풍하중에 의한 타원형 구조물의 진동 제어 (Vibration Control of Tower Structure under Wind Load)

  • The present parer outlines the system identification and vibration control performance of air traffic control tower of Yangyang international airport with tuned mass damper(TMD). From the free vibration test, natural frequency, damping ratio and mode shape of tower are obtained and these values are compared with the values from numerical analysis. In the vibration control test to evaluate the vibration control performance, equivalent damping ratio increased by tuned mass damper are obtained in case the TMD is operated as passive mode. Damping ratio of tower evaluated from free vibration test is about $1.0{\%}$. It is very low value than damping ratio recommended in general code. Damping ratio of passive mode is about $5{\%}$. These equivalent damping ratio increased by TMD is enough to enhance the serviceability of tower structure under wind load.

  • The hydraulic couplings have been widely used in industries, automobile, and power-station drives including ships. A mathematical analysis by which the design and application of hydraulic couplings are made is used in conventional design formulae and general roto-dynamic theories. The fluid flow of hydraulic couplings can be considered to have two component, one circumferentially about the coupling axis, and the other passing fluid from the pump to the turbine in the plane of the coupling axis. Tests have been carried out on the full-scale production coupling. The performance test consists of taking measurement of torque of the fluid coupling for three different amount of working fluid inside with various loads to the output shaft. The purpose of this research is to construct the experimental test equipments and to establish a series of performance test for the domestically developed hydraulic couplings, and to obtain experimental results which can be used to improve the performance of the hydraulic coupling and to solve the practical problems confronted in operation.

간호사의 골다공증 지식, 건강행위 자기효능감이 골다공증 예방간호수행에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Nurses' Osteoporosis Knowledge and Health Behavior Self-efficacy on Preventive Nursing Performance for Osteoporosis)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the influence of osteoporosis knowledge and health behavior self-efficacy on preventive nursing performance for osteoporosis. Methods: The participants of this study were 150 nurses working in 4 general hospitals. The data were collected during October 2019 using written questionnaires. General characteristics, osteoporosis knowledge, health behavior self-efficacy, and preventive nursing performance for osteoporosis were analyzed using means and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis. Results: As a result of multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting preventive nursing performance included osteoporosis prevention education (β=.16, p=.034) and health behavior self-efficacy (β=.51, p<.001). The explanatory power of the model was 31.5%(F=10.94, p<.001). Conclusion: It was found that the experiences of osteoporosis prevention education and health behavior self-efficacy influenced preventive nursing performance for osteoporosis.

레이다처리장치 시험장비의 데이터 처리방안 (Data Processing Method of Radar Processor Unit Test Equipment)

  • To develop and check a Radar Processor Unit, checking the function and performance of the requirement is very important factor in developing Radar. General methods for verifying the Radar is simulation test, environment linkage test and field operation test, firstly, in case of requirement analysis phase, verify Radar algorithm and design by using mathematical method based simulation test method, and secondly, in case of unit test and integrated test phase, Test Equipment is set to simulate radar environment in the lab to verify radar function and performance. Lastly, field operation test phase is carried out to confirm the function and performance after it is mounted on the actual equipment. To successfully develop Radar Processor Unit, using the method of field operation test method after sufficient test cases are tested in radar environmental interlocking method in order to save cost and testing period and because of this reason, development of the Radar Processor Unit Test Equipment is becoming very important factor. In this paper, we introduce the concept of test equipment development and important factors in test equipment, which are target simulation, data processing and device interlocking.

종합병원 간호사의 감정노동, 직무스트레스 및 회복탄력성이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향요인 (The Effect of Nursing performance, Job stress and Resilience on Nursing Performance of Nurses in General Hospital)

  • 본 연구는 종합병원 간호사의 감정노동, 직무스트레스와 간호업무성과 정도를 살펴보고 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 G 광역시에 소재한 200~400병상 규모의 종합병원 2곳에 근무하는 간호사 132명이었고 자료수집 기간은 2019년 8월 20일부터 9월 2일까지였으며 본 연구자가 직접 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient 및 Multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향요인은 회복탄력성(β=0.58, p<.001), 현 직위가 수간호사인 경우(β=0.21, p<.01), 현 근무지경력(β=0.18, p<.05)이었다. 또한, 추정된 회귀모형의 적합도에 대한 F통계량은 30.901(p<.001)으로 매우 유의하였고, 설명력은 42.4%인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과, 종합병원 간호사의 간호업무성과에 회복탄력성이 가장 큰 영향요인으로 확인되었고, 수간호사일수록, 현 근무지경력이 많을수록 간호업무성과가 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 연구결과를 토대로 간호업무성과를 향상시키기 위한 방안을 모색하고 이에 대한 중재프로그램을 개발하는 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

Conditional Signed-Rank Test for the Tree Alternatives in the Randomized Block Design

  • We introduce a new conditional signed-rank test for the tree alternatives comparing several treatments with a control in the randomized block design. We demonstrate its performance by comparing with 3 classes of signed-rank tests proposed by Park et al.(1991) in some general situations. In most cases the proposed procedure is simpler to compute and has better power than others.

A simple method of stiffness matrix formulation based on single element test

  • A previously proposed finite element formulation method is refined and modified to generate a new type of elements. The method is based on selecting a set of general solution modes for element formulation. The constant strain modes and higher order modes are selected and the formulation method is designed to ensure that the element will pass the basic single element test, which in turn ensures the passage of the basic patch test. If the element is to pass the higher order patch test also, the element stiffness matrix is in general asymmetric. The element stiffness matrix depends only on a nodal displacement matrix and a nodal force matrix. A symmetric stiffness matrix can be obtained by either modifying the nodal displacement matrix or the nodal force matrix. It is shown that both modifications lead to the same new element, which is demonstrated through numerical examples to be more robust than an assumed stress hybrid element in plane stress application. The method of formulation can also be used to arrive at the conforming displacement and hybrid stress formulations. The convergence of the latter two is explained from the point of view of the proposed method.

고속철도 교량 신축이음장치의 내구성 실험 (Durability Test for the Expansion Joint of High-Speed Railway Bridge)

  • To absorb the deformation of live load, thermal gradient, shrinkage and creep in bridge structures and general structures, expansion joint has to be established. Especially expansion joint for high-speed railway bridge has to accomodate the static and dynamic forces and it not only has the durability of itself but also maintain the durability of structure by preventing the leakage of water. The actual used product of expansion joint for high-speed railway bridge is only ones made in France, Germany and Japan. In this study, the development process and test results of developed expansion joint are introduced which has the functional operation and durability enough to apply to high-speed railway bridges, roadway bridges and general structures. The tests consist of fatigue-durability test of 3 million times by high-speed rail load, leakage test and jack-up test for verifying the possibility of exchanging it. The performance of developed expansion joint satisfy the specification of Korea High Speed Rail Construction authority.

일반 환경에서 마스터-슬레이브 기반 전력선 통신 모뎀의 성능 시험 및 분석 (Performance Test and Analysis of Master-Slave Based PLC Modem in General Building)

  • 본 논문에서는 국내에서 개발된 마스터-슬레이브 기반의 10Mbps급 전력선 통신 모뎀을 전력선 통신 시범 서비스 대상의 일반 가정에 설치한 다음 전력선 통신의 네트워크 성능 및 멀티미디어 수용 능력을 측정하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 위한 테스트베드는 하나의 마스터 모뎀과 3개의 슬레이브 모뎀으로 구성되며, 이들 간에 RFC 2544에서 규정한 처리율, 지연시간, 그리고 프레임 손실율을 측정하였으며, 아울러 RFC 2285에서 규정하고 있는 일대다 및 다대일의 처리율 시험을 실시하였다. 성능 시험 및 분석 결과 여러 노이즈 소스가 있는 일반 가정에서 전력선 통신모뎀의 성능은 대체적으로 단위 프레임의 크기가 클수록, 전송 속도가 느릴수록 좋은 성능을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 성능 분석 결과는 노이즈 소스가 통제된 환경에서의 성능 분석 결과와 비교하여 노이즈 소스가 실제 성능에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 파악하는 용도로 사용될 수 있다.

간호사의 멘토링 기능과 조직시민행동이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Nurses' Mentoring Function and Organizational Citizen Behavior on Nursing Performance)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 멘토링 기능과 조직시민행동이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 B광역시에 소재하는 1개의 대학병원과 2개의 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사 163명을 대상자로 하였다. 자료수집은 자가보고식 설문지를 사용하여 2015년 12월 2일부터 12월 30일까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0프로그램을 사용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 일반적 특성 중 직위가 간호업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인임이 확인되었고(${\beta}=.24$, p<.001), 멘토링 기능의 하위요인 중 경력개발기능(${\beta}=-.22$, p=.008)과 역할모델기능(${\beta}=.31$, p=.001)이 간호업무성과에 영향을 주는 요인으로 확인되었다. 또한 조직시민행동의 하위요인 중 이타주의적 행동(${\beta}=.46$, p<.001)과 예의바른 행동(${\beta}=.12$, p=.047)이 간호업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 간호사의 업무성과 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공했다는데 의의가 있다.
