  • The current era's focus is on the surge in real estate prices triggered by the global economic downturn. This study advocated STO-based dispersed investment for the MZ generation, who has less capital than earlier generations. Existing real estate investment methods were categorized into online, offline, and hybrid formats and the effectiveness of the suggested STO was given in this study through case analysis domestically and overseas. The entry of STO into the financial industry was positively proved, and the efficacy of blockchain technology was validated, through the investigation of the STO framework. The findings of this study are projected to revitalize the new real estate sector by actively supporting the access of the MZ generation into the current inflexible real estate investment market by the application of blockchain and reflecting MZ generation's investment propensity.

  • This is a descriptive research study to explore factors related to the perception of digital sex crimes among university students of the MZ generation in Korea. Data were collected by conducting a survey of 150 university students in Korea. As a result, the variable that showed the highest relevance to the recognition of digital sex crimes among MZ generation university students was sexual perception (β=-0.390, p<.001). Total explanatory power was 25.2% after adding gender (β=0.207, p=.018) and sexual attitude (β=0.157, p=.045). Our results suggest that customized education in consideration of factors related to digital sex crime perception is needed to form and improve a correct perception of digital sex crimes among MZ generation university students.

  • In this study, the difference in human body dimensions between the age groups of Generation M (27 to 39 years old) and Generation Z (20 to 26 years old) was analyzed. This study also analyzed if there was a change in the body shape of the MZ generation, who have different sensibilities from the "young people" of the past. In addition, major changes in human body dimensions were carefully analyzed and presented as basic data for clothing design. Therefore, a t-test was performed to verify the significant differences in the measurements of each age group. To examine the change in human body measurements according to the measurement year, the 7th and 8th size Korea data statistics were analyzed. The main required dimensions of clothing design were analyzed graphically for visual changes according to measurement year and age group. As a result of the analysis, Generation Z was found to have a difference in body shape from Generation M, and is generally smaller and slimmer with broader shoulders. In addition, the body shape change between the 7th and 8th measurement periods was significantly higher than the 8th measurement overall. Height has increased and back length has become shorter, resulting in a larger ratio of lower body length. In addition, the proportion of obesity abnormalities has increased. Therefore, since the dimensional system set from the past data can cause problems for the fitting of clothing for the MZ generation, it is necessary to design the clothing and reset the dimensional system making it suitable for the changed the body shape of the MZ generation.

  • Korea is facing a population cliff and a decline in the fertility rate, and the competition rate for recruiting officers in our military is rapidly decreasing every year. This situation is a serious problem in terms of national security and requires efforts to obtain excellent manpower. To this end, it is necessary to understand their occupational values through consideration of the MZ generation, which is the main recruitment target of the military, and to find diagnosis and solutions for each problem by closely analyzing the military's internal and external environment based on their understanding of soldiers as a job. Therefore, we diagnose the current situation in consideration of military specificity, examine the occupational values of the MZ generation, which is a resource for military officers recruitment. Since the subject of military officer acquisition is the MZ generation, efforts are needed to focus on occupational values of MZ generations.

In this study a survey was conducted on the purchase channel journey of 20 women in the MZ generation using the ethnographic method of in-depth interviews and observations. In the offline journey Gen Z began with their own intention to purchase, while Gen M sometimes recognized that purchasing fashion products necessary for work was a cumbersome task.

To this end, an academic information portal similar to ScienceON was investigated and analyzed, and FGI interviews were conducted with college students to derive improvements based on the problems ScienceON felt by college students. The improvement measures proposed based on the research results are as follows. First, it is necessary to strengthen the integrated search function and instill confidence that college students can obtain all the information they want from ScienceON. Second, it is necessary to have UIs such as Google and Naver, which are preferred by college students, and improve the current hard design. Third, it is necessary to make ScienceON familiar by promoting it targeting lower grades of the university. Currently, college students belong to the MZ generation, and the MZ generation is expected to become a generation that forms a social core in the future, and related research on the MZ generation is increasing. Therefore, this study can be used as basic data for research on MZ generation, and in particular, it seems that it can be used as a reference for the demand for information search and services of MZ generation.
