제로터의 가공 호브의 3차원 형상 자동 생성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Automatic Generation for 3-Dimensional Geometry of Gerotor and its Hob)

  • When designing a gerotor, designers determine basic dimensions of a gerotor with transmitted power considering strength, interference and so. on. But, designers can not easily obtain the tooth profile generated by dimensions as well as the geometry bob for cutting the tooth profile. In order to resolve these problems, an automatic design sys-tem creating not only the solid model of a gerotor but also that of the generating hob using the design parameters of dimen-sions is developed. Through the developed system, designers can improve the efficiency of design and satisfy the variable requirements of design as well. In this research, the three-dimensional solid models for gerotors are generated considering the design parameters. Besides, those for generating hob regarding the design parameters of hob is created automatically.

  • This paper deals with the generating characteristic analysis of permanent magnet (PM) machines with multi-pole rotor and 3-phase stator windings considering losses such as copper loss, iron loss and mechanical loss. First, using d-q transformation, dynamic equations of PM machines are established. And then, characteristic equations for losses, power and efficiency are also derived. On the basis of d-q dynamic equations and characteristic equations, dynamic simulation algorithm is achieved by the MATLAB/SIMULINK. The simulation results are validated extensively by finite element (FE) analyses.

  • Auto-synchonizer is important device to match the voltage, frequency, phase of the generating system to those factors of the transmission line, when the synchronous generator is operated. There were few or no incidents by Synchronization failure at Hapcheon hydraulic power plant, since it was built in 1989. but incidents by Synchronization failure have often happend lately. From now, let's improve the efficiency on the maintenance of generating equipment by studying about the cause and the method for this problem by comparing with the set point of each device of synchronizing system.

  • The consistency between a building information model(BIM) and drawings are very important and has a critical impact on the usage of BIM throughout the project life-cycle. The purpose of this study is to develop a checklist for the consistency check between BIM and drawings. In this research, requirements for drawings in the construction documentation phase were analyzed. In generating drawings based on BIM, a checklist can help practitioners confirm what to modify in the BIM model and what to modify in CAD drawings. Finally, it is expected that the work efficiency will be improved by reducing the unnecessary work by distinguishing the elements that can be extracted from the BIM model from the elements that requires additional works when generating BIM-based drawings.

  • This project studied a new generator utilizing the Seebeck effect. The major objective of this study was to prove the baseline concept through experimental studies. The important results from this study included design and fabrication of a laboratory scale generating system. The generating capacity of the TE-generator was 500Watt. The preliminary testing results showed the system efficiency of close to 20%. The experimental testing system has been built to include heating element, circulation pump and the instrumentation system included watt-hour meter, temperature sensor, and data acquisition system by the Hewlett-Packard 75000 Series.

  • This paper deals with the development of a variable-node element and its application to the adaptive h-version mesh refinement-recovery for the incompressible viscous flow analysis. The element which has variable mid-side nodes can be used in generating the transition zone between the refined and unrefined elements and efficiently used for construction of a refined mesh without generating distorted elements. A modified Gaussian quadrature is needed to evaluate the element matrices due to the discontinuity of derivatives of the shape functions used for the element. The penalty function method which can reduce the number of independent variables is adopted for the purpose of computational efficiency and the selective reduced integration is carried out for the convection and pressure terms to preserve the stability of solution. For the economical analysis of transient problems, not only the mesh refinement but also the mesh recovery is needed. The numerical examples show that the optimal mesh for the finite element analysis of a wind around the structures can be obtained automatically by the proposed scheme.

  • 가스터빈을 이용하는 발전시스템 중에서 발전용량이 300kW 이하인 시스템을 마이크로터빈 발전 시스템이라 하며, 가스터빈에서 배출되는 폐열을 활용하여 열효율을 극대화시킨 것이 열병합발전 시스템이다. 마이크로터빈 열병합발전 시스템은 소형이면서 발전 및 열효울이 높고, 환경친화적인 제품 특성을 갖고 있으며, 또한 기존에 주로 사용되고 있는 천연가스 및 액체 연료 뿐만 아니라 유정이나 쓰레기 매립장 등에서 버려지는 낮은 품질의 가스도 연료로 사용할 수 있도록 하여 에너지 활용도를 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내에서 개발중인 65kW급 마이크로터빈 열병합발전 시스템을 소개하고 현재까지의 개발현황을 정리하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터적으로 생성하는 집적영상 시스템에서 룩업테이블(Look-up Table)을 사용해서 요소영상 배열을 효과적으로 생성하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 알고리즘은 물체의 점이 픽업 면에 투영되는 위치를 찾기 위해서 x와 y의 투영 점에 대해서 서로 독립적인 룩업테이블을 작성하고 이를 사용해서 요소영상 배열을 생성하는 계산 속도를 개선하였다. 제안된 알고리즘과 기존 알고리즘들의 계산 시간을 실험을 통해서 비교한 결과 제안 된 알고리즘이 더 효율적임을 증명하였다.

  • When an excessive voltage is applied to the discharge gap in ozone generator, the discharge room temperature becomes higher. As is well own, the efficiency of the ozone generation is deteriorated by the excessively hot temperature because of the decomposition reaction. In this paper, the simple small capacity ozone generating controller has been introduced, which provides effective and stable silent discharge characteristics over wide range input power. The proposed power controller has two important advantages, which imply that the production rate of ozone can be controlled linearly according to the delivered power and the surplus energy is recovered to the source. The experimental results are given to verify the performance of the pre proposed controller.
