수종 상아질 접착제의 상아질과의 접합양상에 관한 주사 전자현미경적 연구 (ADAPTATION OF COMPOSITE RESIN TO DENTINAL WALL USING DENTIN BONDING AGENTS)

  • This study was executed to evaluate adaptability of dentin bonding agents to dentinal wall with measuring contraction gap on interface between cavity wall and composite resin by SEM study. 6 kinds of dentin bonding agents were investigated for this study : Gluma, Super Bond C & B, All bond 2, Scotchbond multipurpose, Scotchbond 2 and Clearfil photo bond. 30 of fresh extracted teeth were randomly selected and divided into 6 groups with each 5. The round shaped cavities with 3mm dia. and 1.5mm depth were prepared on cementoenamel junction of buccal surface of teeth. Dentin bonding agents were applied to cavity wall and then the composite resin was filled in the cavity. Specimens were sectioned longitudinally on buccal surface. Sectioned aspects of specimens were impressioned with rubber base materials and finally precise replica were made of epoxy resin poured in negative impression. Contraction gaps were examined on interface between cavity wall and composite resin under condition of 200 and 2000 magnification of SEM. The results were as follows. 1. There were no gap on interface between enamel and composite resin in all specimens, but gaps were mainly exhibited on apical side of lateral wall of dentin of cavity. 2. In Gluma, 2 cases of 5 specimens exhibited excellent adaptation to the cavity wall, indicating no gaps on interface between cavity wall and composite resin. The other specimens showed gaps with range of $0{\sim}15{\mu}m$ width. 3. In Super Bond C & B, gaps with range of $0{\sim}10{\mu}m$ width were mainly exhibited on apical side of lateral wall of dentin of cavity. 4. In All bond 2, all specimens showed the most exellent adaptation to cavity wall when compared to the other materials, indicating no gap interface between cavity wall and composite resin. 5. In Scotchbond multipurpose, gaps with range of $0{\sim}10{\mu}m$ width were locally located on cavity wall. 6. In Scotchbond 2, all specimens showed great amount of gap with range of $5{\sim}25{\mu}m$, indicating the worst adaptation to cavity wall compared to the other materials. 7. In Clearfil photo bond, 2 case of 5 specimens exhibited exellent adaptation to cavity wall, indicating no gap. the other specimens showed gap with range of $0{\sim}15{\mu}m$ width on inferface between cavity wall and composite resin.

인장웨브재 형태에 따른 각형강관 갭K형 접합부의 거동 비교 (Comparison on the Behavior according to Shapes of Tension Web member in gap K-joints in Cold-formed Square Hollow Sections)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 트러스 인장웨브재의 형상이 정방형 각형강관인 기존 연구(강관웨브형)와 고장력 강봉을 인장웨브재로 사용하기 위해 연결플레이트를 가지는(강봉웨브형) 냉간성형 각형강관 갭 K형 접합부의 거동 비교를 통하여 고장력 강봉 사용의 적정성을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 주관폭두께비가 33.3으로 동일한 강관웨브형 실험체 4개와 강봉웨브형 실험체 8개의 최대내력, 파괴모드, 초기강성, 연성율 등을 비교하였다. 비교 결과, 접합부의 내력은 강관웨브형에서는 압축지관의 선행파괴로 결정되었으며, 강봉웨브형에서는 인장측의 선행파괴로 결정되었다. 무차원화 내력은 동일 폭비에서 강관웨브형이 높게 나타났으며, 폭비 증가에 따른 내력증가현상도 강관웨브형에서 뚜렷하게 나타나고, 강봉웨브형은 일정한 경향이 나타나지 않은 반면에 인장과 압축폭비로 나누어 살펴보면 인장폭비 증가에 따라서는 선형적인 증가현상이 나타남을 알았다. 파괴모드는 강관웨브형의 경우에는 압축지관의 미소 국부좌굴과 인장웨브와 주관 접합면의 소성파괴가 나타났고, 강봉웨브형의 경우는 주관플랜지면 소성변형 후 연결플레이트 용접부위의 파단이 나타났다. 따라서, 강봉웨브형에서 연결 플레이트를 갖는 갭K형 접합부의 경우에는 강관웨브형에 비해 주관의 폭두께비를 낮게 할 필요가 있으며, 폭비도 인장지관과 압축지관과의 관계를 고려하여 결정하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

전산유체역학을 이용한 Fischer-Tropsch 마이크로채널 반응기 반응채널구조에 따른 열적 효과 분석 (Analysis on Thermal Effects of Process Channel Geometry for Microchannel Fischer-Tropsch Reactor Using Computational Fluid Dynamics)

  • 본 연구에서는 전산유체역학(CFD)을 이용하여 마이크로채널 내부의 Fischer-Tropsch(FT) 반응을 모사하였고, 나아가 반응채널의 너비와 높이, 냉각채널과의 거리 그리고 채널 사이 간격을 변수로 두고 채널 내부 온도에 대해 민감도 분석을 수행하였다. 마이크로채널 반응기는 채널 간의 열교환을 고려하기 위한 5개의 반응채널과 냉각채널을 대신한 냉각면으로 이루어져 있으며 채널의 높이와 너비를 포함한 변수들의 길이는 0.5 mm ~ 5.0 mm 범위에서 설정하였다. 반응물로는 $H_2$와 CO의 혼합기체($H_2/CO$ molar ratio=2)를 사용하였으며 반응기의 운전 조건은 $GHSV=10000h^{-1}$, 압력 20 bar와 온도 483 K($210^{\circ}C$)이다. 민감도 분석의 결과로 반응채널 내부의 최대 온도는 채널의 높이에 비례하며 너비에 대해서는 특정 길이 이상에서 영향을 받지 않는 것을 확인하였으며 이 중에 냉각채널과의 거리와 채널 사이 간격은 채널 내부 온도에 거의 영향을 미치지 않았다. 따라서 채널 레이아웃에서 반응채널의 높이는 짧을수록(약 2 mm 이하), 너비는 길수록(약 4 mm 이상) 열제거뿐만 아니라 생산량 측면에서 이득을 얻을 수 있었다.

Forces and flow around three side-by-side square cylinders

  • A numerical investigation on forces and flow around three square cylinders in side-by-side arrangement is conducted at a Reynolds number Re = 150 with the cylinder center-to-center spacing ratio L/W = 1.1 ~ 9.0, where W is the cylinder side width. The flowat this Re is assumed to be two-dimensional, incompressible, and Newtonian. The flow simulation is conducted by using ANSYS-Fluent. The flow around the three side-by-side cylinders entails some novel flow physics, involving the interaction between the gap and free-stream side flows as well as that between the two gap flows. An increase in L/W from 1.1 to 9.0 leads to five distinct flow regimes, viz., base-bleed flow (L/W < 1.4), flip-flopping flow (1.4 < L/W < 2.1), symmetrically biased beat flow (2.1 < L/W < 2.6), non-biased beat flow (2.6 < L/W < 7.25) and weak interaction flow (7.25 < L/W < 9.0). The gap flow behaviors, time-averaged and fluctuating fluid forces, time-averaged pressure, recirculation bubble, formation length, and wake width in each flow regime are discussed in detail.

CAD/CAM 와이어 방전가공의 가공확대여유에 관한 연구 (A Study on Discharge Gap in CAD/CAM Wire Electric Discharge Machining)

  • In precision wire electrode discharge machining by CAD/CAM, it is the most important problem on machining method to determine the wire electrode offset amout from the accurate calculation of discharge gap in order to increase the machining accuracy, after fixing the main machining conditions such as machining speed, wire tension, coolant conductivity, gap vlotage. The present study shows the relationships between discharge gap and main machining conditions by means of a series of experiment concerned with the gap using the workpiece of STD 11, and suggests the experimental eguation to calculate the accurate wire electrode offset amount under the given machining conditions for spot workers.

상전도 흡입식 자기부상열차에서 공극처리방식에 대한연구 (A study on gap treatment in EMS type Maglev)

  • Maglev using EMS becomes unstable by unexpected big air-gap disturbance. The main causes of the unexpected air-gap disturbance are step-wise rail joint and large distance between rail splices. For the stable operation of the Maglev, the conventional system uses the threshold method, which selects one gap sensor among two gap sensors installed on the magnet to read the gap between magnet and guide rail. But the threshold method with a wide bandwidth makes the discontinuous air-gap signal at the rail joints because of the offset in air gap sensors and/or the step-wise rail joins. Further more, in the case of the one with a narrow bend-width, it makes Maglev system unstable because of frequent alternation. In this paper, a new method using fuzzy rule to reduce air-gap disturbances proposed to improve the stability of Maglev system. It treats the air-gap signal from dual gap sensors effectively to make continuous signal without air gap disturbance. Simulation and experiment results proved that the proposed scheme was effective to reduce air-gap disturbance from dual gap sensors in rail joints.

  • Surface roughness measurement system with capacitance type gap sensor. Tentative result from the calibration measurement showed the potential applicability of the sensor to the processed specimen. In order to test the sensitivity of the measurement system, several parameters including valley depth, width of the specimen have been changed. Effect of the charge area between sensor and specimen surface has been also analyzed.

  • The stencil is a thin stainless sheet in which a pattern is formed, which is placed on a surface of plate to reproduce the pattern of electric circuit. Conventionally the stencil has been produced by etching process. This process has many anti-environmental factors. In this study, Nd : YAG laser cutting process has been applied for stencil manufacturing. The study is focused on estimating kerf width of laser cut stencil by E.B.P.(Error Back-Propagation). This algorithm is good for estimating target value from input value. In this paper, target value was kerf width, and input values were frequency, pulse width, cutting speed and laser power. E.B.P. after teaming input and target could estimate kerf width from some variables precisely.

A Study of the Flow Phenomenon of Water in a Channel with Flat Plate Obstruction Geometry at the Entry

  • The flow in a parallel walled test channel, when obstructed with a geometry at the entrance, can be forward, reverse and stagnant depending on the position of the obstruction. This interesting flow phenomenon has potential benefit in the control of energy and various flows in the process industry In this experiment, the flat plate obstruction geometry was used as an obstruction at the entry of the test channel. The parameters that influence the flow inside and around the test channel were the gap (g) between the test channel and the obstruction geometry, the length (L) of the test channel and the Reynolds number (Re). The effect of the gap to channel width ratio (g/w) on the magnitude of the velocity ratio (V$\_$i/ / V$\_$o/ : velocity inside/ velocity outside the test channel) was investigated for a range of Reynolds numbers. The maximum reverse flow observed was nearly 20% to 60% of the outside velocity for Reynolds number ranging from 1000 to 9000 at g/w ratio of 1.5. The maximum forward velocity inside the test channel was found 80% of the outside velocity at higher g/w ratio of 8. The effect of the test channel length on the velocity ratio was investigated for different g/w ratios and a fixed Reynolds number of 4000. The influence of the Reynolds number on the velocity ratio is also discussed and presented for different gap to width ratio (g/w). The flow visualisation photographs showing fluid motion inside and around the test channel are also presented and discussed.
