There is increasing use of common commercial operation system and standard PCs to control industrial production systems, and cyber security threat for industrial facilities have emerged as a serious problem. Now these network connected ICS(Industrial Control Systems) stand vulnerable to the same threats that the enterprise information systems have faced and they are exposed to malicious attacks. In particular Stuxnet is a computer worm targeting a specific industrial control system, such as a gas pipeline or power plant and in theory, being able to cause physical damage. In this paper we present an overview of the general configuration and cyber security threats of a SCADA and investigate the attack tree analysis to identify and assess security vulnerabilities in SCADA for the purpose of response to cyber attacks in advance.

Objective: This study aims to analyze occupational accidents of moving helpers by work place type which means the type of residence where moving operation is done. Background: Most efforts have been focused on the industry base comprising various occupational spectrum and provided industry general preventative policies. But occupation specific policies are required for the workers involved and will reduce the occurrences of occupational accidents for the workers subject to similar working environment and process. Method: This study analyzes 208 non-motor vehicle collision related occupational accidents of moving helpers working for used household and office goods moving industry occurring from 2010 to 2012. Accident Type, agencies, event or exposure, parts of body affected are characterized by work places according to the work environment. Results: Accidents characteristics showed the difference between high-rise type and low-rise type on the size of enterprise, age, gender and work experience of the injured. Also the accident type, source of accident and parts of body affected are different between the two work place types. Finally, Accidents occurred on the specific operational processes of moving service also showed different characteristic between the two types. Conclusion and Application: The findings of accident characteristics according to workplace types and operational process of moving service can be used as baseline data for establishing systemized preventative policies for occupational accidents of moving helpers.

The construction market became generally opened to overseas and the domestic construction industry has competed with the international construction enterprise of which technical knowledge is superior. In order to compete with the international construction companies, domestic construction industry needs more continuous promotions on the research and development for improving the level of technique of the construction engineering to meet the international norm. This study aims to suggest the better standards of engineering output such as drawings and specifications to correspond the changing integration system and bidding system in preparation for growing international competition. The study starts with comparison and analyses of domestic and international methods and standards for preparing design drawings. And it continues to delve into actual drawing preparation practices, especially focusing on the ones for road and subway construction. Finally, the study presents a better way of the standardization of the main drawings such as general plan, longitudinal drawing, cross section, structural drawings and temporary structure for new bidding systems of historical cost estimation and whole specification tender and for promotion of international competitiveness.

International book fairs are business enterprise to promote and facilitate international trade of copyright. National reading improvement policies, on the other hand, are supposed to be made to maximize the role of national and regional libraries, not just to boost publication industry. However, Korean government authorities of the reading improvement policies and the Organizing Committee of the Seoul International Book Fair have mapped out and, in effect, carried out their plans as if reading improvement policies are closely related to hosting international book fairs. It is important to realize that hosting book fair has pecuniary motives while making policies for reading improvement must be feared toward the betterment of the general public by reading. In this respect, this study has attempted to point out the problems of the Seoul International Book Fair that are regarded as to relate to reading improvement.

In this paper, we describe the design and implementation of ObjectPeerWork, which is a framework for the development of shared object model-based P2P(Peer-to-Peer) applications. The shared object model can prevent the computing power decrease on the way of resource management by incorporating the resource management function into resources themselves, and raise reliability on shared resources by improving the security problems. Also this model assures expandability by means of distributed component-based request broker manager and module container. The ObjectPeerWork based on this shared object model is a framework which makes the implementation of the enterprise information system possible, and makes distribution of the computing power and efficient resource management possible by improving the weakness in the general P2P model.

The researches on corporate social responsibility(CSR) focused mostly on its effects on financial performance or consumer's behavior. However relatively few studies have dealt with employee's attitude towards CSR. The purpose of this study is to analyze determinants of hospital employee's attitude towards CSR. The data were collected from 163 employees at a general hospital in Gyeonggi-do from June 18 to July 18 in 2012. For the statistical analysis of data, t-test, ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were implemented. The result of hierarchical multiple regression analysis shows that first, perceived management support and direct benefits were positively related to the attitude towards the acceptance of CSR while interruption of work was negatively related. Second, as interruption of work was controlled, the statistically significant relationship between clinical department and attitude towards the acceptance of CSR was disappeared. In order to accommodate CSR in hospitals, first, the enterprise-wide support is more effective rather than expecting the action of each employee. Second, hospitals should provide the education about CSR to let employees expect direct benefits such as improving of their moral sense. Third, the burden of work causing interruption needs to be managed to cause employees to accept CSR.

This research aims to evaluate the current state of technology of enterprises in Vietnam in comparison with several countries in the AEC economic community, thereby to propose several recommendations to Vietnamese enterprises in order able to promote technology innovation activities, create competitiveness with enterprises in the region. Qualitative research methods are used through statistics and comparative descriptions from data collected from various sources: WEF, World Bank, CIEM, General Statistic Office. The study results show that Vietnamese enterprises still have many limitations in technology, originated from their small business scale (capital and labor), the current research capacity is still low, the funding for this activity is not high and the accessibility of the capital is still difficult. According to the Global Competitiveness Index, Vietnam's science and technology indexes are low compared to other AEC-developed countries including the availability of the latest technology; the acquisition of technology at the enterprise level; the capacity of improvement; quality of scientific research organizations..., which shall be a major barrier for Vietnamese enterprises to have to overcome to be able to create the competitiveness when entering the global market. From then on, the authors proposed solutions for two subjects, enterprises and government, to help Vietnamese enterprises to overcome this barrier.

According to the rapid evolution of information technology, the salesperson's business efficiency and faster information sharing within the enterprise that need to improve competitiveness has been increasing steadily. In general, many companies has been managed the sales through the ERP system. However, the ERP informations as a result of operating activities can not perform customer maintenance activities from strategic planning. Therefore, a series of sales activities information as corporate intellectual assets is needed strategic business solutions for managing it. In this study, the web-based SFA systems were designed for salesperson. Salespersons improve the efficiency of the business through management and improvement activities of sales information. The systematic customer information management contribute to improving the company's revenue through improved customer service satisfaction.

This research is a case study that focuses on how conglomerate illegality and corresponding penalty affects corporate performance and strategy. The research aims to provide base information for policy-makers as well as the general public about the corporate environment. The analysis results can be summarized as follows. First, profitability is represented as an M-curve. Profitability falls from indictment to the final pronouncement of the corporate head and increases upon his or her return. The result suggests that the absence of a corporate head could result in low profitability as the firm is exposed to owner risk. Secondly, significant effects on investment were not found. Investment showed a continuous increase from indictment to final judgment. This could have resulted from investment decisions made prior to the indictment, which are generally long-term. Meanwhile, the rate at which investments rose for core subsidiaries were lower, which makes it reasonable to suspect dwindling executive capacity due to the absence of a corporate head. Thirdly, employment showed a slight increase, but the rate was found to be greater during the periods following the final judgment. From a political perspective, this increase can be inferred from a give-and-take tradeoff between corporate employment and the pardon of the corporate head.
