  • This study aims to examine the operation of a free semester system geared towards meeting education user needs by researching on youth training activities, a method of fostering talents to be equipped with the 21st-century society-required creativity, innovation ability, cooperation spirit and leadership, communication ability, problem-solving power, and venturing spirit, among other key capabilities. Thus, targeting seven public and private youth training facilities in Jeollanam-do, user satisfaction with ongoing youth training activities and achievement levels were surveyed so that problems of training facilities could be identified and improvement measures could be presented so as to ensure education that can satisfy both education providers and users.

사이드 밀링 커터를 이용한 워엄 스크루 가공에서 공구 런아웃이 표면조도에 미치는 영향분석 (Investigation of Surface Roughness Characteristics according to Tool Runout Variations in Side Milling Cutter for Worm Screw)

  • A worm screw is widely used in a geared motor unit for motion conversion from rotation to linear motion. For mass production of a high quality worm, the current roll forming process is substituted with the milling cutter process. Since the milling cutter process enables the integration of all machining operations of worm manufacturing on a CNC(Computer Numerical Control) lathe, productivity can be remarkably improved. The tooling system for side milling cutter on the CNC lathe to improve machinability is developed. However, the runout of spindle and cutting tips are important factors to be considered for producing high quality worms because the tooling system has multiple tips. In this study, surface roughness variations accuracy according to runout was investigated in side milling cutter for worm screw. The result shows by simulation and experiment.

구형 인볼류트 베벨기어쌍의 각속도비에 관한 해석적 연구 (An Analytical Investigation on the Ratio of Angular Velocity in Spherical Involute Bevel Gearsets)

  • The kinematical relationship of bevel gearsets lies at the root of the gear design. As the demand on precision bevel gears is increased in the related industries, the kinematic analysis of a pair of sperical involute bevel gears needs to be exactly evaluated for the computer aided design. Pitch cone angles of bevel gearsets have been calculated under the assumption that the geared system is equivalent to a coned roller system without slipping. But this kinematical model involves some errors in the value of the ratio of angular velocity. In this paper, the ratio of the angular velocity is exactly derived, based on the perfect involute tooth surface. Four nonlinear equations representing the kinematical relationships are numerically solved to obtain the pitch and base cone angles. The ratios of angular volocities according to pressure and shaft angles are calculated and compared with those of the approximate gear model.

동양의 시각에서 본 학습조직의 재해석 (Reinterpretation of the Learning Organization from the Oriental Perspectives)

  • With emphasis on the importance of systems thinking for the establishment of learning organization, Senge in his famous book "The Fifth Discipline", explains in depth four disciplines such as personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, team learning, which are all geared up to the implementation of learning organization. However, two critical pitfalls are found: First, a holistic picture is absent in his presentation of learning organization, which just seems like a puzzle with linking pieces missing between disciplines. Secondly, as is often the case too much details are discussed in expense of insights on each discipline. This paper thus attempts to draw core metaphysical insights underlying Senge's learning organization disciplines by reinterpreting them from oriental perspectives; and to identify mechanisms depicting how they are working together as a whole, which is enabled by exploiting causal loop diagrams as a tool of systems thinking. In addition some thoughts on the implications of systems thinking on each of the learning organization disciplines.

진동 저감을 위한 치차감속기 설계에 대한 연구 (An Investigation on Design of the Gear Reductioner for the Vibration Suppression)

  • The mathematical model of the gear reductioner which consists which consists of the geared rotor-bearing system containing case is developed, assuming as the lumped parameter system. Constraints for vibration suppresion as well as strength of gear teeth, and shaft and kinematic conditions in gear pairs are considered. To find the design parameters satisfing the proposed constraints, a direct search method modified by the technique of Taguchi's experimental scheduling is used. One and two stepped gear reductioners are designed so that the criticl speeds due to the gear transmission error are moved out of the operating speed range.

  • 모터가 회전할 때 감속기에 연결되어 있는 구동부의 부하나 구동부의 상태변화에 따라 모터의 토크, 회전수 등이 함께 변한다. 역으로 모터의 토크, 회전수 등을 측정하면 부하의 변동이나 구동부의 상태를 감시 할 수 있다. 이를 위해 스트레인게이지와 브릿지회로를 이용한 토크측정방법이 가장 일반적인데 이것은 접촉식 방법이어서 회전 속도와 사용시간에 따른 수명을 가진다. 그래서 이 방법을 이용한 시스템은 부품의 일부 또는 전체를 교체하는 유지보수론 필요로 하게 된다. 그리고 이러한 장비는 크기가 크고 고가이며 계측기를 연결하고 측정하는 과정이 매우 번거롭다. 본 논문에서 우리는 홀 이펙터 센서를 이용하여 토크와 회전수를 측정하는 비 접촉식 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 홀 센서를 유성기어에 부착하고 이를 이용한 기어드 모터와 모니터링 시스템을 제작하였다. 모니터링 시스템은 측정 데이터(토크, 회전수)와 연산되어진 데이터(전달 동력)를 화면표시하며 블루투스 통신 프로토콜을 이용한 네트워킹 기능을 가진다. 제안된 방법은 기존방법에 비해 매우 저렴한 방법이고 토크와 회전수를 측정하는 매우 간단한 방법이다.

  • 다단 기어연쇄, 베어링, 축, 로터로 구성되는 함포용 synchro system의 구동장치를 개발하기 위하여, AGMA규격에 의한 기어 굽힘강도, 면압강도해석, 기어치형설계를 포함한 정적설계를 수행하였다. 또한 전달행렬법을 효과적으로 적용시킬 수 있는 Hibner's branch법과 자유도가 큰 경우에도 계산 오차 없이 고유특성치를 빠뜨리지 않고 산출할 수 있는 ${\lambda}$-matrix법을 도입하여 함포용 Synchro system의 좌우 선회용과 상하 고각형의 위험속도 해석 및 평가를 하였고, 운전속도 범위 내에 위험속도가 존재하지 않았다.

  • Ever since the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) established the ISO 9000 Family standard in 1987, many countries have selected this as their national standard and have provided support for its implementation and conducted assessment activities on the results of its implementation. Likewise, certification assessment was first begun in Korea in 1994, with the result that over 7,600 certificates have been issued to domestic enterprises during the past 5 years or so. This is significant not only in the remarkable growth rate in terms of quantity but also in the fact that it has made possible the establishment of a quality system that meets international standards among Korean enterprises. In this article, it will briefly introduce the establishment and certification of the ISO quality system for those organizations that are complying with the quality system as a part of the process of strengthening their quality competitiveness. For those organizations that have already established the quality system and implemented it for years, we will show the direction for continuous quality improvement in order for these organizations not only to fulfill the requirements but to maintain the superiority of the quality system and their management quality. In addition, it will show what preparations are necessary for organizations and certification bodies in order to expand a manufacturing process-oriented quality system to one that is geared to the total management quality.

낙농의 자동화 시스템 구성 I - 체온 감지 온도센서의 선정 - (The Design of an Automatic System for Dairy Cattle Breeding I - The Choice of Temperature Sensor for Body Temperature Measuring -)

  • In this paper the automatic system for dairy cattle has been desisted such as body temperature measuring unit, feed supplying unit and temperature control unit. Since e disease is strongly related to the body temperature of cattle, early detection of the abnormal temperature would prevent the severe problems which nay occur in dairy farms. An electronic component AD590J is used as temperature sensor for the system, The device is highly robust against the noise since the output signal is the current so it can be applied to a long distance sensing The resolution of signal is 0.1$^{\circ}C$ and the current is 10㎷ Also 12-bit A/D converter is desisted fir interfacing the sensor with a one-chip microprocessor. A temperature measuring experiment using the developed system has been done for measuring the temperature of human beings and the system was proven to be useful for measuring the body temperature of dairy cattle properly. A geared AC motor is used for the feed supplying unit The heater and fm are used as temperature control unit. The feed supplying unit and temperature control unit are well operating in the laboratory experiment.

  • Most of existing wind turbine system is used with geared type; however, this type has lots of problems which are noisy, weight, maintenance and so on. In this paper, wind turbine system with fluid torque converter applied to solve these problems. In case of the proposed wind turbine system, it is possible to transmit torque to adaptable distance. So various sets including generator, inverter and auxiliary motor move from the nacelle to the ground. As a result, Total weight in Nacelle can be decreased. however, the efficiency can be decreased with fluid torque system. We also applied auxiliary motor to fluid torque system. So, we also realized rated revolutions and rated output windturbine and could get considerable good data.
