attempted to provide Korean names to the arctic vascular plants observed around the Dasan Korean Arctic Station and Longyearbyen in Spitsbergen Island, in the Arctic region. To obtain recognizable results, plants were named according to the following naming rules. (1) When Korean names already existed, those names were used. (2) When there was no Korean name for a plant species, a scientific name for the plant was translated into a Korean name. (3) If the meaning of the scientific name was unclear, an English common name was translated into Korean name. (4) If the scientific names had meaning to the Arctic inhabitation, the Korean names included the word 'Buk-geuk'. (5) If the distribution of the plant was limited to the Arctic area or the original species lived in the polar region, the Korean name included the word 'Buk-geuk'. (6) If the plant had no Korean generic name, a particular suffix '~a-jae-bi' was added to the closely related genus name of the plant species, or a new Korean genus name was used by translating a common English name. (7) If the same generic name had two or more Korean names, a generic name that better reflected the characteristics of the plant was selected. In this paper, we reported Korean names for 46 plants species belonging to 15 families and 28 genera. Eight plants had an existing Korean name and the other species were given new Korean names based on the criteria outlined above. We also made new Korean generic names for three genera, Braya, Micranthes and Cassiope.

In Augmented Reality, it needs restoration and tracking of a real-time scene structure for the augmented 3D model from input video or images. Most of the previous approaches construct accurate 3D models in advance and try to fit them in real-time. However, it is difficult to measure 3D model accurately and requires long pre-processing time to construct exact 3D model specifically. In this research, we suggest a real-time scene structure analysis method for the wide indoor mobile augmented reality, using only generic models without exact pre-constructed models. Our approach reduces cost and time by removing exact modeling process and demonstrates the method for restoration and tracking of the indoor repetitive scene structure such as corridors and stairways in different scales and details.

To the analysis and discussion whether to conceptualization between the basis and LCM(Life cycle management) of patentability decisions and evergreening through research on patent application strategies and litigation cases. The Stakeholders have said that the LCM and evergreening strategies are an innovative effort to develop new pharmaceuticals, while others say that it is an effort to block generic pharmaceuticals from entering the market and permanently dominate the market by generic pharmaceuticals manufacturers or health economic perspectives. To achieve the goal of research, to discuss for conceptualization LCM and Evergreening strategies through patent application strategies for 14 pharmaceuticals for APIs and case studies for litigations. As a results, the LCM is getting patent rights for the results of research at the initial R&D stage and as such this shall be regarded as part of an effort for technology innovation. However, Evergreening is granting patent rights for the results by making high permission barrier to prevent the market entry of generic pharmaceuticals in the late development period during the pharmaceuticals development process or after their launch. This may lead to the problem of getting weak in health economic aspects and consumer welfare aspects by lowering the market accessibility of cheap generic pharmaceuticals.
