Our country is criticized that is gambling republic recently. It is shy, but do not refute through present actual conditions. Gambling had increased and generated much problems in our country. But, gambling permited socially. So, control system that do snow about gambling is insufficient. In the meantime, police's confrontation about gambling crime was not effective. Active confrontation about police's gambling crime must consist now. This research groped police's active confrontation way about gambling crime, police is improving crime information management system of gambling crime and utilize in investigation.

Korea society is known as gambling republic. It is very dishonorable name, but do not deny this if know the real condition. Gambling had spread gradually in our society and these trend caused much problems. It is true that confrontation was insufficient extremely in reply than gravity of gambling. Tend to recognize gambling by one of leisure life by effect of lawful gambling so-called such as horse racing, casino. While pernicious evil of gambling to our society, police's confrontation system is not effective. The police does technique investigation to look for and arrest criminal using criminal's fixed means and method and habit. Crime who correspond to technique investigation is prescribing to crime technique mutual assistance data administration rule. Gambling is excepted in technique crime's subject despite is very repeatable and is crime who have habit. The police must improve in gambling criminal investigation system for society public order.

Gambling negatively affects the economy, and it brings unwanted financial, social, and health outcomes to gamblers. On the one hand, unemployment is argued to be a leading cause of gambling. On the other hand, gambling can cause unemployment in the second-order via gambling-induced poor health, falling productivity, and crime. In terms of significant effects, previous studies were able to establish an association, but not causality. The current study examines the time-sequence and contemporaneous causalities between lottery gambling and unemployment in Thailand. The Granger causality and directed acyclic graph (DAG) tests employ time-series data on gambling- and unemployment-related Google Trends indexes from January 2004 to April 2021 (208 monthly observations). These tests are based on the estimates from a vector autoregressive (VAR) model. Granger causality is a way to investigate causality between two variables in a time series. However, this approach cannot detect the contemporaneous causality among variables that occurred within the same period. The contemporaneous causal structure of gambling and unemployment was identified via the data-determined DAG approach. The use of time-series Google Trends indexes in gambling studies is new. Based on this data set, unemployment is found to contemporaneously cause gambling, whereas gambling Granger causes unemployment. The causalities are circular and last for four months.

Distribution of online media sharply accelerated in the modern society, leading to robust increase in the time where individuals spend their leisure time on the Internet. One of the most popular entertainments among this is the video game industry, which gradually came to possess the characteristics like violence, cruelty, gambling, and sexuality, in order to gain attention. This study aims to investigate the addiction characteristics of users of domestic online games and to verify the causal relationship of these factors on the factors that affect impulsive crimes through Self-control. For practical verification of this study, survey was conducted for students of W High School in Incheon. This study is meaningful in that it prepared a theoretical foundation in the process of inferring criminal intent for impulsive crimes based on the effects of online games on impulsiveness, aggression, and addiction. It is also significant in that it presented a new mechanism that ego control, which occurred in the process of presenting a new variable of negative effect of online game on the criminal intent of impulsive crime, affects impulsive crime.

Recently investigation institutions have found the clue leading to solution of the problem by digital evidence. Digital medium is used extensively in real life. Accordingly, offender is leaving from traces of crime to digital form. But, Korea's digital evidence investigation is low level yet. Definite legislation about digital evidence is not readied in present our country. And professional investigation manpower about digital evidence is insufficient. These problem may have to be supplemented urgently. Systematic, technological supporting is required. Specialize and discussed digital evidence investigation's controversial point and capacity reinforcement way for efficient confrontation in cyber crime who is diversified gradually in text.

Prohibition Clauses of Business of Money Changing(${\S}32(1)7$) on the Game Industry Promotion Act of 2007 was introduced for the purpose of preventing game from becoming gambling. By making the independent requisite of constituting a crime that there was no criminal punishment former times, it is possible actively to deal with mixing of game and gambling. Prohibition Clauses of Business of Money Changing prevent the material or formless results that are obtained on the use of game from making a business of money change, intermediation of money change, or re-purchase of it. The material or formless results mean points, prizes, game moneys, or game data that is obtained on the abnormal use of a game. Most real money trade of a game item will be pull into the application of Prohibition Clauses of Business of Money Changing on the interpretation of it. Therefore this clauses have a tremendous effect upon the business of sweated workshops and intermediation web sites of game items. None the less Prohibition Clauses of Business of Money Changing will have positive influence to the future of game industry through the separation of game and gambling.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the changes in the pattern of crimes caused by the spread and slowdown of coronavirus infections and to devise preventive and countermeasures against various crimes in the future. Method: In order to find out the characteristics of each crime in the non-face-to-face and face-to-face environment, the results of previous prior research and data officially released by the National Police Agency and the prosecution office were compared and analyzed. Result: In the early epidemic of infectious diseases, overall crime has decreased, and civil life-related crimes and crimes targeting the socially disadvantaged are increasing. In the second half of the infectious disease, unlike the first half, the prolonged corona caused the economic recession and unemployment, deepening the damage from illegal private finance and significantly increasing illegal gambling game crimes. Conclusion: According to the time of the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the quarterly crime characteristics showed that there was a difference in crime type and crime increase and decrease rate, and that crime response measures should be changed accordingly.

The object of this study is to propose a study on the Private Investigator usage for Cyber Crime. The latest trend of cyber crime is being evolve in sophisticated and complex way over the global, like internet fraud, cyber gambling, hacking and etc. Hence national investigative authority mobilize high specialized skills and method of criminal investigation by each nation. But it is hard to respond in rapid and effective way because of propoor, distribution of group and insufficient of related legal system. Already in other countries, not considerable amount of services are given to private investigators in detection and tracking part which is inefficient by nation. So it has significantly meaningful to compensate the defect and study about private investigator usage as companion of cooperation policing for effectively respond to cyber-crime. The way to effectively deal with the cyber-crime is reevaluate meaning of partnership policing and need of private investigator usage. Also it is to analyze the main issue about introduction of a system and suggest the effective way of introduction. First, legislation of private investigator usage which is based upon partnership policing should be made up. Moreover, to establish the range of private investigator's business and enhance the reliability, it is to propose introduction of leading professional global certificate and license system with sufficient education and test. We are expecting introduction of private investigator usage can improve efficiency of investigation and promote effective countermeasures of cyber-crime.

This study investigated the intellectual structure of the latest trends in Korean addiction research in the social sciences. A network analysis of keywords with co-word occurrence was performed on 172 papers from the KCI database based on the data from the year of 2019, and a total of 432 keywords were extracted. The network analysis was performed using several programs: Bibexcel, COOC, WNET, and NodeXL. As a result of the study, keywords related to addiction type, study subjects, research methods, and research variables were found, and a total of 20 clusters were identified. Furthermore, to identify and measure weighted networks, the relationships between each keyword were explored and discussed in detail through a network analysis of global centralities, local centralities, and betweenness centralities. The study indicated that the latest issues were focused on smartphone addiction and provided implications for the future research and practice that fields and topics of relationship addiction, food addiction, and work addiction should be more considered. Further, the study discussed the relationship between drug addiction-crime, alcohol addiction-family, and gambling addiction-motivation and the necessity of qualitative study.

This study inquires how human interest news on society section of newspapers had been modulated as multi-layered political narratives that would consistently have Koreans consider, realize and question on colonial situation as well as ethnic identity. Under totalitarian censorship of the colonial government, newspapers could not publish reports on political issues and current affairs, so society page of human interest such as crime, accident, conflict, disaster, and many kinds of sufferings of peoples to death would take great public attention and consequently be considered as a substitute of political section. Society page had enjoyed its influence on formation of public opinion of the colonized ethnic society and had maintained cultural-nationalist position ever since the founding of newspaper in mother-tongue in 1920. In colonial context, there is nothing non-political to the lives of the colonized, social facts would be necessary and happen to be modulated into a narrative that could trigger nationalist sentiment. For this end, news reporting of society section usually concentrated on aspects of 'Les Mis${\acute{e}}$rqbles', dramatic quality, and psychological factors in detail. Narrative style of news reporting got used to modulate factual informations with a proper taste of exaggeration, emotional expression, and commercial touch of exciting words. Even in a case of death by drug abuse, news was written to indicate what made him/her drive to miserable death on street, that is, what is de facto reason of all of social problems like as migration, hunger, leaving home, crime, suicide, violence, gambling, love affairs to death, adultery, and even opium habit. Those social problems and personal sufferings appeared up on newspaper 3rd page at daily base. Readers could acknowledge and identify what the real matter that should be resolved and then blame colonialism, capitalism, and militarism for those social problems. Journalists put values on inciting the colonized to realize the national and ethnic situation and feel sympathy for their people tied up by a common destiny. In this terms, news on society section of newspaper under Colonial Occupation were encoded as narratives of politically layered text and then decoded as intriguing sentiments against colonial dominance. I argue that society page of newspaper of colonial period engaged in a sort of cultural politics of sentiment and emotion which is a private area outside of imperial sight.
